The service was exceptional, and very supportive of our needs. The view was amazing, a quiet and safe neighbourhood and the breakfast was tasty and generous.

Everything was great

Super host who was helpful and offered lifts from the hotel to the train station which was in the town. The hotel was in the more authentic part of the town at the top of a hill. This made it a little bolt hole of quiet and relaxation in a lovely setting with outdoor space covered in a beautiful grape vine, pool and chairs/loungers. The breakfast was lovely and served on the terrace,. The pool is lovely. The balcony small but enough for 2 chairs and a little table, with a super view of the town and basilica. Walking group distance to the basilica of St John. €6 well worth spent. The saturday open market is worth a trip. We also got the local bus, Dolmus, from the town centre (easy 10-15 minute walking distance) to Ephusus. The bus drops you ate the end of Ephesus ( the google points of interest ie the map we looked at had 12 points of interest and we started at point 12). But this was fine. A must visit despite the €40 price. The dolmus bus is great, timetable seems to be when the bus is full. Also had a dolmus bus to Sirince. Lots of wine tasting. Mainly fruity wines but some quite bitter. Commercialised but worth a couple of hours visit. Lovely old cobbled roads.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which is on a hill and has a great view over the city. The host Okyay is very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the king room with the spa tub which is on the balcony. The view is beautiful and felt very special. The included breakfast on the patio is great. I highly recommend staying here!

La colazione è imperdibile! La vista è molto bella e c'è una bella piscina in cui rilassarsi. Uscendo dalla struttura se si va oltre la stazione la sera si trovano diversi ristoranti ottimi e con personale super cordiale. Ricordate però che dopo un certo orario la porta della struttura si può aprire solo con un codice che viene consegnato al check-in.

Il personale che ci ha accolto all'arrivo in tarda serata ci aveva detto che uscendo non avremmo trovato nessun ristorante aperto, forse nemmeno i fast food. In realtà superata la stazione la città è illuminata e con molti ristoranti aperti...

Il posto è carino e caratteristico con una piscina (plus), personale gentile e disponibile, stanza abbastanza grande, buono da usare come base per vedere Efeso e, con una macchina, le città vicine (Priene, Mileto, Didima).

La zona intorno è sicura ma un po' particolare, aumenterei le porzioni della colazione (non a buffet).

The hosts are amazing, really kind and adapted breakfast so that I could have gluten free bread (thank you so much!). The room was comfortable, it had everything we needed. Breakfast is really good, served outside in a cute garden. We didn’t use the pool because we didn’t have time but it seemed great! Really recommend it if you’re visiting Ephesus.

Superb location, beautiful views and a hospitable host who was extremely helpful. We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was really clean and open until late which was nice. Sunset views from our balcony and the host kindly offered free lifts to and from the city centre down a steep hill!

Breakfast was really good quality but only the same options everyday. Only a minor point, no hair conditioner in the room.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Villa Dreams ! C’est un superbe petit hôtel, très bien situé et avec beaucoup de charme. Notre chambre était très propre et confortable, avec une magnifique vue sur la basilique Saint-Jean et la citadelle d’Ayasuluk. Le personnel est adorable, accueillant et toujours disponible. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Une très belle découverte à Selçuk où nous retournerons sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour !

Everything about this place! It is a beautiful little boutique hotel with incredible views over the town. The service from the owner, Okyay, and staff was second to none! The best we have ever received! Okyay offered to shuttle us to and from town for free as the property is up a steep hill. He was always contactable on WhatsApp and provided good recommendations for places in town. He even ensured we had coffee and cereal waiting for us on the day we checked out as we left early. We didn't speak with the other staff much but they were all polite and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful and included in the rate. Room was spacious, clean and provided stunning views. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Dreams and would happily return. The staff were incredibly accommodating and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit, always making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. In the morning, we looked forward to the breakfast, which featured a fresh and delicious traditional Turkish spread with plenty of variety. The views from the villa are absolutely beautiful, and the pool was a huge hit with our kids. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We’re already looking forward to visiting again next year and would highly recommend Villa Dreams to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.

Really friendly and hospitable staff, beautiful hotel - both outside and inside - comfortable rooms and really cool air conditioning! If you book here you will love it! We had to leave early on our last morning and they even made a special breakfast for us to take to the airport 💕

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Dreams. The staff is kind and friendly. The breakfast is ok. The view from our room (no 4) was lovely. Heads-up: they offer the same breakfast every day and there are no restaurants around, The city center is at a 30 min downhill walk.

The room was nice, but the mattress needs to be replaced. It’s clearly worn out with deep indentations that make it uncomfortable

The property was comfortable and welcoming with amazing views of the city and the local castle. The breakfast was first class and the manager Eser was incredibly helpful, driving our family in and out of town to save us having to climb hills, which was a life saver with children. The property also has a great ambiance and a lovely pool, which is the perfect way to end the day after exploring the local sites.

