Smelly bathroom, light was barely working so room was very dark, no place to hang clothes or towels to dry, limited furniture. It snowed a lot on our last day and basically we had to make a way for our car through the snow ourselves. Basic breakfast. Expensive for what you get

La hora del chekout es muy temprano para el costo. Las habitaciones requieren aislante de los ruidos. Había personas en las habitaciones del 3er piso, que caminaban, saltaban y subían y bajaban las escaleras constantemente. Se escuchaba todo y costó dormir. En la cena deben colocar más proteínas que arroz, pues es muy costosa para lo que sirven.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025The place is beautiful. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. They make you feel at home, very comfortable. Ski centers are close, while the price is reasonable. The hot tub is a perfect way to relax after a long day skiing.

One gets used to the switchback drive to resorts. Depart early for ski day. For the value, it's worth the scenic drive every day.

1-3 hour drive to ski resorts (5-7 mile drive) due to road conditions and crazy Chileans putting chains on in middle of roadway. If you want to get a close to full day of skiing, leave immediately after breakfast. No dallying! .

We booked last minute so we can’t complain too much, but $88 is a bit expensive for a hostel, even with the cool stuff above.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2024Our staff went above and beyond during our stay. The road ended up getting blocked by a downed power line and they offered to drive us down the mountain/ keep us comfortable until the road became unblocked. They were super kind and helpful.
