A truly special place – we felt at home from the very first moment ❤️ From the second we arrived until the moment we left, we felt surrounded by warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality. John and his wonderful wife made us feel like part of the family. They were incredibly welcoming, caring and thoughtful, and we could truly feel how much they love what they do. The room was beautifully designed, with so much attention to detail. Everything felt warm, comfortable and carefully thought out. The breakfast was absolutely perfect. Everything was homemade by John and his wife, and you could really taste the love and effort they put into it. It was one of the highlights of our stay. John also went above and beyond by creating a personalized itinerary for us, with recommendations and a route tailored specifically to what we wanted to see in the area. This made exploring the region so much easier and more enjoyable. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see, yet wonderfully peaceful and quiet at the same time. We honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. It was much more than just accommodation — it was a warm, personal and unforgettable experience. Thank you, John and family, for making our stay so special. We will definitely come back! ❤️

Great location in a quiet part of the town with easy access to lots of great walks & local restaurants. Really comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent, helpful owners & a delicious breakfast with lots of homemade and local products on offer.

הכל היה מושלם, חדרים ענקיים ונוחים, עיצוב יפה, ארוחת בוקר ביתית טעימה, צוות נעים, קרוב ממש למרכז העיר בהליכה קצרה.

Family run , great location, super clean and cared for. It’s been all refurbished with love and care. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of options - all home made.

Staying at this family-run residence was an absolute delight. The entire family goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home, creating a wonderfully warm and welcoming atmosphere. A special thanks to Jonas, who was incredible and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay.

Sve je savršeno. Estetika smeštaja je neverovatna, brinulo se o svakom detalju, počev od dvorišta sa mnoštvom zelenila, do samog objekta gde se ne zna da li je lepši eksterijer ili enterijer. Higijena je besprekorna. Kreveti vrlo udobni. U objektu je vrlo prijatno, klima u letnjem peridu je nepotrebna. Vlasnici su izuzetni, ljubazni i vode računa o svemu. Da ne zaboravim doručak koji je vrlo kvalitetan!

We have been travelling and staying in different properties in Greece for many years; this place is like nothing we have experienced before. The quality of the accommodation is of the highest standard. There is an enormous amount of care in every detail and it is clear that this family have put a lot of love and hard work to make a very special place. The suites themselves are beautiful and the surrounding terraces and balconies are enchanting. But what makes Meydani truly outstanding are its owners. Take the time to chat with Mr Yiannis who will tell you exactly how to spend a great day walking or hiking on Olympus. And make sure you take a big appetite to breakfast, as Mrs Matina is a truly outstanding cook who will treat you to a delicious homemade Greek breakfast, better than you could get in any café. If you are looking for a getaway to combine mountain walking, history, and sea, look no further than this place. Go to Litochoro, stay at Meydani and visit Olympus, Dion archeological site, and the beaches nearby. Ένα υπέροχο κατάλυμα με υπέροχους ανθρώπους!

There was nothing to dislike, just a heads up that the area has some mosquitoes. Be smarter than me and ask the owners for mosquito repellent tablets and they will gladly help you. I didn't and ended up paying the price :-)

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough! The room was spacious and very comfortable, with mountain views and a balcony. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and many fresh homemade pies and pastries. Best of all is the family who run the hotel - they were incredibly friendly and helpful and gave us a perfect 1 day itinerary for exploring Olympus, and the following day great food recommendations for Thessaloniki. Amazing hospitality which made our trip.

Prachtig ingericht Boutique hotel met ongeveer 10 kamers. Vriendelijke eigenaars: ouder koppel met volwassen dochter: heel vriendelijk. Mooie smaakvolle kamers. Lekker ontbijt met verse producten.

המיטות לא נוחות, היינו עם 2 בנות שישנו על הספה, לא היה נח וגם אין דלת לסגור את חדר השינה מה שמפריע ללכת לישון לא כולם יחד

First.. the family that runs the place are so amazing kind and helpful. The place is beautiful, everything is nice clean and in good taste. In the center of litochoro, quite and close to everything. Feels like home. The rooms were nice double rooms with a nice balcony. Like it was promised.

The owners were wonderful and welcoming people. They provided helpful tips for our stay and visiting Mt Olympus. Breakfast for delicious, plentiful and unique.

Methina, Yanis & Eleni were super nice and friendly. They are glad to help with advice and explanation. The hotel is new and in excellent shape. Breakfast is veryl good. We were there for 3 nights and we highly reckoned it.

This is a real family hotel. The hosts pay attention to every detail. The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great!!! It was a real pleasure from the very first moment.

We loved everything! It’s a family-run hotel with new and comfortable furnishings, located in a quiet area yet just minutes away from the main street with its restaurants and shops. The hosts took care of everything—from the delicious homemade breakfast, cleanliness, and parking, to giving us great recommendations on fun and interesting things to do. Every day was a new and unique experience. Beautiful, cool mountains, beach and swimming, historical sights, restaurants with delicious food, and to top it all off, we had a jacuzzi on our balcony. Everything is just minutes away, either on foot or by car. ​Our specific room was close to the kitchen, so we could hear breakfast being prepared in the morning. However, for us, this was just a signal that delicious food was ready and a reminder to start our day early while it was still cool. We can't wait to come back! ​Parking: You can park for free on the street in front of the hotel, but spaces fill up quickly over the weekend. There are spacious public parking lots nearby, but they require a short walk, which wasn’t an issue for us at all.

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Gute Lage zu Restaurants etc. Sehr liebevolles und leckeres Frühstück mit selbst gemachten griechischen Spezialitäten. Außerdem tolle Unterstützung bei der Auswahl von Wanderungen und Restaurants.

