Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Good shower and mattress. Spacious and mostly well equipped. Rustic ambiance. The studio contains 4 surprises and 6 secrets - a paradise for the adventurous traveler.
No big mug for tea and while there were several pots, they were all the same type while there was no frying pan. Hot water can run out if you take a shower after doing dishes.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The space had everything I needed! Bed was very comfortable. Clean towels and plenty of toilet roll. Good washing up and cleaning supplies. Plenty of power sockets. Great location, very close to transport links. Feels safe and secure.
There was a heatwave during my stay with temperatures up to 38°C and there was only one fan in the apartment. I did very much appreciate this but air conditioning or additional/more powerful fans would have made things a lot more comfortable.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Lokalizacja jest super, 20 min pieszo od głównego rynku. Mieszkanie jest dobrze wyposażone, mamy wszystko co potrzeba w kuchni, akcesoria takie jak żelazko itd. Po wejściu do mieszkania było czysto. Generalnie mieszkanie jest bardzo przyjemne i polecam jeśli ktoś przyjeżdża pozwiedzać Brukselę.
Niestety dźwięki z zewnątrz mocno wpadają do środka, przez co rano często się budziliśmy. Dodatkowo rączka od prysznica była już zniszczona i wypadała ora zlew w łazience był zatkany.

Je déconseille ce logement si vous aimez passer de bonnes nuits…. Il y a beaucoup de bruit dans la rue juste en bas, jusqu’à tard le soir et très tôt le matin (5h30). Entre le trafic de la route et les gens alcoolisés qui hurlent en pleine nuit, mieux vaut être équipé de bonnes boules quies.

Ouve-se o barulho exterior, poderia ser visto isto, apenas uma noite houve muito barulho de carros na rua e deu pra ouvir, atrapalhou um bocado o sono. As almofadas poderiam ser melhores.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2025The studio was perfect for our short stay. It is close to the metro and you can walk into the center of town in 10 minutes. The studio is clean, it has heating and the bed is comfortable. You have Netflix, so if you don't want to stay out late it's good. One thing I would suggest is to add a microwave. There is an oven and pots and pans but if you just want to heat your croissants and milk it would be good.

Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno non può avere un voto superiore al 3/4, il nostro aereo sarebbe dovuto atterrare poco dopo le 10 di sera ma come molte volte accade con i voli serali, il nostro volo ha fatto un ritardo di circa una mezz’ora, atterrando all’aeroporto di Charleroi poco prima delle 11 avevamo capito che il nostro arrivo sarebbe stato fuori orario check in, questo però non sembrava essere un problema in quanto fin da una settimana prima al nostro arrivo avevamo preso accordi con l’host che non aveva mai fatto intendere che l’orario fosse un problema, anzi intorno alle 8 di sera ci siamo sentiti per organizzarci per la consegna del badge che ci avrebbe permesso l’ingresso nella struttura. Ho sempre comunicato ogni tipo di spostamento dall’atterraggio dell’aereo al fatto che avessimo preso il Flibco (bus che porta in stazione). Alle ore 23.30 proprio 15 minuti prima che il nostro bus arrivasse alla stazione la proprietaria ci scrive dicendoci testuali parole: “is too late for us to hand over the keys”, lasciandoci così dei ragazzi senza un alloggio per la notte nella zona della stazione… La mattina seguente chiediamo di poter avere il rimborso solo della notte che non abbiamo usufruito cosa che assolutamente ci viene negata, chiediamo quindi di poter fare il check in per le ore 9 del mattino almeno per lasciare i bagagli ed iniziare a visitare la città (considerando che la struttura è pagata da noi già dal giorno precedente) ci viene risposto che il check in è possibile alle 11 del mattino… La cosa assurda è che ci è stato pure detto che non è stata una decisione loro rifiutare il nostro arrivo, quando in realtà la notte ci è stato scritto che ormai era troppo tardi per consegnare le chiavi (se non mi consegni le chiavi cosa vuol dire? Che non posso entrare nella struttura!!!

Con una ubicación bastante buena, no está en el centro de Bruselas pero se puede llegar caminando en 15 minutos, adicional tiene en la esquina una estación de metro donde pasan 2 líneas del metro y en la siguiente cuadra una estación donde pasan 4 líneas, por lo que está muy bien conectado. El host siempre estuvo atento al chat para coordinar la entrega de las llaves en un horario previamente definido.
Todo perfecto.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Posizione strategica, metro a un passo, a pochi minuti dal centro storico. E molto vicina alla stazione bruxelles nord. Molti parcheggi per i vari bike sharing sotto casa. Appartamento grande e comodo fornito di tutto. Letto comodissimo
Tenendo la finestra aperta si è molto vicini ad una strada a scorrimento veloce che fa parecchio rumore: clacson, ambulanze ecc. inoltre proprio sotto casa spesso cè gente sbandata che urla o litiga, anche di notte. Molto importante decidere il momento della consegna chiavi, la proprietaria ha diversi appartamenti e deve pianificare tutto con precisione. Anche il check out non va oltre l orario prestabilito. Forse servirebbe un po’ di flessibilità in più.

Schlüsselübergabe war äusserst mühsam. Vorab wurde eine Zeit abgemacht mit der Option zu telefonieren, wenn die Ankunftszeit sich ändert (wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs). Die Vermieterin war telefonisch NICHT erreichbar. Nur über sms und Mail. Am Schluss konnten wir zwei Stunden warten!!!

