Westfield Barn

Easy location Comfortable

Poor ventilation

Great conversion - good quality fittings and interior. Well equipped. I liked the ground floor bedrooms so. I need to take bags upstairs.

Nothing

The bathroom and bedroom was on the bottom floor. You had to go up a flight of stairs to the kitchen and living room space. I was on crutches. I do not recall any information of thos not being ADA friendly.

A beautiful location with well thought out and incredibly welcoming touches throughout the accommodation. Tastefully furnished and very comfortable no stress stay. . A special oasis in this picturesque part of the world. A lovely couples getaway, we will come again.

Nothing, everything big and small had been considered with the guest at the heart of it all.

Cathy the owner was friendly and very helpful. The facilities ware amazing and beautiful attention to detail. The hot tub was fab.

Having to leave

Our whole stay was perfect and I cannot fault anything.

-

Cathy was a wonderful host and the accommodation was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The wellness suite, the beautiful surroundings and the attention to detail made our weekend so enjoyable. Thanks Cathy!

This accommodation was brilliant, clean. modern, beautifully presented and the host was really welcoming. Sauna, hot tub and bar were superb, would really recommend.

We brought our 4month old baby and it had all the facilities we needed. The Hot tub was really nice and we used the sauna a lot 😁 it was nice a quiet

The BBQ was not cleaned and there was a smell coming from under the sink in the apartment. But it didn’t ruin our stay

Can't recommend enough. Cathy makes the place so welcoming. Facilities are excellent. Courtyard, hot tub and sauna make it feel like you're a world away. Clean, bright and high standard of furnishing. Cashel is just down the road and easy to reach other locations.

Cathy was the perfect host, she stopped by to ensure everything was to our liking and even provided my wife with a small gift that was very much appreciated.

We didn't like leaving, should have booked for several more nights.

Location was easy to find, the host Cathy was really responsive during our stay. Checking in & out were easy and hassle free. Accommodation was comfortable, with living space, dining and well-equipped kitchenette upstairs whereas all bedrooms are located on the ground floor. There is a toilet next to the kitchen upstairs so easier if you have elderly staying so they don't have to climb up & down the stairs. The bathroom is located on the ground floor.

Wifi weren't working great and telco signals were really weak/no connections during our stay there.

The jacuzzi and house were incredibly comfortable, the host was outstanding and I loved the view from the jacuzzi

Nothing

Excellent property, super clean

Would help to have on onsite info re wifi & check out times (as a reminder)

Amazing clean, modern houses. Perfect for us staying as we were attending a wedding near by. Spotless throughout, hot tub and little pub was a lovely extra. Would have loved to had stayed longer.

How cosy it was

Nothing

Everything was immaculate and beautifully laid out. Accommodation was so gorgeous and comfortable. Hot tub and sauna were fantastic. Outdoor area looked so good, didn't get to use it this time around but will be back! If I was to recommend anything to bring with you it would be flip flops and a robe so you can go between your house and the hot tub, we practically lived in ours! They're generous with the towels though so the robe isn't entirely necessary. Convenient distance from everything!

There was nothing we didn't like!

We booked two of the three houses/apartments and were beyond happy with our stay. Beautifully laid out and comfortable accommodation with gorgeous facilities. Already making plans to come back again!

Everything was amazing, if I had to nit pick it would be to say that the frying pans were a bit thin but that's only a slight problem and only if you cooked as much as we did over the course of our stay.

We loved absolutely everything about Westfield Barn. The apartment was amazing, so warm & cosy. Ideal for a girls weekend or a family getaway. The spa was out of this world. We had a BBQ one of the evenings & we put on the stove in the bar which was just fabulous. Cathy, the host, could not have done more for us, she was so welcoming & helped us with anything we needed, nothing was too much. We will certainly be back in the summer & would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone thinking of spending time in Cashel which is a beautiful town.

Nothing

Just excellent and Cathy is so helpful.

Westfield Barn is beautifully and thoughtfully designed with a great outdoor area ,with a ,spa and self service bar. There are 3 self catering apartments on the property which would be perfect for a larger family get together with all the outside amenities making it unnecessary to leave the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We liked the fresh air, comfy bed, large bathroom, interior and it's soothing colours, exterior and BBQ area, bar room and sauna

We didn't like kitchen poor equipment ( only one tear pan without lid, no wooden or plastic stirring spoon/spatula, no kitchen towels, no salt) We didn't like that jacuzzi and sauna room were actually shared with others.

