Friendly and helpful staff, the room is nice. Locatio84n is good, close to the main street.

WiFi was not working properly. The nearby mosque is heard every morning really loudly. We had problems with the AC since it wasn't working good but after telling them they fixed it. Also there was a water leakage from the pipe but they instantly fixed it. The pictures are a little misleading since all villas have a very small pool together and very little space.

De hygiëne

Loved staying here- great spot to stay in Lombok. You could cook if needed, great shower, and comfy bed. Easy to walk to main area and helpful front desk.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de todo. Las habitaciones muy amplias y muy limpias. El personal está super pendiente de todo y te da muchas facilidades y ayuda.

It was very close to the city center

We disliked the following points: - smell of burnt rubbish (just outside from the villa structure there was a lot of rubbish, fires and animals; - too much villas constructed to close to each others (it was impossibile to have privacy with open windows); - only one room for Villas ( kitchen and bed in the same room)

Das Personal war super freundlich, vor allem die Frau war super herzlich. Wir haben Roller gebucht die zwar komplett leer aber dafür in Schuss waren. Das Zimmer war sauber und es wurde auf Wunsch täglich gereinigt. Wir durften zusätzlich den Hotelpool des Schwesternhotels mit nutzen.

Es gibt keine Terrasse und nur einen Stuhl im Zimmer, das zu viert etwas eng ist.

nous avons loué une chambre avec une kitchinette pour pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner, nous étions 4, la chambre est grande, propre et trés lumineuse. la salle de bain était très bien également.

petit problème de wc, problème d'évacuation( cela semblait être récent et en cours de réparation).

Nothing about the villa, but Luta is getting more and more like a club 18-30 place. Very noisy and roughly 1.5 times usual Lombok prices. But if you want to eat pizza in Indonesia then what do you expect.

Fijne schone plek. Zwembad klein maar wel lekker om even in te plonzen. Schone kamer met comfortabele bedden en heel ruim. Wij verbleven als gezin in het appartementje. Uiterst aardig en behulpzaam personeel

Het zitje buiten is klein en ook bij het zwembad kan je niet met z'n vieren aan een tafeltje zitten. Er zijn echter meer dan genoeg restaurantjes en barretjes in de buurt waar dat wel.kan.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr guter Einrichtung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Als alleinreisende Frau würde ich die Unterkunft eventuell nicht buchen, da die Wege dorthin etwas creepy sind. Wenn man duscht ist gleich das Ganze WC nass (eventuell braucht es einen Duschvorhang).

El alojamiento es muy bonito, todo está súper limpio y la cocina con todo el menaje necesario. La zona de la piscina es agradable para bañarte y leer. Estamos agradecidos con el trato que Pia y los demás trabajadores nos dieron. Nos ayudaron a organizar excursiones, el alquiler de motos y los trayectos. Muy contentos con la estancia allí.

Era muy céntrico y cómodo para moverse por la zona.

Al llegar, nos encontramos comida en la nevera de la reserva anterior a la nuestra. Incluía servicio de habitaciones, pero no cambio de toallas. Dado que la zona es muy húmeda, las toallas no se secaron del todo y cogieron olor a humedad.

Wir haben es geliebt🩷 Die Unterkunft hat die perfekte Lage, ist grade mal 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt und bietet alles was man braucht. Alles ist super sauber und das Personal ist so unglaublich lieb und hilfsbereit sodass wir uns mehr als wohl gefühlt haben. Sogar nachts ist durchgehend Security da. Wir möchten uns ganz besonders bei Pia, Leo und Angga bedanken. Sie haben uns bei jedem Anliegen weitergeholfen und jederzeit ihr bestes gegeben damit wir eine gute Zeit haben. Uns hat es so gut gefallen dass wir ganze 1,5 Wochen verlängert haben obwohl wir eigentlich nochmal in eine andere Unterkunft wollten. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter!

Alles!!!! Het was een geweldig verblijf. Zelfs een eigen watertap op de kamer!! Super rustig zwembad, waren bijna altijd de enige. Heel vriendelijk personeel!

Quizás diría que la recepción esté delante de la piscina y que estén los trabajadores ahí lo hace súper incómodo y no te dan ganas de usar ese espacio .

Leo at Reception was a delight from check-in to check-out. Professional, friendly, and always smiling. He made every little request feel completely effortless and handled everything with impressive efficiency. Angga from Housekeeping deserves a special mention as well. The room was immaculate every single day, with that extra touch of care that shows real pride in the job. It's the kind of attention to detail that makes all the difference. And Melian, the security guy at nights, made us feel completely safe and welcome throughout our stay. Always present, always courteous, and always with a kind smile. This team is exceptional. Hele fijne locatie, tv, en keukentje. Zelf eigen watertap op de kamer. Heel eigenplekje en lief personeel.

