L'amabilitat i la calidesa del personal, les instal·lacions, el menjar i la piscina, també la sortida de snorkel que vam fer.

On a adoré passer ces 4 nuits chez Key et sa famille. On avait prévu 2 nuits et nous en avons rajouté 2 supplémentaire ! On a beaucoup aimé la tranquillité du lieu, le confort des chambres ainsi que les excursions proposées. Et on a surtout adoré les moments d'échange avec Key et les autres invités et les soirées karaoké !

Super

Logement assez bien situé, à proximité des lieux d’intérêt de la région de Sekotong. Nous étions 5 amies et n’avions pas de voiture ni de scooters mais l’hôtel met à disposition des services de taxis entre aéroport-hôtel et hôtel-Kuta pour notre part. Ils ont également un service de location de scooters. Des excursions sont proposées à la journée avec Key pour faire du snorkeling, voir des sunsets ou profiter de feux de camp. Il y a également des excursions avec Putu qui nous a emmené voir les plus beaux spots de la région, en taxi. Sans oublier la piscine qui est super pour se rafraîchir. On se sent dans un havre de paix, c’est calme et très arboré. Pour finir l’hôtel met à disposition un service de restauration pour le midi et le soir, sans oublier le petit déjeuner qui est excellent (un conseil, prenez les pancakes). Pour finir, un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel qui est tout simplement adorable!!

L’eau de la douche est froide mais pas vraiment un point négatif car cela permet de se rafraîchir (climat tropical à Lombok)

A comfortable room with a lovely outdoor area, and a nice pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular, Key was awesome. A great entertainer! The food and service were excellent! I will definately come back here.

Le personnel est vraiment trop sympa

The place is very beautiful, well-kept, and in an excellent location if you want to visit the Secret Gilis. But what makes this place special is the people who work there. They made me feel at home right away and guided me to discover that area of the island

C’est très bien situé pour aller faire l’excursion sur les Secret Gili. La chambre est sommaire mais le lit est confortable.

Beaucoup de bruit tôt le matin, ce n’est pas isolé

Die Bungalows sind sehr schön eingerichtet, das Personal ist super freundlich, das Essen war sehr gut und die Rollermieter war total unkompliziert. Der Pool ist toll und der Garten und das Gelände toll gepflegt. Es ist ruhig und es herrscht eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.

Leider ist das Bett sehr hoch oben und die Matratze zu weich für uns gewesen. Es gab deshalb bereits Dellen von den Vorgänger:innen. Toll wär ein Nachttisch und ev. Eine Belüftung im Bad.

L’accueil, la bonne humeur et l’énergie des lieux. Les chambres sont confortables, la piscine très agréable. Nous avons profité de notre séjour à Kristal garden pour faire la journée boat trip de 8 H à 21/22 H. Je la recommande fortement. Key est adorable. Merci à lui, à Éros pour la sortie et aux hôtes pour leur prévenance.

Abgesehen von der super schönen Anlage (u.a. sehr bequemes Bett) ist die Stimmung im Kristal super entspannt. Key gibt einem das Gefühl, sich nach kurzer Zeit schon wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Alle geben sich große Mühe, das Frühstück ist super man kann es sowohl im Restaurant als auch auf die Terrasse bestellen. Key bietet tolle Bootstouren zu den Gilis an für einen sehr fairen Preis, versorgt einen mit Tipps, was man sich in dr Gegend anschauen kann... Auch Scooter leihen war völlig problemlos. Unser Highlight war eine Bootstour mit Schnorcheln, Sonnenuntergang auf einer Insel mit Musik und Lagerfeuer und nächtlichem Harpuneschießen. Den Fisch bekamen wir direkt frisch zubereitet. Für uns ein ganz besonderer Ort wegen der wunderschönen Inseln, v.a. aber wegen der Menschen. Absolute Empfehlung!!

Warmes Wasser wäre noch perfekt, aber auch nicht unbedingt nötig.

