Comfortable bed. The breakfasts were simple but good. Overall I had a really good stay there. The owner is super friendly and nice.

Actually I can’t think of anything that could have been better.

Good location in Loboc. Nice staff. We rented a motorbike there. Good size room for 2 or maybe 3 top, but no more because there isn't space to put the luggage. Nice view. Free water, and instant coffee which you have to pay. Clean place. Good WiFi

NO HOT WATER. There was nose coming from other guest late at night and from a small dog in the premises. We needed to use earplugs

La gentillesse des hôtes. Adorables Nous sommes proches de tout en scooter quils nous louent. Super expérience . Très agréable d avoir 1 distributeur d eau chaude / froide. Mise à disposition de the, café, autres petits en cas que l on paie en confiance dans 1 pot Un ami à eux (Josuah) nous à fait découvrir les endroits à visiter, s est occupé d aller payer les activités, les rembourser ( quand notre enfant n a finalement pas voulu faire la zipline). C est lui qui etait venu nous chercher à l aéroport et qui nous a amené au port ensuite. Très belle premiere expérience de grand voyage en famille

Le deberían quitar la licencia de alquiler de habitaciones y los dos pobres perros que tiene encerrados en jaulas y no salen en todo el día. Esta familia tiene a dos perros que no ven la luz del sol desde hace años (si comprobáis en comentarios antiguos lo podéis ver). Los perros, concretamente uno de ellos, esta desnutrido, con la cola rota y algún tipo de enfermedad que no se ha tratado. Le tuvimos que decir que les pusiera agua ya que hacia un calor increíble y estaban muertos de sed. En cuanto a las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear. Humedad, suciedad, la ducha no tiene agua caliente y no sale a presión ni siquiera… No volvería y no recomendaría este sitio jamás. Espero que este comentario ayude a demás viajeros. NO AL MALTRATO ANIMAL!

The place was very clean and the room was a good size. The owners were very nice and made arrangements for me to go on a tour and to be picked up to go back to the boat terminal.

The bed was ok but could of been more comfortable. No hot water.

Bon logement à prix intéressant pour 1 nuit ou 2. Nous avons trouvé facilement et avons pu sur place louer un scooter et organiser la visite de nuit pour les lucioles.

Il y avait de minuscules fourmis dans la chambre. Pour 1 nuit et compte tenu du prix, ça ne nous a pas dérangés.

The location is nice i you want to stay in Loboc. It is quiet and peaceful. The bed sheets were clean. The hosts are nice. They offer breakfast at additional cost which we didn't get to try. There is parking space available right outside the house.

The places is not maintained at all. No efforts are made to improve anything. It feels like badly maintained mountain hut. Thats it. Poor bathroom, poor room. It makes you feel a bit depressed, so we only used it to sleep.

Hôte sympa et serviable. Location de scooter. A gardé nos valises pendant que nous avons fait une virée en scooter de quelques jours.

De familie kamer had een terrasje met uitzicht op de rijstvelden. De kamer is basic maar ruim.

Er is geen warm water in de douche.

It was a lovely big room (Deluxe Double) overlooking the rice fields, and the bed was comfortable. The owner, Michelina, is a lovely helpful lady, who can help organise activities, laundry etc. Great location, just a few minutes walk into the main street.

I would have preferred a hot water shower, but the issue was solved with a kettle of boiling water and large bucket. Nature was at it's finest in the late evening and early morning with the dogs barking and cockerels squawking - maybe they could be trained :)

Clean,spacious room,attentive and kind staff specially the owner maam Michelina☺️,they also lend me flat iron and umbrella during my stay,the place is situated in town center,everything is walking distance(catholic church,convenience store and the famous floating restaurant),been to Anda,Candijay,Carmen,Jagna,but in terms of connection to nature my fav is Loboc😍😍😍,will definitely come back.

Quite a bit of noise in the neighborhood at night, and seemingly a cohort of cocks early morning. The latter owed to the location obviously.

El aire acondicionado no iba bien, la presión del agua casi inesisstente, la serenata de los gallos y la incomodidad de la habitación.

La señora Michellina muy simpática, pero las habitaciones no reúnen condiciones cómodas, no hay agua caliente, la presión de agua escasa y de limpieza escasa, u inacción buena, pero está rodeada de campos de arroz y a las 4 de la mañana comienzas a cantar muchísimos gallos y no dejan dormir.

Hyggelig Guest House med sentral beliggenhet. Kort spasertur til elven og sentrum av Loboc. Koselig veranda med utsikt over rismarker og grønne åser. Hyggelig vertsfamilie. Stort rent rom med god seng. Fellesområde med sitteplasser og varmt/kaldt vann fra automat.

Innredningen i rommet var ganske enkel. Knagger for oppheng av klær og et bilde på veggen hadde gjort rommet hyggeligere og mer praktisk.

