Very helpful and friendly staff. They treated us like family. Breakfast eggs were made to our preference. It was a beautiful morning that allowed us to eat outside and enjoy the countryside.

Très bel accueil des propriétaires du motel. Chambre bien insonorisée malgré la proximité de la route, simple avec tout le nécessaire (table, fauteuil, bureau, frigo, tv). Salle de bain fonctionnelle et propre, avec petite fenêtre. Un bon petit déjeuner servi tous les matins à l'accueil.

Absolutely perfect! The place was super clean, well-maintained, and everything was spotless. You can really tell they take pride in keeping everything in excellent condition. Great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place.

The management was very friendly and breakfast was good.

Pinecone Motel is a sweet place to stay for a night or two when you’re passing through. It’s a beautiful property that is well maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners Sarah and Davis are lovely people, so friendly and kind. They whip up delicious hot breakfasts too!

The hotel is dated but the owners have put a great deal of work into upgrading the rooms. Everything you would need is in the room except for a coffee maker. But! You won't need one since they have fresh coffee and breakfast ready in their lobby early. You can expect home made scones, donuts, cereal, yogurt, toast, fruit and eggs made scrambled, over easy, over med, any way you want them. Dining tables or picnic tables outside. A wonderful couple run this place and are extremely gracious and accommodating.

Das Motel war für ein 2 Sterne Motel sehr ordentlich und hat ein prima Frühstück angeboten. Die Inhaber waren super nett und freundlich. Man konnte sogar draußen sitzen.

L'organisation du petit déjeuner est surprenante (pas beaucoup de place): mais il est fait avec beaucoup de coeur et compris dans le prix !

Breakfast was sufficient and they cooked your eggs on the spot to your liking.

The facilities were excellent -while.the outside appears dated, the interiors have been updated and are modern and comfortable.

The motel is nearby to a cow farm. Not a huge issue, but the scent of the farm was noticeable outside - however, inside was fine, and this motel was only a place to sleep as our days were spent exploring NB, whale watching, etc. so it didn't matter too much.

Very quiet, very clean, friendly proprietor--excellent value for money

I always travel with tea bags and could have heated water in microwave, but no cup! Coffee/tea making supplies always nice.

The owners are so friendly and welcoming. They were extremely accommodating when we needed to shift our stay by a day due to weather. They are very easy to reach and very close to some restaurants. The size of the room is very comfortable.

The wall air conditioner units in two of the rooms were musty smelling and one had a lot of wet dust in it.

As touring cyclists we highly recommend the Motel. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, the room was renovated, clean and spacious enough for us and our two bikes, the breakfast was great and we liked its location just out of town.

For an older motel, this place was amazing, all due to the staff. We were personyguided to our room, shown how everything works, and then treated to a hot breakfast the next morning. While dates, the rooms were very clean and quiet. Can you tell I was impressed? You bet.

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Ils ont à coeur de bien nous servir et que notre séjour soit agréable. Les chambres sont très propres et les lits sont confortables. Nous avons tellement apprécié notre expérience que sur le chemin du retour de Nouvelle-Ecosse nous avons décidés de nous arrêter à nouveau au Pinecone Motel pour une nuit.

Dans notre unité, ça sentait vraiment pas bon, pourtant nous ne sommes vraiment pas difficiles. Nous avons été chercher un ""sens bon'"" pour changer l odeur. Nos voisins disaient qu'il n avait pas se problème. Sinon tout était parfait

Location is beautiful and peaceful and the owners are such a lovely couple. They make your eggs how you like in the morning with a good selection of toast , yogurt, cereal, fruit and a baked good. Coffee and tea as well. Air conditioner works insanely good and fast , I wouldn’t turn it and leave for the day. Within less than and hour ours felt like a deep freeze . Rooms are very clean!! We’ve stayed twice now and will be back.

These are two very tiny negative observations, but it would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room and it would also be nice if breakfast was served a little later.

This property is very clean, the owners are super helpful, the breakfast is very nice, not an open buffet with cold eggs but they will cook your eggs if you want some, fresh and hot. The motel is older but kept very clean, nice air conditioning, newer bathroom.

Drive 5-8 minutes to restaurants but the owners gives you a list of recommended places with phone numbers for delivery and addresses

This owners are what makes this place stand out. You get a personal escort to your room and a demonstration on how to use all the amenities. A delicious home-cooked meal every morning along with coffee. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for.

There was no wifi during our visit and no reliable cellular data. The owner said they do have wifi but there was a problem with a service pole during our visit. It was just unfortunate and does not reflect on the owners of the property whatsoever.

Ameublement vieillot mais ça va changer . Je parle des fauteuils de la chambre no9 mais pas vraiment un problème majeur. Déjà la chambre a eu de belles rénovations. Lit confortable, literie adéquate. Je les remercie. Climatisation propre

It was just what we needed for a quick, quiet, relaxing getaway. I loved that they had a BBQ and a fire pit that we could use. The owners are phenomenally kind and helpful. The breakfast and fresh cooked eggs was also a nice surprise and treat.

Notre appréciation est complète , conservez ce bel emplacement. Gardez le terrain avec les arbres et en faire un jardin , un peu de décoration avec des lumières. Il y a toujours place a l'amélioration , c'est déjà bien.

We spent two nights at the Pine Cone Motel. Although it is an older motel, it is very well cared for by its owners. Each morning there was a Continental breakfast laid out in the Office and the hostess personally fried our eggs to our liking.

The Wi-Fi was very slow!

The owners are such welcoming people they make you feel right at home. The bed was super confortable. The homemade breakfast is a nice touch.

Rooms were exceptionally clean and the couple who runs this place ae extremely welcoming and great hosts (made to order breakfast!) Location is quite good relative to Fundy National park and Fundy Tail Provincial Park.

WiFi didn't work at all during my stay.

Very nice manager who provided me with breakfast snacks when I checked in late and told him I would not be awake at their breakfast time.

Very pleasant experience staying here. Owner went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. He came to our room, explained TV services and use of the minisplit. Even had breakfast delivered to our door at 7:00 am, as requested, very impressed!

There's campfire available, the hosts are very nice and will help you set up the fire. There are morning room service with a hot breakfast.

Very nice place, the hosts are extremely nice and care about their costumers. We were offered a very nice continental breakfast and eggs were made on demand. The place is situated near Fundy which was perfect for us.

The owners are really nice and attentive. The homemade biscuits and muffins were very good. They were willing to make eggs to order, and as usual with big smiles.

I've been coming here for 3 yrs now. They've slowly been renovating, so still a bit dated...BUT...they have heat pump air (nice and quiet unlike other places I've stayed), renovated bathrooms, keyless entry...still some work to do, but it is clean and the bed was comfy. I go out of my way to stay here on my yearly pilgrimage to Cape Breton.

The wifi didn’t work great and the only reason that is a negative is because cell service also isn’t great there so there was no way to connect with anyone.

I did not see that Pets were not allowed. I did have a small dog that stayed. They should have found my room close to spotless. They should change there policy on pets. There are many dog activities in Sussex NB. and are in prime location.

Great staff, its run by a couple. Comfortable bed, room was clean. Basic and nice breakfast, would love to come again.

Two things—poor wifi, and I realized in the morning that they are using some tactic to boost the signal from their reception area and save some internet cost. It was so poor that you could not open a single page, and even telecom reception was not good. The other thing was the AC creating a lot of noise. I had to literally turn off the AC in the middle of the night because of the noise. Apart from that, everything was good.