La stanza spaziosa con un buon materasso, appendiabiti e stendino. Abbiamo partecipato al tour delle 4 isole ed a quello serale con grigliata sulla spiaggia, fantastici e ben organizzati, da provare. Lo staff cordiale è disponibile. Possibilità di noleggiare scooter per un giro dell'isola. Curata la piscina. Ottima atmosfera. Torneremo

Wij zijn er een week geweest en er werd niet schoongemaakt. We moesten zelf om schoonmaak en schone handdoeken vragen.

had a really nice stay here. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We were able to rent a scooter directly at the property, which was very convenient, and they also arranged a taxi for us when we checked out. A special mention goes to Key, one of the staff members. He offered us a tour to the Secret Gilis, which we ended up doing with him. It was a great experience, and Key was very kind and made the tour really enjoyable. The room was perfectly fine, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was as you would typically expect in Indonesia.

Tout, notre hôte Key est exceptionnel de gentillesse, il fera toujours en sorte de vous aider. Nous avons de plus participé à des sorties qu'il organise, il faut y aller. Prix corrects. Chambre propre et super chouette, donnant directement sur la piscine. Bon Petit déjeuner. Absolument rien à redire sur cet établissement

La gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner excellent ainsi que le repas ,très bon rapport qualité prix! Très bien pour découvrir la baie de Sekotong à scooter.

Manque simplement une table de nuit pour poser les choses près du lit, mais c'est un détail

Le bungalow est plutôt bien sans être très pratique. Bien placé pour découvrir la côte sud-ouest de Lombok. Scooter en location à bon prix et en bon état. Le chauffeur recommandé par l'établissement est très sympa.

Ambiance un peu business touristique. Convient peut-être plus aux familles qu'aux voyageurs indépendants.

De buitenkant van de huisjes zien er goed uit. Het zwembad was heerlijk. Mooie binnenplaats en rustig gelegen. Wordt goed onderhouden. Service van bijvoorbeeld drankjes bij het huis en het doen van de was zijn ook positief.

De huisjes aan de rechterkant zijn groot maar niet sfeervol ingericht. Wij huurden 3 kamers. Uit de douche kwam nauwelijks water, bovendien was het koud. De douchekop ontbrak, het water kwam uit het achtergelaten gat. De wc functioneerde ook niet goed. In de 6 dagen dat wij er verbleven is de kamer niet schoongemaakt.

Le calme, les services à disposition, l’aménagement des lieux, la sortie 4 îles. Le restaurant qui se trouve au bout de la rue sur la plage, soit 50 m, le Krisna. Bon petit déjeuner, Landry, location de scooter, taxi….. tout ça à des prix correct et dans la bonne humeur.

L’absence de production d’eau chaude et le flexible de douche hors d’usage.

Lovely space, nice pool, good food. We booked a 4 island private boat trip with them and it was wonderful. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Très bon accueil de la part des personnels. L endroit est très bien situé pour découvrir la baie de Sekotong en scooter !

Dommage que le paiement en carte visa ne soit pas possible.

Accueil chaleureux, nous avons super bien mangés pour très peu cher. Les excursions avec Kay étaient incroyables. Ils nous ont trouvé un transfert pour notre prochaine destination. Le bungalow au top, climatisation et lit très confortable. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés à 100%, une magnifique expérience

We loved our stay here. Probably our favorite stay in Indonesia so far. Accommodation and food were fantastic and such a great friendly atmosphere from Kay, Madi and the lovely ladies and children. The trips and scooter hire were all organized by Krystal Garden and were also excellent and brilliant vfm. The breakfast banana pancakes were the best we’ve ever had too! Just a beautiful place. Would absolutely recommend.

Très bel endroit. Très calme (y compris la nuit). Chambre confortable. Personnel très disponible et excellent guitariste et chanteur).. Bon petit déjeuner. Possibilités de faire des activités proposées à de très bons prix. Location de scooter sans soucis. Possibilité simple et flexible de trouver un véhicule pour se rendre n'importe où sur l'île à un prix raisonnable.

Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Frühstück war lecker. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Wohnmöglichkeiten. Die neuere ( linke Seite) ist komfortabler und luxuriöser als die älteren auf der anderen Seite. Es ist schön bepflanzt mit Pool im Zentrum. Der lästige Gesang von den Moscheen (sonst auf ganz Lombok) blieb hier aus. Angenehmes ausschlafen war so möglich. Es gibt viele tolle Strände und kleine Inseln in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Wasser aus den Leitungen stinkt erbärmlich.