Very clean. Cathy came each morning to clean the communal areas. Loved the spa facilities aid the out door cooking area. Apartment was very confortable too. Thank you

Our stay was too short!

If you are looking for luxurious accommodation in a quiet peaceful setting this is the spot for you. Everything was seamless, from checking in to leaving. Cathy the host was so helpful and informative. Will definitely return a peaceful break.

Everything was perfect. Accommodation was beautiful and so comfortable and spacious. The hot tub and sauna was very luxurious and really added to our trip.

Beautiful stable type accommodation. Comfortable double room downstairs with a lovely kitchen and sitting room upstairs. Spotlessly clean with great bathroom and shower. Easy self checkin with ample parking.

A little sign at the gate would help with locating the place but the eircode worked fine.

Beautiful buildings! The hot tub was amazing. Cathy and Philip allowed us to visit the farm which was especially lovely as we are also from a farm. Cathy was very responsive as a host. She left us cookies and a bag of crisps which were well received! Absolutely stunning space and excellent value for money! Be fabulous for a group of friends. While we didnt get to use the outdoor space due to the rain, there are tables, chairs, a barbecue and fire pit there to be used.

Could do with more knives as there was only 1 and a dustpan to sweep the crumbs off the floor, totally minor and fixable!

The accommodation is fantastic. The apartment is spacious, clean and modern, and being located just outside Cashel makes it a great location. The jacuzzi and sauna were a real treat. Cathy was quick to respond to any queries we had and was very accommodating.

Nothing! The place was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Its a perfect spot for a little retreat. Its in an excellent location and the facilities are easy to access. Can not explain how happy we were with the stay

Uns hat die gemütliche Ruhe von einem alten Bauernhof gefallen. Wunderschön renoviert. Kommen gerne wieder

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Wohnbereich sehr schön ausgebaut, super Grill-Bereich, Hot Tub 🌊🙂☘️

Everything about Westfield barn was fantastic and our host Cathy went above and beyond to help in every way possible. highly recommend as a superb place to stay.

Everything was perfect.

Really friendly host very helpful and the place and facilities were lovely 😍

There were no negatives for us all amazing

Beautiful location, very serene. The decor is stunning.

Everything! Beautifully renovated with great outdoor eating facilities. Hot tub and Sauna an added bonus to relax. The location on a farm was lovely and was only 5 mins from Town, so great for shopping. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was great, The only thing I'd suggest is having an Aircon installed. Only because the kitchen/lounge got very hot, but we were blessed with great sunny weather, so this may be an extravagance!

Beautiful accommodation had fantastic outside space unfortunately the weather was pretty bad so couldn’t use the outside kitchen and tables.

Property was lovely nothing not to like as I said if it had been sunny fantastic facilities

The parlour was extremely looking good and comfortable, the barbecue areas were well arranged and easy to use.

Nothing

Very well appointed. Excellent outdoor space with barbecue and also hot tub/sauna.

Our host Cathy was fantastic the facilities where excellent especially the hot tub and sauna the patio was also a highlight for us and the fire too we are already looking forward to staying here again in the future a hidden gem

Just everything, contact, information, clean, outdoor kitchen, spa and location

Nothing all good

Can't recommend this place enough, everything was spotless and we had everything we needed. The host was so nice and accommodating for us, the sauna and jacuzzi was amazing, the town was only 6 min drive away. We will definitely be back thanks again!

Nothing.

Cathy is a lovely lady, helped with Netflix connection, was available at all times, very friendly and outgoing.

Lovely property, very clean and well stocked.

Beautiful property with all needs met. Fabulous spa and outdoor area. We had a wonderful stay and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this property.

There is nothing negative I can say about Westfield barn.

The hot tub and sauna were amazing and the outdoor fire pit too. Unbelievable value for money.

Might want to bring an iron and shower gel although we didn't actually ask if one was available.

