I have called the reception to help us open the wifi , he asked me to login with email when there was another option , after trying with my email , it didnt work and i asked him again and he said we have a problem with wifi and hanged up on my . i called again asking for help but he didnt care and said we cant fix it and you can give a bad review . maybe some guests are in need to have internet and there is always a second choice to help but he seemed not to care . and We stayed the whole night without internet . the staff was not friendly .

The hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent. Most of the reception staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, although one staff member was less welcoming than the others. The hotel was quiet and perfect for relaxing. It is also in a very convenient location, with easy access to bus and tram stations, a shopping mall, and beautiful parks. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The only issue we experienced was with the refrigerator. It is designed to maintain the room temperature rather than properly cool drinks. During the summer, it would be much more convenient if it could keep water and juice cold, as many guests prefer chilled drinks. The rooms are also a bit small, but for me, that was not a problem

Az ajtó kártya rendszeresen hibás volt, mindig újat kellet cserélni amikor a szállásra vissza tértem.

Sabah check in alan ekip cok iyiydi. Fakat aksamda calisan resepsiyon gorevlisi yaptigi isi sevmiyor sanirim. Kendi bile mutlu degil ki misafiri mutlu etsin. Kaba bir arkadas.

ibis Gaziantep'te bayramın 1.inci günü için konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Diğer İbis standart otelleri gibi. Fiyat/performans bir konaklama seçeneği. Varış - Check-in oldukça hızlıydı. Bayram olduğu için konaklayanlar çoktu ve sigara içilen odalar kalmamıştı. Ulaşımı arabayla kolay sağlanan bir otel. Otopark - Otopark'ları 2 katlı, Novotel otoparkıyla birleşik anladığımız kadarıyla. Fakat konakladığımız süreçte doluydu ve otelin kaldırımına park ettik. Otopark'ın da bazı dönüşleri zor, acemi sürücüler için zorlayıcı olabilir (duvardaki çiziklerden de belli çok kişinin araçlarını çizdiğini) Odalar - klasik ibis odaları gibi. Saç kurutma, safe, kettle (bu ibis'teki kettle bi tık daha iyi önceki kaldığımıza göre), minibar'da su. Diğer ibislere göre daha ince yorganları vardı - yorgan da denilemez pikeydi aslında çok ince. Havalandırma da oldukça iyi çalışıyordu. Televizyonlar smart tv değil normal kanallar var. Ayrıca, ses yalıtımı çok iyi ve de kapılar sur kapısı gibi çok ağır. Konforlu, temiz ve hijyenik. Gönül rahatlığıyla seçebileceğiniz bir yer.

Otopark - konakladığımız süreçte doluydu ve otoparka park etmek zorunda kaldık. Otopark dönüşleri de çok dar, acemi sürücüler için zor olabilir.

Ein sehr schönes und zweifellos sehenswertes Hotel. Die Gastfreundschaft und hochwertige Ausstattung, Service, Sauberkeit, Essen, Hotel Präsentation sind überwältigend. Der Gast ist hier König und es gibt wohl keinen Wunsch dem das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal nicht nachkommt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Danke nochmal an das gesamte Personal für die schönen Tage.

Central location and clean

Central heating. Rooms were too hot. We could not sleep

Staff are helpful and friendly, rooms are reasonably sized and facilities are OK.

The AC doesn't work, nowhere does it state the ac isnt on or available to use due to the season. The room was like an oven, really uncomfortable.

Staff were friendly, dining area is ok. Room size is reasonable with a reasonable bathroom.

The AC as advised by staff isnt on due to the time of year. This is the second time I've stayed here and have been given 2 different reasons for the ac not working. Previously we were told it wasn't working. The room temperature was very uncomfortable, unbearable at times. We checked out early due to the heat. Didn't stay the night.

Das als 17 m² angegebene Zimmer ist für zwei Personen praktisch nicht nutzbar. Es gibt keinen ausreichenden Bewegungsbereich. Zwei Personen können sich nicht gleichzeitig im Zimmer bewegen. Die tatsächlich nutzbare Fläche beschränkt sich auf einen schmalen Streifen neben dem Bett. Das Zimmer entspricht funktional einem Einzelzimmer, wird aber als Doppelzimmer verkauft. Das ist irreführend, da die angegebene Größe nichts über die reale Nutzbarkeit aussagt. Für zwei Personen ist dieses Zimmer nicht geeignet.

The room was a standard ibis-like room. The washroom was tiny but exceptionally clean. The room was also quite clean. We stayed for 2 nights. It's quite centrally located, and you can get the main transportation right in front of the hotel - tram, bus, taxi etc. We used Havas bus to get to the hotel from Gaziantep Airport, which dropped us right in front of the hotel. The historical city sites are on a walking distance, to the southeast of the hotel. Gaziantep Forum is literally adjacent to the hotel, which offers plenty of shopping options for local and international brands and they have a food court as well. We checked in at least 3 hours early, thanks to the reception guy named Ertuğrul. Value for Money: 6/10 Comfort: 7/10 Service: 7/10 Location: 9/10 Staff: 10/10

The room window - that's just too small. The ventilation is quite bad. We literally couldn't breathe the next day as it was so stuffy inside due to poor ventilation and the washroom being just within the room - meaning it opened right to the face of the bed. The window could only open for 10-cm. Poor ventilation. I also asked the hotel at reception for this issue, to which they said this is a centralized system and we can't do much about this. I thought breakfast could've been included in the price tag.

Rooms & bathrooms were very small

There is a nice breakfast buffet with a wide selection. The food was good quality, choices are more than adequate with a variety of bread selections. Many traditional Turkish breakfast options, spices and vegetables. Convenient free garage if you are driving.

Rooms are compact and windows do not open fully. Room was warm and AC was not working due to the season, so it took time to cool it down. Location was somewhat isolated from main district but options are available within walking distance.

Location site us and the hotel was fine for us - more of a motel than smart hotel, but for the price it was great! Breakfast was good and not expensive. Nice to have a bar for a reviving beer after a long day out

Bedroom door was really heavy. My wife struggled to open it. Limited clothes storage facilities. Bar was limited in choice. Adequate but lacking in some areas such as wine by the glass
