Segitettek abban is hogyan kell taxit hivni, tenyleg semmi rosszat nem tudnank mondani roluk. A szobank tiszta volt, takaritottak is kb naponta. Legkondi is mukodott, jo ido volt mindig a szobaban. Ha valamit hutoben szerettunk volna tarolni arra is volt lehetoseg.

Neha nem volt rendesen meleg viz, de mivel alapbol 40 fok volt ezt annyira nem bantuk.

La atención fue excelente, nos trataron muy bien. La habitación estaba muy bien y la terraza es una delicia.

Por la noche había personas en la calle haciendo mucho ruido, pero eso no es culpa del Riad. El baño olía un poco a cañería

The location is perfect! Inside the Medina, in a small and quiet alley, very close to a main alley that goes to the Jemmal Efna, and very close to a main road so it easy to catch a taxi. The property is really nice and clean. We had a room with two windows which was nice and we heard the birds chirping in the morning. The bed has a perfect firm mattress. The staff are amazing - great breakfasts - different each morning - and they gave us a kettle for the room and we could put food in the refrigerator. They are very helpful for anything you ask.

For some reason there was not hot water but it was so hot that it was nice to shower in cold water.

Rien à redire, on a eu un super accueil et les hôtes nous ont proposé de nous préparer le petit déjeuner plus tôt que prévu car on avait un train à prendre. Très bien placé et calme !

The riad was absolutely exceptional! The service provided by Osama, the other worker, and the riad owner was top notch. When we arrived there weren’t any other guests for a few days so Osama provided a room on the same floor as our other room to make things easier for us and I really appreciated that. The breakfast was very nice, filling and there was a different selection every other day. The room was exactly what was shown online, it was perfect, clean and comfy with a nice bathroom and shower(only thing I wasn’t used to was a curtain as the door for the bathroom but that wasn’t something that ruined anything). Every day we came home to a nicely tidied room with everything organised and back in its place which I really appreciated as-well (especially when we would leave with a mess sometimes). We also needed an iron for our clothes and that was easily provided to us as-well. The distance to Jmaa el fna was so conveniently close and also at a perfect distance to grab a taxi at the main road. The riad is at a perfect location with just one turn into the alleyway from the main road and no noise disturbances. It was genuinely very quiet and peaceful in the riad and there was a very cute cat who would hang around sometimes. Only one thing I would prefer is a brighter light in the rooms since one room had small windows so during the day it felt very dim but besides that this was a 10/10 stay and would definitely come again!!! Gostamos de tudo. Desde a limpeza até às pessoas. Foram super atenciosas. Inclusive um dos dias fizemos uma tour e como teríamos de sair cedo prepararam-nos o pequeno almoço para levarmos connosco. Quartos super arrumados e cuidados.

Il Riad è comodissimo alla Medina, ma al suo interno regna il silenzio, non si sente alcun rumore dalla strada. La proprietaria sempre pronta e disponibile a rispondere alle nostre esigenze.

Nous sommes restées 7 nuits avec ma sœur et c’était une expérience incroyable ! - Le Riad nous a arrangé une navette qui est venue nous chercher à l’aéroport à notre arrivée, et nous ramener à l’aéroport pour notre départ à 5h du matin. - Une fois arrivées sur place, un employé du Riad nous a conduit jusque devant la porte qui se situe 30 mètres plus loin et nous avons été accueilles par du thé marocain et des conseils sur la visite de Marrakech. - Comme nous étions les seules au Riad à notre arrivée, nous avons été surclassées et nous avons eu la suite avec les rideaux rouge. Tout s’est bien passé, la chambre était parfaite, il y avait toujours de l’eau chaude, une bonne pression dans la douche, les serviettes étaient changées chaque jour, le lit refait au carré et le ménage fait. Le lit est très confortable, les oreilles sont gros. Nous n’avons pas le sommeil léger alors ça bébé nous dérangeait pas qu’on entende un peu les bruits venant de la vie du Riad. - Le petit déjeuné, servi entre 8h30 et 10h, était très bon et préparé avec soin, selon les différents matins nous avions des crêpes marocaines avec du miel, du pain avec confiture et beurre, des parts de gâteaux au chocolat ou noix de coco, avec du café au lait et du jus d’orange. Quand nous sommes parties en excursion plus tôt le matin, nous avons demandé si nous pouvions emporter notre petit déjeuné, et nous avons eu des parts de gâteau et des yaourt préparés sur la table à emporter. C’était trop gentil ! - Il y a une terrasse tout en haut pour se relaxer, elle a des murs hauts mais elle est confortable et au calme ! - Il y a un service de Hammam massage brushing etc qu’on peut faire avec une dame qui vient sur place. Nous ne l’avons pas essayé mais ça avait l’air bien. - La propriétaire du Riad était toujours disponible et super gentille, merci beaucoup pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse :)

