Beautiful hotel with family management. The room was comfortable with a cozy view at the swimming pool. The staff pays attention on the details both of the structure and the cleaning of the room. Near the hotels there are different places easily available by foot (restaurants, supermarkets, atm, car rent etc.). The beach is easily to reach by foot. It's 10 minutes from the hotel. It possible also to take a bus in order to reach big cities like Oia and Fira. The hotel is very quiet and the staff pay as much attention to the guests' well-being as to the care of the hotel. Highly recommended if you want to relax in Santorini. Magni Manuela

La prorietaria e tutta la sua famiglia sono stati super disponibili e gentili, presenti e carini per tutta la permanenza. La camera era molto bella e anche più spaziosa di quanto non si evincesse dalle foto. Fresca e con un bel balconcino riparato. Inoltre sul balcone era allestito in modo molto carino e comfy. Arredamento molto carino e inoltre erano presenti anche piatti e bicchieri lavati da loro. Ci hanno fornito anche detersivo per piatti e spugnetta. Posizione molto comoda sia per andare in spiaggia sia per prendere i pulmann. Parcheggio spazioso ed era sempre garantito posto auto per tutti i clienti. La piscina era sempre pulita. Inoltre la proprietaria ci ha permesso di trattenerci in struttura tutto il tempo che ci era comodo il giorno della partenza perché sarebbe stata occupata il giorno seguente. Ci ha dato disponibilità anche di occuparla nel pomeriggio. Esperienza fantastica.

Accoglienza da parte della host (Efi) vicinanza alla spiaggia, balcone, camera spaziosa e comodo parcheggio. Pulizia perfetta, tutti i giorni asciugamani puliti e camera sistemata alla perfezione.

La proprietaria è una persona squisita! Sempre a disposizione per ogni richiesta o consiglio. La struttura è davvero fantastica e sempre pulita, situata in una zona perfetta: a pochi minuti a piedi ci sono spiagge meravigliose e subito fuori l’entrata la fermata del bus con il quale si può raggiungere bene o male ogni zona dell’isola. Spero di poterci tornare al più presto

Pulizia impeccabile, cordialità e disponibilità della proprietaria a qualsiasi richiesta. Ci ha permesso di fare il check-in anticipato di 5h ed il check-out tardivo, senza costi aggiuntivi, poiché avevamo il volo di sera. La stanza ha tutti i comfort per un alloggio da 4 stelle: posate, bicchieri, tazze, piatti, macchina per caffè, bollitore, frigo di media misura che raffredda benissimo, asciugacapelli, asse e ferro da stiro. Inoltre è una zona molto tranquilla, si dorme benissimo e non si sentono rumori.

Naprosto úžasné ubytování! Všechno bylo dokonale čisté, krásně zařízené a vybavené vším potřebným. Postele byly pohodlné, prostředí klidné a majitelé velmi milí a ochotní. Lokalita je výborná – blízko všeho, a přitom v příjemném klidu. Pobyt předčil naše očekávání a rádi se sem vrátíme. Děkujeme za krásný pobyt!

La famille qui gère l’hôtel est formidable. La gérante prend le temps et s’inquiète réellement de votre bien-être. Nous avons même eu droit à quelques petites attentions. Le logement est d’une propreté irréprochable et le lieu est très calme, à seulement quelques mètres de la plage.

