Excellent apartment with everything for a comfortable stay. For Helsinki, it's a relatively budget option. The location is nice but we were there during a time when the metro was unavailable due to construction and the only option was the bus, so we ended up walking along a forest road at night.

We had trouble finding the key, but it's worth noting that despite it being night, our call was answered immediately and we got help with finding the box with the key. The robot vacuum also starts working at a certain time, so if you're a late sleeper, don't be alarmed if you're woken by its sounds.

Dobra lokalizacja, świeża pościel, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.

Było brudno. Dywan wyglądał jakby nikt go nie odkurzał przez dłuższy czas. Oczyszczacz powietrza był w środku tak brudny, że wątpię aby cokolwiek oczyszczał. Łazienka miała pleśń na płytkach. Zmywarka śmierdziała stęchlizną. Kolejny duży minus za brak kawy … Ekspres do kawy był ale brak kawy pasującej do ekspresu. Mieszkanie jest położone koło torów kolejowych które akurat były w remoncie i praktycznie 24 na dobę był hałas. Kamera i przeszklone drzwi do sypialni odbierały poczucie prywatności. Druga sypialnia była okej aczkolwiek przez remont torów był problem z hałasem.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Der Herd wurde betrieben über eine Gas- flasche, was anfänglich etwas irritierend war. Freundlicher , hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der bei Bedarf schnell vorbeikommt. Ruhige Umgebung, Supermarkt um die Ecke. Parken war gut möglich. Bus- und Zugstation in der Nähe.

Sijainti ja yhteydet hyvät joka puolelle, kauppa vieressä.

Toisen makuuhuoneen sänky natisi ja patja muotoutunut niin että yöllä "valui" toiselle puolelle. Ei sohvaa tai mukavia tuoleja joissa istua. Ei käsipaperia tai käsipyyhkeitä. Ainoastaan kylpypyyhkeet. Wc haisi homeelle ja wc:n matto hyvin likainen. Ei lattiankuivainta. Ei televisiota. Kahvinkeitin tosi likainen ja osa astioista. The place was nice overall, but it would be great to have a wiper in the toilet to remove water after showering the rug gets wet and uncomfortable to step on ..

The place is close to Bus stop and Train station

The two rooms is not actually two rooms, the second room has no door and or cotton just opposite the kitchen without no privacy. The place should be call a room and half not two rooms.

It’s very close to the city. The train is just across the road. It was clean and good value for money. Area is safe.

It’s on the ground floor. The same key is for the main front door as apartment which I though strange. The second bedroom has no door or curtain and a big glass window. Not ideal at all. The other thing was that on Sunday morning the robot vacuum went off and woke us up. There is also a camera inside the front door. Bathroom needs upgrading.

Kitchen is nice

The host lies by mentioning there are two Bedrooms they purposely hide the fact that’s it’s a one bedroom and the other bedroom is a living room with zero privacy they purposely do this to book and later say , it’s obvious from pictures . The area is also shady and the building isn’t the best Lots of artificial fragrance in the house and no ventilation or window that can be opened

Sijainti hyvä, kuvalliset ohjeet avaimen löytämiseen oli selkeät. Huoneistossa oli siistiä ja kaikki pesuaineet oli valmiina. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet sisältyivät hintaan, tosin se piti varmistaa vuokraajalta, koska kuvauksessa luki että ei sisälly sekä että sisältyy, niin ei oltu ihan varmoja. Mikro, jääkaappi ja uuni todella siistit.

Meinasin saada migreenikohtauksen heti kun astuttiin sisälle. Syynä lukuisat hajusteet, joita asunnossa oli: hajustepussit, tuoksutikut ja raikastimet. Jouduimme kantamaan kaikki samantien terassille ja avaamaan kaikki ikkunat, jotta saatiin tuuletettua asuntoa. Näiden lisäksi lakanat ja pyyhkeet oli pesti hyvin vahvasti hajustetulla pyykinpesuaineella, joten siitä meinasi kanssamatkustaja saada allergisen reaktion. Itse käytämme hajustamottamia pesuaineita. Onneksi meillä kaikilla oli omat tyynyliinat, niin sai edes nukuttua. Pistorasiaa ei peilin läheltä löytynyt, mutta ilmeisesti sitä varten oli jatkojohto. Kylpyhuone kaipaisi nykyaikaistamista ja siellä haisi tunkkaiselle, vaikka hajusteita sieltäkin löytyi. Tyynyjä voisi olla pari lisää, koska tyynyt oli pehmeät ja matalat, olisin tarvinnut toisen tyynyn, kun kanssamatkustaja otti ainoan ylimääräisen tyynyn.

Hyvin varusteltu huoneisto, niin keittiö kuin kylppäri. Siisti. Hyvät sängyt. Rauhallinen. Junarata lähellä, jos haluaa vaikka Hesaan lähteä. S market vieressä.

Toimitin hänen pyytämät henkkarit muutamaan kertaan, mutta vuokranantaja ei löytänyt niitä sähköpostista eikä bookingin kautta. Lopulta laitoin ne tekstiviestinä. Parkkipaikkaa vaikea löytää ja kaikki maksullisia. Huoneistossa oli kuuma. Terassille kaipasin paria tuolia.

Ihan siisti ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi.

Ilmoituksessa oli mainittu ilmastointi mutta olikin vain tuuletin. Onkohan mahdollista, että asunnossa on kosteusongelma/hometta? Asunto katutasossa, joten verhoja ja ikkunoita ei oikein voinut pitää auki. TV ja isompi sohva mahtuisi olohuoneeseen jos haluaisi. Asema naapurissa teki vähän levottomaksi alueen.

Superb location. Just next to train station - 30 min to airport directly. Also every 10 minutes goes a train to central station which takes 13min. It was great and easy. Supermarket just next to train station with salad bar and everything you need. It has 2 bedrooms, just note 1 does not have door and has glass wall, but it was no issue for us. Black out curtains help a lot with light at night. Also good wi-fi.

One of the beds was made out of 2 matressess and was tilting to the center, so not very comfy. Note that it is on the ground floor, which I did not notice in the listing. It is mentioned in accessibility and maybe from photos, but who looks outside ;). That means we did not have windows open at night for safety.

Clean and spacious apartment with amazing access to public transport. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The dishwasher was quite old and dirty. We ran an empty wash cycle to clean it, but it still had a bad smell. Because of that, we chose to wash the dishes by hand. Other than that everything went well!

Accessible and convenient.

Nice, modern appartment with very good price and perfect location right next to the train station. I really liked the interior of the apartment, there was a nice little sofa in the living room, which does not appear in the booking photos.

Second bedroom has no doors and also has a big glass window. We were traveling by two couples, it would be nice to have more privacy in our bedrooms for both of us, otherwise everythig was perfect!

It's near Train station and supermarket

The apartment is clean and well furnished, minimalist, but has everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable and big enough. There were cosmetics in the bathroom.

I had a hard time finding the key box. The owner had to explain to me in more detail where it was.
