Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Bäder, vor allem die Dusche, sind sehr ansprechend. Die Terrasse im 4. Stück wurde von uns zwar nicht genutzt, ist aber sehr einladend. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. In der Küche haben wir nur den Kühlschrank benutzt.

Als Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten wir lediglich, die Anzahl der Handtücher zu erhöhen. Ein Handtuch pro Person bei täglich 30 Grad war fast zu wenig.

Comfortable, clean and good location

The night club below the apartment was noisy. Not from the music but the people gathering outside it. The queue of people were very noisy

Great location, conveniently situated with easy access to the surrounding area. The apartment itself is spacious and has the potential to be a very pleasant place to stay.

Unfortunately, our stay was seriously affected by repeated sleep disturbances. The noise was not only external: the refrigerator, water drainage, apartment door and main entrance door were all sources of disturbance. The entrance door repeatedly slammed shut. The bed base is on wheels without brakes, causing the bed to move and repeatedly hit the wooden headboard during the night. The mattress and pillows were also too soft for us. Additional pillows were requested from the first day. Despite several reminders and repeated promises that they would be delivered the following day, they never arrived. The hairdryer also raised a serious electrical safety concern, with a potential risk of overheating, electrical failure or fire. There is no daily housekeeping service, which can be acceptable for an aparthotel. However, basic requests should still be properly handled. After several nights of poor sleep, we asked to leave one night early and refund only the final unused night. We did not request any refund for the nights already consumed. This was refused. The most disappointing part was not the problems themselves, but the complete lack of flexibility in finding a reasonable solution.

WARNING: Stay away from this property, especially if you value your health and safety. Upon arrival, the room smelled strongly of dampness and mold. The air conditioning unit's display literally read “Time to clean filters”, and the ventilation grilles were covered in visible black mold. My sister suffered acute respiratory and breathing issues shortly after entering the room. As soon as we turned on the AC, mold spores were blown directly into the air, worsening her symptoms drastically. When we reported this health hazard with photo evidence, the host refused to send anyone to resolve the issue that night. Left with an unlivable room and no support at 23:00, we were forced to abandon the property in the middle of the night and find alternative accommodation on our own dime. To make matters worse, the host promised an agent would arrive the following morning at 11:08. After waiting for hours (and sending multiple follow-ups), no one ever showed up. The host completely ghosted us for over 16 hours and took zero responsibility. Unmaintained, unhygienic, unsafe for health, and non-existent service. Save yourself the stress, health issues, and money: do not book this property.

Tähän hintaan pitäisi sisältyä jonkinnäköinen siivous ja tarvikkeiden (pyyhkeet, lakanat, paperit) vaihto edes kerran kolmessa päivässä, vähintäänkin tulisi olla siivousvälineitä (edes imuri). Katu on varsin vilkas, ja alakerrassa yökerho eli melua on merkittävästi aamusta aamuyöhön. Asunnon äänieristys menettelee, mutta korvatulpat hyvä olla. Localização super central, apartamento recente, decoração moderna e em bom estado. Check-in fácil.

Limpeza: rasto de sangue (claramente 4 dedos a arrastarem na parede) em duas paredes junto ao WC. Não sei como é possível o serviço de limpeza não ver algo tão notório, nojento e potencialmente perigoso. Deram 2 tolhas de banho para 6 noites, uma delas suja. Não existe serviço de quarto. Ruído noturno: Há numa discoteca no prédio colado, escusado será dizer, que é impossível dormir sem tampões nos ouvidos.

Obiekt był doskonale wyposażony, gospodarz pomyślał o wszystkim :) Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Podobała nam się lokalizacja obiektu. Mieszkaliśmy w samym sercu Malagi co było wyjątkowe.

Uchwyt na ręczniki był strasznie nieporęczny. Przez co ręczniki co chwila spadały. Brakowało nam również drugiego kluczyka od pokoju. Posiadanie tylko jednego kluczyka było problematyczne. Zwłaszcza jak ktoś musiał samemu wyjść z pokoju żeby na przykład zrobić zakupy. Drzwi wejściowe otwierają się tylko za pomocą kluczyka.

Great location. Very comfortable and clean with good facilities, easy access and great communication. While the location was next to a nightclub entrance, this didn’t have a negative affect due to the soundproofing and therefore no outside noise at all.

The only downside was noisy neighbours on the floor above. I stayed for work so was a little annoying when trying to get some sleep, but that’s not the apartments fault.

