The staff are amazing, they can’t do enough for you. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the medina which we liked as it is quieter. The street that the property is on has lots of nice shops and restaurants enough to make an evening out of. The locals were very friendly here too. The property is very clean and the staff are very attentive, excellent breakfast too.

The only thing we felt could be improved was the aircon, there was a giant fan too but feel the air con could go cooler.

Riad LallaBaya is absolutely beautiful! It is so comfortable and cozy, and it is very clean. And quiet!! We felt at home there. The staff were incredible. They were all welcoming, kind and attentive. They made sure we had everything we wanted and needed, and yet gave us plenty of space and privacy. They even organized a special cooking class for something specific I couldn’t find anywhere else. The daily fresh breakfasts were something we looked forward to every morning! The location was excellent. Very close to the souks and Jemma el Fnaa - we were able to walk everywhere. It’s also near very good restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend Riad LallaBaya and would absolutely stay there again! ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Riad! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful and cozy atmosphere to the excellent service. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.They made us feel at home from the very beginning ! I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this riad to anyone !

We loved the charm and character of the riad, as well as how clean and well maintained everything was. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and hardworking, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The location was excellent for exploring central Marrakech, while the riad itself had such an inviting, calm and relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was particularly peaceful and tranquil.

We honestly can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Everything was excellent and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay.

This is one of our favourite places we’ve ever stayed. It’s so beautifully decorated and really feels like an oasis from the chaos of Marrakech outside! The pool was lovely to come back to after spending a few hot hours outside, and we would also spend the hot afternoon hours on the roof relaxing, dipping under the cold shower up there. The staff were excellent - always there for a chat when you got back from your adventures, and nothing was a problem for them. Breakfast on the roof each morning was delish - having different fresh fruits and yoghurt each morning was a real treat. Also really enjoyed being in the kasbah - still easy walking to everywhere but had a different vibe to the Medina. Absolutely loved our stay!!

The pictures really don’t do this riad justice! It’s conveniently located right on the roadside, so you can be dropped off directly outside, which is a huge bonus in Marrakech. The staff are absolutely amazing they are so accommodating and genuinely go above and beyond, even before you arrive. The service and hospitality were exceptional from start to finish. The riad is also extremely good value for money. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Marrakech. A wonderful experience from beginning to end!

I had a wonderful stay at this Riad in Morocco with my mum. The place is incredibly neat and beautifully designed, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were genuinely kind and friendly, always making us feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal was a treat! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Beautiful room and a very nice breakfast. Was accessible by taxi which was a big plus.

The ground floor room was right next to the swimming pool. When in the room you had to close the blinds so people sitting around the pool couldn’t see in. A room upstairs would have been better. The breakfast was nice but served outside in the sun with many bees around you.

I stayed in 3 different Riads in Marrakesh, but this was by far my favourite. The Riad is new, has an beautiful interior, pool, terrace, excellent service and an amazing staff. I highly recommend staying here! After my arrival I was upgraded to the Deluxe Suite, they supported us in the middle of the night by allowing my friend to stay with me after her flight was cancelled. I wished I had more time there. 10/10

The property was beautiful just as described in the pictures. The staff were friendly, accommodating and always happy to assist. We felt safe in the area and it was close enough to the medina but far away enough that it was calm.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Marrakech. The staff was exceptional — whenever we needed assistance, they responded incredibly quickly via WhatsApp and were always happy to help, whether it was arranging a hammam/spa appointment or making dinner reservations for us. Another thing we truly appreciated was how peaceful and quiet the hotel was, which made it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. From the warm welcome tea upon arrival to our departure, the service was outstanding throughout. On our last morning, they even went the extra mile and prepared breakfast for us before the regular opening hours without us even having to ask — including fresh fruit juice and coffee/tea. Such a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Prachtige aankleding, schitterend ingerichte kamers met veel oog voor detail. Pa gerenoveerd. Mooie kwaliteite beddengoed en badhanddoeken. Heerlijk ontbijt: vers fruit, verschillende soorten pannenkoeken en brood. Verse jus d’orange en goede koffie.

It feels cosy and very peacefull. The staff was nice. The ladys from cleaning came twice a day. The room was spectacular, the bed super confu,the duvet was so so perfect. The whole design , the arhitecture was very beautiful.

Great location and very close to the market and some really lovely restaurants. We loved our coral coloured room. Decorated to a high standard. Very comfortable The reception area is very nice and very comfortable to relax by the small pool. The rooftop terrace is also a very nice area to relax and top up your tan. Super helpful staff and Simo was particularly helpful and lovely to talk too. He explained so much to us which helped us when mooching around the whole area.

This Riad is perfectly located in the centre of the Medina for those who want to explore the historical area. Our room was beautifully and intentionally decorated, clean and comfortable. We especially liked the beautifully tiled bathroom. Staff helped us find a beautiful restaurant on our night there. The breakfasts

We stayed on the ground floor of the Riad in the double room. It was well decorated and tidy but unfortunately not protected from the sound that echoes throughout the courtyard. This wasn't a problem in the evening but during the morning the owner was having a loud conversation right outside the room.

Ich hätte mir keine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen können. Es war durch und durch perfekt und ein Traum. Es war super sauber, das Personal war so lieb und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Liegen auf dem Dach waren ein Traum um die Mittagssonne zu genießen. Sehr von Vorteil fand ich es, dass man direkt vor der Tür Taxis bekommen konnte und so sicher in der Nacht von a nach b kam. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Beautiful property. Comfortable, exceptionally clean, beautiful rooms and settings. Breakfast was a delicious feast each day within the courtyard or on the rooftop. We even went for a little dip and it was lovely and relaxing. Kasbah is a perfect location - a little quieter but a short walk from the main hub and the riad can be accessed by transfer / taxi which means no hauling luggage up lanes!

