Loved our stay here. It was really simple with cold shower but extremely clean and the family were great. They also gave a really nice omlette for breakfast and helped us get transport to our next location for a good price. May I add, they have the cutest ever cats!

The bathroom floor was always wet as there was little ventilation, which got smelly towards the end of the stay but not really a big deal

A las afueras del centro, lugar tranquilo y amabilidad por parte de la familia. Se necesita vehículo para llegar. Ellos mismos alquilan moto o te llaman a un driver.

Hosts were super nice, bed was clean and comfortable, AC worked well, super accommodating. I booked at 3 am on the ferry for that night and arrived at 5 am and they let me check in and have a nap and then also stated that night and had pancakes in the morning. Very thankful for this

Shower water had a unique smell. It was clean, didn’t get sick or anything but bathroom doesn’t get much airflow so there was a little smell in there and with the water.

- Fijne accommodatie, 3 minuten lopen van het strand. - Het is basic maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. - Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. - Aardig personeel - Water refill en ontbijt zit bij de prijs inbegrepen.

- Geen airco en warm water, maar eerlijk gezegd kun je dat ook niet verwachten voor die prijs. - En het is wat verder van het centrum af (25 minuten lopen of 8 minuten scooteren) maar ook dat weet je van tevoren.

The staff was really nice

Leckeres Frühstück und nette Leute. Die Zimmer entsprechen dem Preis. In direkter Umgebung ist der Mandalika Racing Circuit, als Fußgänger kann man diesen an Übungstagen kostenlos besuchen.

Etwas außerhalb. Zu Fuß läuft man ca. 15-20 Minuten zum Strand und 30-40 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum.

Es extremadamente barato. Tambien esta un poco alejado del centro (5 minutos) y esta bien para no oir los canticos de la mezquita. En el alojamiento se pueden alquilar motos.

Si es extremadamente barato la parte mala es que pagas lo que vale. Es bastante pequeño, el baño mega sencillo y no tiene agua caliente. Si lo quereis para dormir basta.

Very nice and cozy place in the jungle close to Kuta town (but still peaceful and quiet)! The ac room is super comfortable!

Close to the Mandalika Circuit. 20 minute walk.

There is no air conditioning or hot water. The room had a fan but the electricity was out one night so no fan meant for a very hot night.

Voor de prijs is het perfect. Scooter verhuur en was service was goedkoop. En vriendelijke mensen.

Overal apen waardoor je niet lekker buiten kunt ontbijten. Geen airco in standaard kamers wat erg warm was. We miste een deken/ laken op bed.

J’ai été très malade pendant mon séjour, ce qui n’a pas aidé à apprécier un endroit. Mais objectivement l’endroit est très sympa, joli et calme. L’autre est très accueillant et serviable.

L’endroit est calme la journée, mais la nuit c’est autre chose le bruit des crapauds, le bruit des mosquée, j’ai l’habitude des pays musulmans, mais ce n’est pas juste un appel à la prière. Ce sont des prières qui dure 1h30. Pour finir, il y avait dans la chambre des lézards qui faisait un bruit, pas possible toute la nuit.

The banana pancakes for breakfast were good. The family was lovely. The location for the Mandalika Circuit, the town and the beaches was great. The place was very clean and the scooter we hired from the owner was cheap and never let us down. We enjoyed sitting on our little porch and the garden in front of the homestay was nice.

Neither the reviews nor the photos prepared us for just how basic this place is, particularly as we were paying 10 times the normal daily room rate due to it being the Mandalika MotoGP weekend. There was no hot water and the “towels” we were given (which we had to ask for rather than them being provided as stated in the room description) were more like small fleece blankets which didn’t dry you! You couldn’t have the AC on whilst having a (cold/tepid) shower otherwise the electricity tripped. As it was, we had a number of power cuts whilst we were there. For the last three days the water supply was reduced to a dribble unless you turned both the sink tap on and off and the toilet spray on and off to coax the water pump into life! The bed had one bottom sheet and one very small fleece blanket. I asked for another sheet and blanket and managed to make up a bed we could sleep in. Apart from the bed, there were 3 small corner shelves. a small bedside table with no drawers…… and nothing else. Finally, as far as the accommodation description goes, there was no mountain view, no balcony, no fireplace, no cleaning products and no clothes rack.

