Lage in Zentrum und gut Internet.

Kleines Zimmer mit alten, zerstörter und ausgenutzter Austattung. Das Zimmer war nicht lang renoviert. Um zu kacken, must du am Klo drehen. Im Zimmer war keinen Fenster. Auf dem Wand war Feucht oder Pilz.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und man kommt zu Fuß überall hin 5-15 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß

Leider sind die Badezimmer sehr klein nur in der Suite ist das Badezimmer einigermaßen groß, so dass man mit dem Rollstuhl gerade so reinkommt

I did not try the breakfast as I do not eat breakfast ever so i cannot comment on the food. The location is excellent for travellers. The city is truly modern. if you are into travelling further on the Coach station will take you as far North as ISTANBUL and as EAST as Sanliurfa and further. So you dont even have to hire a car! GREAT PEOPLE and TRULY HONEST. I love Gaziantep

Whats not to like? The hotel is really swanky and the staff were very helpful. After I checked out the hotel staff called me to let me know i left a piece of jewellery in the room. That caught me by surprise as i am not used to this kind of honesty (being from the UK where theft has been so common place that it becomes the norm). The Turkish people are tremendously Honest and Respectful.

La chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre. Une odeur infecte de cigarette même si on allumait la climatisation pour essayer de mieux respirer. Les draps avec des tâches, salle de bain avec joints marrons ! Presque impossible d’utiliser le wc : distance entre la cuvette et le mur est très petite.

Merkezi konumda ancak buzdolabı bozuk saç kurutma makinası bozuk havalandırma çalışmıyor klima canı isterse çalışıyor prizlerin yarısı çalışmıyor. Klimanın üzeri bir parmak kalınlığında toz ile kaplıydı abartısız. Yatak başlığı toz icindeydi. Battaniye kokuyordu pisti. Nevresimlerde sigara yanıkları vardı. Penceresiz oda havalandırma da çalışmadığı icin gece oksijenimiz bitti ve kapıyı açıp havalanmasını bekledik. Yan odalarda yabancılar kalıyordu ve geç saatlere kadar bağırarak konuştular duvara vurduk susmadılar. Sabit telefondan lobiyi aramak istedik telefon da çalışmıyordu. Burayı özellikle otoparkı var yazdığı icin tercih ettik otele gelince otopark girişi göremeyince arayıp sorduk ve otopark olmadığını söylediler. Civarda ücretli otopark varmış biz akıl edememişiz ama otelin özelliklerinde otopark var yazıyor fakat yok herhangi bir otoparka bırakacaksınız arabayı. Kendinize olan saygınızı kaybetmenize sebep olacak bir otel.

The room was a bit old, with no window and not very clean, but considering the price, it was acceptable. Overall, it was decent for what I paid.

It was cheap and came with my own bathroom and working air-conditioning which was really needed in the summer extreme heat. The bathroom was old but quite clean thankfully. The room had all kinds of amenities (cotton buds, soap, shampoo, slippers, shoe spoon, shoe shine, prayer mat) and I think an iron too?

The guy who checked me in was not friendly. The room is dusty, floor was not clean. The bed was very hard to sleep on but I was exhausted so I just slept anyways.

3 ⭐ hotel for 30$ with breakfast. İ expected something bad, according to reviews. But everything was ok at room 502. Clean, air conditioner is working perfectly, clean bathroom. Hot water is working at evening and at morning. Usual Turkish breakfast in the early morning (boiled eggs, grilled vegetables, potatoes, sosiges, watermelon, tomatoes, cheese, natural butter, honey... it's a good breakfast for this money. Restaurant on a roof, with a beautiful view of the city.

Merhabalar, sonraki gelecek olan arkadaşlara tavsiye için yazıyorum. Odalarda klima çalışmıyor,çalışan yere gitsem de klima kendini soğutmuyor. Prizler çalışmıyor, başka odaya geçtim orda da buzdolabı çalışmıyor. Yatak çok kullanıldığı için rahatsız edici.üst kat alt katda kalan herkesin ne konuştuğunu bile duyabilirsiniz. Nezaketin olmadığı bi yer. Umarım hizmet vermek için bu söylediklerimi düzeltirler.

