Great breakfast

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und mit Klimaanlage. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Bettwäsche und Handtuch sind dabei. Dusche und WC direkt am Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, alles dabei! Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam.

- 地段是好的，但离所有景点都有20分钟走路、或15分钟走路+公交5分钟的距离。 - 打车不好打，2个平台都发生了2-3次 工作日非繁忙时段、15分钟车程、等候20分钟、还剩1KM的时候司机取消了；又或者在1KM处拐了10分钟才能进来。 - 这个地段旁边虽然不算特别吵闹、但也只有几个小摊子、一些青少年在吃宵夜，所以。。。 - 早餐很不错，但每天都一样的，住好几天的话建议别全买了

The bathrooms are separate from the main room with the beds, which is excellent for privacy and makes it less noisy. The lockers are also big enough, and the code system makes everything easy.

Très belle déco, personnes sympas et serviables à l'accueil, propre, très bon petit déjeuner et emplacement proche du centre. Plein de restau sympa autour.

I really enjoyed my stay at Gallery Hostel. The staff is very welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and mine had a nice balcony. Breakfast was great, too. Plus, the hostel is in a great location, with several restaurants and bars nearby.

Mi-a plăcut în primul rând ca era foarte curat și personalul foarte atent cu nevoile tale. La doar 12-15 minute de mers pe jos spre centru, accesibil și practic. Recomand cu încredere, calitate-preț 💯🔝👍🏻.

The floor creaks really hard, so the bed shakes too. It's even worse if you use the upper bed. It's noisy at night.

Mooie en zeer propere kamer en badkamer. Ontbijt was prima. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

I had a great stay at this hostel! Everything was very clean (incl. the bathroom). Towels were already included, and the daily cleaning service kept everything tidy. I also really appreciated the electronic lockers – super convenient and secure. The location is central, with a grocery store just a 3-minute walk away. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. Highly recommend!

Emplacement parfait pour explorer Porto. Les chambres sont très confortables et agréables, chaque personne dispose d’un grand casier pour y mettre ses affaires. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et généreux.

Le ménage du sol de la chambre aurait mérité d’être un peu plus poussé, il y avait des morceaux de verre sur le tapis à côté de mon lit, et sur lequel je marchais pieds nus. Il y a un speakeasy juste à côté de l’hôtel qui peut être bruyant les vendredis et samedis soirs.

The location is on a quiet street not far away from where all the action is. Sharing two showers and two toilets (between 6 in my case) was nice. The bathroom and lockers being separate to the dorm room made it much quieter and less stressful if you were returning/arriving late. The dorm room itself was nicely air conditioned and spacious with comfy beds and even with the lack of a curtain you still felt had a decent amount of privacy. The breakfast was also very nice and the overall facilities like the terrace and 24hr front desk and vending machine made life convenient and stress free. The staff were always attentive, friendly and willing to help.

The showers were maybe a little too small for my liking and the large glass door was awkward to use which led to the floor just outside the shower tray always being soaked.

Comfortable bed, room layout (bedroom and bathroom are separated by a hallway, which is very convenient as you don't get noise in the bedroom), excellent breakfast, wonderful staff, cleanliness and good location. Thank you Elias for been so attentiveness!

The amazing room. It was so spacious and the ceiling was so high, you wouldn’t feel cramped. In a four-person room, there are also two toilets and two shower rooms. Since there were only three people in my room, I had an entire shower and toilet to myself. The water pressure was sooo good, and the water turned warm in no time. There was also hot water available in the sink. The room is basically the size of a small flat, and there are sliding doors to separate the storage/shower/toilet area from the bed/sleeping area, so I took a really nice long shower without worry. There was also air conditioning! The bed was really soft, supportive, and clean. There were SO MANY power outlets throughout the room and next to the bed. The breakfast was also included, not too many varieties but very good nonetheless. They also offered to store my bags both before and after my check-in date, which was super kind and helpful! The location was also perfect, not right in the city center but within a 10-minute walk away. Really cozy and safe feeling. Also, the check-out time is 12 pm, which was amazing. I would have loved to sleep in, but unfortunately I had to catch a flight so had to get up early.

Literally no complaints, but if I had one, it would be that the lamp next to my bed just happened to break on the day I moved in, so I didn’t have a night light. But it was fine.

Un lugar estupendo, super limpio, organizado y el personal muy amable.

