I liked the way the host tanishq gave full information about places and timings for visit. He was always available on call and really tried to keep the guest comfortable.

I didn't like the infrastructure. The stairs are too narrow , the kitchen is untidy, the washrooms are so small and it's a big room with bunk beds. Waste of expectations. The worst backpackers hostel I have stayed. I won't recommend.

Since being here for the first time in ujjain and looking for a stay i found this place and actually liked it , its not in the hustle bustle of the city but in a calm locality no noise and ull like it and not to brag more ill sum up telling that sometimes its not all about the property its about the people and the man Thanishq who made us feel like a family and took of care of us and treat us well wahh that is best.

The owner provided me early check in and late check out with no extra cost. Moreover, he was so humble. The property is cozy and easily accessible to prime locations of Ujjain. The most important thing is cleanliness which is top notch. I would definitely recommend everyone to try this place if you are a backpacker of planning with friends to explore Ujjain.

The location can be a bit confusing as it is inside a colony and would not be ideal if you are looking to stay near the temple.

The owner of the hostel is very friendly and helpful, the place was very clean. Loved the hostel vibe and the place. Location is superb, near from all the temples and railway station and city centre.

The host Tanishq constantly helped me, my phone was damaged, he even booked me taxi and was available one call away to make sure I'm safe.When I felt sick he got me medicines.The property was very good and I felt at home!!

Nothing that I didn't like

The owner of this stay (Tanish) is a gem of a person. His hospitality is at another level and respect towards guest. Due to this qualities this stay was the best stay I ever had anywhere and a memorable one. The location of this property is very close toh mahakaleshwar jyotirlinga.

Good, simple and very clean hostel. Tanishq the owner gave very helpful advice with local sites and also helped organise transport in Ujjain and my onward bus ticket. Would definitely recommend this place as a first point of call if you are going through Ujjain!

Staying at spiritual backpackers has been a wonderful experience, it was recommended to me by my friend and it was really worth it. The place is situated in the prime locations and has access to almost all the locations. The host is an excellent person with almost like a local guide, budget friendly stay I would say. I would suggest that save a few penny and stay at Spiritual Backpackers, it will be worth it. Wish you lots of success Tanish bhaiya, hope your dream of making this as a chain comes true!

I rate this place 5/5. My special thanks to Tanish bhai. He's a gem of a person, very kind and polite. Helped me a lot in exploring the city, gave me a good itinerary plan, and even dropped me off at the railway station at 3AM without any hesitation, considering my security at night. The property is at a perfect location and easily accessible. The room was good, the bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms were also hygienic... I met so many people from different parts of the country. Had a very great experience... I'm going to come back definitely...

It was a wonderful experience while staying at this Hostel🤩🤩🤩 Tanish Bhai was so cooperative in each and every point and also shared an itinerary about the trip. Ultimately living that place is worthy🤩🤩🤩

Had a bad experience here. Stay was good clean hygiene owner was good..what happened is I left my bag in the hostel itself I kept my original apple charger in the bag and left the stay for roaming in ujjain…after checkout I came back took the bag and left the stay…after sitting in the train I found that my charger is not in my bag..idk who’s fault here…idk who to blame here…it just I trusted the owner I trusted the guests of my room..
