Lo que más me gustó fue la bienvenidad del anfitrion. Nos recibio en el puerto y nos dirigio al hotel. Nos dio una bebida fria de cortesia y nos explico todas las actividades que podiamos hacer en la isla. Super hospitalario. Teniamos miedo del calor por lo que no tiene aire acondicionado, pero con los ventiladores se mantuvo bastante fresca la habitación.

It was such a wonderful hotel full of color and in a great location! The owner was so nice, meeting us at the port to walk us to the hotel, especially because it was getting late and we were visiting Paros for the first time.

Information was good. Room was big and balcony was nice but no view.

Lack of Aircon was an issue, assumed the fan would do something but just seemed to move air around. We knew before hand but this was a huge issue. No hot water (even though this was the main use of the solar power?). Friendly enough but seemed to lack care and attention in rooms. Bedding was stained and old, kept coming off. Not much in the room. Pretending to be sustainable to save money. Not good enough for the price paid, really not sure why it's this expensive.

Μας αφιέρωσε χρόνο για να μας προτείνει τα πιο όμορφα μέρη της περιοχής, δίνοντάς μας τις καλύτερες συμβουλές για να αξιοποιήσουμε στο έπακρο το ταξίδι μας. ​Το κατάλυμα ξεχωρίζει για την απόλυτη καθαριότητά του, ενώ η διακόσμηση με τα υπέροχα, ζωντανά χρώματα δημιουργεί μια ατμόσφαιρα ηρεμίας και ευεξίας που σε χαλαρώνει αμέσως. ​Την παράσταση, φυσικά, έκλεψε η γλυκύτατη μασκότ του ξενοδοχείου — το πανέμορφο σκυλάκι του ιδιοκτήτη! 🤭 Με την παιχνιδιάρικη και φιλική του διάθεση μας έκλεψε την καρδιά και έδινε μια ξεχωριστή, χαρούμενη νότα σε κάθε μας μέρα εκεί. ​Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Tutto! Un’esplosione di colore e accoglienza a pochi passi dal centro di Paroikia. Kostantino ti accoglie fin dal tuo arrivo e ti fa sentire come a casa. Stanza pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, siamo stati benissimo e se torneremo a Paros sicuramente torneremo a Viva Margarita!

La cura che i due gestori ci hanno dedicato, dal nostro arrivo fino alla partenza; il clima familiare e accogliente.

Me gustó absolutamente TODO. Konstantino es una persona de 10. Nos vino a recoger a nuestra llegada en ferry y, de camino al hotel, nos enseñó un poco la ciudad. A la mañana siguiente nos invitó a desayunar y, con un mapa, nos recomendó los mejores sitios, rutas y restaurantes de todo Paros y Antiparos. Además, siempre está pendiente de si necesitas cualquier cosa y dispuesto a ayudarte. Algo súper positivo también es que habla varios idiomas, algo que se agradece muchísimo y facilita mucho la estancia. En resumen, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Sin duda, lo mejor del hotel es el trato tan cercano y familiar, combinado con la gran profesionalidad de Konstantino. Una experiencia de 10 que repetiríamos sin pensarlo.

Best hosts ever! They welcomed us directly at the port and told us all about the island of Paros. Always ready to answer our questions at any time! So kind! The location is perfect, a 5-minutes walk from the port, but in a quiet and cute street. The room was clean and very colorful! Will rebook it!

Great location, close to the port, bus station, shops and restaurants. The owners were wonderfully welcoming, especially Konstantinos who made fantastic coffee and went out of his way to help me navigate Paros and provide great recommendations :)

Es ist ein sehr familiäres, buntes und gemütliches Hostel, Kaffee/Kakao/Tee zum Frühstück geht aufs Haus, eine riesige Kiste mit Strandsachen steht zur Verfügung, man darf sich an den Wänden im Treppenhaus verewigen, die Eigentümer helfen in allen Lebenslagen und der Hund ist sehr flauschig! Mein Sohn und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eigentlich nichts, obwohl ein Regal im Zimmer wäre schon wirklich toll, um ein bisschen Ordnung ins eigene Chaos zu bringen.

Un super accueil, notre hôte est venu nous chercher à l'arrivée du bateau. Et un café et part de gâteau fait maison offerts le matin.

Wspaniałe miejsce, bardzo mili właściciele. W pokoju i łazience bardzo czysto, mieliśmy także uroczy balkon. Lokalizacja jest świetna, kilka minut spacerem do portu. Na dachu budynku znajdu się taras gdzie można się rano zrelaksować a rano wypić kawę.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά στο λιμάνι , ήσυχο μέρος και τα παιδιά Σάντα και Κωνσταντίνος ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και φιλόξενοι,φυσικά στην υποδοχή ο Οδυσσέας όλα τα λεφτά.

