Our only small issue was the bathroom and it is just a personal thing,would have preferred a different type of shower as when we used it the whole floor got wet and quiet slippy but as I said it's a personal thing and only a very small issue

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026It was more than we could expect for the price. The room is really specious with lots of places to sit. It has lots of windows so is bright but has all the shutters if you like to sleep in dark room. Everything to support smooth stay was available. Google Maps is picking some misterious route to the accomodation (adding additional 20 min) but it is clearly communicated by the owner so you may have a closer look.
There was something wrong with the crane in kitchen & bathroom which was making the water flow interrupted but manageable. There is a little bit of the traffic in the nearby streets so be ready to have some earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Je n'ai pas apprécié les rideaux de l'entrée qui par mauvais temps rendent difficile la fermeture de la porte. Un tapis à l'entrée permettrais de se déchausser sans salir le sol de la cuisine. l'ensemble du logement mériterait de meilleurs rideaux que ces stores pivotants peu pratiques.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025Clean and beautifully designed with an extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Plenty of kit for food prep squeezed into a small space. Good shower.
There was nothing to dislike really. Could have done with a washing machine or at least a rack for drying clothes because we stayed for four nights. There was only one comfortable chair so we had to take turns.

Keskeny volt az ágy/140 cm/ pedig nagyobb is elférne! Csak 1 nehéz nagy takaró volt,jó lett volna 2 könnyű,vagy 2 pléd.Nem volt mosogatószer és szivacs.Zavart a fénye a mozgásérzékelőnek éjjel,ha megfordultam az ágyban.A nehéz törülközőket nem bírja el az egy kis fogas.Ezek/az ágyméret kivételével/apróbb hibák,könnyű kijavítani.

Just I wasn't able to intend at the shop for shopping as I didn't have a car, The shop was quite long distance for walks to get there. But everything was probably amazing like I saids.

Reviewed May 7, 2025A well appointed and comfortable place to stay if you're visiting Ballybofey. The bedroom and kitchen area had all the basics and was well presented.
It was no great concern but the hand basin in the bathroom was small and might be a problem if you had major makeup requirements in the morning. It was no problem of us however.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2024Everything. An outstanding Airbnb. The location. A ten minute walk from town. The outside was stunning. Sue and Seamus have a beautiful house and setting. The Airbnb is attached to the house but separate also. It is so private. The accommodation is way above average, spacious and ultra clean. There's a separate kitchen and shower room. A large TV too. Lovely little touch in leaving two bottles of water at each side of the bed. In summary Sue has thought of everything, oh, and the bed was very comfortable too. I would highly recommend Sue's place. For us the only downside was we only stayed one night it was that good.