La habitación muy amplia, tenía balcón donde se podía ver el atardecer, un lugar silencioso apenas para poder dormir, cerca a la plaza de Loboc, la señora muy atenta y despejando las dudas que tenia. Me ayudó pidiendo un tik tok para mi próximo hostal, sin duda volveria

La ubicación muy cerca del río y los propietarios fueron adorables y muy simpaticos. Tenían alquiler de motos por 350 pesos/dia y el desayuno 150 pesos y muy bueno. La wifi funcionaba correctamente. La cama bastante comoda pero un poco pequeña. El aire funcionaba bien.

Había mucho ruido de gallinas y perros (la ventana no cerraba correctamente). Estaba lleno de mosquitos y MUCHAS hormigas y algunas telarañas. No hay agua caliente. Calidad/precio asequible pero falta limpieza y algun que otro arreglo.

This really was an incredible Guest House. Everything was so much better than expected. The staff were so friendly. My room was spacious, comfortable, practical and spotlessly clean with a spacious attached bathroom. (Cold water only). Excellent water pressure. Towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper were supplied. Modern quiet excellent Aircon. Desk in the room and plenty of charging outlets. Excellent lighting in the room. Nice furnished private balcony, with the ultimate privacy. The light on the balcony worked. Superb WiFi with no glitches. Free hot and cold water dispenser. Coffee and noodles for sale but no cold drinks. There is however a shop 2 doors down the street. Excellent location, just 300m from the city square and Jeepney station. I don't drive a motor bike, but managed to see ALL the sights between Carmen and Loboc by taking local buses, which are frequent, picks up and drops you anywhere, and cheap as chips.

Basic and clean accommodation with helpful staff who helped with arranging tours and made guests feels safe.

During the night there was lots of noise from chickens/dogs etc but easily resolved by wearing a good pair of earplugs.

I stayed 3 nights. Clean big room, shower with cold water only, brand new and silent a/c, excellent wifi in the room, water refill system. Small balcony. 2 minutes walking to the center. Excellent motorbikes for rent : 350 php a day. Very quiet location apart from some barking dogs at night (put earplugs). Highly recommended for the excellent value for money. In Loboc nice cruise during 1,30 h. on floating restaurant with excellent buffet for 1'000 php (800 for senior), from 10 am to 2 pm

Great location in the Center of Loboc, we literally used as a base for one night whilst we toured around to do the river, tarsiers and chocolate hills at our own pace. As expected it was pretty basic, but for the price we paid, the a/c worked well and the water in the bathroom worked too!

Lots of mosquitoes in our room, but there was a spray in the communal area which we used and then no problem at all.

This place is great, located really close to Loboc town centre. Rooms are very big and have a great, quiet aircon. The lady running the guest house is super nice, we rented a scooter for two days from them and it was great. Located just 40 mins from Chocolate hills and you can reach beaches too by motorbike easily. Perfect spot for a stay in Loboc

A bit too noisy at night

Very friendly host that helps with all bookings. Very cheap price for the accommodation. Breakfast was decent for the price.

They have two dogs that are kept in small cages the whole day - not even let out at night. I did ask them and they said they are let out on weekends - not sure why this would be the case. The room was not properly cleaned in a while as there was a lot of dust on the floor and desks. No hot water (but expected for that price). There was a neighbour singing loud karaoke until 2am when one of the guests asked them to stop and they did. Only a couple of restaurants in walking distance and no gyms in the area.

Bed small if you are taller than 6ft

Everything was just amazing. The room has everything you need: bed, shower, toilet, sink, AC, table, dustbin. The AC is really quiet and makes it‘s job. The room has a balcony with a beautiful view. The stuff were really nice and helped with everything: taxi, tours, what you can do, laundry, renting motorbike. Everything was just uncomplicated. The location is beautiful, it‘s really close to the Loboc river (around 5min walking). The wifi was really good too.

Sometimes you hear dogs barking or chicken when they are very close

Owner is helpful and nice. She waited for us even when we come after check in. Rooms are large and clean. Also there is nice balcony when can you drink morning Coffee. You can get water and some snack in here.

This family guest house is all you need in the loboc Bohol area. It's very close to the restaurant and you can just hire a toktok to take you to sight seeing places . The owner ate Marchelina and the entire family is so welcoming and so helpful with all you need and they treat you like a family. As a solo traveler it feels so comfortable. The room itself had a nice view of the mountain and coconut trees and the sounds of the birds in the morning and in the afternoon felt so relaxing . Btw, wifi is good enough speed for those who work digital nomad like me 🙂 And at night it is very peaceful . For the price you get that's all you will get .I'm grateful to have this moment . Definitely will come back again next time and thank you for everything 🙏🏽

This is an excellent guesthouse in the heart of Loboc, just minutes from the river cruise and well-places to visit the Chocolate Hills. Michelina was very helpful with motorbike hire. The room is basic but good.

We were told off for checking out at 12 when the listing states it as such. We had not noticed a small handwritten note in the corridor stating that it was in fact 11- the guesthouse ought to update this on the listing to avoid miscommunication.