Perfect fot solo travel girls and couples. The room was small but cozy and have absolutelly everything i could imagine. Best accomodation by far in Kuta close to main road. But far enough surronded local houses and jungle for peace. LOVE IT! Everything manavable by feet from that place.

Everything was perfect, the room is very clean, the staff great and always friendly (whether day or night staff). The pool and the relaxation area is pleasant. Very quiet place a stone's throw from the centre. Thank you so much !

Super petit studio, très proche du centre ville mais très calme pour autant avec la possibilité de se rafraîchir dans la petite piscine. La fontaine à eau et la grande smart tv dans la chambre sont des vrais plus. Le personnel toujours très sympathique et accueillant.

We loved staying here. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Everything is clean, in good condition, as in the photos. The room is spacious with everything we needed. A stone's throw from the centre of Kuta. The big plus, the pool area and the calm.

Very good accomodation, good location, good facilities, great free water dispenser in room, the fan and aircon, the pool even if small, good bed, good size studio, good kitchen and awesome staff

The room was perfectly equipped with all I needed, including a water dispenser and kitchen tools. The staff and management was responding and helpful to solve one issue I had with the sink, but also to arrange a driver for the airport or the rent of a motorbike. Also the deal with the free access to the gym was a great added value. The location is also great because is not on the main road so it is not loud but still easily accessible

Great location with everything easily accessible. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The place is very clean and well maintained. A standout feature is that some rooms include access to Xeno, which is perfect for anyone looking for a combination of coworking space, café, and gym. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Ruime, nette kamer.

Vlakbij is er een moskee waardoor er 's nachts heel veel lawaai is. Zelfs oordopjes hielpen niet. Het resortje ligt wat afgelegen langs een aardewegje. Er is geen ontbijt, waardoor het duur uitvalt.

Goede locatie, bij regenval wel wat plassen op het weggetje er naartoe. Lieve mensen, goede hulp (scooters, vervoer van en naar de airport)

Tucked away from the busy street but close to all facilities Kuta has to offer. Great stay of 3 weeks here. The kitchen and gym access were a huge plus for the 3 weeks I stayed here. Room was clean and was cleaned well everytime I requested for it.

Kitchen has just 1 stove on electricity. Which makes cooking a bit difficult. Also when there is no electricity. That happened twice in 3 days time.

The staff is so kind and willing to help, there is a little space inside for motorbikes, everything was very clean and on point

You need to drive a scooter otherwise is a bit far from main road. The access is full of mud and water so can’t do it walking and even in scooter you need to be a bit skillet to drive through :)

Das Personal war super freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr gut aufgeteilt. Mit küche, Badezimmer, Kleiderablage, TV, alles da was man braucht. Auch haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt, da es nachts einen Security Mann gab. Er war super freundlich.

Es gab nur einen Stuhl zum Essen.

Жуткий запах канализации из туалета во всем номере, все постельное белье в желтых пятнах, грязно, за стеной работает шумный генератор мешающий спать. Еле пережили ночь и убежали.

The villa is very good for the price. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, it’s a nice and practical place to stay. The pool is okay, but because of its location next to the reception and the entrance area, it’s not very private and not very usable for relaxing. I would like to thank Nada, and Ari for being very kind and helpful during my stay. They were always attentive and assisted me with everything I needed. I even continued renting the motorbike with them when I moved to another villa, and they made everything very easy. A good option if you’re looking for comfort and good value.

Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla via principale di Kuta, struttura ben tenuta e silenziosa.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che lo staff ti chiede, prima di lasciare la struttura, di lasciare un feedback positivo quando si fa la recensione. Penso che la recensione si lascia, valutando obbiettivamente la nostra esperienza, non facendo favori.

Está bastante cerca del centro, la primera vez que fuimos nos costó un poco encontrarlo pero en el momento que sabes dónde está no tiene pérdida ninguna. Son casitas individuales, nosotros nos alojamos en una con dos camas dobles, muy espaciosa pero la mejor es la número 8 que es la que está justo frente a la piscina, la próxima vez elegiré esa. El personal es súper amable y en cuanto llegamos nos consiguió una moto a buen precio.

The rooms are nice and extremely clean and the location is away from the Main Street traffic, but still within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars of central Kuta. Cinta, the receptionist, was very nice and always ready to help as well as the rest of the staff.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en mee werkend! Vooral Cinta heeft ons erg goed geholpen. Alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd en met vragen konden wij bij haar terecht.

De locatie vonden we iets minder mooi. De straat waar het in ligt is niet gezellig. Toen we een scooter hadden was alles goed te bereiken.