Very cozy and very hospitable hosts

Un aparthotel foarte frumos, bine întreținut. Gazdele, foarte ospitaliere.

Unglaublich herzliche Gastgeber und echte griechische Gastfreundschaft. Auch wenn die Englischkenntnisse nicht perfekt sind, hat die Kommunikation mit Händen, Füßen und Übersetzer hervorragend funktioniert und es wurde sich um alles gekümmert. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich mit einer riesigen Auswahl. Obwohl ich der einzige Gast im Hotel war, haben mir die Gastgeber mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und Motivation einen perfekten Start für meine Wanderung ermöglicht. Sie kennen die Region bestens und geben hervorragende Tipps für Ausflüge. Auch die Anlage selbst ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Parken an der Straße entlang ohne Probleme.

Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξυπηρετικοί, φιλικοί και έδειχναν ενδιαφέρον για όλες τις λεπτομέρειες. Ήμασταν δύο άτομα με ένα μωρό και περάσαμε καταπληκτικά. Το πρωινό ήταν υπέροχο και το τζακουζι ευρύχωρο και σε ωραίο σημείο.

De locatie is top voor Mt Olympus .De inrichting van de zeer ruime kamer is heel mooi.Het familiale en gemoedelijke karakter geeft rust. Het lekkere ontbijt met allerlei zelf gemaakte taartjes e.d. door de vrouw des huizes.En vooral de warmte en menselijkheid van de uitbaters . Mijn vrouw heeft ginder haar pols gebroken en de hulp die we van de uitbater kregen was werkelijk een zegen voor ons en heeft ons echt recht gehouden op die lastige momenten. Hij liet direct alle bezigheden vallen en is met ons overal naar toe gereden van de wachtpost tot de kliniek. Overal deed hij voor ons het woord in het Grieks en zorgde ervoor dat alles vlot verliep. Een onbaatzuchtigheid die we vaak missen in de huidige wereld. Topmensen op een toplocatie.

Ik kan echt niks negatiefs bedenken

Unglaublich nette Leute ,sehr gastfreundlich . Es war sehr sauber . Die Gestaltung des Hauses ist sehr schön , alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet . Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen .

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer , was für die Jahreszeit zu kalt war . Im Sommer bestimmt toll , aber uns war es bei einer Raumtemperatur von 16 grad zu kalt . Wir konnten aber mit der Klimaanlage heizen . Leider war auch das Bett sehr unbequem und hart . Frühstück umfasst sehr viele selbstgemachte leckere Sachen , die Auswahl an Obst und Brot könnte etwas besser sein

Beautiful accommodation in heart of Litochoro. Modern furniture, mouthwatering breakfast, super friendly host and completely peaceful surroundings makes it perfect for a recharging stay. Breakfast is prepared with love, full of homemade dishes. I would definitely return.

Φοβερά δωμάτια, πολύ καλό πρωινό, οι ιδιοκτήτες πολλοί ευγενικοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε κάθε απορία που είχαμε.

Σουίτα? Από πού και ός που? Ρατσιστές χωρίς να ξέρουν από πού είμαι και τι είμαι. Και αναγκαστικά να νοικιάσουμε άλλου! Ευγενία χωρίς λόγο και πολύ ψεύτικη. Είχαμε τα παιδιά μαζί ενώ ήξεραν τι περίμεναν μας στρίμωξαν και ο ιδιοκτήτης, μην τα παιδιά αυτό και πρόσεχε τα παιδιά χωρίς να έχουν δει καν τα παιδιά μας! Την άλλη μέρα μου λέει η ιδιοκτήτρια γυναίκα του ιδιοκτήτη ότι τα παιδιά μου έκλαιγαν όλο το βράδυ ενώ τα παιδιά μου κοιμόντουσαν σαν πουλάκια! Ελεύθερος επαγγελματίας είμαι και δεν μου αρέσει να γράφω όπως να μου γράφουν και εμένα αλλά είστε απαράδεκτη για να πάρετε έστω και 1€! Μόνο η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο πάρα πολύ ευγενική.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, με σύγχρονες ανέσεις σε παραδοσιακό στυλ. Όμορφα και άνετα δωμάτια και πολύ καλό πρωινό και προσωπικό. Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή για ταξίδι στο Λιτόχωρο και στον Όλυμπο.

The rooms are lovely and very special, a blend of elegance, creativity, and warmth. We took two suites and each one was unique, truly one of a kind, thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The breakfast was also wonderful, high quality fresh food with an satisfying selection. A perfect stay for those who appreciate beauty and comfort.

The location was great..Inside the village of Litoxwro walking distance to the local market shops and restaurants..

1. Is a family business with very friendly personnel, eager to assist you with anything you want and they can of course. 2. The room was exactly what we saw in the photos 3. The breakfast has several options, handmade, and traditional. 4. The location: is near the center square and all the reastaurants (5 -7 minutes on foot)

There is nothing that I can say that we did not like. The only difficulty is the parking. Unfortunately the village is build in that way that does not provide plenty of empty spaces. However, is free wherever you find.

Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο, ζεστό, με υποδειγματική καθαριότητα και χορταστικό πρωινό. Η διακόσμηση όλων των χώρων είναι μοντέρνα και πολύ όμορφη. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά τους γλυκύτατους οικοδεσπότες. Ο κύριος Γιάννης μας έδωσε όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζόμασταν για τις περιπατητικές διαδρομές μας στο βουνό των θεών. Ανυπομονούμε να πάμε ξανά!!!
