Everything is perfect on what our family needs

We used the villa with 13 persons including 2 kids for 5 days. For such a big group the space is perfect. The entertainment is nice, you can use the pool, Billard or karaoke system. The rooms are comfortable and each has a separate bathroom. The caretaker is very friendly and helpful.

The beach is only a few meters away, but it needs more maintenance especially it needs to be cleaned daily. The pool is nice, but not big enough for swimming.

1Fのエアコンが故障しており使えず暑かった。2Fのカラオケ施設が音楽とマイクがズレてしまい使えなかった。バスルームのシャワーが温水にならない部屋があった。バスルームのフロアマットの替えがない。シャワーカーテンがなくトイレが水浸しになってしまう。トイレットペーパーのスペアが置いて無かった。濡れた水着を干す場所が不十分。洗濯物を干す場所が無い。一応プライベートビーチだが狭い。海はプラスチックゴミが打ち寄せて不快。

The house has natural lighting which made it homey. It was immaculately clean and the beds were comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The caretaker, Kuya Ricky, was responsive and helpful when we had questions.

During our stay, there were several power outages. The beach had strong currents which made it unsafe to swim. There was even a guard and part of the area was taped off to prevent people from accessing the beach.

- House was clean - Kuya Ricky was helpful - You can request for a driver's/maid's room - Pool was clean - A few minutes walk away from the beach - Kitchen was well equipped - The place was more beautiful than the photos - Rooms were spacious - Super cold ACs

- Water fountain (clean but not for sensitive stomach) - Karaoke mics were delayed, we weren't able to use it. - Medyo mainit sa baba but there are 3 fans - Went down the beach around 7 am, found smol dikyas (baby pa talaga) Despite this we enjoyed our stay.

We love everything about this place. My niece and nephews enjoyed the pool. The beach is just a 5 minute walk. The balcony on the second floor is spacious and a perfect place to see the sunrise and sunset. We had a great time and its been a perfect location for our family gathering/reunion.

- The beach has broken glasses and can be dangerous if you're walking bare footed - Only allowed 3 cars parked in front of the house.. It's not the hosts'fault, but the Property Admin should at least consider the hassle when an extra vehicle has to park at the clubhouse.

The space - there were 16 of us but we are not crowded at all as there were two lounges - a downstairs sitting area and upstairs one. The balcony is also huge and enjoyed my coffee while looking over the sea.

There were ants in the kitchen area so we kept wiping tops and tables.

The place overall is nice and spacious.

The bathroom downstairs needed some cleaning and there were so many ants in the kitchen.

The place is cozy and beautiful

We experience power outage, though the place have a generator.

The house and the facilities was fantastic. It provided lots of entertainment options like billiards, air hockey and karaoke.

Flies and mosquitos. Need to provide means of preventing these insects

The whole house was cozy, clean and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We personally loved the balcony and the amazing sunset and sunrise views. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and the living room has its own karaoke setup as well as a billiard table where you can play air hockey too. That was a fun touch I thought. We loved the whole property in general!

The pool is a bit smaller so when the nearby beach became off-limits, we could only use the pool. The size wasn’t enough for a family of 10 or more in my opinion. Other than that, everything is great!
