Citra Homestay

Ani et Agull nous ont accueilli comme des membres de la famille les activités proposées (fabrication d'huile de coco, balade aux cascades et forêt des singes, marchés) le dernier repas autour d'un barbecue avec poulet grillé et la famille, on s'est sentis comme de "vrais" invités par la famille, très attachante

l'eau de la douche froide dans la plus ancienne des deux chambres mais franchement, c'est aussi le côté roots qu'on recherchait -> nos enfants ont dormi dans la chambre la plus récente et eux avaient de l'eau chaude

Mas Agull and Ina were so welcoming from the moment I arrived — I felt like I became part of their family. Ina was an amazing cook and I went on a couple great tours of the local area. The room was very comfortable and although the shower is cold, it’s not bad at all as it is quite warm outside. Would love to visit one day again!

Wat een fantastische authentieke ervaring door hier te verblijven! Ina & Agul en alle andere familieleden nemen je op in hun familie waardoor je het leven hier zelf ervaart. Onze kindjes van 9 jaar en 6 jaar speelden met hun dochter en zoon, voetbalden op het naastgelegen veldje en gingen achterop de scooter mee naar de winkel. Ina is een geweldige kok (mie goreng onze favoriet) en Tio en Daddy namen ons mee naar watervallen en andere leuke bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Ze zijn ook nog eens muzikaal; we hebben gezongen en getrommeld en Agul speelt mooi gitaar. Echt een aanrader en we zullen zeker een keer terug komen bij deze te lieve familie!

De kamer is ruim en heel schoon. Het bed is super comfortabel en je hebt je eigen mini terrasje. De eigenaren zijn super lief en het ontbijt is lekker. De locatie is lekker rustig en middenin het groen. Zeker aan te bevelen!

Breakfast and other meals (if you wish and order) are delicious. Local food very well cooked. Whatever are your wishes, drink, visits, transportation, a family member or a friend will help you. The bungalow was spacious, tastefully decorated with everything you need. Bathroom very clean. Good shower. Very happy with this home stay.

Merci à toute la famille pour l’accueil la serviabilité et la bonne humeur! Rien à redire si ce n’est un petit problème de pression d’eau qui est exceptionnel (réparer après de notre départ) ils nous on proposé de changer de chambre ce qu’on a pas fait vue la courte durée de notre séjour. Les repas sont délicieux et les activités proposées sont intéressantes et pertinente vous ne serez pas déçu

De loin le homestay où on s’est senti le plus accueillis durant notre séjour de 6 mois en Asie. Nous avions l’impression de faire partie de la famille. Nous avons été invités a partager le souper familial. Quelle belle expérience. Nous avons participé à l’atelier de préparation d’huile de coco et de café. C’était parfait. Nous avons fait le tour guidé dans les rizières et les chutes et nous avons adoré!! On a vu des singes noirs. Merci à notre guide Edja qui était vraiment sympatique. Il nous a aussi amené voir le Stick fighting! Le tout à un prix très raisonnable. Un énorme merci à Ina, Agul et Citra et le reste de la famille pour ce séjour!!! Nous reviendrons certainement.

Si vous tenez à avoir une longue nuit de sommeil, sachez que dans la région les mosquées semblent présente partout! Merci à Ina de vous avoir offert des bouchons pour les oreilles! Le logement n’offre pas vraiment une vue sur les rizières. Mais bien situé tout de même!!

Toute la famille est très gentille et nous accueille comme si nous en faisions partie. Les activités proposées sont idéales pour découvrir Tetebatu en son cœur. Je recommande vivement Citra Homestay !

