All things were good specially the food and that one guy kheamraj prepared good food in this property and he is very nice guy,very helpful.

It was a very thrilling experience for us. The property was located in Old Manali, so the Mall Road and all the tourist spots were a little far. The roads reaching there in monsoon were a bit scary, but the location, after all the hustle, was worth it.

The rooms have a good view. They have a good common area with Pool table, foosball etc which guests can use (if the staff themselves arent playing already)

1) The location of the place is very remote. The road to approach the property is very bad and most rickshaws do not agree to go through this road. if you have your own car or rent a bike then it is fine. else, it's a nightmare to go sight seeing and return if you stay here. We faced this problem with many rickshaws. 2) They do NOT allow outside food to be brought i.e: you cannot order from zomato swiggy etc. At least if they cook good food then its fine, but the food they cook is bad and over priced for the quality. We ordered Daal, rice & chapati. The chapati was stale and hard which was definately not freshly cooked and daal was not tasty at all and quantity of daal was very less. If you stay here, then there is a small place next to this place who cook good homely food you can eat there. Skip the food prepared by the hotel. 3) Staff is not very good. As this place is in middle of nowhere, the only entertainment was TV. But our TV was not working so we complained to them on the 2nd day and it wasn't fixed even after 5 days of our complaint. It wasnt working even when we left. Most evenings or nights the staff just keeps playing the games at the common area themselves, which is meant for guests. 4) They collect payment for all days in advance during checkin (thats what one of the guys at the reception told us). So, if you don;t like the place, you cant even leave early. I have never seen hotels collect payment for all days in advance. There are better places in better locations for the same budget you can go to. Our holiday was spoiled here.

Little bit food prices high rate

The location of the hotel is not very convenient. Google Maps shows a confusing route that goes around unnecessarily. The staff at the property is very helpful. Mr. Harish Kumar provided exceptional support during our visit. Our car broke down near Manu Temple. I called the hotel, and Mr. Harish answered the call. He came to the spot, drove our car himself, and brought us safely to the hotel. Mr. Harish Kumar is a truly kind-hearted person. We stayed there for three days. The experience felt like staying with family. I will definitely stay with Mr. Harish again on my next visit to Manali.

The location shown on Google Maps is not accurate. It takes you through a longer and confusing route. The actual hotel is in a different place than what appears on the map. First-time visitors may find it difficult to reach without local help. Proper signboards or an updated map pin would make it easier to find.

We were four friends visiting Manali looking for a place that felt like family and we found that feeling at ArtBuzz Manali. The food was delicious and the front office team was very warm and welcoming. A big thanks to Mr. Harish Bhaiya ji, who made everything special and made us feel at home. Truly a memorable stay

Ambience and the gaming area

The property is one of the coziest properties in Manali. The location is easy to find, and the best part is its situated in between apple orchards. The view from the balcony is also very nice, overlooking the Manali valley. We enjoyed the food, and had a great time socialising with other hostellers during movie and bonfire nights. Overall highly recommended!

It was really a great stay

View is good.

A lot of things- a broken pool table, drunken staff, tasteless food, unhygienic kitchen and the dirtiest washroom ever seen in my life. Despite telling these things to staff about their situation the reaction I received was a smiling face as they were high on drugs. I came to this property on the basis on reviews and founder video telling about that they have pool table in all property but whose gonna maintain them. Do not believe on reviews mostly are fake. Not at all satisfied. Extremely disappointed.

View from property is good, and it is in quiet locality. Budget stay option.

1. Road to the property is rough, and filled with open drainage lines which smell bad. 2. Reception is mostly unanswered. 3. Need to give multiple followups for basic stuff - towels, soaps etc. highly unorganised. 4. The hostel “vibe” is clearly missing. Zostel and hosteller are much more professional.

The tap lever was broken in bathroom. Hot water flow was problem.

I stayed at this property for more than a month... In between I had some payment related issues due to which I couldn't make the payment but I assured them that payment would be done asap .... Abhisek and Sachin these people managed very well...location is good you get a wide view from the balcony of each room! The location is surrounded by apple trees so if you go there during season time you get to eat a lot of fresh apples 😀

Hotel was closed with nobody to attend in the reception, calls made to enquire wasn’t picked so we had to look for other hotels

Clean rooms Good view Friendly staff : Prakash, Khemraj and Sachin took great care of us. They helped us navigate through the city, booked us rentals and were accommodative of our needs.

Food wasn't value for money, the location where it is situated is inside and the roads there aren't very suited for all types of vehicles.

The rooms were spacious. They were able to do early checkin

There is no connectivity or approaching road to the hostel. You need to hike for 15 minutes to get to the nearby market The kitchen was not clean, there was open flour, rice, used utensils all over the kitchen It takes about 2 hours in traffic to reach the hotel from the mall road, when it is only 2.5 km away.

Rest everything was very disappointing. Do not fall for good rating we made this mistake and suffered whole day even in morning. No wifi, issue with water supply in morning. No 24*7 service as mentioned in Airbnb as well.

The manager sachin was gracious to allow an early checkin. Made us feel comfortable right from the moment we stepped in. The dorms were clean, comfortable and cozy that I extended the stay by a day. The views are amazing from the dorms and the breaking on point. Would definitely recommend.

The hostel was clean. They had a very helpful staff. The view was nice. We came early in the morning they provided us with a bed so that we could rest even before our checkin time. Overall a very good experience.
