Andresas Homestay

The entrance when you have a big car

Nice family Superb breakfast Always friendly and helpful

The ik room bathroom is very small but it does the job

We felt very at home during our stay, the whole family is so lovely and helpful, particularly the young daughter (so sorry we didn’t catch her name!) and we loved being around the family pets too. Really good location for exploring, central to all the tourist spots on the island. You can tell the family really cares about their business, we felt very well looked after during our stay. The food was so delicious and so well priced. We hired a motorbike and the hosts always made sure to put a cover on the seat to protect from the sun/rain, helped with organising and activities and organised transport to and from the ferry.

The private bathroom listed on the room description is situated within a communal area, and is not an en suite - although we didn’t find this to be much of a problem, others might. On occasion it was in use by other people, and during the night on one occasion another guest was sleeping on the sofa in the communal area which made trips to the bathroom in the night uncomfortable as we had to pass the sleeping guest. Considering the price of the family room is double the price of the rooms with a shared bathroom we thought this was worth mentioning in the room description. The air conditioning unit needs maintenance due to its loud noise and the mattress was also too large for the bed frame.

ALL

Chambre peu confortable.

Great location. Exceptional friendly and helpful host. Good value food and drinks. Recommended!

Habitacipn comoda y limpia. Zonas comunes comodas.

Honestly amazing experience at Andresas Homestay, we were treated like family and it was such a nice stay. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone coming to Bohol. Property is so close to the central of Loboc about a 5/10 minute walk.

Nothing at all, the property was amazing.

One of my favorite places ever! The hosts are the nicest, the room is so comfortable & actually has a personal touch (no sterile, white hotel room), free coffee & water, you can order yummy food at the property location is great, 10min walk from the centre of lobok.

-the staff is very welcoming, open, attentive -the location -they can organize tours, rent a scooter (very cheap) or laundry (very cheap) -food and drinks available (extra pay, but very cheap) -2 terraces available for the guests

Our room had private bathroom, but external. It wasn't such an inconvenience though. Not enough wall/power sockets/outlets in the room, but plenty in the living and kitchen. We managed to charge our devices just well.

Ras

Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele. Wyżywienie na miejscu w dobrych cenach. Kawa i herbata gratis. Możliwość rezerwacji wycieczek i wypożyczenia skutera.

We had a lovely stay here! Lovely room with plenty of space, hot shower, quiet, really good food and drinks, water available, multiple restaurants nearby and some within walking distance. We rented his scooter for 2 days. Andresa was so kind and welcoming and helped us with transfers and what to do around the area. We would definitely come back here!

Nothing

Beautiful spot in Loboc, super close to the river cruise and central to other Bohol locations. Good food and some of the best hospitality we’ve experienced. Helped us easily organise everything, including bike rental.

Tout ! Une famille au petit soin

These people are the nicest to hang out with. They got a scooter ready for us upon our arrival. They are also very helpful to tell you what to do in the area. Bed very comfy, shower had good pressure and hot water actually hot, very quiet area, very cute dog and cat.

Bathroom was private but very small.

Located in the center of Loboc. I had a wonderful stay with this lovely family who made me feel at home. I could even join them for their New Year's Eve celebration with family, which was a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, so as is the shared bathroom. There's a big seating area for dining, relaxing, and meeting other travelers, overlooking the garden and the surrounding nature. Their food is delicious and with fair price. Thank you, and all the best!

Such a friendly and helpful family! Lovely room and the breakfast is delicious too :)

Our stay at Andresas Homestay was absolutely great! We have spent 4 nights there and we loved it. The owners are the most generous, welcoming and nice people we have ever met <3 They cooked a Christmas dinner for us and the other hosts for Christmas and then we did the traditional Filipino karaoke, we will never forget that! You can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at their place at reasonable price, the terrasse is nice and big with free tea, coffee and water, the area is green and quiet, very close from the Loboc river, Loki the dog is so kind and the rooms are cosy with desk, AC, fan and good wifi. The common bathroom is big and clean. You can rent scooter there and the owner can organize excursions and transfers if you need. Really, the family is amazingly nice, kind and unforgettable. Thank you so much for everything, we felt as being at home away from home. We wish to come back and we completely recommend this place.

The best place to stay! People who run the place are so lovely, they can help you for everything. The rooms are very nice, you can eat at the home stay and the food is sooo good! (breakfast, lunch, dinner, anytime..) And you can also book activities from the home stay too. We have rarely been so warmly welcomed, these people are gems. Definitely recommend!

