We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tenki. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was top notch, and the Wi-Fi was much faster than at the other hotels we stayed at during our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

La habitación estaba fenomenal, pero el baño se veía más antiguo que en las fotos que tienen puestas en la web. Lo mejor de todo: el desayuno!! Muy completo y con bastantes opciones para elegir que te preparan al momento

Wonderful hospitality and within Thamel which is where I wanted to be. It was good enough to extend my stay.

There was not that stood out as unlikeable. I would have preferred a Nepalese breakfast option but the international menu was quite adequate.

A very special shoutout to the wonderful team who made our stay truly memorable Chiranjibi (Operations Manager), Sujata & Sajil (Front Desk), Prakash & Roj (Security), Amit & Santosh (F&B), Nirmaya (Housekeeping), and Chef Binod, whose delicious breakfasts gave our mornings the perfect start. From the warmest welcomes to the smallest thoughtful touches, everyone went the extra mile to make us feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely at home. Their kindness and hospitality were truly the highlight of our stay! They made my birthday the best birthday ever! The owner even arranged free entrance for us to LOD, one of the best clubs in Kathmandu. It was an unforgettable experience! They made my birthday the best birthday ever! Das beste Hotel welches ich in Nepal hatte. Direkt in der doch eher hektischen Innenstadt bietet es eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre. Schöne und super saubere Zimmer. Der Service unglaublich gut. Ich war krank und musste etwas ruhiger machen. Dabei wurde ich bedient und beherbergt vom allerfeinsten. Das Haus eigene Restaurant macht hervorragendes Essen. Vorallem das Frühstück auf ganz hohen Niveau. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel nur herzlichst empfehlen. Danke!

Even though South Indian food is not normally on their menu, they asked about our preferences and were happy to prepare it for us. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. We had to leave the hotel at 3 AM, and the hotel contacted us through WhatsApp to arrange a complimentary breakfast packed for us to take to the airport. This is truly exceptional customer service! Hot water takes a long time to come through but this is common everywhere in Nepal.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was genuinely good, and the staff had a very easy way of making guests feel welcome. Nothing felt too formal or overdone, which we really liked. Kathmandu can be quite busy and chaotic, so having a calm place to come back to made a big difference. Even the small things were handled well without us having to ask twice. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend Hotel Tenki Kathmandu.

A special thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping our room clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh, beautifully presented à la carte dishes and plenty of delicious options to choose from. 大人2人と子供4人の家族で宿泊しました。ホテルの方はよく声をかけてくれて何か困ってないか常に気にかけて下さいました。また何かお願いしたときも直ぐに対応してくれ気持ちのいい滞在が出来ました。部屋も綺麗に清掃してくれます。朝食はとても豪華で複数の種類から選ぶことが出来ました。子供が小さいため夕飯も一階のレストランで頂いた日もありました。こちらも美味しく、周りのレストランと比べても高くありませんでした。周辺にレストラン、お土産屋さん、Laundry、小さな商店もたくさんあるため選択肢は多いです。またダルバール広場まては歩いて25分くらいです。近くに配車アプリの車も多く待機してるようで直ぐに配車されます。ほかにも書ききれないくらいスタッフやオーナーさんがよくして下さいました。日本の方おすすめします！

La chambre est confortable l eau chaude est disponible . Ainsi que de sbouteilles d eau potable chaque jour. J insiste sur le bonté du personnel surtout gobinda et sajil a la réception and Amid. Ils sont tous géniaux. On s est vraiment senti chez nous. Ils nous ont meme préparé le petit dej à emporter le jour d entre départ pour pokhara.

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut, eines der besten, die ich auf Reisen je hatte. Das Personal ist aufmerksam auf eine Art, die man selten erlebt: Tee und Kaffee wurden nachgefüllt, bevor man überhaupt danach fragen musste. Der Eigentümer hat uns persönlich Tipps gegeben, wo wir Rabatte bekommen, und uns beim Organisieren von Ausflügen geholfen. Abends auf der Dachterrasse den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten war ein echtes Highlight. Insgesamt fühlt sich das Hotel erstaunlich vertraut an, fast wie bei Freunden zu Hause.
