Central Suite Residence sits in a perfect location. Pub street, the old market and countless dining options are within a 10 minute walk. We had two rooms and they were perfect. Beds were comfortable and the temperature was just right. The split pack did its job. The bathrooms were big and checked all the boxes. The pool is just perfect. And the bar next to it serves awesome drinks. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner on different days and everything was delicious. Some people complained of how hot it was since the restaurant area is outdoors but covered. meh... blame mother nature. The staff is simply superb. Big thanks to Kim, Liza, and Sofia. The entire team was very kind and accommodating. Speaking of how hot Siem Reap is in general... every time we returned to the hotel after a day of touristy things the staff was waiting for us with a cold wet towel. That was a great touch. Thank you so much!

This really is a wonderful hotel. We stayed for 9 nights and were surprised at the value for money. Great atmosphere…the most friendly and capable staff….very clean and the attention to detail was excellent. Also, very central to everything in Siem Reap but still very quiet at night.

Central Suite Residence is hands-down the best place to stay in Siem Reap! The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute stroll from Pub Street, yet it feels like a quiet, tropical oasis inside. The rooms are massive, immaculate, and beautifully air-conditioned. What truly elevates this hotel is the incredible staff. Returning from long tours each day, we were welcomed with refreshing cold towels—pure bliss! We also loved the fantastic breakfast where you can order your own freshly prepared meal exactly how you like it. They went entirely above and beyond for my husband's birthday. The entire staff came out together, singing and gifting him a delicious birthday cake. When we went up to our room, we were blown away by the beautiful decorations, vibrant balloons, and a spectacular cake towel arrangement! The hospitality didn't stop until the last second. At checkout, we received the most heartwarming send-off. The staff and even the hotel manager personally waved goodbye until our private transfer was completely out of sight. We’ve never experienced this level of genuine care. We will absolutely be back! Hotel located very conveniently in the centre of town near restaurants and markets. Hotel has a great vibe good restaurant very modern. Rooms are spotless and modern. Great value for money. Pool is great with a wet bar Most importantly, the staff service is great. They can’t do enough for you and are very professional using your name at every interaction.

I would like to give 5 out of 5. We stayed at Junior Suite and the room was wide and clean. We loved the welcoming drink and snack. The staff are helpful, informative and sweet. The breakfast was also good and should try Khmer Yellow Noodle soup. It is just about 5 min away from the famous Pub street and many restaurants nearby.

Very clean hotel and well maintained! Staff take pride in everything they do and are so friendly. You are greeted by name by everyone, given cool towels after returning to the hotel and they are always smiling. Loved the pool area and the swim up bar! Breakfast is also very good and they give you a menu to select from and cook it fresh for you as well as having a buffet to choose from. Highly recommend and would stay again!!

Staff were all amazing, they accommodated every request and helped with everything we needed. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they all were. The breakfast buffet was really nice - in addition to the buffet, there was a menu to order from, and everything was delicious. The rooftop pool is huge and overlooks the entire city. It's gorgeous at night!

Our room was spacious and very clean. When you entee the room you can smell fragrance, natural fragrance. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel too is 3 minutes walk to Pub Street, maybe 5 minutes walk to Night Market. And there are so many massage places and restaurants nearby.

We have traveled to many countries and this was one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The staff and service was so amazing. Everyone would go out of their way to help us and make sure we are comfortable. The location is right next to Pub street, food court and shopping. The hotel and pool was very clean, loved the small touches like jasmine in the elevator. The breakfast was delicious. The fruit, babaw, ka tiew, all very good, perfect way to start the day.