Pour que vous compreniez mieux le fonctionnement de cet établissement, l'ambiance n'est pas celle d'un hôtel classique. Vous logez directement chez les propriétaires, utilisez leur piscine et partagez les espaces communs avec eux. Il est donc possible qu'ils soient en famille et profitent eux aussi de la terrasse ou de la piscine. Ensuite, nous avions réservé une chambre double, car les terrasses nous avaient vraiment fait de l'œil. Finalement, nous avons eu la chambre triple, où la « terrasse » est en réalité un couloir donnant accès aux superbes terrasses. Nous avons été un peu déçus de ne pas avoir la chambre que nous souhaitions, mais l'établissement étant complet, nous n'avons pas eu d'autre choix. À savoir également : les transats sont peu nombreux, toujours à l'ombre et il n'est pas possible de les déplacer. Malgré ces quelques points, la note reste très bonne, car les aspects positifs l'ont largement emporté. Il est simplement utile de le savoir avant de réserver.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! L’alloggio è accogliente, arredato con gusto e soprattutto pulitissimo: ogni ambiente era impeccabile. La posizione è perfetta, centralissima, ideale per raggiungere comodamente a piedi i principali punti di interesse. Un ringraziamento speciale alla responsabile, una persona davvero gentilissima, sempre disponibile, sorridente e attenta a ogni nostra esigenza. Ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. C’est un tout, Chaleureux, ambiance familiale sans pour autant perdre le calme qu’il offre, un charme et des couleurs qui représentent bien la destination.

Ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné, mimoriadne čisté, romantické, krása bola v detailoch a bonusom bola veľmi milá majiteľka aj s rodinou. Strategicky veľmi dobré miesto, kúsok od pláže ale mimo hlavnej cesty. Hneď pri ubytovaní zástavka autobusu aj obchod.

De locatie was perfect. Heerlijk zwembadje erbij met wat ligbedden. Lekker rustig gelegen en vlakbij het strand en een reuze keuze aan eettentjes en winkeltjes. Supermarkt om de hoek. Wel aardig aan de prijs. Als je wat goedkoper wilt moet je stukje verder lopen (20 min. ongeveer) Het eten was overal goed. Drankjes waren wel prijzig, eigenlijk net als bij ons.

Enig klein minpuntje was dat de douche erg klein was. Maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken.

Tutto perfetto, pulizia, sono stati molto flessibili con le nostre esigenze tanto che Efi è stata disponibile a fare il check-in in un orario anticipato rispetto a quello previsto, e il check-out lo stesso, è stato il miglior soggiorno di tutta la nostra vita, se siete a Santorini, dovete alloggiare a Perissa per la calma del villaggio e allo stesso tempo per i comfort vicinissimi, inoltre se siete a Santorini dovete soggiornare qui, non ve ne pentirete!

Tutto bellissimo la struttura la vicinanza al mare la tranquillità ma la cosa più bella sono le persone che lo gestiscono veramente spettacoli e di cuore vi vogliamo bene un pezzo di cuore lo lasceremo a voi a presto 😭😭❤️❤️

Als je ergens wilt verblijven op Santorini, verblijf dan hier! Ontzettend fijne accommodatie waar je echt tot rust komt. Perfecte kamers en een gezellige gezamenlijke buitenruimte wat als een huiskamer voelt. De host, Efi, is ook ontzettend vriendelijk & verwelkomend en wil je met alles helpen. Wat ons betreft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een relaxte vakantie. Efi bedankt!

Staying at Alloro Perissa was absolutely perfect, the rooms were stunning and cleaned spotlessly every morning. The Air BNB overall was beautiful. The location is ideal, as it is not too far away from shops etc but not so close it was noisy. It’s just opposite the bus stop that takes you to Fira amongst other destinations further up the island. It is close to some lovely bars and is a super short walk away from the beach and shops for essentials. The lovely host Efi and her family were extremely welcoming and friendly. They were always there to help if we needed something. We were unlucky enough to miss our flight and after finding another flight arriving later that night Efi was kind enough to reorganise transport for us from her brother Angelos. He came and collected us from the airport late at night and took us back to the airport when we were leaving. Often when travelling to new destinations it’s hard to know where is worth visiting and where is just a “tourist trap”. But thanks to Efi we were informed about all the best places to go in Perissa and Santorini as a whole. Every morning Efi was there if we needed anything or just for a chat. We had the best time in Santorini and staying at Alloro Perissa and much of that is thanks to Efi and her lovely family.