I enjoyed everything. The property is on a hill, which might be difficult for older guests and children to climb, but the manager was always happy to drive us into town and pick us up with only a moment’s notice, meaning that this didn’t cause problems for our children at all.

It was a great short stay with excellent views on top of a mountain overlooking the sea. Lovely villa with a pool and great breakfast.

The drive up was a bit daunting as it was up a steep slope but it’s worth it in the end.

It’s a bit out the way, up a steep hill and based on the neighbourhood, you would never expect this amazing property when you first arrive. Any uneasiness on the journey to the property quickly fades once you arrive.

We loved the view from our balcony, the size of the rooms, and the delicious breakfast. We were also grateful for the aircon in the room.

J'espère que vous aurez la chance d'y rencontrer Eser qui accomplira tous vos souhaits avec une gentillesse et une sympathie hors pair. Il vous véhiculera jusqu'à la gare et reviendra vous chercher après votre soirée en ville, ou alors vous commandera un repas pour profiter du spectaculaire coucher de soleil depuis les terrasses panoramiques de l'hôtel. La piscine avec douche est juste parfaite et Eser se fera un plaisir de vous organiser une ambiance musicale et d'allumer les jets d'eau pour vous ! Ma jolie petite chambre avec vue panoramique est restée parfaitement fraîche durant tout mon séjour et je n'ai pas eu besoin d'allumer la clim. Lit était très confortable. Le petit salon accueille  les clients le soir pour refaire le monde meilleur.... La beauté, l'accueil et le silence des lieux sont remarquables. Je reviendrai ! 🥰

We had the most incredible stay at Villa Dreams. The location and view are phenomenal, the alfresco area and pool are breathtaking, and the view was even better from our room - we would highly recommend booking the room with the spa/jacuzzi! The staff were exceptional, Eser and Ibrahim ensured we had everything we needed and were excellent in communication. We also really appreciated that transport to and from the centre of town was offered, meaning we did not have to worry about the steep hill and making everything very convenient. Breakfast each day was delicious. We also booked a tour of Ephesus through reception which was excellent, one of our favourite days of our trip. It included the House of the Virgin Mary, Ephesus, the Temple of Artemis, a visit to a rug making education centre, lunch, and an afternoon visit to Sirince, a gorgeous little village in the hills. We wished we could have stayed here longer. If anyone is travelling to Selcuk/Ephesus we would say you MUST stay at Villa Dreams. We are very thankful to the staff for our wonderful stay.

Este un loc cu un interior frumos, cu bun gust. Se vede ca o mana de artist a creat intreg spatiul interior. Gradina si terasa sunt foarte frumoase si relaxante. Imaginea pe care o vezi la apus este de poveste. Merita sa stai oe terasa contempland un peisaj frumos, incarcat de istorie in departare.

1. Accesul este foarte dificil. Străzi înguste, în pante abrupte, pline de denivelări și de gropi fac ca drumul pana la cazare sa fie o provocare si pentru soferii cu experiență. 2. Localizarea pe Google maps te conduce pe un drum întortocheat, provocator. 3. Micul dejun prezentat într-o formă interesantă, într-un loc minunat este absolut sărăcăcios. Câteva bucățele de brânză și omletă făcută din două oua pentru două persoane, nu a fost suficient pentru cei care manaca proteina. Au existat gemuri și paine însă pentru noi, care nu mâncăm așa ceva nu a contat. Recomand celor care administrează pensiunea să întrebe clienții ce doresc să mănânce înainte de a servi micul dejun. Să se adapteze, evident fără să cadă în extremități

Such a peaceful and beautiful place. The views of the castle are amazing, and just relaxing by the pool with a book, a fresh breeze, flowers and so much greenery around felt so special. We had the room with the whirlpool, which made sunset even more magical, such a lovely stay with an incredible view.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à 4 à la Villa Dreams pour profiter pleinement d’Ephèse. Nous sommes arrivés en voiture par des ruelles bien escarpées mais une fois à la villa la vue sur la ville est juste extraordinaire, la ville, la forteresse et la mer au loin. L’accueil a été très chaleureux. Okyay nous a trouvé un guide francophone pour une visite passionnante de 3h du site archéologique. Eser nous a gentiment descendu au centre en voiture et conseillé un restaurant. Un séjour au petit soin. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine, trop fraîche, c’est encore un peu tôt dans la saison.

