nice and clean room, good location on quite area, super skz bar and restaurant with a big choice of meal and drinks. you can swim and drink on one place. It’s worth to come again.

i was checking so many condo a week before coming to Sihanouk, Cambodia. i was impressive with LZ from first but also scared quality of apartment could be different between promote pictures and in real. but i was totally satisfied with my staying. I love how food is good there. I love how I could wash my clothes even when i staying in the hotel. the fridge there even bigger than what i have at home. and i love how i can order a drink in swimsuit to see the sunset on the rooftop. it's just perfect. just pitty that I couldn't stay longer

At first sight new spacious and clean room with balcony. The receptionists were helpful both in checking in and in ordering a taxi to the airport. There is a long salt water pool on the roof - top for night swimming. The poolside restaurant has reasonable prices and a great cocktail menu.

Rooms are spacious and a very comfortable bed

Wifi didn't work for part of our stay. Not provided the extra sofa bed linen as requested. Hotel and restaurant are CASH only. 20 minutes to checkout due to "system error" and staff were reluctant to give back the $50 deposit. Kept us and taxi driver waiting. Late to airport.

I had a delightful experience during my stay at MLZ Apartments in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. The hotel exemplified the warm hospitality and rich culture that the country is known for. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with modern amenities. The rooftop restaurant served delicious Asian and international cuisine, and the breakfast spread offered a variety of healthy and flavorful dishes, both local and international. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests or inquiries. If you are planning a trip to Sihanoukville, there is no better option than MLZ Apartments.

Room i had a one bed apartment very good and spacious.

Not been able to pay by Credit card TV was no clear instructions how to operate Very minimal kitchen, no microwave no toaster etc

The rooms are nice and clean, The shower is modern and nice, and the beds are quite comfortable. It's prefect if you have kids because the sectional couch has a pull-out. The restaurant/club is nice as well and the food is good. Nice view and ambiance.

Prices were a little high, and food isn't exactly close, but you can have room service or order delivery with no problem. They didn't have breakfast, even on the room service menus.

Facility is very clean and modern. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

Amazing place. Clean room with nice view. Location is quite and not far from the city centre. I highly appraciated the pool, bar and fitness.. all on the top floor.

I had a short time staying but it was big impressive. Beautiful apartments. Clean building and super fast wifi. I also had a great food from rooftop. It’s really well care building. I love it

The team can't speak english the bar inside the room very expensive all the people there not nice cannot speak english not recommended nobody come help Whit the bags we take the 2 rooms pay alot

I recently stayed at an MLZ hotel in Sihanoukville and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were new, clean, and comfortable. The hotel’s location was also perfect for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sihanoukville. We also visited LEVEL22 Located on the 22nd floor, LEVEL22 is a high-energy bar and lounge that offers spectacular views of the city. The bar serves a variety of drinks and cocktails, and Asian - International cuisine. We rate 10/10

Beautiful, spacious, airy and clean apartment. Appreciated extra-long rooftop pool with great view of the city, access to well-equipped fitness room on the rooftop was included in price. The restaurant on the rooftop was a bonus. Excellent food and interesting cocktails for an affordable price. Friendly and helpful reception staff even gave me a voucher for a free drink at the restaurant during my stay. I can only recommend

The appartement was spacious and comfortable.

That could be improved: kitchenware kept at bare minimum ( no big or small bowls…/ only 4 plates + 2 medium pots, 1 saucepan). Renting an apartment with a full kitchen, we would have appreciated to be able to its fullest with more kitchenware. When checking in, we didn’t make the precise inventory of ALL the items listed in the check list, so when checking out, we had the disagreeable experience of having to argue about missing cushions that were supposed to be there at our arrival. One piece of advice: take some pictures of the appartement on arrival in order a clear any doubt should there be some.

Facility and cleanliness

the Place was very nice - you could also use the gym and pool which are both of very high quality. probably one of the best Places in the City - what we have seen

The location is not too far from the city but a bit silent at night. The apartment and facility are very new and clean.

Since this is a new place, staff is a little bit not well trained and not many staffs so it takes time when there are many customers come at the same time, i think this might be improve in the future.
