Reviewed Sep 17, 2026L'emplacement est idéal. Je connaissais déjà le quartier et voulais de nouveau y séjourner. L'emplacement donne accès à différentes lignes de métros et de bus, ce qui facilement grandement les déplacements.
Les équipements sont assez vétustes et il y a de la moisissure dans la douche, au niveau du lavabo.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Le logement est très bien situé, proche de deux lignes de métro et de nombreux restaurants. Le quartier est calme et il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le logement pour faire une lessive et se faire à manger.
Ce n'est pas grand chose, mais aillant la chambre au rez-de-chaussée et la porte de la chambre n'étant pas très bien isolée, on entendait les personnes rentrer tard. La petite musique qui se déclancher quand on ouvre et on ferme la porte d'entrée du bâtiment nous a réveillé plusieurs fois dans la nuit.

Es un edificio antiguo, le vendría bien un poco de renovación, el espejo del baño estaba medio oxidado, las paredes bastante sucias, la entrada tenía como un hueco para el conserje llena de cacharros, que al entrar no da buena impresión

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026-The availability to pick up and replace towels by yourself is very thoughtful (and new supplies are indeed provided daily). -Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station is incredibly convenient for getting around(though it's about a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, and note that the nearest exit, Exit 5, doesn't have an elevator) -Taking the airport bus 6702 is extremely convenient for getting to the airport! No need to worry about early morning flights.(The bus stop is just in front of Summit Hotel) -There are quite a few restaurants in the neighborhood that are still open at late night.
-The facilities were indeed old -The soundproofing was poor -Although there was a reception desk, I didn't actually see any staff -The tableware in the shared kitchen and microwave were all dirty and looked like they hadn't been updated or checked in a long time (btw I wanted to use the electronic scale, but they were all broken as well)

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026老闆真的很用心 備品真的給的很足 特別的有耳塞、轉接頭、牙刷、肥皂、甚至有行李秤 而且浴巾毛巾有需要可以換，不會另外收費 還有另外放韓國小零食 房間冷氣很涼，走廊的聲音聽得到，但不影響睡眠，雖然房間小，但五臟俱全，甚至冰箱、桌子、椅子都有 我是單人住雙人房覺得還算舒適，如果兩個人可能會太小，行李打開大概就沒得走路了 住宿地點很方便，外面幾乎都是餐廳，兩個街口就有GS25，地鐵站出來有CU，都在同條街上 不過以性價比來說真的非常划算 以後如果自己來還會選擇住這裡
沒有電梯 ，房東在的話會幫忙提行李 如果不在要自己提

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Velmi dobré místo v blízkosti autobusů a metra do centra. Krásné prostředí, spousta tradičních restaurací v ulici. Mimo rušné části města. Majitel byl velmi laskavý. K dispozici malá kuchyňka a pračka. Možnost deštníku k zapůjčení. Klidné spaní. Cítily jsme se dcerou velmi hezky. Děkujeme.

Subway stations and bus stops are within walking distance. The guesthouse room has air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower (with hot water), a comfortable bed, and self-service. The owner quickly responds to messages on booking.com. I loved it! Thank you!

La rivière Cheonggyeocheon à proximité permet de profiter de balades agréables le long de l’eau. La chambre est simple mais propre, bien climatisée, et a tout le nécessaire. L’hôte est réactif et arrangeant. Un bon rapport qualité prix pour profiter de Seoul !

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Tiene todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia más cómoda. Paragüas, tapones, toallas limpias para cada día, café, té, snacks, bascula para la maleta, chanclas, nevera, lavadora, cocina, tendederos... La ubicación es muy buena y el dueño soluciona rápido cualquier problema.
La habitación es muy muy pequeña y se oyen los ruidos de las habitaciones de al lado si la gente no es cuidadosa. En general la gente respetó bastante, pero eso es cuestión de suerte. Si lo usas para ir a dormir y poco más, es suficiente, pero no pretendas hacer mucha vida en la habitación.

Mold around the bathroom area where it connects to the rest of the room, as well as the various insects crawling around the property. I also didn’t feel safe during my stay. On several occasions, I woke up in the middle of the night because other guests were banging on the front door after allegedly not receiving the entrance code from the host. Another issue: soundproofing. You can hear absolutely everything, which makes it difficult to relax or sleep. The worst part was the constant beeping sound coming from the reception area in the evenings, which would continue for long periods without anyone dealing with it.

There was also an oven, a laundry, and a drying area, all available free of charge. The host was very friendly, communicative, and welcoming. The property also has easy access to both the subway and bus stops. If you just need a place to store your luggage and rest, this room is an excellent choice. The room and bathroom were small, but they were reasonable for the price. I was outside from morning until night. So, small room is not a problem . Very recommended

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Отличное место положение. В шаговой доступности и Мёндон, и Тондэмун, и автобус 6001 в аэропорт. Все, что надо туристу, все рядом. Отлично. Большая кровать, удобные подушки, а одеяло вообще как облако (легкое и комфортное). В наличии стир.машинка и утюг (что не в каждом отеле есть). Обязательно вернусь в этот отель в следующий раз. Единственный минус-это поднимать чемоданы на 3, 4 этажи, но доброжелательный хозяин помогает. Так, что приезжайте в Корею с пустыми чемоданами. Спускать проще))).
Негативного впечатления нет.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Super well situated, 2 metro Lines in walking distance, Namsan trails in walking distance with so many options, a lot of restaurants Cafés, quick shops around. Free coffee, tea, biscuits. Towel and toilette paper self service, window in the room and bath room, small roof top terrasse, you can do your own laundry, microwave, small kitchen with plates and mugs.
Stairs are steep. If you are older or have walking problems, ask for bottom rooms. I was fine with the stairs, only suitcase mounting was sportive 😆

I didn't have hot water twice during my stay. Each time the host responded quickly and reset the boiler which fixed the issue, but apparently only temporarily. Poor shower drainage and no partition caused the entire bathroom to be flooded after every shower. Really flooded. So flooded that some water even reached the bedroom... Very difficult stairs. No socket near the bed.

Al rededor hay varios lugares para comer y una tienda de conveniencia al lado, así que es otro punto a favor.