A very kind and welcoming family, with clean and comfortable accommodation including A/C. The area is super quiet yet only a few minutes from the center — the perfect location. Excellent value for money, and we had a great night’s sleep as there was no prayer call nearby. The banana pancakes and morning coffee were also much appreciated! Thank you very much.

Jednoduché, pěkné a čisté ubytování v lokalitě u místních obyvatel. Rádi se o Vás postarají. Půjčí skútr nutný pro cesty v okolí. Zajistí privátní transfer kamkoliv. Snídaně dobrá banánová palačinka.

Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Es un alojamiento básico. Una cama, una ducha (fría) y un pequeño balconcito. El desayuno es un panqueque que para empezar el día esta bien. Te alquilan moto, que es fundamental para moverse. Kuta en general es muy sencillo para trasladarse en moto, de los lugares más sencillos que he estado. Las autopistas son enormes, realmente es fundamental tener moto para ir a algunas de las playas mas alejadas de la zona, por ende si queres ahorrar un poco en el alojamiento, aquí vas a tener todo lo necesario para sobrevivir. A su vez hay algunos locales de comida local muy económicos.

No me molestó nada, pero hay que advertir que a la mañana hay una mafia de monos que circula por la zona (donde hay muchos otros alojamientos). También hay muchos gatos pero no molestan.

Very friendly staff, quiet location

Staff gentilissimo, abbiamo avuto un problema dovuto ad un ritardo dei traghetti e si sono mostrati davvero molto disponibili nell' accoglierci. Stanza pulita, pancakes alla banana buonissimi,gattini che aggiungono un tocco speciale all'ambiente. Super consigliato!

La facilitat d'agafar una moto, el preu

No hi ha aigua calenta, no hi ha cafè calent, se senten les discoteques tota la nit encara que eatà lluny de Kuta.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, il est aussi facile de louer un scooter pour rejoindre le centre ville en 5min. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon. Le lit est très grand.

Nadil Homestay is located in a quiet location, immersed in greenery (and a couple of monkeys) - yet only 5min away from Kuta by scooter. The room and bathroom were simple but functional, with working AC. The hosts were always ready to help, let us rent a scooter for a couple of days and set up a driver from and to the airport. Tasty breakfast included.

Si alquilas moto la ubicación es perfecta para poder descansar por la noche y en la zona hay restaurantes muy ricos. La habitación está bien, con aire acondicionado y terracita y los dueños son muy majos. El crepe del desayuno buenísimo.

Nadil and his family were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. We were there for two weeks and we didn’t want to leave. The have laundry service, rent a scooter, taxi and the banana pancakes were fantastic! Very cozy place!

Just be careful with the monkeys, they like to take things 😂 nothing dangerous

Amazing private room with air conditioning and homemade breakfast. There is a lovely family looking after the property. They are kind and very helpful. Room is quite surrounded by cute kitties. I highly recommend. You can rent a good scooter there.

The room is simple but comfortable and very clean. The area is very quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. They serve banana pancake for breakfast. Better to have a scooter to go to town or beach or to explore the surroundings and the staff will help you with scooter rental. I recommend this family Guesthouse for your stay in Kuta.

Perfect getaway location

It’s a great place to stay! For the money, it’s really nice. Simple, clean, good WiFi, and a good location. It’s about a 4 minute motorbike ride from the main road. It’s quite over here, which is nice. The space is clean and well kept up. You can also rent a motorbike here which is nice! I’ve stayed here almost three weeks and I love it! I would stay again and again

Fast in the center of Kuta with the scooter but still a calm environment. Clean and comfortable rooms, tasty pancakes in the morning and free Tee/Coffee/water:) Very cheap for what you get

Bathroom floor is flat. Water doesn’t drain very fast so feet are always wet in the bathroom.

If you are looking for a nice and cheap place , this is the one. Nadil is so lovely and I was really sad when I left this morning , I will definitely miss this place ! Thanks for this amazing week Nadil !

Room had a weird smell.

We spent a week at Nadil homestay and really recommend it! The value for money is fantastic and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The bungalows are very well built and everyone very friendly! It was a 15/20 minute walk to the centre of Kuta and a 5 minute scooter ride. There were lots of lovely cats and kittens and the occasional monkey! The pancakes in the morning were nice.

We struggled with communication with the hosts at times but none of our issues went unresolved. Cold shower but seems normal for the area so not a bad thing.