I like the location

The staff were not professional. They didn't deal with guests in a good way. I have seen so many guests complaining, 3 people from the hotel, one of them the hotel manager came to my room, standing like a band because a girl from the reception gave me her personal phone number and they want me to delete the chat and the number otherwise they will bunch me, Is this a professional way of behavior?

The room and bedsheets was not really clean. Taphandle was broken. The room did not have window - but that's ok. Though it could have been communicated a bit more clearly.

Gittiğimiz sürede 12.30 da check-in yaptık oda çok küçüktü belirtilen ilanda yazıyordu ancak normal bir ihtiyacınız olan tuvaleti bile bacaklarınızı sigdiramiyorsunuz tuvaletin yerini bari düzgün bir sekilde koysaydiniz. Duş gideri çok geç gidiyordu. Buzdolabı ve ketil calismiyordu biz gerekli bulmadık kulanmayi genelde dışarıda oldugumuzdan. Gittiğimiz zaman yağmurlu ve soğuktu o yüzden batineyeye ihtiyaç duyduk dolapta olan bataniyede kocaman yanık delikleri vardı. Odalar arası ses geçirgenliği çok fazlaydı. 3 gün kalacağımız için temizlik servisini cagirmadik bir yorum yapamicam. Genel olarak çok kötüydü uyumak için bile tercih verilmezdi beklentiz çok yüksek değildi ancak bu şekilde olacağını da bilemezdik

Very dirty rooms, blood on sheets (i took pictures), and drunk noisy guests. Before we check-in, the hotel showed that we checked in and charged the payment from Expedia. There was a reason we asked for no payment in advance, payment to be done on arrival, we needed 3 different invoices but they charged all from one company card, so, so annoying, here the major responsible is Expedia than Pamuk City Hotel.

The worst hotel in the world I can say ,very very dirty the bathroom and the bedroom is so so smelly and dirty, besides they are taking money from your account even though you have to pay at the reception be very careful do not Go to this hotel don't waste your money and time. it is very very far from the pictures they showed in the website.

Service staff of house keeping lack integrity and invade personal space of guest. Air-conditioning controls dont work. Rooms are not made on regular basis. Not a safe place

Peesonal eine Frechheit, Klımaanlage funktionierte nicht, keine lösung kein aderes İmmer, kongre wegen gitme nicht schlafen, morgen bevor Check out zwıt habe ich sie rezeprion geberen wegen sen umaständen der Klima und kein Schlaf hatte, 13:30 bleiben zu können wurde dies verweigert, die Rezeptrion störte ständig und rief an, obwohl fast alle Zimmer leer waren, keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city. There was an unexpectedly comfortable bed in the room.

I booked a Standard double room and I got a tiny room with a small window (50x40 santimeter) just for ventilation. The bathroom was also extremely small. There was an air conditioner unit outside the window which was very loud, so I had to close the window to be able to sleep.

Otopark ücretsiz, resepsiyondan fiş veriliyor otoparka ücret ödenmiyor. Gecelik ücreti hesaplı bir otel olarak gözüküyor, bunun için temizlik sıkıntısı olması mı gerekir? Zaten görevlisi temizliyor. Denetlenmesini için çok kötü temizlenmiş. Benden önce kalanın sabunu lavaboda duruyordu. Duşta traş bıçağı vardı. Klozet kirliydi. Otel sahipleri varsa müdürü mutlaka her müşteri çıktıktan sonra kontrol etmeli. Resepsiyon da gündüz çalışan 2 arkadaş çok ilgiliydi sağolsun.

That I still don't have an invoice, which I requested during my stay. The room was very small. But then, for the money, it was a good bargain.

Fiyat nispeten makul. Yatak ve diğer şeyler yemiz ve rahat. Çok merkezi konumda ancak ücretsiz park bulmak imkansız. Ekonomik odalarda pencere yok ve sitede 20 m2 denmesine rağmen oda ancak 10 m2. Kısa süreli ekonomik konaklamalar için düşünülür.