The property is beautifully presented, and kept very clean with more than one visits a day to tidy and make your bed in your room. The sun terrace was a sun trap on those sunny days. The breakfast is good value for money! All the staff are very friendly, and more than happy to help. Somedays our weather wasn’t the best which can’t be helped but the pool in the Riad is heated and to be enjoyed. The Riad is located about a 20 to 25 minute walk to the main square. For us the location was perfect with shops and places to eat also very nearby.

O Riad apresenta uma mistura entre tradicional e contemporâneo perfeitas, a receção com o ritual de lavagem das mãos, seguido do típico chá marroquino são incríveis! A localização é incrível para quem quer ficar perto da Medina sem estar no meio do caos! O pequeno almoço é delicioso, e não poderei deixar de referir que a gerente é incrível!

Jantamos um dia no Riad e embora a comida estivesse ótima, sentimos que estivemos um pouco abandonados!

I Stayed with them earlier as well which should reflect how much I liked the place and the people working here , especially Mohammed who is a very polite and helpful person. This Riad is lovely with some great restaurants and Hammam around and only 15 min away from airport. We would recommend this place 10/10

Magnifique Riad situé à côté de la médina sur une rue principale accessible en taxi. Vous pouvez tout faire à pieds les places, les palais, les jardins et mosquée. Pas loin de l’aéroport. Merci aux personnels qui était au top, ils sont aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner magnifique. Piscine chauffée en plein hiver c’était vraiment agréable le calme absolument alors que dehors c’est le bruillant. Merci à Ibrahim pour tout.

The property is located inside the Medina and everything is at a walkable distance yet a bit away from the actual noisy bit around the main square and souks. Everything is also tastefully decorated and exactly like the pictures . The staff is also so polite and helpful and always ready to provide support in anything needed eg. Booking taxis, booking day trips or a nice restaurant recommendation. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable too with all necessities provided . Even the breakfast provided was really good with a mix of local and international food.

I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The air conditioning barely worked and did not cool the room, while the fan was dusty and unpleasant to use. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, and the complicated light panel made something as simple as turning lights on and off frustrating. The amenities were equally underwhelming — the pool was very small, and the location was inconvenient. My airport pickup was also late, with the excuse that my flight arrived early. If the hotel is charging for pickup, they should be tracking the flight. To make up for this, I was told they would do something “nice” for me. Later, they claimed this was my early check-in, a cup of tea (which nearly every hotel in Morocco provides anyway), and drying my clothes. These were things they had already offered before mentioning compensation, so it felt insincere — almost like they wanted me to pay for their goodwill. At $250 USD a night, this place was extremely overpriced for what it offered. I’ve stayed in Morocco many times, and this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The owner was rude, and I personally felt unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my stay. The hotel is a joke. I was relieved to leave and would never return. Please avoid this property at all costs.

Nous avons trouvé incorrect que la gérante des lieux puisse réprimander très vivement le personnel qui est à son service en présence des clients et cela à deux reprises durant notre séjour. Il est notamment dommage qu’il ait fallu attendre un une journée shooting dans le riad pour remplir le bassin sur le roof top accueillant les transats. Avant même la fin de notre séjour on nous a vivement conseillé de mettre la note de 10 sur booking car je cite : « Malheureusement, chaque point en dessous de 10 peut fortement impacter notre note globale et freiner notre développement, car l’algorithme de la plateforme ne tient pas compte de la bienveillance, mais uniquement des chiffres. Alors si vous avez été satisfait(e), un 10 de votre part serait un vrai cadeau pour nous aider à faire connaître notre maison. » Nous avons bien peu apprécié ce message.

Beautiful and aesthetic property. The property looks exactly like the pictures. The property was clean. Staff were really helpful and even upgraded us to a nicer room! All in all we had a very pleasant stay here! Will definitely be back!

Riad LallaBaya was fantastic - we couldn’t fault it. The services the staff provided was amazing and the Riad itself was so peaceful and quite. The breakfast was as superb and the location was great. Special shout out to Farid & Kamal for making our stay unforgettable.

This is an exceptional property in the heart of the medina. Once through the door from the busy street is a haven of tranquillity. The staff Jamil and Farid were amazing hosts who gave us good advice on what to visit in the local area. The rooms are all individually decorated, very comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. Breakfasts on the rooftop were also very good.

The location was perfect and very convenient for catching taxis. The staff were lovely and attentive throughout my stay.

The AC in the rooms was not working well at all. I spent most nights sweating and feeling uncomfortable. Also, the doors didn’t close properly with the keys.

I had an amazing stay at Riad LallaBaya Farid and Kamal were so polite and helped us with all our requests. The food was delicious as well.

Heerlijke riad in het zuiden van de Medina. Van alle gemakken voorzien: heerlijk zwembad in de patio en een betoverend dakterras. De kamers zijn heel stijlvol en comfortabel. Het personeel stond dag en nacht voor ons klaar wanneer we iets nodig hadden of om bijvoorbeeld een taxi te regelen. Wij hebben hier met z’n vieren een fantastische week gehad.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au Riad LallaBaya. Nous avons été conquis par la beauté des lieux et complètement envoûté par le subtil parfum de fleurs d’oranger. Les chambres sont superbes et d’une propreté remarquable. Le personnel est adorable. Notre seul regret est d’avoir dû repartir.

The staff especially Farid and Jawad were great. As soon as I got there I was greeted with mint tea (which is fantastic). The Riad is beautifully designed as is the rooftop, and recommended anyone looking to be walking distance but not directly in the Medina to stay here.
