Vasilios Apartments Hotel

Thank you Spyros for the amazing accommodation!! We really enjoyed our stay at Vasilios Apartments. The rooms are super clean, the breakfast very good and the view from our apartment just perfect!!!

The best place to stay in the Mani region. Everything was exceptional: the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the attention to every detail. Spyros is the perfect host—his hospitality and kindness are truly outstanding. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, featuring delicious local products as well as freshly cooked eggs made to order. The hotel is located just outside the busiest part of Limeni, but everything is within easy walking distance, including the village beach with its incredibly turquoise water. There is also convenient on-site parking. The apartments offer beautiful views and are equipped with every comfort you could need. Highly recommended!

The accommodation has a stunning location overlooking the town and the sea. We watched the sunset over the sea from our balcony. The personal was very friendly and the breakfast was worth every cent.

מלון דירות יפהפה, צופה על חוף מדהים ביופיו! בעל הבית ספירוס נעים ומכניס אורחים, דאג לכל מחסורינו ונענה לכל בקשה. לדירה המרווחת מאוד יש מרפסת יפהפיה עם פינת אוכל וערסל מושלם. המקלחת ברמה גבוהה מאוד עם זרמי מסאז' ארוחת בוקר טובה במרפסת יפה. מרחק הליכה קצר מהים!

It’s in an ideal location, higher up to catch the cooling breeze, with an incredible view, yet an easy walk into the village and back. Very beautiful place, definitely wanted to stay longer. Breakfast is brilliant, so fresh and delicious with excellent coffee! Great hosts who are very attentive and helpful.

Wi fi was down at the time of our visit, but wasn’t an issue for us.

Einfach ein Traum , das Apartement ist ein halbes Steinhaus mit grosser Terasse. Blick fantastisch, Frühstück super und ein unglaublich netter Gastgeber. Auch die Umgebung ist toll.Jederzeit wieder!!

Va ser una estada meravellosa. Vista espectacular, atenció impecable, productes del bany i d'altres, tot el que necessites a la cuina, recomanacions i consells pràctics, llocs interessants a visitar a Mani molt aprop, casa rústica de pedra, habitació molt gran. Va ser el nostre millor allotjament a Peloponès. Vam gaudir molt de la nostra estada. El poble de Limeni ens va encantar. Moltes gràcies a Vasilios per la seva atenció.

Un hôte d'une rare gentillesse, literie et logement au top avec une vue et une terrasse à couper le souffle. Haut standing. Dommage, pas de plage et pas de commerces de 1ère nécessité.

This place is epic. The staff is so attentive. The villa was massive with the most perfect view. Easy walk to the water and restaurants. Quiet and private. We will definitely be returning

The apartments are in such a scenic location overlooking the bay and beautiful town. We enjoyed walking down to have a swim and go for a walk along the coast. Spiros was an excellent host, so helpful and generous with his time and served an amazing breakfast!

We only had one night and did not want to leave Limeni....

La localisation, la vue et l'accueil.

Accueil très sympathique et professionnel. Appartement grand et bien équipé avec une superbe vue sur le port de Limeni. Petit déjeuner très copieux et délicieux. En 10 minutes à pied on atteint le port de Limeni ( Restaurants).

la porte communicante avec l'autre appartement n'était pas bien isolée phoniquement, heureusement nos voisins se sont couchés pas trop tard.

Sehr schöne weitläufige Anlage mit phänomenalem Ausblick. Unaufdringliche, aber aufmerksame Betreuung, auch beim außergewöhnlich guten Frühstück. Hoher Wohlfühl-Faktor. Auch wegen des spontan angebotenem Upgrade auf ein durchaus üppiges Apartment für uns drei.

Prostor je fenomenalan, lokacija još bolja. Jedno od najlepših mesta u Grčkoj. U apartmanu je sve besprekorno, nemam nijednu zamerku. Kreveti preudobni. Čista desetka!

Emplacement parfait avec une vue magnifique sur la baie et le petit port de Limeni. Propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner copieux et variés. Je reviendrai c’est certain.

All the nearby restaurants are expensive and could be very busy. You can find good and reasonable ones at Areopoli, just 5 minutes drive.

I doubt if I should tell how incredible beautiful it is, or keep it as a secret only for some good people to know about the existence of this place. This is the most impressive acommodation where I've ever been (I travel a lot for work). Visiting Mani in autumn is beautiful, staying at Vasilios, overlooking the port of Limeni and its crystal clear turquoise waters is even more beautiful when you look at it from certain height. Vasilios houses are the best spot. They were super attentive and helpful with a couple of problems we had and they helped us. The image of the amazing breakfast we had seated outdoor looking at Limeni from my apartment will remain in my memory for a long time. Seriously considering booking a full week next year to rest or work from here. A very special place in the world

The most romantic area that one can ever imagine, phenomenal views of the picturesque Limeni and bay. Beautiful stylish building, comfortable and clean room, lovely home cooked breakfast and absolutely fantastic host. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible, the photos do not do this place justice! Friendly hosts, stunning view, the most comfortable bed. We stayed for one night but it had me trying to reschedule our whole holiday so we could stay longer. Cannot wait to return!

Very large room with balcony perched on the hill over the picturesque city of Limeni. Very comfortable and clean room with supplies for Making coffee. Good breakfast also, with fantastic views of the city and bay.

The view of Limeni was incredible, the room very comfortable, the owner great to talk to and learn on the way of life in the village. Breakfast was very good. We loved our stay for 2 nights which enabled us good sight seeing of the area.

Little place of heaven on Earth. The room was amazing, very spacious with the most amazing views, within 5 mins walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was great, the staff super friendly and made our stay even better. We were meant to stay 1 night but ended up staying there an extra night to enjoy the location, the peacefulness, the beauty of the clear sea and the stunning aegean light.

Fantastic view over the Limeni bay from the patio and balcony. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Small kitchenet was sufficient for simple cooking. Very pleasant personnel, advised us on interesting locations to visit. Close to the see, walking distance to small city beach. Great location to explore the Mani region.

This was our third visit and we will return. The apartments are faultless - individual, great balconies/terraces with fantastic views, peaceful, fully equipped kitchen, tasteful furnishings, good bathroom and spotlessly clean (serviced daily)