Wow! We had the best family vacation at the Central Suite Residence. First, the staff is the sweetest, most attentive, and detail-oriented that immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They were very helpful in helping us book activities and find transportation. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the location is very central. It is a convenient to walk or tuktuk to Pub Street, restaurants, and markets (but not noisy at all!). The pool was excellent to relax and refresh from the heat and the pool bar has great drinks! The restaurant’s dinner and breakfast were delicious. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and have excellent AC. Overall, this place felt luxurious, had excellent service and amenities, all for a very reasonable price. We 200% recommended!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was very nice and exceptionally clean, the location was perfect, and the staff were outstanding throughout my stay. The rooms are very spacious and spotless, and the bathrooms are in excellent condition. Everything has been maintained to a very high standard, which made the stay even more comfortable. A special shout out to Kim, who looked after me from check-in and continues to make sure everything is perfect during my stay — truly excellent service and hospitality. The little touches really made a difference too: free fruit bowl, complimentary scarf, cold towel, and a refreshing drink on arrival. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one was definitely needed as I was genuinely surprised by the excellent service provided. Unfortunately I’m only here for 3 nights, but I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Sally, Kim and the whole team are outstanding. They welcome you with genuine care and kindness. Our two boys 14 & 10 yr old loved the pool area and the staff. The hotel is a great size not too big which makes it more comfortable and your individual needs are cared for. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in March - apologies about the late review! Once again I realised why I chose this hotel : Amazing friendly staff who go above and beyond each day with a smile I felt like I returned home each day I got myself the Junior Suite this time and it was so worth it Clean everything and beautiful gardens.Highly commend the grounds staff Amazing Chef's and wait staff - had a beautiful steak on the last night and it truly was amazing. Breakfast was beautiful every day and they changed things up.Plenty of choices including local and more western choices and beautiful fresh local fruits.Omlette and egg station also. Cocktails are fantastic - 20% off at happy hour Great swim up bar for you to relax by. Location is fantastic - recommend Blue Spa next door for that late night massage . I used the airport service to and from the hotel and had no issues. I've already started planning my return next year as I can't wait to return .

Staff were amazing - they all k each us by name. Whenever we came back to the hotel they dashed out to bring us cold towels. Whenever we sat down they brought a glass of cold water and a mobile fan. The restaurant was a lovely place to sit with good food at very reasonable prices. They arranged 2 way airport transfer and several trips for us and all the drivers and our English speaking guide Bandol was great.

Central Suite Residence had the best service of any hotel I’ve ever been to. The staff knew our names and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. Our room was well appointed and comfortable, the restaurant had great food, and the pool was amazing!

We had an exceptional experience at Central Suites Residence. Everything was very good—the room, the breakfast, the location and the pool. But what stood out most of all were the staff! Every single person was attentive and helpful. They knew us by name, greeted us warmly every time we walked by and helped us arrange taxis and tours. An example of how they went above and beyond was one morning when I didn’t eat breakfast because I hadn’t been feeling well, the chef came over and said he could cook up something special for me. On another, we were about to go out for a walk, they offered us umbrellas because rain was in the forecast. Really exceptional service.

We spent 4 nights at Centrsl Suite Residence and highly recommend it. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We particular with its rainfall shower with strong water pressure and a magnifying mirror for makeup or shaving. There were a good range of breakfast choices and when staff noticed I want eating much (due to travellers tummy) the chef cane out and offered to make me anti wished. Every single member of the staff was equally thoughtful, offering us an umbrella in iffy weather, arranging tours and taxis, and greeting us by name. The exceptional hospitality and professionalism of everyone there, made our visit to Siem Reap a true pleasure.

From the moment I stepped foot on to the property I was greeter by the team with a delicious drink and some plantain chips. The hospitality displayed felm the team never let up from that moment all through the end of my stay. The room was clean and equipped with every amenity a traveler would need. I had the chance to eat at the hotel restaurant after a long day and the food was great! Had a variety of western and traditional dishes. Nice little gem tucked in the main city center. Very hospitable and polite staff, always greeting with an affable smile and eager to help. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable, linen and towels were perfect. They were generous to grant us an early check in as our flight landed quite early in the morning and surprised us with a thoughtful personalized flower decoration on the bed. We booked a Junior Suite Room, which was spacious and came with a stone bathtub right in the middle of the room and a nice rainshower, with a small balcony sitout facing some mango trees and peaceful city views with zero noise. The night market street, pub street and all city attractions were walkable, and the hotel also had a tour desk that arranged all the tours at a fairly reasonable price. They even packed us breakfast for our early morning trip to Angkor. Had literally nothing to complain or whine about our 4 nights stay, which is a rarity. The hotel had a clean and serene pool surrounded by greenery and a restaurant by the pool with a good breakfast spread and a good menu for dining anytime, with customizable vegetarian options. The restaurant staff went out of their way to attend to our vegetarian food requirements. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seam Reap, and particularly to my fellow travellers from India visiting with family and kids, looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay right in the middle of a city.