The hotel is very good, the room has a nice size, the bed is comfortable and the bath is clean. The check-in is easy with very friendly and helpful personal. It is in the center of Gaziantep, just some minutes (walking) away from the main square and castle. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It was a great stay and I would recommend it!

De douche was vrezelijk vies de bed was niet comfortabel de deken en laken waren vreselijk vies de isolatie van de kamer was het ergste er kwam zoveel geluid van buiten de kamer in leek gewoon of de ramen open waren de kamer was vies en veel stof eerste en laatste keer hier

The bathroom was so old and toilet was broken , and at night we couldn’t sleep because of the cigarette smoke coming to our room…we just liked the location that’s all.

아주 싼 가격에 창문없는 방에 잤어요. 그냥 싼 값에 모든걸 감안한 숙소 였어요. 위치는 좋았어요. 스탭들은 친절하고요.

It’s not good . The room and air is dirty and disgusting. Cigarettes ash, hairs, hair’s drier broken etc. But breakfast is good.

What made my stay at Pamuk City Hotel was definitely the staff that were very helpful and accomadating to all my needs. From receiving help and interacting mostly with Murat and Edip at the front desk to the darling Zumru that was always so kind in the restaurant. Fayat was another gentleman who deserves credit for being so helpful. Last but not least the night crew were also good to me. Now the actual hotel. The location and value for money are good. Hotel in general has the facilities you need and is clean. The basic rooms could be updated with windows/more ventilation. Some rooms did have the smoke smell hence better ventilation is key to reduce smell for non smokers. If you upgrade from the basic rooms for a small fee I believe you"ll have what you need for a great stay at Pamuk City Hotel. Thanks again to the staff for making my trip and my stay great!

I can advise anyone to come to this hotel the people in reception so nice and the service its good and the best thing its near to all attacking places bazaar its just 400 m to big bazaar is there and its near to form Gaziantep avm mall just 1.3 km its mean by 10 lera u can go by taksi every thing is good i can give them 4.7/5 star

The staff at the hotel were very good. The room with big enough but smell dusty. The breakfast was good. The major problem is that heavy cigarette smell gets to your room from the other rooms and that makes you suffecated at time, you leave your room every night till past midnight when the smokers sleep then you can go back to your room to sleep.

The hotel looks nice, the staff are very nice, the room was big enough but not that clean. Breakfast is good(a topical turkish breakfast). But there is a serious problem with the room and that is if anyone is smoking in any of the rooms next to your room or above your Room, the odour of the cigarette comes directly to your room , turkish people are heavy smokers and you won't be able to sleep at night if you're like me sensitive to CIGARETTES, and this is a very serious one. The other problem, you can virtually hear anything that the residents in the other rooms in your floor do or say and that means no privacy.

Tv kumandası yoktu defalarca kez istememize rağmen de getirilmedi. Ayni şekilde klimanın da kumandası yoktu. Banyoda temizlik malzemesi yoktu. Odada bir cam bile yoktu. Karanlık ve havasız bir odaydı. İnternete bağlanamadım, üstelik sabah aniden odanın kapısı açıldı ve uyuduğumuzu görmüş olacaklar ki hemen kapattılar. Kapıyı kimin açtığını bilmiyoruz.

Otel odasına girdiğimizde yerde dolu sigara kulluğu,yerlerin süpürulmedigi gördük. Oda da klima açık vaziyette ama kumandanın pili yok, televizyon çalışmıyor. Düşünün odaya havluyu bile ben istedim aşağıdan aldım ve odaya götürdüm. Buna rağmen neden kaldınız derseniz boş otel bulamadık. Hotels.com böyle bir otelle nasıl çalıştığını da anlamakta zorluk çekiyorum.

