« Si l'emplacement est parfait et la propreté acceptable (hormis tout de même le nettoyage de la table extérieure sur le balcon), le reste est à fuir et il faut vraiment lire entre les lignes pour ne pas se faire avoir. Inutile de chercher le "Luxury" : il n'y a absolument rien de luxueux dans ce logement, qui se résume en fin de compte à une simple chambre sans le moindre point d'eau à l'intérieur. S'ajoute à cela un mensonge sur la literie, avec un simple lit de 1,90 m alors que les équipements affichent une taille supérieure à 2 mètres, sans oublier la mise en scène trompeuse des photos (comme la bouteille d'alcool de bienvenue qui devient une simple bouteille d'eau). Concernant la salle de bains, l'annonce indique bien qu'elle est "privative", mais elle omet totalement de préciser qu'elle est située à l'extérieur de la chambre. Cette information cruciale n'est écrite que dans la partie en anglais : celui qui ne parle pas anglais ne peut donc pas le deviner, et la propriétaire se retranchera derrière cela, oubliant qu'elle aurait pu facilement l'ajouter en français. Enfin, le défaut d'entretien est flagrant et la propriétaire fait mine d'être surprise : le lavabo de la salle de bains est bouché, et surtout, la cuvette des WC est cassée... un problème documenté par les commentaires d'autres voyageurs depuis avril 2025 et qui n'a toujours pas été réparé. »

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Everything was great. The location is easy to reach and find. In the very center of old town and yet somehow it was very quiet in the room. It was very clean and nice looking just as the photos. Check-in and check out was very smooth.
We were in the only room where you have to travel through the apartment to reach the bathroom. A 2 nightstand would have been appreciated, but it is ok.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Die Lage ist wirklich top – man ist direkt in der Innenstadt und kann vieles problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders positiv möchte ich die Reinigungsdame hervorheben. Sie war super lieb und hilfsbereit und die Unterkunft bzw. die Gemeinschaftsküche war immer sehr sauber. Nach zwei Tagen wurde auch unser Zimmer noch einmal komplett gereinigt und wir bekamen frische Handtücher. Das Konzept ist so, dass es mehrere Zimmer gibt, die jeweils ein eigenes Badezimmer haben. Unser Badezimmer war allerdings nicht direkt im Zimmer, sondern man musste zuerst durch die Gemeinschaftsküche gehen, um dorthin zu gelangen. Das ist natürlich nicht ganz optimal, aber für uns war es okay.
Leider war das Badezimmer der größte Minuspunkt. Es hat nicht besonders angenehm gerochen und an der Decke war deutlich Schimmel zu sehen. Das fand ich persönlich nicht so angenehm und hier besteht meiner Meinung nach definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf. Auch die Kommunikation vor der Anreise könnte besser sein. Wir waren etwas früher in der Stadt und hatten per WhatsApp gefragt, ob wir unser Gepäck schon vorher irgendwo sicher abstellen können. Leider haben wir trotz mehrerer Nachrichten keine Antwort bekommen. Letztendlich hatten wir Glück, dass wir vor Ort klingeln konnten und die Reinigungsdame uns geholfen hat, unsere Koffer abzustellen. Beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis finde ich den Preis etwas zu hoch, da das Zimmer sehr klein ist und das Badezimmer nicht direkt im Zimmer liegt und zudem renovierungsbedürftig war. Andererseits ist die Lage wirklich unschlagbar, und gerade im Sommer ist in Málaga vieles schnell ausgebucht.

I was alone and had booked a double room. They provided one shower towel. Wouldn’t hurt to leave 2. The one I was provided had an orange coloured stain. I don’t want to think what it was…. I texted the property about needing a new towel and they told me they are replaced every 3 days. Not great. I had to find the cleaning lady who was kind enough to give me another towel. There were stains next to the sink, very visible. Impossible to miss so why weren’t they cleaned. Apparently I was one of the lucky ones. I noticed at least 2 rooms, whose toilets/bathrooms were next to their rooms. Meaning people had to go out of their room to take a shower and do their business. Really?! I didn’t know about this, so I was lucky I was not allocated such room. There is no sound insulation, at all! I could hear the people next door, going to the bathroom outside of their rooms and take showers. So every morning I would wake up with the sounds of a random person taking a shower.

El baño está fuera de la habitación, aunque es privado, tienes que salir a un pasillo común, abrir con la llave y acceder. No puedes dejar la puerta abierta y se acumula muchísima humedad. Se agradecería que se indique mejor esta situación y no brevemente en una pequeña descripción en inglés, se podría poner en el título.

La señora de la limpieza empezó a hacer mucho ruido temprano por la mañana, moviendo muebles en las habitaciones contiguas y en la planta superior, lo que hizo imposible descansar antes de la salida. Las habitaciones no eran silenciosas. La cama era muy pequeña. La tapa del inodoro no se mantenía levantada.

Teilweise hellhörige Wohnung, in der die einzelnen Zimmer vermietet werden. Dusche für große Menschen sehr klein.