- À notre arrivée il n’y avait pas grand monde alors la wifi marchait bien, mais quand il y a eu beaucoup de monde elle était beaucoup plus lente. Mais nous avions très peu besoin de la wifi puisque tout était prévu à l’avance.

Nous avons adoré ce Riad où l’on se sent comme à la maison dès l’entrée. L’ambiance est intime, calme et très agréable grâce à sa taille humaine et au nombre limité d’occupants. Wafa est une hôte exceptionnelle : professionnelle, chaleureuse et toujours de bon conseil, ses recommandations sont claires et précieuses pour découvrir Marrakech. Le Riad est également très propre et idéalement situé pour profiter de la ville tout en ayant un havre de paix. Un grand merci également à Amina, dont le sourire reflète toute la gentillesse et la bienveillance. Nous recommandons vivement !

O meu quarto era no rés-do-chão, a poucos metros da porta da entrada e abria-se a porta e dava logo para a sala de refeições. Ouvia-se tudo. Muito barulho. Foi horrível. Não deviam alugar o quarto ou deviam avisar as condições específicas na descrição.

Good location in Medina and also easy to navigate back at night as it is well lit. The room was cozy and adequate for a short say. Breakfast was decent (you can ask for eggs and customise) and they provided hot water on request for tea in the evenings. The staff were also very kind and friendly.

Room on ground floor was a bit on the smaller side and weak water pressure in shower

L'ambiance au Riad était super détendue ce qui contrasté avec la vie à Marrakech et cela était très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le ménage est fait au quotidien. La terrasse permet d'être au calme tout en étant à l'extérieur et dans un cadre privilégié.

Very nice and clean Riad with only 5 rooms and small roof top. Close to the street, so the the route from the taxi to the Riad was short and easy. But inside was calm and quiet. Very polite people from the service team. Breakfast was very simple, served and different each day - which was surprising for us, because each table had different dishes at the same day. Also an amount of food was different. Sometimes we had a big breakfast, sometimes very small. But when we ask for some yogurt it was not an issue to get some. Rooms were cleaned every day, but towels was not changed every day. Location very good - close to the entrance to medina, to the taxi stop, pick-up point for an organized trips. In overall if you are not very/high demanding customer I would recommend this place :)

Breakfast could be upgraded to more diverse and coffee, tea and juice could be more accessible (not served).

Hele fijne rustige plek op een toplocatie. Ook makkelijk bereikbaar met de taxi. Heel vriendelijke mensen. Heel schoon, comfortabele kamer en bed. Ook het ontbijt was gewoon erg goed met verse producten. Zou het zeker aanbevelen .

Ce riad est idéalement situé, à côté des principaux points d'intérêts de la médina et en même temps un peu à l'extérieur, ce qui permet de sortir très vite de la ville. Après l'agitation des rues de Marrakech, le calme du riad est appréciable. Le personnel est très gentil, principalement Wafa, qui a géré nos excursions et les transferts de l'aéroport. Un séjour parfait en grande partie grâce à cet établissement. Merci beaucoup 🙏

The Riad was in a fantastic location, aesthetically pleasing, and the rooftop was a great space. I appreciated the complimentary laundry service, the rate of responsiveness, and the breakfast.