Hayatımda konakladığım en konforsuz oteldi. Odalarda klima olmadığını biliyorduk ancak pencereleri açamayacağımızı bilmiyorduk. Zemin kattaki odalarda ne sineklik ne de parmaklık vardı. Odanın önünde balkon olmasına rağmen onun da herhangi bir güvenlik önlemi yoktu. Camı açtığınızda hem sinek ve böcek sorunu hem de güvenlik endişesi yaşıyorsunuz. Ahşap panjuru kapattığınızda ise ışık ve hava tamamen kesiliyor, oda çok karanlık ve havasız kalıyordu. Temmuz ayında, klimasız ve hava almayan bir odada, ahşap panjurları kapatmak zorunda kalarak konaklamak gerçekten oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Yataklar da oldukça rahatsızdı. Bu durum konaklamamız boyunca en büyük sorunlardan biriydi. En büyük hayal kırıklıklarından biri de banyoydu. Duşun içinde klozet bulunması ve sifonun düzgün çalışmaması kabul edilebilir değil. Çevre dostu olmak, bakımsız bir oda ve banyo sunmanın gerekçesi olamaz. Olumlu yorumlara saygı duyuyorum ancak bunların odaların gerçek koşullarını yansıttığını düşünmüyorum. Bu nedenle tekrar tercih etmem ve tavsiye etmem.

Nagyon szerettünk ott lenni, vidám, hangulatos, környezetbarát szállás jó helyen, ahol otthon éreztük magunkat. Barátságos, segítőkész házigazdák, akiktől nagyon jó programtippeket kaptunk miközben finom kávéval és süteménnyel kínáltak és a többi vendéget reggelente a tetőteraszon. A teraszon sokféle strandfelszerelésből lehetett kölcsönkérni. Tiszta szoba, benne hűtőszekrény, saját erkély ahová ki lehetett ülni, illetve a vizes holmit ki lehetett teregetni. Utolsó nap, a csomagjainkat is biztonságban ott lehetett hagyni a kijelentkezés után.

Il proprietario persona molto disponibile ci è venuto ad aspettare dal porto e accompagnato verso l hotel, dandoci ottimi consigli su cosa visitare (spiagge, villaggi) e dove mangiare. La struttura molto pulita e curata si trova a 5 minuti a piedi sia dal centro che dal porto. Consiglio a chi viene a Paros di soggiornare qui, perchè rimarrà soddisfatto.

Location was perfect and the owners went above and beyond for us, taking the time to show us what to look for and where to go. They also made really great coffees for us!

Lo mejor los huéspedes, ambos son personas encantadoras y muy amables que te reciben con los brazos abiertos. Siempre están pendientes de ti y de asegurar tu máxima comodidad en el hotel y desayunando en la terraza. Nada más llegar te explican la ciudad y posibles rutas para hacer por la isla, te recomiendan bares, playas, formas de transporte… NO HEMOS PODIDO ESTAR MEJOR.

Ένα κατάλυμα που αξίζει να επισκεφθείτε. Η Σάντρα και ο Κωνσταντίνος ήταν υπέροχοι και πάρα πολύ φιλικοί και ευγενικοί. Επιπλέον ο σκυλάκος μου έκανε τρομερή παρέα με τον Οδυσσέα στην ταράτσα και ένιωθε υπέροχα. Σίγουρα έιναι ένα μέρος που θα ξανά επισκεφτώ ☺️

Un accueil parfait de la part de tout le monde. Des conseils au top pour l'exploration de l'île. Excellent emplacement : non loin du port et des centres d'intérêt mais assez en retrait dans le village pour être tranquille. Chambre confortable. Une autre idée de l'hébergement sur une île de plus en plus envahie par le luxe. Mention spéciale à Οδύσσεια la mascotte de l'hôtel.

La atención de los anfitriones fue excelente y te hacen sentir muy cómodo durante la estadía, se tiente muy buena energía en el lugar. Las instalaciones son correctas y cuentan con una heladera. Solicitamos una pava eléctrica y también nos proveyeron de una sin problema alguno. Si bien no incluye desayuno, invitan a tomar un café con algo para comer en las mañanas que se aprecia mucho. El alojamiento NO cuenta con aire acondicionado pero esto es algo que se aclara desde un principio en la reserva (tiene un ventilador de techo y se recomienda dormir con las ventanas abiertas que cuentan con postigos para seguridad).