Everything was great about the property, clean, spacious, great location. The best part was the host Effie she was amazing and so welcoming. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχο. Όλο το συγκρότημα είναι πανέμορφο περιποιημένο με υπέροχη πισίνα και μπαλκόνια με θέα. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενέστατο. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική, κοντά σε παραλία, σουπερμάρκετ, μαγαζιά. Δε θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερα πιστεύω. Πραγματικά όλα υπέροχα!

We had an amazing experience staying at this charming family-run hotel in Perissa, Santorini. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome—they were warm, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and perfectly maintained, with a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. It’s just a short walk to the stunning Perissa Beach and great local restaurants. The personal touches and hospitality here made all the difference—you really feel like a valued guest, not just a booking. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini!

Absolutamente tudo na acomodação é perfeito. O ambiente é lindo, os quartos são grandes e confortáveis, tudo é extremamente limpo, além de ser tudo muito calmo, você sente uma paz lá incrível lá dentro. Muito bem localizado, supermercados e restaurantes por todos os lados, praias a 400 metros e você está em qualquer parte da ilha em poucos minutos. Mas o melhor é a Effe (a anfitriã) (perdão se não escrevi o nome dela correto). Ela e sua mãe fizeram eu e minha esposa nos sentir-mos quando visitamos nossos pais, amei conhecer ela. O único ponto negativo é que nesse mundo tão grande, talvez eu nunca mais as veja novamente, são pessoas incríveis. Se estiver em dúvidas de hotel, escolha esse, não existe opção melhor em Santorini.

The hostess and her family are fanatic people! So much hospitality and kindness. If you need something additional(exceptional) or you need an advise - they are the best people for you to help. Our room was quite big and clean(as it was cleaned everyday) It has comfortable bed and we had enough space to put all our stuff. Air conditioner is quite(i think its around 30-35db) So I totally recommend to visit this place

I've already told the hostess. The toilet door creaked a little and the windows vibrated in the strong wind. Sunlight also shone through the shutters (if anyone needs total darkness). But these are subjective points. And these shortcomings can easily be corrected.

We stayed here for about a week and had a wonderful time. The location was extremely convenient, just a few steps away from all the main beaches and local spots in Perissa. The owner was incredibly welcoming and kind, making sure we had everything we needed and was always available for any questions or requests. The accommodation was spotless. Without a doubt, one of the best places to spend a week in peace and relaxation.

Good location, everything was a rather short drive away. The room was cozy. Also, we were the only ones there (apart from the owners), so it was really calm and quiet.

The shower curtain was too short so it had nowhere to cling to apart our bodies, and some water would still get on the floor. The thing we disliked the most though is that while the owner was polite and I think she meant well, she got pretty annoying because we did not want any cleaning (we were there only 3 nights and we are tidy and don't like when cleaners come in and rearrange our stuff) and the owner seemed not too happy about it, every time we would run into her (because she lived right above us) she would continuously ask if we really didn't want any cleaning (even though we would write "no cleaning needed, thanks" on the little blackboard that is right by our door, so she would read it almost as soon as we left the room) and we had to repeat multiple times "no, thanks, we are sure". Even when we left and said goodbye and thanked her for everything she had to comment that there is nothing to thank for, as she didn't even get to clean our room. So weird! She made us feel guilty for our preferences and we were just hoping not to run into her going in and out. So if you really want some peace and be left alone maybe this place is not it.

Place is located in side alley next to the main road in Perissa. Parking is located few meters away. Location is calm and there's lovely sitting area with pool and beach chairs by the entrance. Room looked perfectly with enough space, light, comfortable bed and nice chilling area outside. Your room gets cleaned and fresh towels supplied every day. We also have to highlight very pleasant owner with her husband and family. It was lovely stay in really stunning family hotel. <3 Thank You very much for this stay! :) If we will visit this island again we will book are stay in this hotel again. Perfect place to stay in Perissa. Great location, in walking distance to food, beach, bus, supermarket & bars. Exceptional cleanliness and amazing, friendly service and welcome.