Everything especially the staff were outstanding. They even packed me a breakfast box to take to the airport when I left early. The bedroom-bathroom set up is one of the best I’ve seen in a hostel. Felt more like a hotel. Big individual lockers and 1 bathroom to every two people.

A estadia foi curta mas não houve nada que me desagradasse.

L'ostello più elegante e pulito che abbia visto in vita mia!! Letto comodissimo e bagni (in camera) super puliti. Ho preso un letto in dormitorio femminile da 6, avevamo dentro la stanza due wc e due docce, tutti impeccabili. Posizione comoda, varie botteghe artigiane e gallerie d'arte vicine! Colazione buonissima! Grazie

The hostel is located in a busy area with bars and pubs playing loud music until 5am. If you'd like to get some sleep, I don't recommend booking here.

Limpeza, ambiente, staff, comodidades, localização. Nada a apontar. É daqueles sítios 10/10. Ja tinha ficado em tempos e para mim é uma referência no Porto. O nivel de limpeza para um hostel é incrível. Sempre tudo muito limpo!

Tout est parfait! Chambre: grand dortoir pour 4 avec beaucoup de place et un balcon. Petit déjeuner: très complet (avec aussi crudités, omelette, haricots en sauce...). Espaces de vie pour se détendre, grande télé pour suivre le Mondial!... Enfin et surtout la très grande gentillesse et compétence d'un personnel très dévoué. MERCI!

Dans l'attente de la nouvelle ligne de métro en construction (ligne G qui sera active début 2027), les stations actuelles (Trindade ou bien Lapa) sont assez loin. Si vous êtes lourdement chargé, la bonne solution c'est le taxi. Pour mon départ j'ai téléchargé l'app Taxilink, on m'a envoyé un chauffeur supersympa, parlant bien français et qui m'a ramené à la gare routière pour un prix vraiment modique.

Very clean and cosy, comfortable STEADY beds, no squeaking or shaking whatsoever. Friendly stuff and an unexpectedly good breakfast. Special thanks for the decaf! I hope the place keeps the service for the money and I will gladly come back!

1. 정말 너무 깨끗합니다. 일단 감동이었던 건 화장실인데, 방 안에 화장실이 있습니다. 화장실이 넓고, 4칸 중 2칸은 화장실, 2칸은 샤워실입니다. 화장실이 위로 안 뚫려있고 사방면이 아예 다 막혀있어서 소음 차단되는 프라이버시가 너무 좋았고, 샤워실도 이중문으로 되어있습니다. 보통 샤워실 나오자마자 그냥 세면대잖아요..? 근데 여기는 샤워실 문 열고 나오면, 이중문이 하나 더 있어서 그 사이 공간에서 옷 입고 이중문 열면 돼서 저는 이게 너무 편하고 좋았습니다 ㅠㅠ 샤워실이건 화장실이건 너무 깨끗했고 이렇게 깨끗한 호스텔 처음 봤어요.. 2. 그리고 화장실 안에 락커가 있고, 이 화장실 자체에도 문이 있는 데다가 화장실에서 나와서 침실로 가는 아주 짧은 복도 사이에도 침실 문이 있어서 씻는 소리로 사람들 깨거나 방해할까봐 걱정 안 해도 되는 점도 너무 편했습니다. 씻는 소리 뿐만 아니라 락커 자체가 침실 밖에 있으니까 화장실에서 옷도 다 갈아입고 침실로 들어가면 돼서 침실에서 뭔가 사부작댈 일이 별로 없습니다. 보통은 밤에 들어오면 바로 침실이라 불 다 꺼져있어서 핸드폰 조명 켜고 더듬더듬 옷 갈아입고 하잖아요..? 근데 여긴 그냥 화장실 불 켜고 락커에서 다 해결보고 침실은 들어가서 잠만 자면 되니까 서로 편했습니다. 그리고 이건 사소한 부분이지만 화장실에서 침실로 가는 짧은 복도에 수건을 걸 수 있는데, 보통 호스텔에서 침대 옆에 그냥 수건 거는 거랑 다른 이런 부분도 좋았습니다. 수건도 각자 침대 번호에 맞게 걸 수 있게 구분되어있는 사소한 부분들이 신경을 많이 쓴 것 같아서 좋았어요. 3. 침대 이불 커버랑 베개 커버도 너무 깨끗하고 좋은 냄새나서 호텔에서 자는 것 같았고 침대도 푹신하니 너무 편했습니다. 4. 보통 다른 호스텔이 이런저런 파티나 행사가 많아서 소음이 심한데 여긴 조용해서 밤에도 시끄럽지 않았습니다. 5. 직원분들이 정말 친절했습니다. 조식도 맛있었어요!