Reviewed May 12, 2025Alojamiento muy comodo en todo sentido, tanto sus instalaciones como su ubicacion, este se encuentra a 5 minutos del metro caminando y a unos 20 minutos caminando del centro turistico de bruselas, su cama es muy comoda, todo en impecable funcionamiento.
solo por decir algo, el departamento donde queda en el segundo piso, se escucha muy de cerca el ruido de la calle y los fin de semana en la noche es de fiesta por lo tanto hay ruido de personas caminando toda la noche. pero todo bien en realidad, pero ese detalle se escapa de las manos del anfitrion,, Muchas gracias.

В квартире очень холодно. Маленький обогреватель на большое пространство не спас положение. Горячей воды не было,а на улице +3. Инструкций к обогревателям,соответственно,тоже не было. Хоть одеяло толстое и на этом спасибо. Впервые на съеме мылись из-под чайника. Пытались попросить решить проблему,но нам так никто и не помог.2 дня без горячей воды,это нормально? Слышимость с улице колоссальная. Будто с тобой рядом все эти люди тусуются. Нет губок чем мыть посуду. Нет шампуня,мыла. Жидкое мыло вообще было разбавлено водой и оставалось минимальное его количество на дне дозатора. Вроде есть все и вроде ничего.

Nous n'avons pas pu dormir les nuits du vendredi au samedi et du samedi au dimanche de 3h du matin jusqu'à 5h car la rue est très bruyante des gens ivres directement sous notre fenêtre criaient, hurlaient, se bagarraient même, cassaient des bouteilles par terre et écoutaient de la musique forte et faisaient vrombir le moteur de leurs voitures etc... nous avons passé 2 nuits pourries le lit pourrait être plus confortable.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2025L'hôte était absent c'est donc une de ses amies qui a remis les clés, amie mécontente et désagréable du fait d'un retard dont je l'avais informé au préalable par message, n'ayant pas eu de réponse de sa part j'ai pu finir ma réunion de travail considérant que ce retour ne posait pas de problème ( si problème il fallait me le dire par message). Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas, de la même manière que l'eau chaude. Pour rappel il faisait -1° C dehors et aucune réaction du propriétaire mis à part voyez avec mon amie, qui pour rappel était désagréable et m'avait informé qu'elle n'y connaissait rien à l'appartement, qu'elle rendait juste service. Au regard du prix payé, il est honteux de ne pas avoir de chauffage et n prime d'avoir une vaisselle sale.

La calefacción no es lo suficientemente potente para una estancia tan grande en los meses más fríos (me alojé en enero). No hacen factura, por lo que si necesitas justificar gastos de trabajo no es ideal.

Есть чайник, духовка с плитой, кофемашина. Нам оставили приветственный бонус: воду и конфетки, это очень мило. Квартира как на фото. Проживание и общение с владельцами было максимально комфортным. При заселении нас встретили возле магазина zeeman. Дверь рядом с магазином - дверь в апартаменты. В квартире есть телевизор с подпиской на нетфликс. Огромные окна в пол.
Бесконтактное заселение не возможно, при встрече вас встречают и тогда уже получаете ключи. Проживание на первом этаже.

When we got there around the appointed time there was no further instruction. We went into the hallway (against the cold), a few minutes later the lady that was supposed to give us the key told us off for going inside. We were supposed to wait outside, and she showed her displeasure very clearly. Not a nice start of the holiday. Especially since we had no clear instructions where to wait. I called the number a few times while we were waiting inside the hallway. When i told her I had called she shrugged and said : thats not my number. The confusion in communication wouldn’t have been a problem if she hadn’t reacted in that rude way.

The check-in process was undesirable. I'm quite sure I saw in the Q&A that the host allows for early check-in before I booked this hotel, as I will arrive around 9 am. However, on the day when I arrived in Brussels, I tried to contact the host for early check-in, but this message disappeared altogether. As we couldn't estimate our arrival time early, the host also tried to reach out, asking when I would arrive since she rejected my early check-in request. When I saw her message around 5 pm, we had to wait outdoors in slight rain for someone to pass the key to us. The Bed is really not comfortable, too thin for us.

Near a Metro station and there are lots of nice cafes / restaurants near the studio if not wanting to go anywhere too touristy in the central city (we recommend Beat for dinner). Studio very clean and tidy.
As its central there is naturally some road/traffic noise.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2024Das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wlan war gut. Man hat in der Nähe viele Verbindungen zu den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Die Matratze ist sehr dünn so dass man das Lattenrost fühlt. In der Küchenzeile funktionierte das Licht nicht.

Noisy due to outside noise with the windows open. Therefore, windows need to remain closed if you want to rest.

Our meet and greet was half hour late even though it was arranged prior to arrival. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The TV didn't work. The owner suggested sending a photo of 'no signal' message. You could pay for some channels. The kitchen sink plug didn't work. The wash basin in the bathroom was very very slow to drain. Under the cushions on the settee was filthy.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2024_L'emplacement. Environ à 10 min du centre à pieds. _Les échanges avec la propriétaire qui ont tjs été cordiaux. Et le fait que celle-ci soit arrangeante et réactive. _Le studio.RAS, tout est conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Bref, nous le recommandons vivement

La cama casi no tenía colchón, era realmente incómodo porque notabas las tablas de la cama en la espalda. La televisión parecía no servir, serían de gran utilidad unas instrucciones de uso básicas. Al volver una noche, la puerta no se habría con el llavero y solo después de probar y probar conseguimos entrar.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2024Súper amplio y cómodo! Con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. No tuvimos ningún tipo de inconveniente. Buena cama, buena ducha caliente, buen armario, buena cocina donde prepararse algo.
