Camera ampia e perfettamente identica alle foto. Pulizia impeccabile, camera spaziosa e con una bellissima terrazza, oltretutto silenziosa poiché si trova in alto rispetto agli altri edifici. Possibilità di parcheggio sia interno che esterno. Ottima colazione servita in terrazza con prodotti locali appena cucinati. Sevgi e suo figlio sono stati ottimi host, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa! Il centro è a 10 minuti a piedi, c'è da fare una leggera salita

El aire acondicionado apuntaba hacia la cama.

Sevgi fue muy amable y muy atenta. Todo estaba muy limpio y teníamos acceso a la cocina y terraza.

Accueil professionnel attentionné et tres sympatique de la part de Mme Özkan et de son fils, qui habitent dans la maison.Les appartement sont trés cosy, de très bon standing pour la Turquie. Tout fonctionne même les interrupteur et les stores électriques. La cuisine et trés bien équipée. la chambre à coucher est grande avec un excellent lit.Une 2 ème cuisine commune avec four, micro-ondes, machine à café etc. est à disposition. Cerise sur le gâteau : une place de parc privée et sécurisée est disponible par appartement. le charmant centre ville est 10 minutes à pied. la plage est à 9 km (demandez la bonne plage à l'hôte) et le site d'Ephèse à 5 km. Très bonne adresse on recommande.

Essere Host è una professione a tutti gli effetti e, come ogni professione, non è scontato avere le qualità per poter svolgere questa professione al meglio. Sevgi, l’host di questa stupenda struttura, ha tutte le caratteristiche per essere una eccellente padrona di casa pronta ad accoglierti con mille premure: a partire dal suo sorriso, la frutta del suo orto e albereto come benvenuto, passando per la deliziosa casa che ci ha riservato, dotata di tutti i confort possibili. La premura e la cortesia aleggiano in ogni angolo della casa. La camera da letto è stupenda, ampia, luminosa, con un letto kingsize (veramente kingsize!) delizioso. Terrazzino in camera ampio, accogliente con le colombe che ti danno il buongiorno! Fantastico. Pulizia perfetta, ambienti comodissimi. E lei Sevgi, unica! Vorrei trovare sempre persone così ad accompagnare i miei viaggi di sosta. La struttura è a 8/9 minuti a piedi dal centro di Selçuk, quindi ottima posizione. Parcheggio privato ma zona con parcheggi facili anche all’esterno, altro punto a favore. Grazie di tutto!

We had a wonderful stay at Ephesus Suites in Selçuk and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, Sevgi and her son made us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness, generosity, and sincere care for their guests went far beyond what we expected. They were always happy to help with recommendations, answer questions, and make sure we were comfortable. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel more like friends than guests, and it truly made our stay unforgettable. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean, and in a great location for exploring Selçuk and the nearby ancient city of Ephesus. 唯一不满意的地方，就是房间里的灯有点暗，以及屋外马路上飙摩托车的人有点吵。

房子非常好，也很干净。房东也很热情，沟通很顺利，也让我们提前入住。但是距离镇上如果步行会有点距离，建议有车的情况下去住。

Tout était parfait. L’accueil de la part de notre hôte était exceptionnel. Il a toujours été aux petits soins, il nous a même accueilli avec un café. Propreté impeccable. Un très grand lit triple extrêmement confortable, une salle de bain fonctionnelle et un petit balcon avec une très belle vue sur la ville, la maison étant en hauteur.

Fantasztikus személyiség a szállásadó, kedves, segítőkészség. A családi szobák nagyok, mindegyik különleges stílusban berendezve. A konyha jól felszerelt és külön terasz is volt hozzá szép kilátással.

Everything perfect, ideal, absolutely recomendable. You feel like at home. The house is very comfortable, the hotness incredibly kind, helpful for anything we might need, a fabulous home-made breakfast. Undoubtedly we will be there again when we visit Ephesus. Great place to stay, really friendly hosts. Large room and nice private ensuite. Made use of their private offstreet parking. Amazing breakfast on the terrace and nice to meet another couple. Would love to have stayed longer than just a night. The host gave us a great recommendation for dinner that we walked down to (and back up). Great base to visit Ephesus. Wish I'd got more photos but was pleased that the host's photos were a true representation of the property.