Hotel ben situat amb personal molt amable. La piscina i el jardí eren molt macos i l’habitació i el llit eren còmodes. Super aprop de la platja i restaurants. Ens van ajudar a contractar excursions i el personal era molt atent.

No hi ha aigua calenta a la dutxa, i vam trobar moltes formigues a l’habitació. Entenem que es una zona amb insectes aixi que no vam dir res.

L emplacement est top. Le logement est au calme. La chambre est propre, ne sent pas l humidité et le personnel est au petit soin ( sans en faire de trop). La piscine est vraiment agréable

Quelques petits aménagements supplémentaires auraient rendus l expérience parfaite. Une petite table de chevet avec une petite lumière pour le soir, une étagère pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain. Seul gros bémol, il n y avait pas d eau chaude, mais j avoue qu avec la chaleur, on s en est contenté et on ne l a pas signalé à l équipe.

Très joli établissement avec un jardin intérieur très soigné et une grande piscine. Emplacement idéal car à côté de la mer et dans un quartier calme offrant un cadre très reposant. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, fonctionnelle et avec une décoration simple mais jolie. Le personnel était juste adorable, serviable, très agréable, qui n’hésite pas à donner des idées d’activités pour la journée et nous avions aussi pu faire une lessive très peu cher (10k par kilo). L’hébergement propose également de nombreuses activités à des prix très raisonnables. Leur restaurant avec des prix très abordable est sympathique et la nourriture était très bonne. Je recommande vraiment ce logement, nous avons adoré notre séjour chez eux ! Terima kasih 🙏

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The place itself is peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. The food was very good! What truly made this experience unforgettable was the host. From the very beginning, he treated us more like friends than guests and made us feel completely welcome and at home. He organized the perfect snorkeling experience for us, and you could really feel how much passion and heart he puts into creating special moments for his guests. We left with amazing memories and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

De l’eau chaude (mais ça passe!!!)

Man kann den Manager Key gar nicht genug loben, ihm gelingt es jeden einzelnen Gast abzuholen, sei es mit Musik, Camping und Lagerfeuern, Schnorcheltouren, Inselhopping, Speerfischen, Kochkursen…. Und falls du etwas machen möchtest, was Key nicht selbst beherrscht, bin ich mir sicher, dass er dich mit jemandem in Kontakt bringen kann.

The room was clean. The lunch was good. Great swimming pool. The place is quiet. The staff is very nice, we liked to talk with him.

We loved everything about this place! Beautiful clean swimming pool, rooms had so much light and the breakfast was delicious. Our hosts were the best part about it though. We had so much fun with them, going to the village ceremony, spearfishing and cooking for eachother. We kept extending every day till we were there for almost 2 weeks

We had an excellent stay at this place. The accommodation is very cute, well maintained, and ideally located. The breakfast was delicious and really enjoyable. The value for money is simply unbeatable. But the real highlight of the stay is our host. He offered us a snorkeling trip at an incredible price to visit the secret Gili islands. It was a magical experience, with a beautiful trip on the sea that ended with a stunning sunset. The next day, our host also helped us find a driver at a very good price to take us back to Kuta, which made our journey much easier. A very helpful and attentive host. We highly recommend this place!

About 100m from the road and this makes it comparably calm - we could sleep very well

Le restaurant est excellent. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et les jardins autour de la piscine sont vraiment superbes.

The staff at the Kristal Garden were amazing!! The breakfast was very good. We ate 3 suppers in the restaurant - the food was delicious and a great value!! The pool was lovely and very clean. They organized a snorkel tour for us which was very enjoyable!!

The wifi was not strong in the room.

Wir hatten 3 wundervolle Tage! Jeder Winsch wurde von den Lippen abgelesen. Key und Familie waren bezaubernd. Haben viel Musik zusammen gemacht und hatten 3 super Schnorchelausflüge. Danke für die tolle Zeit. Werden euch in guter Erinnerung behalten!