This romantic Hotel is actully in a beautifully (and with a very good taste) refurbushed old house on the top of the hill opposite to the Citadel, therefore has the most picturesque panorama possible to the Byzantine fortress and Basilica of St.John in the center of the town. The breakfast is served in a flowery garden overooking the panorama and the Hotel pool. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to help you not just with the Hotel, but also organizing your programme or discussing with you insights about localities or Turkey in general. The neighbourhood may look for the first glance somewhat poor but actually it is very safe, just some of the streets are rather narrow and steep, since it is an old quarter. If you are planning a visit to Ephesus, - don't miss this Hotel to stay. :)

The best to come to the Hotel by car or taxi. Although it is just by a mere 15 minutes walk from the town center, the roads are really rather steep and nerrow.

The view over the city with the sunset was great. The room has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Follow the direction the hotel sends, not Google, in order to get there. Staff, room, parking, check-in everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

Great place to stay if you visit Selcuk and Efes. The hosts and staff are very welcoming and helpful. The location is at the end of town with views over the city. We had a room with a balcony and had excellent views of the sunset. Further the pool is really nice for a cool down after a day in Efes. The breakfast is local and delicious. I would recommend staying at Villa Dreams.

The hotel sits on top of hill, has great view of Selçuk. The staff are very friendly.

Gezellig klein hotelletje dat voelt als een thuis. Personeel is supervriendelijk en graag bereid je in de watten te leggen. Vanaf het terras een prachtig uitzicht op de burcht, basiliek en de zee. Weg van de drukte, goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Ik ga hier zeker terugkomen.

Если честно, изначально я рассматривала Сельчук как место для ночёвки перед поездкой в Ефес. Насколько я была не права! Приехав в отель, я была очарована видом, это действительно лучший вид в городе. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, очень вкусный завтрак, много рекомендаций для города. Очень милый и симпатичный отель. Я немного пожалела, что приехала всего на одну ночь.

De locatie is fantastisch, prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Het hotel heeft veel sfeer en de gastheren zijn super behulpzaam. Savonds als service met de auto naar het centrum gebracht en weer opgehaald. Dit maakt het helemaal mooi. Het zwembad is echt een paradijs.

Bedden zijn aardig versleten en hier en daar zou een klein beetje liefde de kamers meer gevoel van luxe geven. Lampje vervangen, douche een keer echt ontkalken. Kleine dingen.

The breakfast was fresh and beautifully presented and delicious. The owner was exceedingly gracious and helpful and attended to all of our needs and answered our questions. He even kept our luggage after we checked out till we came back at the end of the day to pick it up. The neighbourhood seems sketchy as you drive up, but it was a wonderful location With a superb view.

Nous avons tous aimé dans cet hôtel, la chambre avec une bonne literie et un balcon qui donnait sur une vue imprenable c’était magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était tres bon! Une piscine pour ce détendre! De quoi garer la voiture ! Le personnel était vraiment adorable et aux petits soins. C’est proche du centre ville, du village de Sirince et du site de Éphèse. Un havre de paix, hôtel familial et magnifique ! C’était parfait merci pour tout!

The staff was so incredibly helpful. From helping us order lunch to driving us up and down the hill everytime we needed to go somewhere. Absolute 10/10!!

The location on top of the hill scared me at first, especially arriving by car and driving up steep streets without knowing if you’ll be able to turn back comfortably. But Ibrahim was so great. He parked my car for me (i’m not a pro in stick-shift driving) and gave us a lift up and down the hill each time we were heading out for dinner. So I actually didnt’t have to drive at all after arriving in Selcuk.

The hotel is at the top of a hill so the walk back from town is a steep climb. The hotel doesn't offer any lunch or dinner, so you need to go there regularly. The hotel offers a shuttle service to town so manageable.

Excellent staff. They helped us have take out delivered and were friendly and helpful. Beautiful views. Very good breakfast. Nice room with pretty multilevel deck (top floor.). Dining área with fireplace and chairs—nice for evening and having a drink.

On the edge of town—they offer pick up. We drove in—a bit complicated, but staff sent helpful advice about driving in.

The best part was Ibrahim's service in reception; it was exceptional. He also helped us with booking tours. I highly recommend him. Ibrahim made us feel right at home. I also recommend the drivers and staff who gave us tours to Heriapolis and Pamukkale.

Location was a few minutes drive from Ephesus. Attaching a few pictures that we took from the Patio. Google has an older route and takes you up a steep hill to park which can be avoided with an alternative route. Ibrahim was a great host. He was in touch before we had arrived and offered to pick us up from the train station which we didn’t require. Breakfast was pretty decent and clean. Rooms are small but totally fine for two. We booked two rooms for the family.

Warm welcome by the staff and they're extremely helpful with luggage and generally guiding us on how to get around! Both spoke perfect English too. Breakfast was so good every morning with wonderful views! They were also accommodating as we travelled with a baby and have a cot and high chair.

Mr Ibrahim the host is helpful and friendly. Ibrahim is also fluent in English. The view is magnificent. The lady who prepared the hearty breakfast is most gracious. Highly recommended. The nearby neighbours, especially the children are a wonderful sight.