Seul point négatif, comme quasiment partout sur l’île de Lombok, les mosquées sont très bruitantes et peuvent réveiller tôt le matin mais ils proposent des bouchons d’oreilles si nécessaire

De super lieve familie ze doen er echt alles aan om je verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken. Ik heb met de moeder samen kokosolie gemaakt van kokos lemon grass en water en met de zoon ben ik een super mooie en gezellige tour gaan maken door de rijstvelden en de watervallen. Ze lieten me echt thuis voelen 🥰

Tout ! Le petit déjeuner et le dîner, la chambre avec sa salle de bains au calme et surtout la famille ! Les soirées à discuter au son de la guitare étaient tout simple magiques ! L’’accueil a été exceptionnel et la journée dans les rizières et cascades au top ! Merci pour tout 🙂😘

Très bien reçu par cette famille chaleureuse, Ina Agul et Citra sont adorables. Ina cuisine très bien! Bonne ambiance karaoke le soir. J’ai pu faire des activités tel que faire de l’huile de coco, torréfaction de café… Agul m’a fait visiter les rizières, les cascades. Je suis allée dans une production de bambou et de Saroung. J’ai vraiment passé 3 jours incroyable que je n’oublierai jamais.

Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et accueillants. Ils proposent tout type d’activités à faire chez eux, huile de coco, café, bamboo, excursion avec le propriétaire pour la monkey Forest waterfall rice terrace et partager des repas avec eux, sans compter les soirées à chanter et jouer de la guitare, regarder le coucher de soleil, aller cueillir des fruits

Being invited with such warmth into Ena, Agus and Citra home made our stay an absolute highlight of our holiday. The making of coffee & coconut oil gave us first hand experience into the traditional process. We loved the interactive hands on time spent with Ena whilst Agus serenaded us with his guitar playing and singing. Definitely a must do affordable experience to have during your stay. We enjoyed Ena's cooking for breakfast and dinner, being blessed to spend the evenings with them and the occasional friend dropping in to share the laughter and interactions . Our room, built by Agus, a man of many talents, had everything we needed! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was semi open air, which I loved. If you have mobility issues, there are a few stairs to manage, so you might need to wait until Agus finishes the next room that is currently under construction. Agus and Adi took us out exploring for the area for the day on the motorscooters. Featured waterfalls, local v illages, craft / weaving village, small hike through rice fields to forest to visit the black monkeys . Another must do and great value. There was no downside to our stay. The location is convenient and peaceful. The morning prayers from the local mosque echoing through the village's, began our day in a unique way, remending us of the love and devotion of the community we were blessed to staying. If you want an authentic homestay with beautiful , interesting hosts and friends, then Citra Homestay is a perfect choice! The family and friends will live in our hearts forever. La famille est très chaleureuse et accueillante. Les plats sont délicieux. Nous avons participé à une de leurs activitées, fabriquer son huile de coco. Le logement atypique avec une belle salle de bain. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Merci à Ina et à Agul nos hôtes fabuleux ! Nous avons passé 2 nuits et 2 jours à Tetebatu avec nos hôtes dans les rizières, avec une très belle ballade pour aller voir les singes noirs. Ina nous a appris à faire de l’huile de coco et du café Coppy. Génial ! Le logement est simple mais très bien et suffisant. Ina cuisine très bien également. Nous avons bien discuté ensemble pendant ces 2 jours. Nous conseillons vivement de venir à Citra Homestay ! Belle expérience !

Amazing experience, one of the highlights of our trip! Incredibly kind and hospitable couple that made us feel right at home. The walking tour, the nice conversations and (especially) the incredible home-made food were all great. Would recommend to anyone looking for an authentic experience!

Ibu Ina and Mas Agul are the best hosts, we felt like part of their family during our short stay. The room is basic, but it’s a great value for money. We had a lovely time walking around the rice paddies with Mas Agul and enjoyed Ibu Ina’s cooking.

Really nice bungalow in the middle of the rice plantations. Good location to access the highlights of Tetebatu and clean. The owner Ina is incredible : she makes your stay confortable and easy ! And she is a great cooker : we ate all our meals at her place !! She also offers some coconut oil process demonstration, which is really nice. Her family is very welcoming as well, thank you again for having us, we spent a lovely time with you all !

We loved our stay at Citra Homestay. Simple but comfortable accommodation, in a peaceful area but only a short drive from the hustle and bustle of Tetebatu. The family are so lovely, and shared many homemade snacks and drinks with us. They were kind enough to invite us into their home, to share music and conversation. Thank you Citra homestay!