Bad und Gerüche so, wie schon von anderen beschrieben. Nichts für jemanden, bei dem es fancy und perfekt sein muss.

Calme, accueil chaleureux de Key qui nous a organisé 2 sorties. Un tour en taxi pour visiter la région et une sortie sur l'île d'Asahan. Très bon petit déjeuner.

The staff at Kristal Garden are absolutely incredible, so kind and attentive. The location is also amazing, a few minutes to walk to the beach/main road. A huge bonus is that there are no mosques around (no waking up at 5 am!). The pool is perfect and the food was very good. They also run their own tours around Lombok at a much better price than Getyourguide, we can highly recommend!

Small improvements could be the lack of Wifi and the lack of hot water in the rooms. There is also no access to the kitchen at all for customers so you have to wait for staff to come on site if you want to have a coffee or tea.

Great little hostel/hotel. Clean rooms, good food, friendly vibes and swimming pool v good.

Nagyon segítőkész és barátságos személyzet. A helyszínen nagyon kedvező áron lehetett robogót bérelni és szintén jó áron kínálnak saját szervezésű kirándulásokat hajóval, Snorkel, fürdés.

Es war sehr ruhig dort da es oberhalb der hauptstrasse war. Jedoch alles gut zu fuss erreichbar da es ein kleines dorf ist.

La situation géographique. La magnifique piscine très propre. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel et l'organisation de nos transferts.

Peu de rangement et eau froide.

Ubytovàni bylo čisté .. milí ochotný personàl, poradili, uvařili.. no prostě vše super .. ubytování je stranou .. takže ticho klid ..

Very tranquil and lovely place in the south west of lombok. The staff is amazing, we felt super welcome and they also provide wonderful tours. There is also this cute little school at the property, it was lovely to see the parents drop off their kids while eating breakfast! Thanks for the lovely stay.

L'accueil et le dynamisme de key ! Il vous propose des excursions adaptées à vos besoins, sortir des sentiers battus. On a fait un coucher de soleil qui restera gravé dans nos mémoires grâce à Key ! Merci pour ce moment inoubliable !!!

La cucina. Perfetto perché intorno non c'è niente, cucinano bene

La stanza era super buia, le pareti facevano pena, piene di muffa. Letti scomodi. È una stanza con del potenziale quindi il consiglio è di tirare giù una parete e farne una vetrata così entra luce. In una stanza così grande non è possibile avere 2 finestre piccole con oltretutto delle piante enormi tropicali davanti che bloccano la luce.

Я остановился всего на одну ночь. Было чисто комфортно, душ, кондиционер, шторы. Все в порядке. Стафф помог заселится в ночи. Выглядит красиво и уютно.

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans ce logement ! L’endroit est très beau, parfaitement propre et extrêmement bien entretenu. Le personnel est à la fois sympathique, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’environnement est très paisible, idéal pour se reposer et profiter d’un moment de calme. Je recommande vivement ce lieu à toute personne cherchant tranquillité et confort.

Der Host Kay ist super freundlich und nett. Wir hatten jeden Früh tolles Frühstück. Der Pool und die chill area sind hervorragend zum entspannen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.

Das Bad war leicht verschmutzt ist aber für Indonesische Verhältnisse gut

Un séjour inoubliable à Kristal Garden ! Les chambres, la piscine, les délicieux repas (commandez votre poisson grillé dans la journée pour le soir), les énormes pancakes à la banane, le calme... MAIS que serait Kristal Garden sans le dynamisme , la gentillesse - et la guitare - de Kei et sans le sourire, la disponibilité et l’attention de Made. Merci merci sans oublier les adorables cuisinières. Que nous avons eu mal au cœur de les quitter tous ! J’oubliais: faites la sortie snorkeling proposée, vous ne le regretterez pas. Et tout ça, à un prix plus que correct.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, die Betten waren sehr bequem, AC hat perfekt funktioniert und der Pool war auch sehr schön! Man kann direkt vom Hotel aus spontan Schnorchelausflüge zu den secret gilis unternehmen, das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich! Ich war dann auch mit Speerfischen, klare Empfehlung! #betterbeyondultras
