Umanara Villas

The design and layout was perfect! Lovely large bathroom and bed! Bed was amazingly comfortable!

Pathway to property at night is very dark, hard to see. Not property owners fault of course.

It had a water cooler

It was some distance from everything. No access by car to unload and load suitcases. Had to walk about 50m to the road for a pick up and drop off.

The villa was clean and spacious .

The toilet was choked Mosquitos and insects roaming inside toilets and rooms The villa team was unable to sort out the issue so compelled to change the hotel around midnight Lodged complain via booking .com for a refund The road to the villa was very not lit up properly and construction work going on . Quite unsafe while walking No direct access to villa . From main gate there is a narrow path of 5-7 mins walking

Bliskość natury, cisza i spokój.

We liked a lot the private pool villa, it was very well equipped, clean and well thought of. We especially liked the glass roof bath. We also appreciated the fact the villa provides all the necessary items, like bathrobe, slippers, etc. We also enjoyed the water dispenser and fully equipped kitchen. Good value for money and overall a cozy and nice accommodation we would come back to! We also enjoyed the breakfast and the serving a lot!

The location is on the further side from the city center. Also one the villas fence, on the pool side is made from mesh, as such you don't have 100% privacy at the pool.

Ununara Villa was amazing! The private pool was wonderful! The delicious breakfast was a great way to start our day! Highly recommend!

The attendants were very helpful assisting with our luggage as we walked down the path to the villa.

I wish there’s a whole body mirror. That’s all :)

The property was modern and very clean. The shower was fabulous and the location was mostly peaceful

I’m not sure why, but there was nobody to meet us when we arrived, and if a nearby villa staff member had not been present, we would have been lost. Also, the villa is down a laneway and it was hard to find the villa in the dark. You need a torch. Nearby building site was noisy at times, but that did not stop us enjoying the environment away from the busy streets of Ubud. It would have been good to have a small rack for drying clothes, and a parasol for by the pool, but otherwise we had all that we needed. The pool was very welcome after humid days, and the Netflix was a nice bonus

The villa was much bigger than expected. It was clean and nicely decorated. The private pool was really nice too! The bed was also huge which was great. Nice outdoor kitchen area too. Had all the facilities you could need. About a 20 minute walk to one of the main roads in ubud (don’t use Apple Maps to find the villa as it takes you to the wrong place!). Also the WiFi worked well for us

Villa 1’s pool faces a building so you don’t get the view of the rice fields and there is a window so people could see directly to the pool and into the villa when curtains are open. Also good to know there are cameras facing the pool in villa one, obviously for security reasons but would be better to be made aware of this as it feels less private. Aircon does take a while to cool the room down too and switches itself off at 11pm so have to wake up to put it back on.

Few choices for breakfast, our favourite were fluffy pancakes! All needed to do is message his the day before with your chosen meal and time you would like it to be brought to the villa. Amazing service! Villa was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Host was very polite and friendly and also very kindly kept our suitcases in his office after check out (our flight was very late at night) Would recommend this villa :)

Honestly we have enjoyed every little bit of the stay and there was not much we did not like! (Maybe too many ants but that’s a given in Bali! 😝 )

Lots of space and separate outdoor kitchen area, very private and quiet and beautiful plunge pool. Very elegant and new in design and features. Included robes to wear and slippers, a beautiful little retreat. Loved the outdoor bathroom.

It was a way from town, we could walk 15 minutes to some warungs, yet found ourselves having to take the longer trip to the main town area a lot, the hill back up is a little steep. Of course gojek and grab are readily available also. No vehicle access to villa itself so have to take luggage along a 100metre concrete path and walk same when coming and going, fairly isolated, no road parking for drivers to easily wait when picking up/ dropping off. Yet all first world issues and what allows such a quiet, peaceful retreat.

The caretaker was very nice and tried his best. The view and private pool looked very nice, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the negatives of the property.

The location was a little difficult to get to, especially if you didn’t have a scooter. There was a long path from the main road, some in dirt, to get to the villa. If you’re under 40, probably not an issue. The doors to the villa didn’t fit properly, so there was a huge gap all the way around to let mosquitos in. Same with the doors to the pool. The bed was extremely hard, and all of the sheets were soiled and stained. You could see makeup left from previous guests on the pillowcases. The caretaker went through several sets and they were all the same. They just need to be replaced. The curtains were full of black mold, due to the high humidity. Just need to be washed often. And the toilet bedet was broken. We ended up leaving and finding another place to stay. The villas have a lot of potential, they just need a little more attention to detail.