Beautiful house in quiet neighbourhood, with excellent views from the balconies. Two nearby grocery shops. Top rate breakfast, which had slightly different elements each day, served on terrace. Best feature is Sevgi herself the host, who is so friendly and helpful, full of useful tips and suggestions, and serves the amazing breakfasts. We loved sitting out on the balconies at night with a drink. Having a kitchen available was a big plus.

Everything was good I think! (Well sometimes I didn't like climbing up the hill to get to the property after a long hot day, but thats just because i'm not as fit as I should be!!)

A lovely room looking across the town to the mountains. Sevgi was a perfect host and made us feel very welcome. We really liked our stay here.

There are no words for the beautiful hospitality you will experience with Sevgi.

Lovely property run by Sevgi, a retired art teacher. Rooms are actual rooms nicely decorated in a big house with spacious and bright environments. A fully equipped kitchen (private to guests) is available. Great turkish breakfast is served in a terrace surrounded by a lovely garden. Booking ranking for cleanliness is not enough, it should be a 10+ !

I cannot recommend this place enough and I can't wait to make a return trip. Our host Sevgi was the warmest, most welcoming host ever. Her home is a haven. The rooms are large and immaculate. The homemade food was incredible. We are so grateful others had recommended her on this site and we could enjoy this amazing stay. Thank you Sevgi!!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Ephesus Suites. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming. They were very kind and helpful and gave us really good advice. The room and the whole house is super nice, super clean and very beautiful decorated. We even had a view to the ocean. And the breakfast was delicious! We hope we can come again!!

The Ephesus Suites exceeded our expectations. It seems more like a nice AirBnB than a hotel. We had a room on the first floor with access to a nice kitchen and bathroom. It was nicely decorated and furnished. What blew us away though was the service. The proprietor was called away on family business so her son Mert checked us in. He was lovely and answered questions about Selcuk and restaurants. We missed breakfast the second morning we were there because we had an early flight out of Izmir. Mert made us sandwiches to take in the cab to the airport. Her even remembered that we asked about vegetarian options at restaurants so one of the sandwiches was vegetarian. That is above and beyond service and much appreciated.

This was by far the best place we stayed at during our 2 week trip in Turkey. Everything was so well curated, spotless and perfectly maintained. The hosts were just the kindest people and breakfast was sooooo delicious!!!!!!

Everything is great！

From the moment you arrive, the host is there to greet you and welcome you. You are welcomed into the family. The rooms are spotless, linens are first class, furniture is is great shape. Beds are very comfortable. The rooms have balconies and it’s nice to have comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy your surroundings. Breakfasts were delicious and plenty of variety. Fresh food every morning including home cooked jams.

I liked it all! There is nothing to dislike.

El alojamiento estaba limpísimo, olía increíble. La anfitriona tuvo detalles de dejar flores en la habitación la cual se impregnó de ese maravilloso olor. El desayuno lo cocinaba ella, y estaba muy rico. La habitación era muy amplia con vistas a todo el pueblo. La anfitriona nos dio recomendaciones de lugares donde comer, transportes que coger y horarios. Fue encantadora. Nos hemos ido muy felices de ese alojamiento, y deseando volver. Por no hablar de que calidad-precio es increíble.

Podría decir que lo de quedarnos en casa ajena no nos hacía mucha gracia, pero fue tan educada, respetuosa y encantadora, que hasta esto nos pareció agradable

Nie korzystaliśmy ze śniadań, ale były znakomite warunki, żeby je przygotować. Troskliwa i sympatyczna gospodyni mówiąca po angielsku, dostępność zabytków, a zwłaszcza Efez w pobliżu, świetne muzeum w Selcuku i jego zabytki (meczet Isa Bej Camii, Artemizjon, bazylika św. Jana i in.) bliskość plaży w Pamucak (plaża brudna, ale toalety i prysznice na miejscu) etc. Z dogodności bytowych długo otwarte sklepy, niewygórowane ceny, cotygodniowy targ w mieście, przyjaźni mieszkańcy. Opiekuńczy stosunek do zwierząt, zwłaszcza kotów (woda i karma w wielu miejscach).

Czystość plaży w Pamucaku (niezależne od gospodarzy obiektu, ale warto o tym wspomnieć, w Polsce plaże są czyste i zadbane.