Our stay at Citra Homestay was really amazing! We always felt like home there. The couple hosting us were so kind. Mama Citra was always cooking the most delicious food for us and the portions were big! We were always given water, tea and coffee for free and the last night they invited us to the most delicious family dinner! Mas Agul the host was playing the guitar for us and told us many interesting stories. Tio the child took us to a tour one day, which was also really nice! Definitely recommended!!

The best family and the best Place in Lombok. The bungalow Is clean, confortable with a private bath so nice, from balcony view of Rice fields and can hear the sounds of nature. Mama Citra, Ina, Is lovely and the family too Agul and Tio, offerend me all days tea and coffee, food delicius and I love Ina's veg omelette for breakfast. We often talked together. The homestay Is well located and Is possible ti reach many place. The slogan of the family Is: "my house Is your house," this Is reality. Thanks friends

Amazing experience at Citra homestay. The bungalow is very nice and comfortable. I stayed there for 3 nights and I really felt at home. I visited the rice fields, waterfalls and monkey forest with Tio. I also did the coconut oil process and coffee. I spent some evenings with family and shared some dinners together with their friends and family. I had a super lovely stay at Citra Homestay! Mama Citra and her family were inviting me warmly in their home and I love the cozy bungalow with its own terrace with view on the ricefields and sunrise. They made me try loads of traditional and local foods (which is so yummy), always offered coffee or tee. We spent both evenings together with visits of neighbors, played guitar and shared stories. I did the traditional coffee and coconut oil process with the whole family, which I can recommend a lot! It's a special experience if you want to get to know local life and meet lovely people with the kindest hearts! All the best for you guys, terima kasih!

The hosts are lovely people, we enjoyed every moment with them. The bungalow is small but comfy with a nice clean bathroom, perfect for a couple of nights. Masguls son Tio will take you on a beautiful walk through rice fields. You can swim in the waterfalls and watch the monkeys in the monkey forest with him. There a shops close to the homestay if you need something. The family ist happy to arrange transfer or any other thing for you. Thank you Ina, Citra, Masagul & Tio for a wonderful experience ♥️

Lovely hosts! They took me to a beautiful waterfall, an amazing party with other locals, showed me how to manufacture coconut oil and even invited me for dinner at their house. The guest house is small, but very clean and the bathroom really modern.

We literally felt like home, shared great moments, like we where part of the family ! Our hosts where very welcoming and friendly One of the highlights of our trip for sure. The food was great and the room clean and cosy.

The room is in a bamboo bungalow so only with a fan it can be hot and there can be some bugs. In general it is comfortable.

Super nice and welcoming hosts, enjoyed every second there as you were treated like a part of the family. We could also see the process of harvesting rice and tabacco so a lot to do over there . If you get the chance of tasting the red brem they making in tetebatu definitely get a bottle, best brem if ever had and i had lot from all different places haha .

It's a simple yet comfortable homestay with a spacious room and good shower. The staff was extremely accommodating and was understanding of my very late check-in time, for which I am eternally grateful!

The family who own this homestay is really nice. The woman is super kind and “the men” helped us a lot with our time there to discover Tetebatu. The bathroom is also really clean and nice.

Agul and his wife are lovely, very welcoming ! Their house is our house. I did a tour with him in the ricefields and the countryside. We shared beautifil moments with his family and friends the evening around a rice wine and a guitar. I was invited to drink a coffee at his uncle's house and then he harvested a coconut for me and we drunk it together. They have a big heart, you must stay in this homestay if you are looking forward local experience with lovely people !

If you are looking for a peaceful place in tetebatu, go to Citra Homestay ! The room is facing a rice field, Agul family is the best, they make amazing nasi goreng and banana pancake for breakfast !! Agul also is the best guide in tetebatu area, he can teach you everything about the beautiful indonese culture. Thank you Indri for helping me doing coconut oil, sampai jumpa lagi ♥️

Staying in Citra Homestay (lovely story under this name) was a really local experience. They treated me like family members, invited me to join us for dinner. I don’t have the words to explain the energy in this house, I probably had my best Indonesian experience with them and met a new friend Citra.

first of all the owners are very very friendly and helpful! the accommodation itself was simply amazing! beautiful bathroom with lots of plants :) the bed was comfortable and the view of the bungalow also very very nice!! we had such a nice experience here!! 🌞 10/10 would recommend