The property is great and feels like home. Efi is an amazing host and if asked she will provide you with things to do on the island that aren’t the normal tourist places. The place is great to relax by the pool, walk to the beaches in Perissa or hire a vehicle to explore the island. Thank you Efi for the warm welcome and amazing acceptance. It was good that we used the transportation that Efi provided as it was super easy. We visited in May 2025. Would love to visit in June as it would be a little warmer.

I have been looking for a place where we can spend a beautiful, peaceful holiday in Santorini for a long time. Thanks to the positive opinions I came across Alloro Perissa and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived Efe, the mother and her family were wonderful hosts, they welcomed us with open arms. We felt like family, their warmth and hospitality, the smile on their faces every day were unmatched, creating truly special and unforgettable moments. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, we slept really well. Efe was always there to help us, she showed us places we should see, helped with transportation from the airport, told us about amazing restaurants where they serve the best fish and seafood. During our entire stay we were surrounded by wonderful care by the hosts, who are wonderful people, so it was hard to leave and they will always remain in our hearts. We wholeheartedly recommend this facility, which is located about 5-6 minutes from the sea (where there are many restaurants)nearby there is a bakery open 24 hours where you can drink coffee, eat Greek delicacies. This was our best vacation ever, we can't wait to go back. Effi thank you for everything

We were guests at Alloro Perissa for 8 days in September. We got room number 6. It was located at the end of the property, so we had a lot of privacy. Each room has its own small terrace where you can have breakfast. The room was very cozy and nicely decorated. It is cleaned every day and towels are changed. Additionally, we asked for an iron and it was at our disposal throughout the stay. The host is extremely polite, helpful, willing to tell you about the island. I recommend asking Effie at the very beginning what is worth seeing. The location is great. We recommend renting a property in Perissa and renting a car, because it is close to all the cities (the furthest is Oia about 40 min), and it is definitely less crowded than other cities. We drove every day and we used less than half a tank. An additional advantage is the beach close to the property. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, if we were to return, we would definitely choose this property again!

We have stayed in numerous self catering rooms in perissa (and all over Europe) but this by far outshines them all! The room was beautiful, the attention to detail and all the little extras were superb and the cleanliness was outstanding. The owner was the loveliest host she was super accommodating and made my birthday super special leaving a cake and sparking wine in the room (was delicious, thank you!) the location was perfect for us close to our favourite cocktail bar (meltemi), supermarket and a short walk from the bus stop and beach. This was by far our favourite holiday to perissa and we will definitely being using Alloro for our future visits to perissa. Big thank you Efi we will hopefully see you next year 🥰

The location of the property was great, right beside a supermarket and a coffee shop and within a 10 minute walk to the beach where there are lots of restaurants etc. the room itself was spotless and cleaned thoroughly every morning. We found Alloro Perissa thanks to all the positive reviews and they were not lying. It is a small guest-house with only a few rooms and that contributes to the family atmosphere. Our room was clean and nicely furnished.  Car parking is available a few meters away from the guest-house building next to the street. In the front yard, there is a small pool, ideal for cooling down on hot days.  Efi was so kind to us, very helpful anytime and with any requests. She recommended us what is worth visiting in Santorini - interesting places, nice beaches and restaurants. Efi introduced us to her family, and we spent a lovely evening with them. If we ever visit Santorini again, we will stay at Alloro Perissa.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodated everything that we needed while also giving us suggestions about where to visit in the area. The rooms were cleaned to a high stanfard and had everything we needed. The hotel is very well placed as only a 5 minute walk to the beach and we found perissa beach the best most accessible beach to swim on the whole island. There is a wide selection of restaurants along the beach front which is very handy after a long day of exploring and a few bakeries nearby which serve pastries at very reasonable prices. We loved our stay at Alloro and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a peaceful area and travel to the more touristy parts either by bus or rented vehicle.