Otel'in bulunduğu yer dışında herşeyi çok kötü.Hotels.com dan ucretini de ödeyerek rezervasyonu yaptım.Ama otele gittiğimde "hotels.com" ile bir anlaşmalarinin olmadığını söylediler.Hotels.com ile kendi çabalarımla irtibata geçip anlaşmalarının olduğunu öğrenince sözü bu siteden para alamadıklarına çevirdiler.Ne olursa olsun bundan banane ben paramı odemişim sizin aranızdaki bir olay için ameliyattan yeni çıkmış eşimle bizi bekletmeye ne hakkınız var.Otel girişinde 1 saatlik beklemeden sonra nasil parayı alabileceklerini ogrenebildiler ve bize odamızı söylediler.Odaya girer girmez sizi leş gibi sigara kokusu karşılıyor(rezervasyonda sigara içilmeyen oda görünmesine rağmen)Daha sonra banyoya giriyorsun her tarafta kıllar var.Sampuan yarıya inmis.Bu pislige biraz dayanıp duş alayım diyosun duşu açtığında bir de ne goresin.Duşakabinin gideri tikali.Su hiç gitmiyor zeminde olduğu gibi birikiyor.Bunu da gorunce lanet olsun deyip banyo yapmaktan da vazgeçiyorsun.2 kişilik rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen odada çok dandik 1 tane terlik var.Gün içinde yorulmuşum zaten uzanıp biraz televizyon izleyelim diyosun.Televizyonun kumandasının pili yok:)Televizyonda yok yatıp uyuyayım diyosun.Yatak artık ne kadar eskimişse bütün tellerini vücudunda hissedebiliyorsun.Yurtici,yurtdışı birçok otelde kaldım ama bu otel kadar kötüsünü görmedim.Bir de 3 yıldızlı otel.Kesinlikle haketmiyor bu yıldızları.Bir daha mı tövbe.

A pity, because location is good, and the hotel itself not all that bad either. Yet, my experience was disastrous. With the elevator broken and sleeping on the 6th floor, the rather rude receptionist made me walk up and down at least four times before they could get my key working. Bedsheets were wet! Not just moist, but wet. Upon asking the staff, I was told the dryer was broken, and no dry sheets were available. Sadly, it did not end there, for the nextdoor nightclub kept pumping out loud music until dawn. If you end up here, make absolutely sure you get a room as far away as possible from the front, which is just fifteen meters from the club.

The hotel is clean, we have taken a family room, it was large and comfortable. The staff are nice and the breakfast is acceptable Only one thing was not good, the internet connection. the network was modest regarding its price I can recommend it

This was by far the most disrespectful and horrible hotel I have ever stayed at. Regardless of the poor sized rooms, which for the price were not so bad, the staff was unbelievable disrespectful. During the day, despite "Do no disturb" hung over the door, we returned to our room to find one of the staff coming out of it. At that time I was a bit naive and let it go. We made sure do not disturb was hung again; despite this at 7 am, one man, using the key, came into our room. Thankfully myself and my wife were decent but it was clear that they were looking for glimpses of women. Afterwards, I confronted them about it, but they claimed that the door said "please clean" and afterwards they switched it, but this was an absolute lie. We were a bit naive about this, as although there were two girli clubs next door (pavyons), but the staff insisted that there was no connection and that they were disgusted with such things. Had we not been absolutely exhausted when we arrived at 5 am we never would have stayed there, but never in a million years would I have expected such serefsizlik. Other complaints were room service taking orders but not providing anything (we waited 2 hours for food before we found out that it wasn't coming).

Stayed 3 nights. Room was clear and staff was friendly. Bathroom was clean and large enough. Breakfast was finished because of an Arabic group... At first they asked for more money than you see at booking.com but when i insisted its not right, they accepted the same price...At least cheap and clean hotel and good location. There's a nightclub next to hotel enterance, which can be noisy sometimes.

centeral location, large rooms with wifi, just minutes walk to old city center, easy to reach from airport, near to all attractions, very clean, near to covered bazaars, shops for silverware, spicy sellers; near to historic castle, average breakfast but enough to leave u room for kebabs