Location , had an iron, hair dryer which were great quality. We were able to store our luggage at main office until we cold check in.

Room 1b It didn’t have a floor brush or mop and pale. Only had 3/4 coat hangers Couldn’t check in til 4pm which in my opinion is late

There is a nightclub on the street so it was noisy until about 3 am.

Broken shower - we weren’t warned about this so we arrived and found it broken. The noise from the nightclub downstairs is extremely loud, particularly on a Friday night. It doesn’t close til 4am so it was very loud and unpleasant all night. The neighbours upstairs were very noisy (I understand there is nothing that can be done but it was very unpleasant - it sounded like they were jumping up and down at 6:30am each morning).

Ubytovanie vyzeralo presne ako na fotografiách, komunikácia s personálom bola efektívna a veľmi príjemná, ubytovanie bolo priamo v centre so skvelou dostupnosťou. Aj napriek hluku vonku okná a okenice veľmi dobre tesnili a mohli sme sa príjemne vyspať. Odporúčam sa ubytovať.

Ubytovanie neposkytovalo upratovacie služby počas pobytu.

Para el apartamento del ático, con dos habitaciones, apto para cuatro personas, sería conveniente poder disponer de dos juegos de llaves.

An amazing place! Clean and very comfortable. The balcony to the room was so lovely. With the flat being in the centre, it was very close to all the attractions and even with the bars/ restaurants being close, it didn’t feel too noisy. Would stay again!

The location is the best part, as we could take breaks whenever we wanted from the heat to refresh and continue exploring the old town. It looked recently renovated and overall clean and new and had a lift and plenty of CCTV.

The views of our smaller studio were onto the inner courtyard, seeing walls and laundry hanging. Some plates, forks and knives weren't cleaned properly. No dishwasher and no welcome pack but ok for a quick stay. We had no communication whatsoever prior to check in, so I had to chase them and was passed on to someone, who passed my number to someone else, who gave us the keys and took photograph of my passport on his mobile. I didn't think that was the best way to handle such important sensitive data.

Looked recently refurbished. Very clean. Lovely host Marta was very pleasant and showed us into the apartment and gave advice.

Location was very central but this meant it was noisy from the bars surrounding at night. No water in fridge or welcome pack. Only 3 pillows

Appartamento poco insonorizzato, vicini molto rumorosi per tutta la notte. Forse nel palazzo che è tutto dedicato al turismo si potrebbero mettere regole minime sugli orari in cui è consentito organizzare feste.

The location in the middle of the old town, surrounded by restaurants couldn’t be better. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes.The airport bus stops quite close to the hotel. Everything was brand new. There’s even a washing machine available.

The location was excellent. Check-in and check out were easy. A very comfortable, bright, and spacious apartment.

Struttura molto pulita e ottima posizione

Apartment was in central Malaga and we could walk to everywhere. Owner was very good at communicating via WhatsApp - had no problems. Can leave luggage in the building after checkout

Locatoin was perfect, it is big enough for a family of five person, it was clean, Marta was so helpful. İf you want cook something, you can find needed kitchen appliance.

There is nothing I did not like.

Perfekte Lage mitten im Zentrum, soweit man ein Zimmer in den Hinterhof hat ist es total ruhig (bis auf laute, rücksichtslose Zimmer Nachbarn). Zimmer nach vorne zur Straße sicherlich laut! Es war sauber, hier und da ein paar Macken, also nicht so wie auf den Bildern, trotzdem aber ordentlich! Für uns (2 Nächte) eine sehr gute Unterkunft um die Stadt Malaga zu besichtigen! Für einen längeren, entspannenden Urlaub würden wir es jedoch nicht wählen. (trotz super ausgestatteter Küche mit Waschmaschine)

Schlüssel mit Schlüsselbox. Haben einen falschen Code bekommen und dann Probleme, da wir nicht an den Schlüssel kamen. Eine Mitarbeiterin war jedoch über WhatsApp erreichbar und hat gleich geholfen. Eigentlich wollte sie uns in Empfang nehmen, aber da der Flieger Verspätung hatte war dies nicht möglich (unflexibel/niemand vor Ort)

Toda la vivienda era interior.

De locatie en het appartement zelf. Heel mooi, schoon en met klein balkon. Alles schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. De sfeer en uitstraling waren ook fijn. Prima bedden. Aan de voorkant en redelijk rustig. De taxi's komen tot vlak bij het appartement.