Villa is nice. Spacious and clean. Was good to have a pool just for ourselves. Kitchen was useful, there was one small boiling pan and one frying pan. Liked that there is a cooler with cold and hot water, no need to use a kettle. Big fridge, well working. Spacious dining table. We took with Breakfast included and it was brought every morning to our villa. Quite average options though but it was enough for us. Most of hotels have the same breakfast so we knew what to expect. Loved the bathroom which is outside but well covered. Bed is very big, pillows are comfy.

Staff who met us upon arrival and assisted on daily basis was not really welcoming. Never smiled nor introduced himself. Not even orientation around villa. Simply brought breakfast, asked if we require cleaning today and then left. We've been to Bali many times and never faced hospitality like that. Maybe he is not local, not sure. Some cons abt the villa: for such a big room has very limited storage space. Just a small stand with two shelves and 4 hangers. For private villa i wud expect smth bigger than that. Especially when its two people staying. Shower head was loose amd leaking. We had to ask to replace it. Maybe staff needs to check facilities before new guests arrive. Table outside is right on the sun spot for breakfast time. Even though its under the roof but its not fully covered so every morning it was very hot. And there was no shade that we cud move the table as it was from the sunny side. To sum it up- The road to the villa.... If you are coming with luggage, be ready to carry it as the path is very dark, dirty and uneven. You can break your luggage or make it very dirty. Also if you taking the bike, you have to be a really good driver as its not easy to access the road.

Todo

No tenía para tender la ropa

Cudowne i ciche miejsce. Pyszne śniadania.

Wszystko było idealne.

Alles vorhanden. Top!!

Rien.

- Very Near & Tidy. - Peaceful Location, not too far from the centre either. You do have to walk a few 100m with your suitcase as it's inaccessible by car. - Cozy & well maintained.

- Need more breakfast options for vegetarians.

Ckean place, 20 minutes walking to the centre.

Everything was fine. The price could be a little bit lower.

Beautiful villa about 15min-20min walk from centre of Ubud. An easy walk, meant close to everything but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Great main bedroom, massive bathroom, beautiful private pool and open air kitchen/dining area. Breakfast each morning which was delicious and set us up for the day. Overall would happily stay there again

Nothing springs to mind

The communication was excellent and we really felt looked after by the staff. The villa was clean, spacious and well appointed. It was easy to walk to eateries and to spa places. The outside area was lovely, private and the pool was refreshing.

There were limited options for breakfast.

The property was really good and spacious.. staffs are really nice as well.

The breakfast could be better with more options to choose. Had same menu for all 3 days

The villa was beautiful, in a very quite location and not to far from the centre. We loved our stay

We had an amazing stay At Umanara Villas! We even extended our stay cus we loved there so much!!! The hosts are formidable, the villas is super clean and location is perfect 👌🏽 they offer any kind of activity or services you might need in Ubud! we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly highly recommend it!

Fantastic host. Beautiful villa truly stunning, everything you needed was provided. 5star standard all around pool - kitchen - bathroom

Excellent- 5 stars for everything! From allowing early check in as our flight was a morning arrival, to assisting us with bags with a later flight, to breakfast daily at your requested time, cleanliness, good sized plunge pool, location, comfy bed and beautiful villa close to town- Highly recommend. We were in the first villa on the right so unsure if the second villa is the same as didn't see.

Nothing- couldnt fault the staff, the villa, location and comfort

Wow, this place was wonderful. Nice location - close to the center, but cosy and quiet. Beautiful place, comfortable, clean. Every day breakfast and cleaning, if you need it. Wonderful assistance (thank you!). Amazing bed and bathroom. Pool if we needed. Lots of light. It has some very positive vibe, we felt wonderful there.

Beautiful isolation about 1km from the centre Very good staff and service Quiet, because the villa is set back from the road

Very small sign on the road is difficultt to see

Clean and exactly like picture. Awesome staff

Breakfast was adequate and owner modified to suit our needs which was mainly juice, fruit and coffee

The air conditioner could be a little cooler

The best villa I have ever seen! Don't think twice about this villa. The host Maddie is a great person. The villa is great and the private pool is a 💎!

The Air Conditioning will take more time to cool the room as the room is big.

It was perfect! Everything was very clean and new. It was super quiet and peaceful most of the time. It was a real relaxing experience. This hosts are incredibly friendly and take care of everything! I really enjoyed my stay there. Many thanks 😊

Beautiful pool and space. Nice location quiet yet close to many shops. Serenity. Friendly professional staff

Everything was great, the host was very kind and punctual. The breakfast was also good. The accommodation was in a quiet place, but not far from the center. Renting a scooter is recommended, and there is a reliable rental company next to the accommodation.

Peaceful and hygienic. Away from the city noise and has a very relaxed and calming atmosphere. Friendly staff and the hospitality was great as well. Would definitely come here again next time 😊

Everything - staff are amazing and very helpful. Beautiful stay

Neat, clean and modern! Well presented and very spacious