A superb one-night stay. If we had more time, we would have stayed longer. Very welcoming host. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee, comfortable bed—everything you need after a long journey. Many good restaurants serving local cuisine and a local farmers' market

У нас был отличный опыт проживания в данных апартаментах. Мы день гостили в Сельчуке, исследуя все местные музеи достопримечательности. И как же нам повезло, что мы оказались в гостях у этой семьи. Нас встретили и познакомили с правилами дома. Сделали приятный бонус - апгрейд номера. Сами апартаменты очень стильные и заполнены всем необходимым. Мы парковали машину во дворе дома за воротами, от которых у нас был ключ. Сын хозяйки дома посоветовал отличные рестораны для ужина и завтраки, которые полностью оправдали наши ожидания. А еще у них крутой балкон, с которого можно наблюдать закаты!

Superb hospitality. Sevgi made you feel as though you were in your own home. She is the perfect hostess, so friendly, always smiling, eager to help in any way and makes the most amazing breakfast. She washed our clothes as well (for a small fee). The location is fairly quiet and a ten minute walk to Selcuk centre. Our room was so spacious and comfortable and particularly good value.

Это потрясающая женщина, которая предлагает комнаты в своем доме♥️ Очень чисто, красиво, уютно, чувствуешь себя как в гостях у близкого друга☺️При заселении меня ждала тарелка фруктов😍 Также обалденный балкон, удобная кровать, большая ванная, есть всё из гигиенических принадлежностей. Сама Sevgi очень приятная женщина, с ней так интересно разговаривать, а какой она приготовила завтрак для меня — это что-то 😍 И ещё Sevgi очень помогла во многих вопросах, все её советы про Эфес и Сельчук были очень ценны♥️Я очень рекомендую это жилье всем, кто приезжает в Сельчук и сама мечтаю ещё раз остановиться у Sevgi☺️

Foremost meeting the lovely hosts Sevgi and Dirk- a highlight of our trip. We so enjoyed their conversation, help with planning/ seeing the sights, borrowing an umbrella, and general warmth and friendship! This property is stunning, tastefully fitted out with care and attention to every detail. The rooms are spacious and gorgeous with lovely views over the city and garden area. There was a beautifully arranged platter of fruits to welcome us on arrival. Breakfast cooked by Sevgi and served in her kitchen/ garden is a wonderful experience with every attention to the small detail and you can’t help but feel the warmth and generosity of these hosts. There is also an entire separate kitchen for guests to use and enjoy. Parking is also securely contained on the property.

Beautifully furnished, comfortable, quiet, spacious, our host, Sevgi, greeted us on arrival with fresh fruit and a glass of wine and was so accommodating during our stay including helpful suggestions. Can highly recommend a stay, it was faultless. There is no washing machine as listed, however, Sevgi provides a laundry service for a relatively small price.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom Was well decorated with a hot shower. The location was quiet and a quick walk down to the center of town for eating, shopping.

A lovely, fully equipped suite on the hills above Selcuk, 10 minutes (steep) walk from the town centre. The host, Sevgi, was friendly and helpful. Definitely a gem.

Everything. It was a lovely large house and our room and bathroom were huge. We also had a lovely big balcony. We could use the guest kitchen which was also large and well equipment.It was an easy walk down into the village to eat out. The breakfast offered at this guest house was fantastic.

We were welcomed to Ephesus Suites as if we were part of the family. It was unlike any other accommodation we have been in for the warmth, helpfulness and sheer pleasure of being there. We cannot praise it enough.

Lovely property and host. Sevgi’s house was very clean and well maintained. Parking was convenient at the property. We stayed in the Zeus room and it was very spacious with a nice balcony. Use the electronic darkening blinds to quiet the few scooters passing. The breakfast and her company were wonderful!

Our three night stay with Sevgi was wonderful. She has created a beautiful and welcoming environment for her guests. Communication was very prompt, courteous and helpful. It is obvious the amount of care she has taken to ensure her guests are comfortable and happy. We really appreciated the laundry service that was offered for a very reasonable price. The Turkish breakfast provided was a delicious treat to look forward to each morning. It has been one of the best we have had so far this trip! We appreciated all of her homemade jams and how plentiful and varied the breakfast was each day. The fruit was quite possibly the freshest we have ever had! It is evident that Sevgi takes pride in her home and providing top quality and very fresh meals is a priority to her. We stayed in the Zeus room and found it to be quite large. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the city. The en-suite bathroom is also quite large with a roomy shower with excellent water pressure. Another nice feature of the room is the room darkening electric shades that provide a good sleeping environment. It was convenient to have the use of a full kitchen at our disposal as well. The villa is in a quiet area and just a short walk to the main streets of Selcuk where we enjoyed good dinners and a lively atmosphere. I would encourage anyone visiting Ephesus to stay here and spend some time exploring the area.

