Il prend le temps de tout expliquer à l'arrivée, il est venu vérifier que la chambre me convenait et m'a demandé si je souhaitais changer ou améliorer quelque chose. L'emplacement est parfait, tout proche du centre : Pub Street et les principaux points d'intérêt sont facilement accessibles. La chambre est spacieuse et impeccable, le ménage est fait tous les jours. Les rideaux occultent bien la lumière, idéal pour dormir le matin. La clim et l'eau chaude fonctionnent sans problème, le wifi est bon, et la piscine est très agréable. L'endroit est calme et l'équipe toujours présente et réactive au moindre souci. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, je reviendrai avec plaisir!

Desde antes de la llegada a nuestra instancia no solo nos han ayudado a organizar las excursiones a Angkor wat ofreciéndonos recomendación y pasándonos contactos de confianza tanto de conductores como de guías para nuestra instancia, así como el autobús nocturno que necesitábamos coger después para llegar a nuestro siguiente destino. Han sido una pareja encantadora súper afable nos han ayudado en todo. Las habitaciones eran enormes con aire acondicionado y ventilador, estaban muy limpias y con toda la ropa de cama nueva. Sin lugar a dudas un sitio para repetir. Kathryn and her husband have been perfect hosts. Even before our arrival, they not only helped us organize our trip to Angkor Wat, but also provided us with recommendations and trusted contacts for both drivers and guides during our stay, as well as helping us arrange the night bus we needed to take to our next destination. They are a lovely, incredibly friendly couple who went out of their way to help us with everything. The rooms were huge, with both air conditioning and a fan, and they were spotlessly clean, with brand-new bed linen. Without a doubt, this is a place we would happily return to.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026The managers are a very sweet couple who take a kind and helpful interest in supporting what you want to do and see during your stay. Their restaurant and other recommendations were excellent, and they have a trusted driver whose rates for helping you to see the temples at Angkor Wat are very reasonable, plus he brings along cold water and will accommodate sunset and sunrise tours. Amazing time.
As you approach the property, from a visitor perspective the street seems a bit run down - some neighbors have construction going on and so there were some small rubble piles. But it turns out this did not at all reflect anything negative — actually the opposite, the neighbors are all kind and busy people and being down a small road makes Passport Villa quite secluded and nice, despite a wonderfully central location. We have already sent friends there!

The room had a kettle, tea, coffee and bottled water plus a big bottle of extra water in reception. Kathy and her team were very friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable. The children felt very safe and comfortable. The pool was in full sunshine all day and a clean and enjoyable space to use. We extended our stay and would certainly recommend and stay at again! A lovely place and very easily walkable to the main streets and markets. 💖

The hosts are wonderful and treat you like family. They help arrange transportation and activities, which is a huge plus. The room was very large and the bed comfy.
If you arrive with the right expectations, everything is fine.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026We stayed at Passport Villa for three nights. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and were shown what there was to do in Siem Reap. The facilities were lovely, and the room was very clean. It also has a pool, which is a bonus, and that was very clean too. I also left one of my belongings there, and they were very helpful in getting it shipped back to me elsewhere in Cambodia. Great value for money, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

L’emplacement est idéal, dans une rue très calme à deux pas des commerces et des restaurants du centre-ville. Vous avez la possibilité de garer votre scooter dans la cour, et même de prendre une douche en fin de journée après le Check out, ce qui est idéal si vous envisagez de prendre un bus de nuit.

Pas de petit déjeuner proposé mais pas un soucis, de nombreux cafés se trouvent à distance de marche du logement !

The owners of the hotel were so helpful and friendly. It is in a great location close to bars and restaurants, but not too noisy. I would recommend to anyone staying in Siem Reap.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Emplacement très proche du centre permettant de tout faire à pied. Gérant parlant parfaitement anglais et très sympa: dès le lendemain matin de notre arrivée ils étaient sur le pont à 5h pour nous permettre de voir le lever de soleil sur Angkor Wat!
Nous avions la grande chambre familiale du rez de chaussée et il est vrai que donnant en plein soleil, l'après midi la climatisation peinait un peu mais avec les gros ventilateurs nous avons parfaitement dormi.

Pool lovely to cool off as it was so hot. Value for money is incredible - would highly recommend! Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Goede ligging. Alles dichtbij en toch in een rustige straat Eigenaren erg vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. (leuke gesprekken met beiden gehad). Regelen Tuk-Tuk, vervoer naar luchthaven, advies voor massages. Het was allemaal zo gedaan door de eigenaresse.
Airconditioning werkte op onze kamer helaas niet naar behoren. (eigenaar heeft er wel naar laten kijken).

