Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Ne zaman istersem tesisle iletişim kurabildim . İlgili ve yardımcılardı. Konum merkezi bir yerde bu yüzden istediğimiz yere rahatlıkla gidebildik . Bütün gün dışarıda gezdikten sonra kalmak için güvenli ve sakin bir yerde . Teşekkür ederiz .
Oda temizdi fakat nevresim takımı ve yastık kılıfları biraz daha hijyenik olabilir . Onun dışında her şey harika .

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026La habitación era grande y con bastante luz. Bien de servicios: secador, agua, ladrones para enchufes, jabón, champú, nevera, zapatillas de ducha... Todos los equipos funcionaron correctamente: nevera, aire acondicionado, wi-fi. Aunque hay que subir una cuesta, está ubicado a 5-7 minutos del metro y de una zona de ocio y restauración. Calle tranquila sin ruidos. El personal respondió a todos mis mensajes. Instrucción claras para acceder al alojamiento.
Aunque recibí información online, durante toda la estancia no hubo nadie en recepción. El proceso de uso del montacargas es un poco lento y es muy ruidoso. La ducha tenía una pequeña fuga de agua pero se podía usar sin problema.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Прекрасный номер, немного на холме, но учитывая рельеф Сеула это не особо проблема для меня. До центральной улицы и метро 5-10 минут пешком, рядом куча магазинов. Хозяин был очень приветлив, номер для одного человека просторный, прекрасная удобная кровать. Огромное спасибо за весы в общем холле - взвесить багаж было очень важно. Понравилась общая зона, где можно пообедать или постирать - здорово оформлено, куча фотографий посетителей, уютно как дома :)
Полотенца - они действительно совсем не впитывают, ощущаются как дешевый плед. Пожалуйста, замените их и все будет идеально!

Full-size mattress needs to be firmer, but sofa couch was firm. No elevator and room was on 4th floor, but fine for us.

One thing we did not like was the shower being next to the window. The window had frosted/glass film on it, but at night people outside could still vaguely see shadow-like figures while someone was showering, which made us feel uncomfortable.

Reviewed May 7, 2026明洞駅から歩いて来れて、何より安い！！ 一階にはウォーターサーバー、電子レンジ、洗濯機などが置いてあって利用させてもらいました。 韓国のホテルやゲストハウスにはアミニティが付いてないって聞いていましたが、 海外用の変換プラグ、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、ドライヤー、シャンプー、ボディソープが用意されていたし、 タオルは必要な分だけ適宜取れたのでありがたかったです。 坂をちょっと下ったところにセブンイレブンもあって、便利でした。
旅行で1日歩き回って疲れた体で、最後の力を振り絞って坂をのぼらないといけないこと。 施設内に、荷物用のリフト？昇降機はあったけど、人が乗れるエレベーターがないこと、バスタブがないこととかは気になりました。

There is almost no insulation from the light and noise of the street and the fridge (in between the headboards) is very loud, we couldn't leave it on for more than one night. It's very small.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026We stayed here for 7 days during our trip to Myeongdong. The location is excellent. It’s very close to the Myeongdong Night Market and only about a 2–5 minute walk to the subway station. It’s also near the cable car going up to N Seoul Tower, which makes sightseeing very convenient. The room is small but still comfortable for two people. It was just me and my son, and the space worked fine for us. The place also feels cozy and homey. Even though there is no elevator, they provide a dumbwaiter that can bring luggage up and down, which is very convenient if you have heavy bags. There is also a laundry machine available in the building if you need to wash clothes. For the price, it’s very cheap compared to other places around the area. If you’re traveling on a budget, this is one of the more affordable options in this location. I would recommend it to budget travelers.
The bathroom and toilet are in the same area with no separation, so when you take a shower the entire floor gets wet. The shower system can also be confusing because the shower and faucet are connected, and you might accidentally spray yourself if you turn the wrong one. There is no elevator, so it may not be suitable for PWDs or guests with mobility issues. The soundproofing is very poor. You can clearly hear people talking in the next room even if they are just speaking normally. You can also hear people walking or moving their luggage on the floor above. If you are a light sleeper, this might be a problem. We also never saw any staff during our entire 7-day stay, and there was no housekeeping. By the 4th or 5th day the room started to get messy, and our towels were not replaced. Also, make sure to check your email before arriving, especially if you will arrive late at night. The door password is sent by email, and without it you will not be able to enter the property.

Absence de personel , mur très fin on entend tout , le climats ne fonctionne pas , pas de place pour mettre les vêtements, on peut uniquement communiquer avec le "personel" par mail donc en cas de problème c'est compliqué.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026住宿地點很好 鬧中取靜 巷口就有GS25 另一頭巷子口也有7-11 往下一點就有一家超市和幾家餐館 雖然是山坡路 但是我們包車和叫UBER 司機都可以輕鬆抵達 我們走路到明洞商圈也只需要10分鐘左右的路程 沿途剛好可以欣賞漫畫街景~ 走路到南山公園和南山塔 也是很享受的散步體驗! 我們住在4樓的家庭房 兩房一廳一衛浴 有大冰箱 廚房 廚具和餐具非常夠用 而且有煮水器 烤土司機和微波爐 對於我帶著小孩和年長的家人來居住 真的幫助很大! 我做了很多次的早餐和晚餐 很感謝! 一樓可以洗衣服和烘衣服 洗衣服一次3000韓元 烘衣服一次也是3000韓元 非常方便! 有陽台 有地暖 有廚房 餐桌 茶几 有沙發床 回到這裡 就像在家一樣自在!

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025The place is within walking distance of Myeongdong, though the walk is a bit uphill. Many popular attractions are very close to the area. It’s conveniently located near a G25 convenience store, and there are plenty of places to eat since it’s close to Myeongdong. The shared kitchen was useful, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. The heater was especially helpful since we visited Korea during the winter.
The bed could use a mattress topper since it’s quite firm. The restroom would also benefit from a shower separator, as the floor gets wet after showering, making it difficult to change clothes.

無不滿意之處👍 浴室非乾濕分離僅用門簾隔開馬桶 在意的人可考慮. 旅館位於坡道上 攜帶大型行李可衡量自身體力. 旅館內只有運送行李箱的貨梯 沒有電梯!

Das Zimmer (201) war extrem modrig, es riecht stark nach Schimmel. Abgesehen davon ist es so unklug möbliert, dass man wirklich kaum etwas ablegen kann, außer auf dem Boden. Im Waschbecken ist das Wasser nicht abgelaufen. Leider haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts nicht einmal Personal gesehen. Es gab ein paar erklärungsbedürftige Sachen, die wir selbst rausfinden mussten. Vor dem Gang steht ein Regal mit Handtüchern, leider gab es die letzten zwei von vier Nächten nur noch kleine Handtücher. Im Aufenthaltsraum steht zwar ein Kaffeevollautomat, in dem aber kein Kaffee aufgefüllt war. Wir sind normalerweise nicht so picky, aber hier würden wirklich kein zweites Mal hin, auch nicht nur für eine Nacht.

清掃は基本的に自分でスタイルです。 6泊だったので1回くらい清掃入れてくれたら嬉しかったですが、安いので仕方ないかなと思います。