De houder van de douchestang was kapot. Was afgebroken. De douchekop was ook niet verstelbaar. Een in hoogte verstelbare douchstang is veel fijner. Dat wil ik echt benadrukken. Verder was er te weinig wc papier. Maar 2 rollen. En er was geen zwarte koffie alleen maar dolce gusto. En maar 2 cups. Dat was erg zuinig.

La ubicación, comodidad y que tenía lavadora!!

A pesar de que hay buenas persianas, el ruido exterior de día y en especial de noche es atroz!!! Abajo retiran la basura por la madrugada y el ruido es enfermante.

The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything required for a comfortable stay. It was centrally located and had a nice balcony.

There's a lot of noise and it can be disturbing for those who are light sleepers. It is due to the proximity to the area most lively at night.

Nu a fost foarte curat, pentru prețul plătit mă așteptam la mai multă grijă la detalii, mai curat, prosoape curate, 2 seturi de prosoape având în vedere ca am stat 6 nopți, mai mult de 2 role de hârtie la baie, având în vedere ca am fost 2 persoane timp de 6 nopți

Très joli appartement, tout équipé et très bien situé en plein centre. Il a été facile de récupérer les clés. Nous n’avons pas été dérangées par le bruit malgré la rue animée. Commerces à proximité. On recommande.

Pokoj má okna do ulice, kde je celou noc velký hluk a nelze spát. Pod okny jsou kontejnery na odpad, kam v noci vynášení bary a restaurace odpad, i sklo, a pak ho vozy odvážejí.

La television no se podia ver, no tenia canales genaralistas, solo de pago y algun cansl raro que pude encontrar.

Apartamentai yra pačiam miesto centre, Visos lankytinos vietos yra kelių minučių atstumu. Labai gražiai įrengti, erdvus kambariai.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. When we arrived late in the evening, the bed was clearly not changed — it was full of hair and the sheets were stained. We contacted staff multiple times, but nothing was done until the next day. The check-in guy only brought us a single sheet, so we had to sleep without using the pillows or duvet because they were dirty, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom hairdryer was unsafe and unusable, literally sparking when turned on. The shampoo and shower gel were very low quality with a strange texture, making them unusable. Overall, everything felt very cheap . there wasn’t even a bottle of water provided on arrival, and we didn’t even receive basic amenities like slippers despite the high price we paid. Even when housekeeping finally came the next day, they only changed part of the bedding and didn’t provide proper pillow covers. For the price, this place is absolutely not worth it, the conditions were far below acceptable standards. This experience negatively affected our entire trip. Very poor standards and a terrible stay overall.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 3 notti. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata negativa, soprattutto per la gestione dell’assistenza. La prima sera mi sono accorta che il phon era rotto/bruciato. Ho contattato subito il ragazzo che mi aveva consegnato le chiavi, ma dopo diversi messaggi e solleciti mi è stato detto che non poteva aiutarmi e che dovevo contattare il proprietario. Ho quindi scritto al proprietario, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Solo dopo ulteriori insistenze, la sera stessa, mi è stato finalmente portato un phon in camera. Oltre al disagio, ciò che ho trovato inaccettabile è stato l’atteggiamento poco disponibile e scortese nella gestione del problema. Ciò che trovo ancora più grave è che la struttura si è fatta sentire solo dopo la mia partenza, quando ormai il disagio c’era già stato e non era più possibile rimediare. Un servizio clienti così carente compromette inevitabilmente l’esperienza complessiva del soggiorno.

Great location you are within walking distance to all the main attractions, a great buzz once you step out your front door.

Location is perfect- so central and close to all the bars, shops and main sights, and yet it is not loud. We had late check in (around 1a.m.) and were welcomed by Marcelo who gave us the key and explained everything. We also needed to leave the suitcase as we had late flight and that was not problem at all as they have separate storage. Definitely recommend :)

Tijdens het verblijf was het buiten ca 30 graden en bij aankomst was de remote van de airco defect dus die kom niet aangezet worden. Er was alleen koud water dus lekker even douchen zat er niet in Herhaaldelijk gemeld via berichten maar geen reactie

There was nothing to dislike it had everything we needed for a short stay.

The location was perfect.

We paid for a separate bedroom and living space, but received a studio with bed and living space together. Also, the hairdryer almost caused a fire and broke. I notified the host that gave of our keys and got no response. Would like some sort of credit. I will not recommend to friends.