Beautiful barn modern clean and spacious. Excellent facilities

Nothing

Westfield Barn is incredible! The accommodation is modern, spacious and completely exceeded our expectations. The spa is fabulous and so unexpected. The Loft was so clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. There is also a fabulous outside barbeque area, which would be amazing during the summer.. We had a great stay as a family of four and will definitely be back.

Honestly there was nothing to dislike.

Outdoor kitchen area excellent. Sauna and jacuzzi divine. Internal decoration of the accommodation awesome. Our host Cathy simply could not do enough. A must do bit of luxury.

Nothing. Everything was spot on. People will be very hard to fault the effort and hard work that has been put into creating such a lovely space.

Loves everything about Westfield Barn. Quiet, local to most places, modern and the hot tub and sauna was lush.

Only issue we found was lack of hangers in the wardrobe 😃

Collecting keys was too easy. Our host at Westfield Barn was super friendly and helpful. The accommodation itself was splendid. Very spacious and beautifully renovated. Super nice to visit the cows at the back in the mornings.

We could us a bit more space to store stuff in the bathroom... ;-)

Host Cathy was very friendly, and the facilities were great. Everything looked new and clean.

The design of the place does not provide much privacy.

Westfield barn was extremely clean, warm and comfortable! The Tv is a smart tv so you can log in onto your Netflix etc. WiFi provided is fast. Kitchen unit clean and includes all utensils etc. milk cookies and crisps left for us on arrival. Different teas available and coffee machine. Spa area is stunning we used the sauna and hot tub and were very impressed. Easy to use. Host very helpful and friendly! The location is perfect we went into Cashel for dinner both nights it was less than a 10 minute drive. Amazing restaurant and lunch spots in town.

We had a fantastic stay and Cathy was a great host. The apartment was so clean and had everything you could need. It was a lovely and peaceful few days away for a family break. Location was really good too and the sauna and jacuzzi was such a lovely added bonus.

The place was beautiful so clean and great facilities ! So close till Cashel. The hot tub sauna were so clean and close till the loft. We will be back!

Cathy, the host, was extremely accomodating. Very clean, comfortable apartments...brand new. Fantastic location and facilities. Sauna was great.

Was attending wedding, so didn't have enough time to stay in the apartments! Or to to use the facilities! 😄

Fantastic spot, very rural but everything was amazing, the owner was so accommodating and very kind, the property was immaculate, very comfortable beds and cozy

N/A

Luxurious, comfortable, fantastic facilities, peaceful but close enough to nearby towns. Would definitely stay again.

Great accommodation over 2 units, good facilities with Sauna and Hot tub. There was a good outside area with grill and also outside wood fireplace. The living area/ kitchen was modern and well designed.

The amazing facilities and the warm welcome from our host

Location was great - in the countryside Beautiful old buildings Friendly Dogs Wonderful outdoor area

It was great :)

Very comfortable clean place. Lots of little touches like welcome snacks. Attention to detail in decor. Loved the outside spaces and the hot tub and sauna

Fabulous exterior, with lovely seating area and outdoor kitchen area. Very clean and modern and great value for money… would definitely recommend to friends

There were 5 of us at n a girls weekend away, could have done with another mirror or two for our going our prep.

Beautiful newly renovated homes. 7min drive from Cashel town. We stayed here while we were at a wedding for the weekend. Staff/owners were very friendly and so helpful. Definitely recommend staying here, it's really nice.

Rooms were very warm at night, not sure if it was the time of year (August) but maybe a fan in the bedrooms would help?

Ideal location - we chose this property as we were attending a wedding at Kilshane House (25 mins drive). The location was perfect for us, just 1 hour 15 mins drive from Cork airport and 5 mins from Cashel town. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Everything is brand new and beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable (as agreed by the whole group of 6) and the living area and kitchen was a perfect space for cooking and relaxing. The rest of the facilities are also wonderful, with a lovely outdoor dining space, huge barbecue area, spa, BYOB bar and laundry room. Cathy was a great host! So friendly and welcoming and very responsive to messages both prior to and during our stay.

Everything 👍👍

No

We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. It was fantastic. The bed was so comfy. The BBQ was just the best. The pit boss is so easy to use. Fire pit great for having a few drinks in the evening. The spa area was my fav you can use whenever you want. Sauna and hot tub is just so relaxing.

The property is so peaceful after a day of exploring. Beautiful and well furnished interior.
