The rooms were very run down and moldy. For the price in the area I not impressed. The family that runs this place is kind but I felt like I was overcharged. They have scooters for rent because you need one to get anywhere.

Water didnt work in my room when I arrived. Bathrooms are very rough. No toilet paper.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, die Familie ist super lieb und man kann sie bei allem direkt fragen. Das Frühstück fanden wir sehr lecker (man kann wählen zwischen einem Pancake und Omelett) und Kaffee und Wasser steht jederzeit zur Verfügung. Der gemeinsam genutzte Terrassenbereich ist sehr schön und hat Aufenthaltsqualität! Das Zimmer selbst hat eine Klimaanlage und was uns besonders gefallen hat (da das sonst selten der Fall ist): es gibt ein kleines Nachttischlicht, sodass man nicht immer die große Lampe anhaben muss abends (ganz unwichtig eigentlich, aber dadurch war es sehr gemütlich)!

Das Wasser ist leider nur kalt und das Deckenlicht nicht sonderlich hell

Very nice interior design. The people were very friendlier and helpful. Furthermore there are very cute dogs and cats running at the Homestay.

El desayuno estaba muy rico, las camas eran cómodas y el lugar era muy autentico y local. El sitio no es muy grande pero se siente como un hogar. Los dueños te tratan como familia. Al estar algo lejos del centro es muy tranquilo para descansar. Los gatitos son super amigables

Había algún insecto en la habitación durante la estancia, algo normal supongo en un alojamiento de este estilo en estos lugares.

The room was very clean, and the location was excellent for reaching both the beaches and the centre of Kuta. The people were also very kind and friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like was not having hot water in the bathroom. I think this is quite important, and even a simple water heater would easily solve the problem.

The room was very beautiful and clean. The homestay is located very close to The center of kuta (5 minutes by scooter) but in a calm and peaceful place. The family that owns it is just fantastic. The breakfast is very good too. I wanted to stay more days but sadly they were fully booked. I also rented The scooter with them, good price and good scooter

The staff were very helpful. The standard is very high for a homestay. Well decorated rooms with a lovely bedside lamp. The breakfast, omelette and pancakes, were yummy too! We were sad we couldn't book for longer (they were fully booked).

Bed was amazing! Location is easy if you can ride a bike, about 8 minutes driving to the center of town. Staff was great and free breakfast was delicious.

A little unorganized. There was no one around when I arrived, took quite some time to rent a bike because the key was lost, no towels in my room but they were all being washed. However, it was all solved as quickly as possible and that is much appreciated.

Great location, very friendly staff and a great energy all around. Very close to the beach and great restaurants. Rooms are a great size :)

Günstige Unterkunft mit Frühstück.

Zimmer rochen muffig und Lage etwas außerhalb. Mann benötigt Roller um etwas unternehmen zu können. Insgesamt waren in der Unterkunft sehr viele sehr hohe Stufen, welche für meine gebehinderte Mutter etwas schiweriger zu meistern waren.

Our room was by the road which made it very noisy at night.

Lovely home stay, would stay here again and would recommend. Showers were cold but not too much of a big deal as it was very hot. Lovely breakfast. The hosts are very helpful

L'endroit est très bien situé, à proximité de la route principale et des plages alentours. Juste en face du fameux circuit moto GP pour les fans. Les chambres sont très simples, assez spartiates, mais c'est un peu le but de ce type de voyage. Air conditionné tout de même. Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche, mais avec 30 degrés en moyenne, on peut s'en passer. Le propriétaire est sympa et arrangeant, il peut vous louer directement un scooter sur place et un transport en voiture si besoin. Il y a plusieurs laundrys à quelques mètres et des mini markets. C'était sympa. Une petite famille qui vous accueillera avec le sourire 😃

Un frigo et des espaces de rangement et prise de courant (une seule) auraient été un plus, mais pas gênant nous concernant.

The family is lovely, the place is nice, cute cats, decent breakfast and a kitchen where you can make coffee. They rent scooter for 70k/day :) Place was clean. Very good value for money

Lombok is the best place

I was in room number 1 and it's absolutely nothing like the photo. The room was very uncomfortable, there was a smell. Dogs and a rooster barked at night. When I asked them to clean, no one cleaned anything. I don't recommend it.