Communication felt difficult at times and the level of service felt inconsistent. The bathroom had a damaged tile behind the shower head that with lower water pressure would cause the shower head to randomly fall and the wifi was either slow or non-existent. I accidentally damaged a comforter but before I could explain, I was approached aggressively and told I needed to pay, with mention of sending photos to Booking.com. Even after I paid for the replacement and apologized, the attitude was still unnecessarily confrontational. When I asked to share feedback, the response felt inappropriate and I was approached in a way that felt cornering instead of allowing me to speak to them when I was available and ready.

Experienta in Marrakech si Maroc a fost uluitoare, totul safe, oamenii foarte calzi si gata sa ajute cu orice, riadul a fost situat intr-o zona relativ linistita si de unde se ajungea rapid in Medina, iar din strada proncipala ne luau microbuzele pentru excursii in cel mult 50 m de la cazare. Si au fost foarte dragute gazdele cand plecam in excursii dimineata devreme si ne lasau cafea, iaurt si gogosi devreme. Clatitele si painea foarte bune. Ne-au oferit informatii foarte utile, se facea curat si patul zilnic, terasa foarte curata si frumoasa, aveau si hammam si masaj, dar nu am avut timp.

Singura mica nemultumire, poate doar in prima zi dupa ce am ajuns la riad, nestiind exact cum este organizata aceasta cazare traditionala, ne-a deranjat putin zgomotul facut de gazde, care fiind in Ramadan, am servit cina chiar cand doream sa ne odihnim putin dupa zbor, dar am inteles si respectat apoi modul lor de a-si respecta religia si ne-am obisnuit, oricum ajungeam seara din excursie sau plimbari prin Marrakech. Modul de construire al riadului traditional, fara ferestre spre exterior a fost la inceput ciudat, caci se auzea orice miscare, dar ne-am obisnuit, iar modul lor de a se face utili, placuti a compensat totul! Si poate faptul ca ne-au schimbat prosoapele dupa doar cateva zile, la solicitarea noastra, dar au fost prompti si apoi au facut-o zilnic.

Venue avec une amie, nous avons séjourné une semaine au riad. L’établissement a beaucoup de charme et est idéalement situé (20-25 minutes max des principaux sites touristiques). Sans oublier Oussama et Ayoub, qui ont été d’une grande gentillesse et disponibles tout au long du séjour. Je me souviendrai longtemps du thé à la menthe !

Si vous séjournez au dernier étage, les soirées sur la terrasse peuvent vous gêner en termes de bruit.

Le riad, vraiment authentique, est super bien placé, à deux pas des souks, de la Koutoubia et de l'effervescence de la medina, mais en même temps très calme...la chambre à l'étage était très joliment décorée, un très grand lit de bonne qualité et un petit salon avec table basse... mais ce qui nous a avant tout charmé, c'est l'accueil de la famille d'hôte !! Charmant, de bon conseils et vraiment chaleureux ! Et nous avons profité un soir que le riad propose aussi des repas sur réservation...c'était une merveille ! Une soirée "mille et une nuit", avec des bougies, la musique et la petite fontaine du patio! Soirée romantique garantie, avec en prime un repas des plus délicieux qui soit, cuisiné avec amour et générosité !! On recommande à 100% et on espère y retourner un jour!!

La colazione era preparata al momento, buona, ma lo staff ha avuto poca attenzione in quanto ho dovuto chiedere che mi fossero portate marmellata burro e miele per poter condire cio che avevano preparato da mangiare e altre cose presenti sui tavoli degli altri ospiti.

Venue avec une amie, nous avons passé une super semaine. La patronne du riad est très sympathique et les employés (Oussama et Ayoub) sont top. On reviendra c'est sûr.

L'emplacement est super car tout est plus ou moins accessible à pied (max 25min). Le personnel est très sympathique et est disponible, la chambre était propre et le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner est marocain comme on voulait et les quantités sont correctes. Une bonne expérience générale.

