The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a perfect location in the heart of Thamel. I really enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and its vibrant atmosphere. I would personally recommend Hotel Serenity to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Thamel.

The stuff who gave as a warm feeling during our stays. Suman, Simana and Binayak were there for all of our requests, providing information, quick solutions and always offering assistance. Making great breakfast everyday and asking if we need anything for the upcoming day.

Seema was very hospitable and accmmodating. A very good staff at the front desk. Good Choice and Good Work

No lift. We had to takw stairs to 4th floor.

Location was great, close to many tourist areas and easy to explore on foot. I liked how clean the hotel was, and the room was excellent. I really loved the hotel.

Hotel Serenity is the perfect place to relax clean rooms, calm atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The best part is the affordable price for such great quality and comfort. Truly amazing value for money. Highly recommended!

Good location, central Thamel.Big room.Nice and friendly young staff.Good breakfast, choice in pancakes, fruits, toast, eggs, thee or coffee.Most of the time ok wifi.Hot water in shower takes some time and difficult to mix.Did stay 25 nights.

Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. We left for Lumbini at 6 a.m. and they prepared a breakfast box for us to take away- sandwiches, apples, bananas, and water, and called a taxi. Thank you! The price was also good.

room was meant to be non smoking but it smelt a little bit musty and of smoke. the staff were good and sprayed it.
