Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud

The hotel offers everything you could possibly need. The centre of Ubud is 20 minutes away by car, or you can use the hotel's shuttle service. Breakfast offers plenty of choices, including sweet and savoury dishes prepared on the spot. We stayed for two days and had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel was great - just outside of the busy centre but close enough to walk to if needed. The rooms are nice and large, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were always friendly and helpful. It has a nice and relaxing atmosphere to unwind in.

The pool area could use a few more parasols and cleaner sun loungers, but they provide a towel to cover the loungers with.

Loved the team - they were super accomodating and lovely. We had a lot of requests (more than a usual stay) as we were using the hotel as a base to climb Mt. Agung.

Tágas szoba, a fürdőszoba pedig káddal és zuhanyzóval is felszerelt volt. A reggeli finom és változatos volt. A vacsora során műsorral is készültek, így helyben bepillantást nyerhettünk a balinéz kultúrába is. A medence tiszta és tágas volt, az edzőterem is jól felszerelt, a piac pedig sétatávolságra volt a szállodától.

The quiet location, close enough to access the town easily by foot or hotel shuttle, but far away to ensure peaceful surroundings. The amazing, helpful friendly staff. Good breakfasts.

L’hôtel dispose d’une belle piscine. Les chambres que nous avions étaient spacieuses et très propres.

L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant. Certains endroits comme les contours des bassins méritent un rafraîchissement. L’hôtel est vaste mais faut un peu désuet.

Everything fine, nice rooms, good food and great support from Gede at the reception for anything we needed during our stay.

The property setting is very nice, the pool, the fish pond and gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious.

Noise transfer between rooms was excessive, foot steeps, shower, toilet flushing and speech could be heard between rooms, not great for sleeping.

I was staying at BW resort with my friend. On my second night, I developed an abscess on my gum. My face was swollen and I couldn't talk properly. The staff at the hotel were so professional and caring. The manager came to the room to check on my welfare. He called around Ubud for an emergency dental appointment, and was successful. The hotel staff drove me to dentist, and collected me. Being proactive with finding a dentist and being prescribed antibiotics, saved me a lot of pain. I can't thank the staff enough. Great hotel and staff. Well worth staying here for your Ubud experience.

Our rooms were 2 stories down, everytime in and out taking stairs wasnt happy experience.

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a lovely view over the pool.

The temperature of the pool was freezing.

Great place with great location. Close to everything! They had a lovely barbecue dinner and Balinese cultural dance night which was excellent, we really got to enjoy the culture and local food! They were also nice enough to loan us 2 travel adapters as we’d forgotten ours at home, which was nice of them!

Great location, lovely staff. Great base from which to explore Ubud and surrounding areas. The hotel is only 15min walk from the centre, the hotel run a shuttle every 2 hours. Room was clean, cleaned daily, with a really comfy bed. Lots of variety at breakfast.

Hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Notre chambre executive était grande et comfortable. Magnifiques piscines et petit déjeuner buffet varié et de qualité. Personnel aimable et prévenant. +/- 2€ pour aller en taxi au centre ville ou 0,50€ pour les taxis moto. Possibilité de le faire à pied en 15 minutes de marche lente. Choisissez la ruelle où se trouve le restaurant Agny qui est beaucoup plus agréable que la route principale. Restaurant à l'hôtel pour le dinner et 3 restaurants juste à côté de l'hôtel. Également 2 magasins ouverts 24h sur 24h face à l'hôtel. Pour nous situation idéale proche du centre sans le bruit ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Nous avons eu un problème de wifi et l'équipe a été très réactif pour fixer le problème. Bravo à eux pour l'efficacité.

We left $50 aud in the safe and only realised after leaving and when we got a call from the reception , so we didn’t like leaving that behind but really valued the hotels honesty

Booked a pool view room, firstly recommend this as cheaper rooms are lower ground and get no view or in shade . Check in was easy and we learned we had one free mini bar (2x coke, 1x oj, 3 packets biscuits ). Also free afternoon tea in reception daily from 3-5pm. Clean room, very fresh and renovated. Breakfast buffet is good and lunch and dinner great. On the north side of town up a busy one way road with uneven footpath but only approx 900m to town and easy walk generally . The safer more pleasurable walk is down the no exit road by Agny restaurant which is a lot more calm and where you find an excellent laundromat for 20k per kilo. This street is located when you turn left out of hotel , walk down hill to the first corner where on this corner you will find a footpath and this path /lane will take you to town as well . Gym is excellent either large range if dumb bells and machines . Reception very helpful offering free shuttle van transfers into town and back every two hours . Lastly really appreciate this effort . After checking out we get advised we left $50 aud. Responsive texts and phone calls and options to return and honesty and effort much appreciated .

Lovely set up close to art market with excellent ambience and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious with all amenities. Only problem is limited vegetarian food options.

Хорошая локация, тихо и спокойно. Ухоженная территория с бассейном. Вежливый персонал. Обновили номер на категорию выше т.к. в отеле нет лифта и тяжело было ходить на третий этаж по лестнице. Напротив отеля есть парковка для авто. Рядом есть парочка мелких магазинов. До центра города идти минут 15 пешком.

Ассортимент на завтрак мог бы быть немного более разнообразный.

Great location, quiet and peaceful. Well-kept grounds with a swimming pool. Polite staff. They upgraded our room to a higher category because the hotel has no elevator, and it was difficult to walk up to the third floor. There is a parking lot right opposite the hotel. A couple of small shops are nearby. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center.

C'est un très bel hôtel, l'emplacement est proche du centre ville, on a passé un excellent séjour, on tient à remercier toute l'équipe du Best Western, a commencé par les réceptionnistes, la cuisine, les agents de nettoyage, les serveurs,.... franchement c'était agréable et convivial,... on a adoré, et on recommande vivement, on reviendra sans aucune hésitation.

I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff are friendly and always helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially loved that breakfast offers healthy juice options made from fresh fruits that you can choose yourself. All the food is halal, and if you would like pork, it can be requested separately. The location is also great only about a 10 minute walk to Ubud center but they provide shuttle service going and back to Ubud Market. The walk feels enjoyable with many restaurants along the way, and you can also see the daily life of local people. Highly recommended!

Stayed a few nights here, room with a poolside view. Enjoyed our stay, room was comfy with a balcony. They provide a hanging frame to hang wet clothes on the balcony. Mattress and pillows were comfy with a set of firm pillows and a set of soft pillows. The desk in the room has an international socket so no need for travel adapters. WiFi is strong and good. Staff are attentive and aim to please. We were greeted with a refreshing iced cinnamon brown sugar herbal drink upon checkin. Free afternoon tea is provided next to the reception area from 3-5pm. Breakfast is buffet style with choices for vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Good variety of local delights. Fresh herbal energy drinks are available in the fridge for guests. Try to go early to sample their local kueh (next to the pastries). We enjoyed swimming everyday when the pool opens at 7am. It’s a double story waterfall and infinity pool style. It is the best feature on site. There are no lifts at the hotel as there are not many floors and the hotel grounds are terraced in the hillside. You can get porter assistance to help with luggage. We tried their on site spa for a massage. It was lovely and we were served with a nice warm ginger tea at the end. Every Friday they have a special buffet dinner with local cultural dances. Overall a very pleasant and quiet stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of town. Would recommend.

Excellent location, walking distance to Ubud Center, many restaurants around. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Good quality and variety of breakfast offered and room was very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay here if I go back to Ubud.