Una pena. Muy bien todo, perfecto pero salí por la tarde y al volver, el código de entrada no funcionaba. Llamé por teléfono, envié WhatsApp y nadie respondió hasta hoy. Pude entrar porque llegaron unas chicas a su habitación y me abrieron. Muy mal por parte de la propiedad. Debería de ser denunciable ya que he pagado 120€ y casi no puedo dormir allí. Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Nuestra estadía fue muy buena y queremos destacar especialmente a Daniela, que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Fue increíblemente amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier duda y mantuvo todo impecable durante toda nuestra estancia. Da gusto encontrarse con personas tan cálidas y dedicadas. Además, la ubicación es excelente: está en una zona muy céntrica, lo que permite recorrer Málaga caminando y tener los principales atractivos, restaurantes y comercios a pocos minutos. Sin dudas, es uno de los grandes puntos a favor del alojamiento. En nuestro caso, por suerte nos tocó la habitación 404 con baño privado dentro de la habitación, lo que hizo la estadía mucho más cómoda. Más allá de eso, nos llevamos un muy buen recuerdo y agradecemos especialmente la atención y la calidez del personal.
No sabía que la cocina es compartida y me tomó por sorpresa. Es importante saber que no todas las habitaciones tienen baño privado dentro de la habitación: varias tienen el baño (privado) fuera de la habitación, algo que puede resultar menos práctico según las necesidades de cada huésped. Si para vos eso es importante, te recomiendo confirmar ese detalle antes de reservar.

La puerta del baño estaba hinchada por la humedad y se quedaba atrancada, además hacía mucho ruido al abrirse. El wc no traía el precinto habitual para garantizar que ha sido higienizado. La tele no pillaba los canales, por lo que no se podía ver.

The photos and descriptions are extremely misleading. This is NOT an apartment. What this is, is a Tiny bedroom and bathroom, attached to a communal area with a kitchen and a couple of seats, surrounded by other (I assume), tiny bedrooms. Unless you want to sit in a hallway,with a group of strangers coming and going, there's not even a chair.. It was extremely noisy all three nights, with doors slamming and people shouting until 3 am. If you're happy to stay in university halls of residence, go for it, if you want an apartment, look somewhere else.

Central location (the station though is 20 mins away) modern, safe, easy to access and clean. Price for 3 people was good

Todo bastante bien excepto las sabanas que se notaban ya muy usadas y muchos lavados , no eran agradables al tacto , bolitas y picaban. Se escucha mucho la entrada y salida de usuarios del resto de habitaciones. Es como un piso a compartir

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Posizione centrale, perfetta per visitare a piedi le principali attrazioni di Malaga. Appartamento molto silenzioso e ben tenuto, c’è tutto l’occorrente. È presente una zona comune con cucina attrezzata nella quale è possibile lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out.
Il bagno privato è situato fuori dalla camera, un po’ troppo piccolo

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026the location was absolutely perfect everything was right there (bars, restaurants, clubs, culture) and the beach only 20 minutes walk. the host was available
our bathroom was outside the room and it was full of mold and had no ventilator so our towels were wet all the time and the toilet paper aswell. it also had a crack on the floor. further the walls were super thin, we could hear everything (and we quite literally heard everything) so resting was difficult.

Koska huone on jaetussa huoneistossa, kaikki asukkaiden äänet yhteisistä tiloista kuten keittiöstä ja sisäänkäynniltä kuuluu läpi huoneeseen, en suosittele herkkäunisille. Toivoisin, että asukkaat noudattaisivat hiljaisuutta, eikä kokattaisi keskellä yötä.

The description for this property is very misleading regarding both bathroom and kitchen facilities. There is a "Double Room with Private External Bathroom" which is understandable that the bathroom is outside of the room but I booked "Deluxe Double Room with Balcony" which supposed to have a bathroom INSIDE the room. However there is no bathroom inside the room. To reach the private bathroom assigned to my room, I had to exit into a common hallway, which is inconvenient and not what was implied by the "Deluxe" categorization.. It was ridiculously wrong advertisement. Furthermore, the listing claims to have a "private kitchen." When I raised this with management, they claimed the "accommodation" has a private kitchen, but it is actually a shared, communal kitchen for all residents. If you are looking for privacy and en-suite facilities, I would advise looking elsewhere. The room descriptions do not match the reality of the property.

The toilet roll holder kept falling apart. It needs a new one.

In primis il bagno privato ma ESTERNO è una nota pessima. Probabilmente non l'abbiamo capito dalla descrizione al momento della prenotazione ma sicuramente non lo sceglierei più! Anche perché pieno di muffa e con un'umidità pazzesca. C'era persino una piastrella del pavimento rotta subito davanti alla doccia, cosa anche un po' pericolosa essendo scalzi magari. Umidità e cattivo odore presenti anche in camera tra l'altro. La camera non è per nulla insonorizzata e si sente tutto, anche a livello di sicurezza non ci è sembrato all'altezza. Almeno un minibar in camera sarebbe apprezzabile visto che tutti i servizi sono nelle aree comuni (stile ostello). Infine per concludere al mattino della partenza abbiamo trovato la stanza "allagata" con tutto il pavimento bagnato a causa di un'infiltrazione.. una ragazza delle pulizie è stata gentile e ha aiutato ad asciugare, limitando un po' il nostro disagio..per carità, sono cose che succedono però sicuramente l'esperienza ne risente!

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Perfect for my overnight stay in Malaga. Was easy enough to reach late at night after my late flight. The layout of the alojamento is very well done and my room was clean and comfortable. In the old town which makes it ideal for exploring a bit.
Not everything on the description is correct. - They do not have a 24hr desk as per the description. This means if you want to leave your bag for a while you will need to leave it in the kitchen area unattended. - They describe an outdoor seating area but I did not see that. - They say each room has a kitchenette which is not true - there is a shared kitchen area, which I must admit is very well equipped and clean. - My bathroom was inside my room but I noticed for rooms next to me the bathrooms were outside the room. Still a good place but I think the description is over selling

Kommunikationen med boendet har varit otillfredsställande, det man fått svar på ena dagen verkar den administrativa personalen inte veta att de har svarat på dagen efter. Dålig kommunikation. Även lukt i huset/lägenheten som inte känns hälsosam.