Al dormir con las ventanas abiertas se escucha los ruidos de la calle que si bien es una zona tranquila, podrían dificultar el descanso.

Absolute gem of a place to stay, Konstantinos is lovely and gave us great tips of places to visit on the island. Good size clean room. The iced coffees on the beautiful rooftop are a bonus, as was meeting Odysseas (the dog). And meeting us from the ferry, incredible hospitality, thank you! Plus you can borrow snorkle gear and beach umbrellas! Amazing!

The balcony/terrace was so small we had to move out of each other's way to get round. Street noise till late in the night on the ground floor rooms.

El personal de Viva Margarita es excepcional. Konstantinos es súper atento con todos los clientes y todas las mañanas te invita a desayunar a la terraza del hotel. El ambiente que hay en todo el alojamiento es muy agradable y la ubicación es céntrica. La habitación es muy espaciosa y cuenta con una pequeña terraza muy agradable.

El baño era un poco viejo y la habitación no tenía ninguna cómoda ni armarios para dejar la ropa.

We absolutely loved our stay at Viva Margarita! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by the incredibly kind and friendly hosts. Their local recommendations were fantastic and really helped us make the most of our time in Paros. The hotel itself is colourful, charming, very clean, and has such a relaxed, homely atmosphere. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the port, restaurants, shops, and everything you need, while still being peaceful and quiet. If you’re looking for great value, genuine hospitality, and a place that feels like a home away from home, Viva Margarita is the perfect choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Paros!

The staff were so lovely and helpful providing advice on where to visit and eat through our Paros. The rooms were very clean and the vibes were so nice and safe as a solo female traveler.

We had a lovely stay overall. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the island. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they gave us a fantastic guide with recommendations for beaches, restaurants, attractions, and things to do, which really enhanced our trip. Overall, the owners’ hospitality was the highlight of our stay. They were genuinely warm, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. With a few small improvements to the property, this would be an even better place to stay.

There were just a few areas where the property could be improved. The bathroom was perfectly usable but could benefit from some minor updates, and the water pressure was quite weak. We were also a little surprised that the listing photo showed a double bed, whereas our room had three single beds. It’s possible this was something I overlooked when booking, so I’m not sure whether it was my mistake or an issue with the listing. We were able to push two of the beds together, which worked well enough, but as we were travelling as a couple, a double bed would have been preferable.

Μας άρεσε πολύ η διακόσμηση του μέρους , όλο το ξενοδοχείο και τα δωμάτια είναι πανέξυπνα διακοσμημένα που σου αφήνουν μια πολύ θετική και ζεστή αίσθηση , γεμάτο χρώματα και ζεστασιά . Το προσωπικό είναι εξαιρετικό. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό.. Παρόλο που έχει ανεμιστήρα οροφής αυτός είναι καινούργιος και δεν είχαμε κανένα πρόβλημα ζέστης. Δυστυχώς γυρίζαμε όλη μέρα στην Πάρο και Αντίπαρο οπότε δεν βρήκαμε χρόνο να πιούμε καφέ η τσάι με τους ανθρώπους του προσωπικού. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν πολύ μεγάλο άλλα όλα τα άλλα ήταν τέλεια οπότε δεν μας πείραξε καθόλου .Good value for money

Very well located, close to the port & nearby shops / restaurants. The hosts were very friendly, collected us from the port & showed us around the town.

There was no air conditioning, so we found it slightly uncomfortable some nights. As well as this, we found the room didn’t feel spotlessly clean, and the towels / rooms needed a little refreshing.

This little gem of a hotel is very colorful and wimsy. The owner who greeted us was friendly and made us feel like family. There is no A/C which we knew when we booked it, but the room was cool with the windows and fan provided. The location is great and the terrace where all occupants can gather for a morning coffee is a cozy comfortable and colorful spot🩷

The staff was amazing and really helpful. He gave us tips on where to go and picked us up from the port and gave us a tour of the town. The rooms are amazing and the location is great. No complaints.

Host was incredible! Walked us from the port including a little tour of the area. Then gave us a map and rundown of the island with things to do! Has cake & coffee on the rooftop every morning and the host provides lots of recommendations and help. Comfortable rooms. Great location. No aircon but that was advised in the ad.

The hospitality was above and beyond what we’ve experienced in Greece so far with amazing service and tips of what to see and do on the island. The morning complimentary coffee was a nice touch. The room was spacious and suited our needs perfectly.

Due to no AC the room was a bit warm and the hot water worked sporadically but not anything we couldn’t deal with. There was another pedestal fan available we didn’t need to use in the end.