Sur l'annonce il y a marqué qu'il y a un bidet mais il n'y en avait pas, en tout cas pas dans notre chambre. On entend tout dans le Riad, pas un gros problème mais bon à savoir.

Gazdarica je puna lijepih iznenađenja. Svaki dan pripremala nam je drugačiji doručak sa toplim kruščićima, palačinkama i ostalim divnim delicijama. Proveli smo tamo tjedan dana i svaki doručak je bio drugačiji , pripremljen sa posebnom pažnjom. Ojselma, uposlenik se pobrinuo da ispuni svaki naš zahtjev koji bi nam pao na pamet. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće.

La Riad si trova in un punto strategico di Marrakech, vicinissima all'ingresso del Souk principale ma su una strada tranquillissima dove c'è un locale notturno molto famoso quindi sempre sorvegliata e ristoranti, ATM e negozietti lungi la strada dove comprare acqua, cibo, e pure le sim telefoniche, accettano anche euro. Riscaldanento in camera molto utile, bagno pulito, bella terrazza. Vicino c'è anche un parcheggio a pagamento dove mettere la macchina a 100 MAD al giorno. La proprietaria molto gentile, ha risolto ogni problema che avevamo e ogni necessità che avevamo.

Ci sono due Riad dello stesso proprietario una accanto all'altra, quella nelle foto su Booking non è quella che ci è stata assegnata che è comunque bellissima e appena stata aperta, nel portone accanto all'altra. Quando abbiamo fatto notare che c'era stato uno scambio hanno cercato di risolvere velocemente il problema venendoci incontro visto che la stanza che avevamo prenotato non era quella che ci avevano poi dato. Alla fine tutto si è risolto.

We stayed at this riad for five nights and were very satisfied with our stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was always fresh. The accommodation is in a very good location, which made getting around easy.

La señora que lo regenta es un amor, super servicial y un trato inmejorable. Sin duda volvería a repetir allí. El desayuno vario todos los días y todo super rico.

Una experiencia única en el centro de Marrakech, un trato muy agradable, un desayuno espectacular, y además muy tranquilo y cómodo. Todo muy limpio y confortable..

Son emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre de Marrakech, juste a côté du musée Dar El Bacha ( à faire absolument), mais aussi les splendides jardins Majorelle. Sa propriétaire est très accueillante, toujours disponible pour de bons conseils. Je recommande ce très joli Riad.

Chambre un peu renfermée

El personal fue amable con nosotros, el desayuno estaba bastante bien, al igual que la habitación, y la ubicación del Riad es excelente.

Una vez realizado el check in en el Riad, tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la habitación. Se solucionó de manera favorable, pero después de pasar un rato de agobio que se podría haber evitado si lo explican al cliente antes del día de llegada.

Estuvo todo perfecto en cuanto a alojamiento, ubicación, limpieza etc. Nada para decir de ello. El chico nos atendió siempre amablemente. Pero al momento de un inconveniente resolvieron muy mal.

Lo que paso es que sobre alquilaron las habitaciones, por ende cuando volvimos de los 3 días en el desierto de las dos habitaciones que teníamos reservada solo quedaba 1 sola (un 10 la habitación, de eso nada que decir). Pero la otra que nos faltaba nos ofrecieron en otro lugar, el cual no cumplía con los requisitos por los cuales habíamos reservado allí inicialmente (baño privado y en el mismo sitio). El Riad era en otro sitio y con baño compartido, terminamos pasamos un mal rato intentando solucionarlo y terminamos reservando en ese momento (nosotros mismos por nuestra cuenta) otro Riad pagando 40 euros extra a lo que nos salió este solo porque a ellos se les ocurrió sobre alquilar las habitaciones. No se para que hacer una reserva si de igual forma van a dárselas a otras personas sin reserva y al los que si teníamos reservas darnos una habitación excelente como para "cumplir" y la otra en otro sitio sin cumplir con las condiciones de lo contrato inicialmente. Lamentablemente esto fue un muy mal momento. Lamentamos dejar esta reseña pero es lo que ocurrió realmente.
