The table and sleeper couch needs paint. There was at least 30 sigarette buds outside the front door and the flat stank of smoke. Not a single picture in the entire flat and mould on the ceilings. The toilet lid is broken! It has a lot of potential but needs some serious maintenance and TLC

1) Broken floor tiles in living and kitchen area. Very dangerous. 2) Bathroom door has no door knob and is swollen to the effect that it cannot close. No privacy. 3) Shower is leaking alot of water onto the bathroom floor. Had to place towels 4) Filthy carpet in bedroom. 5) Broken wardrobe in bedroom. 6) Very bad stinge of dampness in bedroom. 7) Very poor and worn matress on doubke bed and bed base seems to be broken in middle. 8) VERY BAD wi-fi. One bar at entrance door and nowhere else in unit.

On arrival I waited for an hour before I could get to the apartment, attitude of Chris was stinking, he missed my call, returned the call after 30 minutes with no apology but very bad attitude. Room was dirty, linen not fresh, linen worn out,towels had a bad smell with lots of loose hair, shampoo and body wash decanter was empty for the whole 5 days, no toilet paper, I used my own, Room is too small and just not a conducive. Will never recommend the place to anyone.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t more blankets. The apartment got super cold & it didn’t seem as if the air con helped, & I wished there were more blankets.

Host was not willing to supply bedding for the second bed. We booked for 2 employees and only the double bed was made. When we asked if the single bed could also be made, he said he is going to a braai and he is not going to make up the bed. We had to transfer money to the employee to purchase bedding. Not what we expected

This place is in need of a paint job and a good clean-cobwebs at windows and corners.. It smells musty. Will be good if there was a bottle or 2 of fresh water to use,seeing Worcester had no water supply. Had to buy own water to flush the toilets. It is an affordable option to stay for 1 night, but overall cleanliness is priceless for any property, regardless of price per night.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired; the carpeted floor is dirty and smells. The air conditioning doesn’t work—I was freezing. The doors are swollen and won’t close properly, and the bathroom door closes on the opposite side from the toilet. The host did recommend some good places to eat, but I wouldn’t repeat the experience.