A colourful, soulful place to stay. With the warmest of hospitality from Konstantinos. A great location, quiet but still close to the Parikia hubbub.

Although we completely respect the no AC philosophy, the room was hot and not easy to get air circulation. But please, that’s a small point in the round as more than made up for in smiles and personal touches.

L'endroit est très sympa et chaleureux et les propriétaires sont adorables, de bons conseils et très accueillants, on s'y sent bien!

La salle de bain n'est pas très pratique avec une douche petite et donnant directement sur les toilettes sans rideau qui ferme de ce côté là et il est également difficile d'aérer cette pièce mais pour deux nuits cela n'était pas gênant!

Il gioco di colori a parer mio ha il suo perché e se mai avessi l'opportunità di tornare sull'isola credo proprio che ci tornerei di buon grado!

Nous avons été accueilli à la sortie du ferry et accompagné jusqu’à l’hôtel. Le propriétaire a consacré un moment spécifique pour nous expliquer tous les beaux endroits à visiter et des adresses où manger. Nous avons suivi ses conseils à la lettre et nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux malgré peu de temps sur place ! Merci encore à eux pour l’accueil Petit plus : une boisson offerte tous les matins avec un petit gâteau !

Nos hôtes, Santa et Konstantinos et leur toutou Odysseas étaient adorables, très avenants, l'accueil était très chalereux. On s'y sent comme à la maison. On regrette même de ne pas y avoir passé plus de temps, mais on reviendra avec plaisir ! Tout est super, la chambre est très confortable, la décoration de tout l'hôtel est incroyable. Ils proposent un petit café convivial le matin sur le toit terrasse. L'emplacement est idéal, au calme à 5 minutes des rues passantes. Ils nous ont donné beaucoup de recommandations pour découvrir l'île c'était juste génial !!

Comfortable accommodation near the Parikia town centre. The room was spacious, clean and overall had everything that we needed. Very good value for money given the location, size and comfort of the hotel. The staff and service was very friendly too which made us feel very welcome!

Mi estadía fue súper linda desde un comienzo!, me han ido a buscar al puerto sin costo y me han dado un Mapa con recomendaciones para visitar la isla. Los dueños han sido muy amables todo el tiempo y el lugar estaba impecable. Muy bien equipado e incluso te prestaban quitasoles para la playita. Esta bien ubicado ya que está muy cerca del puerto y de todo lo demás. Muchas gracias Hotel Viva Margarita! Sin duda volveré nuevamente ♥️🌞✨

Très bon accueil de nos hôtes, qui parlent français et nous ont bien aidé. Espaces communs très colorés, avec goût. Emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville à pied. Un "roof top" chaleureux. Un grand regret : celui de ne pas avoir pu échanger davantage avec l'équipe de Margarita et de ne pas avoir dégusté le petit déjeuner pour cause de départ ultra matinal...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel tout en couleur !! Konstantinos a été adorable avec nous, nous a donné de bons conseils et offre boissons + petits gâteaux tous les matins :) Les lits sont confortables, la chambre est propre… Nous recommandons vivement !! Merci encore :)

L’accueil chaleureux , le café offert à l’arrivée et le matin, le temps passé pour expliquer les coins à visiter, sans compter sur la literie très confortable, la terrasse très agréable et l’emplacement à 2 pas de la rue principale ! Je recommande à 200% !!! ☀️

El dueño es súper agradable nos recogió del ferri y nos indicios sitios importantes para visitar en la isla, estuvimos dos noches y un día, gracias a lo que nos explicó pudimos ver todo lo importante de la isla. Nos encantó la experiencia. 10/10 volveremos

The owners were fantastic hosts and ensure you have what you need, offering morning coffee, friendly conversation and great recommendation for what to do how to get there and where is good to eat. I travelled alone and stayed for 5 days and never felt lonely. This is so important for me. Im sure I will be back. ♡♡♡

A very colourful apartment with everything you might need! The location is great, with 3 parking spots nearby, and only 2 minutes on foot from the center of Paroikia. The owner, Konstantinos, is very helpful and the best tour guide for Paros! It is also pet friendly, so we were able to have our dog with us for the first time. Highly recommended!!

There are hotels you rate for the facilities, closeness to the main attractions etc., and there are places which are much more like a home away from home. Ok fine this is not luxury, but the experience of meeting Kostantinos and being exposed to his passion for the island cannot be described: you have to try it. He came to pick us up at the port late at night at no extra cost and gave us useful info - including arranging for car rental - long after we had left his hotel to move to another part of the island.