Nothing it was great

We originally booked this place for 2 nights and ended up staying for a week! We first got the rooms on the ground floor, but the owner Peri kindly changed us to the rooms up the stairs which made aaaall the difference. Huge rooms with heigh ceilings and big beds. For the price with breakfast included, you really can’t get much better. They have an adorable little kitten Fururu, which made my stay ☺️ It’s an easy 7 minute drive down the highway to the town centre, so it’s way out of the hustle and bustle of the town centre.

Out of their control, but dogs are barking in the middle of the night.

Chambre sombre et directement à la vu de tout le monde… Pas très propre notamment la terrasse avec les deux chiens errants qui dorment sur mes fauteuils laissant une odeur nauséabonde sur la terrasse et la chambre. Beaucoup de nuisances de la part des hôtes et leurs amis

the homestay is located between kuta (5min) and gerupuk (10min) and in a local area. the rooms are nice with high ceilings, very comfortable bed and nice sitting area outside. the pancakes & omlette are delicious. the family is very welcoming, friendly and quiet. we extended our one night stay to 9 nights in total. we’ll be back next time for sure!!

the only ‚negative‘ things, which are not really negative but could be improved, is the water pressure & the wifi connection in the room. maybe also a quick room service after 5 days or so would be great.

Many dogs in the area which we were unaware of would be walking around the property outside our rooms. Tourists feed the dogs so they keep coming, wish I knew before booking as I’m afraid of dogs.

Exceptional quality for money, I have stayed in a few homestays in Kuta, and between the location, quality of the rooms themselves and how helpful the staff are (motorbike rental available, free breakfast made for me upon request etc) I cannot find anything remotely comparable

Super logement, personnel au top, toujours présents et très réactif. Le petit dej est très bon, le ménage est fait et est très propre. La localisation est un peu éloignée du centre mais c’est parfait !

Zimmer und Bad sehr angenehm und sauber. Kleine Terrasse. Kaffee und Wasser umsonst. Lage mit dem Roller kein Problem. Leute sehr lieb und freundlich. Fery sehr hilfsbereit. Preis gut.Ich bin eine Woche hier geblieben und hatte nichts zu beanstanden.

Komfortables und sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Kleine Terrasse. Sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Familie. Guter Preis. Lecker Pancake mit Ananas und Bananen zum Frühstück. Im Garten Mangobäume mit Affen. Kleine Küche mit Gasherd. Kaffee un Trinkwasser rund um die Uhr erhältlich. Günstiger Motorradverleih. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sogar verlängert.

Absolutely nothing. And I was so confident about it when I booked it based on the warm tones of the pictures. White bulb travesty.

Im not sure how this gets its ratings… I was so immediately disappointed upon arrival. Firstly you come into a scooter parking situation that directly has the rooms facing which is so exposing. Scattered with rubbish and with a slightly pungent smell wafting around. Not the vibe. It all fell apart when I came into the the room, which did in fact have a lovely big bed… except it was one singular WHITE lightbulb to light the whole space… if you’re going to build this I mean just get some beautiful ambient lighting and it could have transformed the space. The wifi absolutely doesn’t really work so if you’re a remote worker, it’s not the one. Then there were 3 stray dogs parked in the porch lounge .. I don’t blame the dogs I would do the same if was a dog, except I would like to sit without being barked at. AND THEN the water is cold. And that’s just the straw which breaks the camels back for me, I left immediately.

L'emplacement est très bien, au calme. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et l'hôte était vraiment très accueillant, d'une incroyable gentillesse. Nous avons passé un super séjour, nous recommandons 100% !

They were kind enough to change the room for me. As the one I got was right at the entrance next to the scooter parking.

Sadly the homestay looks almost nothing like the photos. I didnt feel very comfortable there. At night there where loads of dogs barking, the internet worked not very well, the bathroom wasnt draining, when I tried to use the plug at the mirror it just came out of the wall. The renovation whenever they happened where poorly done.

Het ontbijt, pannekoeken met fruit werden klaar gemaakt.

De douche werkte nauwelijks (te zachte straal om je haren te kunnen wassen), het water stonk en kwamen soms vliegen uit, veel ongedierte (kakkerlakken, mieren etc), meermaals viel water/stroom/wifi uit, wifi werkte maar met vlagen, slaapkussens waren beschimmeld, beddengoed bevatte vlekken, kamer werd 4 dagen niet verschoond (moesten er echt om vragen en alsnog matig verschoond), honden blaffen 's nachts je wakker, uit de pan waar ontbijt in werd gemaakt zaten de kippen erna te eten (onhygienisch). Zeer matige ervaring, waar de 8,2 vandaag komt is echt de vraag.
