Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Great location just a short walk from Luxembourg Station and the EU offices. The place is clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials like fresh towels and kitchen basics. Easy check-in and check-out, too.
Keep in mind that the bedroom window sits right above the train tracks, so it gets pretty loud when trains pass underneath. It was also surprisingly cold inside during mid-September, and the cabinets could definitely use some upkeep since they were falling off their hinges.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026+ the apartment was fully equipped and rather spacious. + the TV and wi-fi were fully functioning. + it even had an espresso machine with capsules included. + the host provided a cot for my child - which was super nice.
- the heating takes a bit to warm up the place, but it's just because it's a typical maison de maitre bruxelloise with very high ceilings. Once it is up and running, it works very well.

La scarsissima pulizia, l'odore di fogna all'ingresso, le scale per raggiungere l'appartamento sporche ed un bagno in cui il lavandino è praticamente inesistente, i tubi dello scarico del warer a vista. Inoltre gli stop della tenda della camera si sono staccati dal muro

Tuvimos una mala experiencia . Entraron a robar , a nosotros y justo a los otros inquilinos españoles . El dueño nos dejó la noche del domingo durmiendo con la puerta rota y un bebé . Habiéndole avisado a las 18:30 no podían venir a arreglarlo . Nos dijo que vendrían al día siguiente a las 9. Pero realmente se presentaron a las 11:30!!! Encima la cerradura que traían no era correcta así que , se fue … y apareció a las 14! Toda la mañana en casa y sin hacer nada en nuestro último día ! No recibimos nada a cambio . Está a 30 min del centro , y el barrio es regular .

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025The host was very avaialble for an early check in and gave us the possibilty to leave our luggage before the check in, although, after all, we did not use the service.
The heating was not working. On a november night, it was quite cold inside. Plus, one of the windows were not closing properly. The keys were left inside the apartment and the door was left open. In theory, anyone could have gotten inside the apartment.

Не ми хареса, че е до линията на влака и всеки един минаващ влак се усеща. Трудно спях от шума и вибрациите. Възглавниците бяха прекалено ниски. И допълнителните чаршафи не миришеха на чисто. Разтегателния диван е много неудобен. Батерията на мивката в кухнята е развалена.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025Wij zochten een plek dichtbij Europese parlement. Dat was prima. OV is geweldig in Brussel. In het weekend is het erg rustige omgeving met heel af en toe een trein maar door de weeks veel treinen. Je hoort het wel maar het is te doen. Lekker veel privacy door afgesloten opgang. Zelfs keukendoeken en afwasmiddel was aanwezig. Heerlijk bed, >2m. en zeer behulpzame host, via online.
Het appartement was efficiënt maar kaal. Een staande lamp en bedlampjes had gekunt waardoor het gezelliger wordt. Je kunt geen Nederlandse tv kanalen en of muziek afspelen. Alle benodigde faciliteiten zijn aanwezig maar niet om uitgebreid te koken. Een kleine camping koelkast en een kleine badkamer, maar alles was schoon en netjes.

The cleaning lady was there 45 minutes before I checked out and waiting for me right by my door to leave - it wa bizarre and I felt very rushed. But everything else was great
