Villa Capri by Villalia

Very clean and great pool! Villa was nice size and great for anyone trying out a villa holiday for the first time

Only thing we notice was the walls surrounding the pool/garden was low and could do with being little higher like the other properties to give you more privacy. Not major but definitely something they could improve.

The pool.was chilly but again it wasnt heated..just.one thing put in a permanent shower curtain innthe ensuite..the extender shower pole fell down a few times while in the shower..tad annoying

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Promenade am Meer ist in wenigen Minuten und Schritten erreicht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist bestens. Der Service (Putzen, Wäschewechsel, Poolreinigung, An- und Abfahrtsinfo)vorbildlich.

La valla que separa la finca es muy bajita y no tiene nada de intimidad. Algún producto de limpieza como estropajo balleta o Fairy no vendría mal.

Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved the welcome pack of tea, biscuits, coffee etc. as well as the washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and cloths etc. Pool was a good size and it was really thoughtful to provide beach towels. Thought the kitchen was well equipped. Excellent hairdryer and iron. Loved the provision of TV channels. The location really suited us as it was close to where our family had their villa, quiet but easy access to restaurants and shops. Good WiFi. The online information and communication was very helpful.

The water pressure was low in the showers and it took a while for hot water to come through. There was green slime around some of the pool rim. Not much privacy when in the pool. Sliding door in sitting room was difficult to open.

This was our first experience of a villa rental for our family, our children having now grown out of a hotel room. We've all got a little tired of the chaos of an All Inclusive stay. This was a dream by comparison, an entire home to ourselves, with everything you would want from a "home from home". The villa was spotless and having our own rooms, a lounge (with WI-FI - who can live without that as a teenager?), and most importantly our own pool suited both my husband and I and our children. We were greeted with coffee, sugar, the essentials, and there were plenty of towels for the bathroom and the pool. Even loo roll for the week which is always a treat! The area is lovely - the shops and local restaurants are just a short stroll away and a super value bus stops there to take us to a livelier beach just ten minutes away which runs often, maybe every 20 minutes. We slept well and you could hear a pin drop during quiet time which is lovely for a good rest. We loved it here and will definitely be back. Real quality family time.

We loved everything. Perhaps a taxi number or two would be fab (for the transfer back), but I am sure if I had sent a WhatsApp to Dayana she would have provided anytthing we needed. Instead we approached the man on reception over the road at the hotel. I would not advise this, That's another story.

Great location, great value private villa with pool.

Lovely modern villa with nice pool. Was lovely and clean on arrival, we had cleaners come in during our stay and also a pool cleaner. Contact with staff was exceptional before and after our booking, with quick response times - super friendly. Lovely location not too far away drive from the main Playa Blanca area. We were really happy with this accommodation and would stay here again!

We loved everything about this property - nothing to dislike.

Total strangers in our property when we arrived due to a broken lock box. Host won’t take any responsibility. Pool was filthy, villa was run down and the bins were full when we arrived 0 stars very disappointed. Cigarette buts and rubbish all over the garden that my toddler found. DO NOT STAY HERE!

A clean, spacious and cool apartment. It was handy having two bathrooms . the welcome pack was a nice gesture as we had been travelling all day.

I feel that the villa would benefit from a higher wall or fence at the back for more privacy as people walking past look into the property. However this was not a big issue. Just something to consider

The property was very clean on arrival, we found little treats in the kitchen which was a lovely touch. The property was well looked after and the beds were comfortable. Overall the property is in a lovely quiet location good for someone like me who loves tranquility. I will definitely be staying again.

you do need to be reasonably active to walk to nearest shops/restaurants the ones not on the coast (10 mins) or rather longer to seaview ones, but all doable.

Good communication with the office. The house was nice and clean.

The was no shade in the terrace, so we couldn't stay much there during the day. The pool was not very clean, it was cleaned in our last day.

Location was perfect for us, really close to all amenities. There was a small welcome pack waiting for us in the kitchen which was a really nice touch. The villa was spotless, the bed was comfy. We would definitely stay here again.