The only small issue we encountered is that we would have preferred the bed to be softer, but we would definitely stay here again if we had the opportunity.

I booked this a room for my parents I'm their 70s. They drove from Izmir airport to this property with a rental car. About 5min from reaching the property their car broke down. The host Sevgi was incredibly nice. She personally went out to pick my parents up and drove them to the property. The place and the room according to my parents was by far one of the best accommodations they have experienced in their whole life. It's beyond 5 stars! The price is really reasonable too. They said the breakfast was top quality and delicious with real local dishes. Communicating with the host on WhatsApp was super convenient! I highly recommend this place!

Sevgy was very welcoming and comfortable. The apartment was up high on a hill with a lovely view over the city. It was very comfortable and well appointed.

The cleanest place I've ever stayed at! The lady and her family were very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The room was comfortable and close to town with a 5 minute walk taking you to old town and a 30 minute walk to the castle. The bus stop to take you to ephusus was a 10 minute walk from our room. I would definitely recommend staying here, you won't find a better or cleaner place!

Heel mooi appartement met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. De eigenaresse was op reis tijdens ons verblijf maar haar zoon en een vriendin van de eigenaresse hebben ons goed ontvangen en weggewezen.

Sevgi est une hôte en or. Sa maison est très propre, confortable et très bien située pour visiter le site archéologique d’ephese. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit mais nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Sevgi est aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner est incroyable (tout est fait maison, à déguster sur la terrasse dehors). Encore merci pour ce court séjour qui était parfait.

Everything!!! The room was spotless and gorgeous. It felt like home. The owner is an absolute gem! She cooks your breakfast right there (soooo much) and helped me get around. So close to Ephesus. Close to the village of Sirince. And close to Kushadesi.

Ephesus Suites was incredible, what a beautiful room and welcome from Sevgi, we really did have a wonderful stay. All your fittings and finishes, were superb and your bathroom was a dream, thank you for the care. Breakfast was heavenly and all in all we had a 12/10 stay, we highly recommend staying at this professional, well equipped and friendly establishment.

This house is really great, thanks to the owner who is putting all her strength to make you feel at home. Great room, large, balcony with view and an excellent breakfast on the terrasse.

The amenities were excellent and the hostess most helpful and obliging. She went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.

The location was not great and relatively far from the centre of town which caused extra taxi expenses to be incurred.

We enjoyed a three night stay in a very cozy home with great view. Our host Sevgi and her son were the kindest hosts. They made us breakfast, did our laundry, introduced us to local venues and even gave us a lift during a day of rainy weather. The location is quiet yet only a 10 min walk from town center proper. Internet is good. Great sleeping quality - room was equipped with electric blinds.

I witnessed how much my host loved her job and how neat the accommodation was. If you plan to stay longer and explore the region, this place has everything you need. The apartment has a nice balcony where you can chill.

A quiet residential area in the outskirts of Selçuk is where the Ephesus Suites are located, a most beautiful home, - warm, welcoming, spacious and beautifully furnished. The host is lovely and helpful and ready to answer any question about the area. In short: why stay anywhere else?

A beautiful room with a large balcony and great views over the town of Selcuk. A large modern kitchen is available for use. The whole building is spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished. Our hostess, Sevgi, along with her family, were so friendly, hospitable and helpful that we felt totally at home. She made a wonderful Turkish breakfast for us in her own kitchen. A little outside downtown in a residential area which made for a quiet and peaceful environment.

Bit far from the train station

Very comfortable and spacious suite with a well equipped kitchen. Sevge is the perfect host, she was very welcoming and wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The suite is a short walk to the local town. There is a beautiful view over the valley. I would highly recommend!!

Accommodation was in a peaceful elevated location. We had a lovely sweeping views from our bedroom balcony. Our host Sevgi made us a homely delicious breakfast. Sevgi and her son Mert were most helpful, picking us from the bus stop upon our arrival and dropping us at the train station after our stay.