Gave us a Cambodian scarf on arrival and a welcome floral on the bed. Highly recommend. Because they are so close to the action you do here a bit of music from but they provide ear plugs

Stayed here for 5 nights and honestly, this place got everything right. The location is spot on — just a 2-minute walk to Pub Street on Sok San Road, but still peaceful enough to get proper sleep at night. Breakfast was something I actually looked forward to every morning. Good variety and consistently tasty, which is rare for longer stays. Tried the aroma massage at the hotel spa and it was genuinely one of the best parts of the trip. Super relaxing and well done. What really stood out though was the hospitality. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, and special mention to Mr. Tong and the hotel manager — they made the whole experience feel personal and effortless. Would definitely recommend this place and I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in Siem Reap.

What a fabulous stay in a very central Spot. Easy walk to restaurants bars markets and the river. Wonderful staff giving great care. Lovely to sit in the pool and relax with a cocktail in the afternoon.

This hotel was my favourite hotel during our three week trip travelling Southeast Asia. The staff were absolutely amazing, they remembered your name when you came through the lobby, you were always greeted with a cold towel when you came back to the hotel, and they were there to help you with anything you needed. The rooms were absolutely amazing. So spacious compared to any other hotel I’d stayed in. The bathrooms were also huge and the showers were incredible. The breakfast was delicious, there was a small buffet area, but also a menu that you could just order off of. The pool was very nice with a swim up bar and had a good amount of privacy. I had to do an online exam during my stay and they made sure to put an extra router in my room so the Wi-Fi would be extra fast and dependable. I was so sad to be leaving this hotel as it was one of my favourite stays anywhere. Big shoutout to Liza.

We had a short but wonderful stay at Central Suite Residence in Siem Reap. The hotel was extremely comfortable, clean, had excellent amenities & was very reasonably priced. However, the best feature was the incredibly welcoming, helpful & friendly staff. If we are ever back in Siem Reap we would not hesitate to stay again.

The location was excellent to go along with the customer service. I was treated like family from the start of my stay to the end.. it was my second stay within 4 months. The staff are all amazing, always smiling and willing to help. From the day manager, to the cleaners everyone was helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean, spotless and large in size. This was the best value for dollar in Siem Reap, I will not stay elsewhere.

This is by far the best location if you want to celebrate new year but also it is well placed for pub street without being itself in a too noisy area. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff, in particular Kim, have all been amazing and it’s got a very relaxed but upmarket atmosphere. The rooms are value for money and well decorated with a waterfall shower as well with a jungle theme to it! Everything was extremely clean and it has everything you need with a swim up bar. Kim knew us both by name and even organised a breakfast box as we would be missing breakfast to go to Ankgor Wat at sunrise!

We were made to feel so welcome by the team at Central Residence Suites that it felt like we were staying with family, not a hotel. The room was beautifully clean and very large with great amenities. Excellent location with restaurants and markets within walking distance and pub street very nearby. We were especially well looked after by Pisean who was lovely and very attentive. If we find ourselves in tis part of the world again we would not hesitate to book here again. Thank you team!

We so enjoyed staying in this wonderful hotel for 5 days.  It's in a great location and is within easy walking distance of Pub Street and the river where there's a profusion of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself, however, is tucked away in a more peaceful area away from any noise. The rooms are very comfortable with good beds and there is a lovely pool and restaurant. Their front desk service is particularly outstanding and is genuinly warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Siem Reap.

I had a great stay at Central Suite Residence. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, especially after a long day exploring temples. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and comfortable. The location is also very convenient—close to Pub Street but still quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep.

There wasn’t much to complain about, but the Wi-Fi could be a bit inconsistent at times. Also, the breakfast options were somewhat limited if you’re staying for multiple days.

The staff is so amazing here! From the second we arrived, till when we checked out we felt very taken care of. They upgraded us for free to a bigger room and we did not ever have to ask! Any questions we had the staff was able to answer for us to make our trip even better. The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s right by pub street but you don’t hear all the noise all night. When we come back to Cambodia we will definitely be staying here again.