We book a room for my family (5 People) in the middle of the town, and it resulted to be a enormous room at a couple of street from the pub Street (and supermarket) It was a simple, wide and really cleaned room. The swimming is so gorgeous. We used every day. But the most important, was the kindlessly of the owners, who received always with a smile, many adviced and good conversation. They booked for us for dinner, taxis (tuk-tuk or Van), tours and all that we needed. They were so "helpulfulless" than they cannot imagine.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Ruime kamer op een rustige locatie maar vlakbij een hoofdstraat. Aardige hosts. Ik had een kamer op de eerste etage. Aan de voorkant bevond zich een groot soort balkon met schadusw en tafel met stoelen. Hier kon ik heerlijk relaxen.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026Uno dei migliori alloggi di cui ho usufruito nel mio viaggio! Premetto che sto viaggiando da mesi. I proprietari sono stati fantastici, davvero, sempre disponibili e presenti. E anche piacevolissime persone con cui chiacchierare! Ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare i tour per Angkor Wat, i bus per arrivare ad sud, posti in cui mangiare e anche dove andare a lavare i vestiti (tra l’altro, la signora che lava i vestiti, lì vicino, è stata bravissima, i vestiti sono tornati bianchissimi e profumati!). Davvero, non so cos’altro aggiungere, soggiorno perfetto!

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Dans une rue calme, mais très proche du centre, 2 minutes de marche. Chambre spacieuse avec des matelas fermes ( comme j'aime) Équipé de la clime et ventilateur. Piscine très agréable, ma fille à passé des heures dedans. Un grand Merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir permis de profiter de l'extérieur jusqu'a 19h.
La seule chose peut être à améliorer ce serais la puissance de la clime, sinon tout était parfait.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Kathryn and Kahn were so helpful with everything we needed. Booking drivers, bus tickets etc, they could help us with whatever we needed. The guest house is also so quiet, an oasis of greenery, and a clean pool to dip in after seeing the ruins. The location is also close to the night market and pub street. Very clean rooms, and close to restaurants.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Lovely elderly couple with young spirit. They make you feel at home and always take care of your best interest. Suggestions on what is value for money and hiring great tuktuk drivers etc... Location is the best part. You're close to restaurants and action but away from noise. It's quite there. Definitely book this hotel and you won't regret. Value for money is amazing, property is clean and has all the basic stuff. Pool is great to cool down after long day of exploring ruins

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Die Lage ist super, sicher, sehr ruhig gelegen, aber doch mitten in der Stadt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Tuktuks stehen um die Ecke oder können über Grap oder die Vermieter geordert werden. Auch bei Aktivitäten helfen Katie und ihr Mann gerne und kompetent weiter. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, es gab jeglichen Komfort. Der Pool ist okay. Die Lage allerdings etwas offen und von der Straße einsehbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, wäre gerne länger geblieben und komme bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026Passportvilla lebt durch die Betreiber, einer Australierin und ihrem Mann aus Pakistan. Das Zimmer war toll, ruhig, sehr schön eingerichtet und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Es wird sich um alles gekümmert, Buchungen zu verschiedenen Ausflügen z b.. Wenn man will erhält man viele tolle Tipps.. Pool habe ich nicht benutzt, sieht aber mega sauber und einladend aus. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur ein paar Minuten vom Old Market und so weiter entfernt. Ich hatte wundervolle Tage in siem Reap, Dank der tollen Menschen in der Passportvilla.
Ich wäre gerne noch geblieben, musste aber leider wieder weiter 😀

Khan et Katherine sont adorables, ils ont été comme des parents durant ces deux jours! Ils répondent à toutes les questions et sont très aidants (réservation de bus, bateau, location de scooter etc) Rien à dire sur les chambres !! Nous recommandons ++ Encore merci

También trabajan con un conductor de Tuk Tuk, Mr San, quien es súper amable también, muy recomendado para hacer la visita a Angkor Wat La habitación del hotel es súper amplia y súper limpia. Tienen una piscina perfecta para disfrutar del calor

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026Friendly homestay run by Kath and Khan who helped organise bike rental and gave advice on the local area. Extended our stay here and they were happy to accommodate. Rooms are clean, large and appointed with all that you need. Walkable to pub street and restaurants etc. Very good value. Highly recommend as a base to explore the Siem Reap area.
Beds are quite hard, as is common in this part of the world. Still some small improvements to come as Kath and Khan took control fairly recently (e.g. renovating bathrooms). The street is a pretty average dirt road so take care on a bike.
