首先，我們 12/16 退房，我在 12/17 收到訊息說我們損壞了他們的物品並被要求賠償，共有三個物品。 (1) 說盤子有破裂以及裂痕以及髒汙沒清乾淨 -> 或許這是我們在清洗碗盤的時候我們沒注意到，我們賠償沒問題，但是使用後的污漬本來就是會慢慢發生(辣椒醬的污漬)，瓷器也是消耗品吧...? (2) 枕頭布髒了 -> 我很納悶枕頭布髒了，真的是我們用的嗎? 如果是應該12/16就通知我們? 而不是12/17? 而且就算枕頭布這也算消耗品吧? (3) 筷子跟電熱水壺不見了 -> 到底誰去 AIRBNB 會偷走筷子跟電熱水壺 ???? 綜合以上，要馬在 12/16 馬上通知我們，而不是 12/17，非常荒謬，為了避免 BOOKING 上面的紛爭，我還是付款了，請大家再三思考要不要租這 AIRBNB ---- First, we checked out on December 16th, and on December 17th I received a message saying we had damaged their property and were being asked to pay compensation; there were three items in total. (1) The plates were cracked, ripped, and dirty. -> Perhaps we didn't notice this while washing the dishes. We're willing to compensate, but stains will naturally accumulate over time (like chili sauce stains), and porcelain is a consumable item...? (2) The pillowcase was dirty. -> I'm puzzled. Was the pillowcase really ours? If so, shouldn't we have been notified on 12/16 instead of 12/17? And even pillowcases are consumables, right? (3) The chopsticks and electric kettle are missing. -> Who would steal chopsticks and an electric kettle from AIRBNB??? In summary, the requirement to notify us immediately on 12/16 instead of 12/17 is absurd. To avoid disputes regarding booking, I still paid. Please think carefully before renting from this AIRBNB.

Gute Lage, großer Fernseher, großes Wohnzimmer.

Location was very near to Sangsu station, we could even walk to Hongik station (13 minutes) but we didn't mind. A lot of food around, you don't have to worry. Very beautifully decorated home. Beds were good, great for big families. Facilities such as fridge, washing machine were good. I was very impressed that they had a folder filled with recommended attractions around the area or in seoul. They even had a guide book for the different things in the house. E.g the aircon remote is in korean thus they took the effort to translate every button. I made sure to look through the guide book so that I can write this review well. It was easy for our family to figure out the house. Thank you for your effort. House is always well heated. Oh! They even decorated it with Xmas treee and fake presents hahaha we thought it was cute.

As a foreigner, I think the garbage sorting was very difficult. We weren't sure how to sort the garbage. There was a written guide for us but I think we just couldn't wrap our heads around food waste, general waste and recyclables. Maybe the garbage sorting guide could have more details? The hosts were easily contacted for questions. It was my fault for not checking the stairs. But 2 flights of stairs to the apartment, only the carrying of heavy luggages were very tiring but all is good, good exercise. Our family learnt that we could only shower 1 at a time, even though there are 2 toilets, as the hot water would slowly turn cold if we were to shower at the same time or someone turns on the tap in the kitchen. Pretty funny, we had a good laugh and poking fun at each other in 0 degrees weather. Toilets were a little chilly though.

The location is good and easy to find as the host has provided detailed guide for direction. The apartment is spacious and we only use 2 rooms, the master bed room has 2 beds so that the younger kid can stay with us.

The floor is uneven but it’s not so much an issue for us, but it’s a point to note for family has young kids.

整體空間舒適設備方便，附近就有兩家便利商店可隨時採購。

習慣穿室內拖鞋者，需自備，因住宿沒有額外提供。

超級貼心 連身體乳都有準備 還有吹風機兩隻 電源轉換器也很多個

沒有電梯 要稍微扛著行李爬到二樓

The location is perfect, as the flat is located near both the station as well as plenty of food places (such as convenience stores and restaurants)

The only difficulty was that we were unable to cook meat within the apartment. This was more of a surprise than an issue, but should be clarified before booking

세련되면서 편안하게 잘 꾸며져 있는 숙소였습니다. 사진이랑 정말 똑같아요. 주방기구. 침구. 드라이기. 휴지. 수건. 샤워물품 등 각종 비품들도 좋았습니다. 침구가 정말 폭신하면서 편안했어요!. 거실. 화장실2. 방2. 이고 침대가 여러개라서 친구들과 숙박하는 동안 편하게 잘 지냈습니다. 사장님도 친절하셨어요. 추천이에요~

수건이 너무 새것이라 그런지 먼지가 많았던게 기억이 나네요. 수건만 손보시면 더 좋을거 같아요!
