Lumiapartment1

Krasne ciste ubytovani, ktere obsahuje vse co potrebujete k pobytu vcetne prijemne tvrde postele. Pan majitel velice ochotny, prisel nam otevrit do 10 minut po objednani.

Iso kiitos!

Gute zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place is absolutely amazing—very comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. We especially enjoyed using the sauna, which was a fantastic extra and made our stay even more relaxing. The washing machine was very convenient and worked perfectly. Although we did not have much time to use the kitchen, it is clearly very modern, well equipped, and lovely. I loved the hair dry is professional and amazing. Overall, it is a fantastic apartment and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Host Sami was great. Apartment was neat and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Niente!

Very clean and cozy.

1. No shampoo. 2. It’s better to have a written instruction

Location was excellent, apartment had everything we needed and Sami was very helpful.

Nothing

Great location, kitchen had everything we needed, close to a supermarket, washing machine was great to have, a large clothes rack to dry our clothes and Sami is a wonderful host. Only an easy 15 minute drive to Santa Claus village.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable but everything else was great.

Location near Hyde Park , Paddington station and bus station is just 1 min walk away

No lift.

Everything was perfect, clean. In apartmant is everything what you need.

Sami is a gracious host. We would love to visit again. Will recommend to my friends and family. Sauna was lovely after the excursions.

Wonderful unit that provides everything! With a blackout curtain in the room would be perfect then!

Everything! A well thought host that prep everything for us! The apartment is sparkling clean! Exactly as per photo.

Sami was a great host who quickly greeted us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know, along with useful advice. The apartment is beautiful, 15 mins on foot from the city center or 3 mins by car, with a spacious balcony/terrace, and there's a mall a couple of mins on foot that's open until 11 PM. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was a perfect base to reach wonderful locations nearby: Ounasvaara and Koivusaari trail, Santa Claus village, Bearhill Husky, Amethyst Mine and wonderful nature nearby.

Everything was great.

Spacious, clean and modern.

Perfect location, central in Rovaniemi yet very easy to access by car. Good car parking, nice facilities incl. sauna, very tidy, all essentials available and a very nice and communicating host.

Sami was an excellent host, explained all the details of the apartment and sauna. The place had an awesome view, but the weather wasn't completely in our side :D We enjoyed the place, was confortable, modern and nice!

We had little bit problems to turn on the sauna, the first night we didn't manage, the second we did but then was too hot, anyway we managed to enjoy it in the end :)

It was so cozy and clean and we had everything we needed such as toiletries, cooking equipment, kitchen utensils, cleaning products and equipment. The host was very friendly and helpful, available to answer any questions we had. The apartment was warm and the view on the balcony is amazing and there was plenty of space and storage.

It was so clean and cozy and comfortable. There were all the toiletries you’d need and all the cooking equipment you need. We had everything we needed. It was warm and spacious.

Everything was perfect, Sami waited for us at the property, even though the plane arrived late in the evening. A clean location with all utilities, very close to the market just 5 minutes on foot and if you have rented a car you can immediately reach any destination in a few minutes.

The best place to stay in Rowaniemi! Cozy, very clean apartament with a good atmosphere and style. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very attentive and helpful owners. Thank you, you made our vacation wonderful!

The location of the apartment was perfect! Located very close to a supermarket, and perfect to get to the city centre, airport or train station. The apartment is big, very clean and has everything you desire - a modern kitchen, nice sauna and Netflix on TV! After a cold day outside, it was really nice to come home to the apartment :-) The host is also really friendly and helpful if you need anything. Highly recommended!

It is only a very small issue:, but te fire alarm goes off quite quickly when you turn on the oven or even toaster.

We were four people for Christmas 2023 in Rovaniemi, staying in this incredible place, comfortable, clean, quality utensils, well located, with a great sauna. the view and location are great. The host Sami did everything so we could have the best Christmas 🎅 of our lives. Merry Christmas !