단점은 아니지만 고려하시면 좋을 부분은, 엘레베이터가 없어서 계단으로 올라가야 합니다. 그리고 번화가에 위치하고 있진 않아서 도보로 15분~20분 걸어야 합니다. 포르투가 워낙 예뻐서 버스 안 타고 계속 걸어다녀도 마냥 좋긴 했습니다만, 조금 떨어져있는 점은 감안하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Location, facilities were fantastic, including an amazing breakfast with meat, eggs and traditional Portuguese offerings. Close to restaurants and high end shopping as well as convenience stores. Easy walk down the hill but a bit of a distance to metro (subway) station.

Lake of curtains on the back side of the shared hostel bed. Felt over-priced yet created an upper level or higher caliber of guest/clientele.

Tolle Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Leckeres Frühstück. Verschiedene Aufenthaltsräume. Schöne Sonnenterrasse. Kann es sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schickes Guesthouse, nur 3 neuste Stockbetten in großem hellem Raum mit moderner AC. Bad und absperrbare große Locker sind separat mit Tür getrennt, sodass lästige Packgeräusche vermieden werden. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr schick, hell und luftig und es gibt sogar eine Terasse. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Ich musste früh los und bekam ein ganz tolles Lunchpaket mit. Gerne wieder.

Eine der 2 Duschen war leider defekt und gesperrt und der Holzboden knarzt ziemlich, was das "schleichen" in der Nacht erschwert

It is one of the best hostels I have stayed in, the beds are really comfortable, a quiet space and really clean. The location was incredible, right in Porto's city center and the breakfast was really good! Would go back for sure :)

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt im Gallery Hostel. Das gemischte Vierbettzimmer war sehr sauber und wurde während meines zweitägigen Aufenthalts sogar gemacht. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass das Vierbettzimmer über zwei Badezimmer verfügte – praktisch ein Bad für jeweils zwei Betten. Das war mir vorher nicht bewusst und hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und der Kaffee, insbesondere der Cappuccino, hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Porto zu erkunden, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich unschlagbar. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Einzige war, dass ich als Frau in einem gemischten Vierbettzimmer mit drei Männern untergebracht war, die leider sehr laut geschnarcht haben. Dafür kann das Hostel natürlich nichts – das gehört einfach zu einem Mehrbettzimmer dazu. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte das bei der Buchung berücksichtigen oder Ohrstöpsel mitbringen.

How clean and bright it felt

Very clean and atmospheric hostel. Stuff is polite, kind, helpful and accommodating. I liked how much they care about cleaning rooms and changing towels, I loved having lockers with the code, breakfast and cafe were great too.

Personal muy Amables, responden con tiempo a tus inquietudes. Tengo restricciones alimentarias y tenían opciones aptas, Muy bien ubicado. Me gustó que los lockers estuvieran en los baños en las habitaciones compartidas.

Είχα κλείσει mixed dorm με 3 κρεβάτια και μου έκαναν αναβάθμιση δωρεάν σε μονόκλινο δωμάτιο ! Τοπ εμπειρία!

Στο πρωινό δεν μπορούσα να βρω ζεστό γάλα σόγιας .

Es war ein schönes Zimmer, das Badezimmer befand sich im Zimmer, war aber gut abgetrennt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls schön, zwar etwas weiter außerhalb der Stadt, aber alles in allem gut.

Es war ziemlich anstrengend, zum Hochbett zu gelangen, außerdem befand sich mein Bett direkt unter der Klimaanlage, sodass es dort lauter und kälter war.

Hip gebouw met gezellige zithoeken en ruime keuken. Bagagelockers aanwezig. Vriendelijke hosts. Uitgebreid ontbijt inbegrepen. Rustige straat. Op wandelafstand van fado-concert en bezienswaardigheden.

Mijn fiets kon los naast de huurfietsen in grote parkeergarage staan maar daarvoor moest ik 6 EUR per dag extra betalen. Beetje overdreven. Geen gordijnen aan de bedden.