Friendly staff good value

Na

Super lokalizacja, zimne piwko zawsze uzupełniane i w super cenie. Pokój ładny i czysty. Mili gospodarze chętni do pomocy.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, mette allegria!

Wonderful hosts, delicious food and nice terrace

Brilliant stay, the room was clean and comfortable. The family were so accommodating and lovely, helped me to organise everything I needed and the meals were fabulous and such good value for money. Would reccomend Andresas homestay for anyone visiting loboc!

Nothing

Conrada was very nice and helpful. The place was very clean. The bathroom is only shared by 2 rooms.

The AC was very noisy.

Quiet location near the river but within easy walking distance of shops & other amenities.

Everything was fine. No complaints whatsoever.

L'atenció i l'amabilitat del personal.

The family was lovely and always available to help.

We loved everything about this property, lovely location, food, great price for the room. But what made it amazing was the staff, they were very accommodating, always making sure we were okay and suggesting activities. Andrea was kind enough to book all of activities which was really nice as we didn’t have to plan for it. We enjoyed the food they served, I especially loved the shrimps! They were amazing! I really liked the location, cheap drinks at the homestay but also a 7/11 about a 10 minute walk which is handy. And added bonus was the two very cute pets; we loved Jamie and Loci :)!

Good wi fi Nice and helpfull stuff Very cozy room and comfortable bed Price

Nothing to complain

Friendly owners. Comfortable bed and pillows. Free coffee.

Whilst the owners are friendly and accommodating the deluxe double room with en suite ( green room downstairs) comes with an en suite which is an afterthought and is so small that I could not use the toilet and had to use the one outside. So I might as well saved myself the money and paid less for a shared bathroom. Also it stank really bad. I mean bad. This room was terrible value for 1200 pesos. There are also some misleading descriptions on booking.com It is also advertising with a tv. The tv is in the tiny common area which means you would disturb the other guests if you turned it on as all the other bedroom doors come off it. That is if no one else was sitting there first. It is also advertising as garden views. We had a walkthrough beside our window and had to keep the curtains closed the entire day. The property also boasts a shared kitchen with dishwasher. There is only one kitchen and that is for the owners so why boast about the dishwasher.? For guests there is a kettle and free coffee and water. Which was appreciated.

Room, services, restaurant

Nothing, all was perfect

-very cosy room -comfortable bed -quite place -great owner

Nothing to complain

Lovely family, made us feel at home!

N/A

Great location in Loboc and close to many attractions. The host, staff and their family (including cat and dog) are the most amazing people we met in the Philippines!! We had such a great time with them :) The room were spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast and food were really nice and very good price!

We had to leave :(

A home away from home💕The best Homestay me and my boyfriend have stayed during our backpacking trip. It’s owned by the sweetest family and of course Loki and Jamie the pets🥰. Antao was full of happiness always wanting to have a laugh and help with anything he could. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. They offer tours, motorbike rental, taxi and food within the Homestay too. Thankyou for accommodating us we hope to be back in the future☺️

We wanted to stay longer 🥰

This was such a lovely stay, I am so happy I chose this place. The owner and his family are super nice and always there to help you. They recommended great activities around the river and the vibe in the homestay itself is really lovely too, and quite peaceful. Rooms are comfortable with good working AC and it’s easy to get around with a scooter. Definitely one of my fav places I have stayed at! Thank you again :)

The hosts were super friendly, the rooms were accommodating, the AC worked fine, the common area had a very chill vibe, and the food they served was very well priced and tasty. We were supposed to stay for one night, we liked it so much that we ended up staying three. Would totally recommended staying here!

The walls are a little thin if the other guests are loud people.

The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable, bathroom was shared but always clean. They have free coffee/water refills and good working AC. There is not much in terms of food around the area so we ate here too for breakfast and dinner which was amazing - really tasty and good value for money. The family running the homestay are all so friendly, they let us rent a moped for the day and helped us sort our itinerary during our stay. I would say it’s a perfect location to stay for a couple days to explore the countryside of Bohol. Their dog Loki was also adorable!!

The best homestay I’ve ever been to. The hosts are so welcoming and kind. They helped me organise tours and activities to do around the island and the food was simply delicious. The place was always clean and tidy. The river area is only a few minutes away from the homestay.

Very cute place with spacious and comfortable room. AC is really cold and the shared bathroom is big and clean with plenty of water pressure. The hosts are friendly, the dinner is great, well-priced and served right in front of your room😄. There are cold drinks available for very, very fair price. We will come back if we are ever in the area again! Also the cats are adorable.
