La cucina di cui è fornita la stanza non aveva il lavandino, dovevamo lavare i piatti in bagno, Non vi era aria condizionata e la vicinanza alla stazione è vera, perché eravamo praticamente sopra di essa con una bella sinfonia di rumori per tutta la notte. Per non parlare della posizione, poco sicura e davvero lontana da tutto. Inoltre eravamo 4 in una stanza minuscola, se andavamo in campeggio era meglio

التخت كان سيء جدا والفرشات تعبانات ويوجد غاز صحيح لكن لا نستطيع غسيل الصحون الغرفة كانت حارة كثيرا وكان ضجيج الاسبان عالي جدا ولم نستطيع النوم جيدا

It was not clean well the room , the floor and our side also not clean , My family and I experienced itching because of the bedding. Our previous stay was a much better experience in terms of cleanliness.

It was near metro station.

First of all from the pictures it seems ir has 2 rooms, but no. Its just one room with 5 beds. So rethink it before booking. I would say its for max 3 ppl. Next by is a shop which plays music until late so if its summer and you want to keep the window open, you wont sleep. Also you can hear metro near by.

Kleines Zimmer als Apartment anbieten finde ich nicht gut. Nicht mal gab es einen Wasserkocher. Duschkopf und Seifenspender waren kaputt.

Ausstattung mangelhaft bis schlecht Ich habe 2 mal beim Personal angerufen und mich beschwert. Aber kam kein Technischer vorbei. Wir haben sogar 2 Stunden da warten mussten aber kam niemand.

We left your accommodation early this morning. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service and facilities provided during our stay. We specifically booked this accommodation because we needed kitchen facilities to prepare our own food and drinks. However, the coffee machine was broken and leaking, and there was no kettle, pot, or suitable jar/container provided. Despite informing you about these issues, they were not resolved before we left. As a result, we were unable even to make a simple coffee, tea, or warm milk. Also, the floor was very dusty and did not appear to have been properly mopped or cleaned before our arrival. This was another disappointing aspect of the accommodation. I’m sorry to say that the service did not meet our expectations, and we were very dissatisfied with our stay. I strongly recommend improving the facilities and responding more promptly when guests report essential problems.

The biggest advantage was that it was right next to the S-Bahn station, which was very convenient for getting around Berlin. However, I came with my family and small children, so the location was a big concern for us. We did not feel very safe in the area, and the neighborhood seemed quite rough and run-down to us. We also asked for a small bathroom mat because the bathroom floor gets wet and messy every time we take a shower, but we did not receive one. Another issue was that the coffee maker was not working. المكان نظيف الحمام جيد والمرافق لا يوجد اي اخطاء السرير صغير لشخصين الطاقم لا يتكلم اي لغه ولا تعرف تتواصل معهم غير بالاشاره هذا مزعج لما تحتاج منهم شئ التقيم جيد

الغرفه حاره جدا والعرق يتصبب ولا يوجد غير مروحه صغيره ولا يوجد هواء فيها لذلك تفتح الشباك ويصبح مزعج في ادخارخ صخب كثير

Es hat sooo doll nach scheiße gestunken meine Vater musste erst mal alles noch mal putzen dass Geruch war wirklich schlimm

Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Ich habe für 3 Personen gebucht. Im Zimmer gab es nur ein Doppelbett. Die dritte Person musste auf dem Sofa schlafen und hatte danach starke Rückenschmerzen. Bei 34 Grad gab es nicht einmal einen Ventilator im Zimmer. Das Gebäude liegt direkt an der S-Bahn. Nachts fährt etwa alle 5 Minuten eine Bahn vorbei. Man hört jedes Mal den Signalton beim Öffnen und Schließen der Türen und auch, wenn die Bahn wieder losfährt. Schlafen war deshalb sehr schwierig. Von innen sieht das Gebäude eher wie ein Flüchtlingsheim aus. Sauber war es aber trotzdem. Die Ausstattung war sehr schlecht: kein Bügeleisen, kein Wasserkocher, ein sehr kleiner Kühlschrank, kein Ventilator und keine Parkplätze. Im Zimmer lagen sogar Ohrstöpsel. Das zeigt, dass das Hotel selbst weiß, wie laut es dort ist. Der Vorhang im Bad war einfach zum Kotzen. Siehe Bild. Ich würde auf keinen Fall wieder dort übernachten und kann diese Unterkunft leider auch nicht empfehlen.

Le train qui passe en permanence sans que ceci ne soit indiqué dans l annonce. Logement mal isolé : soit on meurt de chaud, soit on ouvre les fenêtres pour avoir de la fraîcheur la nuit et donc beaucoup de bruit à cause du train. Sol du logement sale. Pas d évier. Prises électriques cassées. Mauvaise odeur, matelas trop dur ou trop moux. J ai a peine dormi 4 heures par nuit. Ceci a gâché mon séjour à Berlin. Quartier très sale, clochards qui font leurs besoins dans la rue, beaucoup de déchets au sol….. un vrai cauchemar.

Air condition vil være meget godt .

Die Stühle braucht reinigung, es gibt kein Schlaf Licht, nur das normale Licht, man muss im Dunkel schlafen, der Ventilator ist sehr schwach

Estuve una noche entera sin luz y como era muy tarde ni se plantearon en venir a arreglarlo. Además que en los tres días que tenía reservado no vi ni a una sola persona encargada del hostal.

Localizado em um bairro de fácil acesso e com muitas opções de comércio, bares, restaurantes.

No anúncio da a entender que ela é maior e que tem dois quartos e na verdade é um apartamento tipo studio. As duas camas e a cozinha ficam tudo no mesmo ambiente, a cozinha não tem pia para lavar os utensilios de cozinha, mas depois descobrimos que da pra deixar no rack do lado de fora que eles lavam e devolvem tudo limpo. O banheiro era até espaçoso mas o box estava quebrado e molhava o banheiro todo. A janela do quarto e de frente para a estação de metrô, da pra ver os trilhos e o metrô passando.

Placering var nok det bedste.

Der var meget støv i værelset, selvom der blev gjordt fornuftigt rent. Der var mange fulde mennesker som også boede på hotellet. De var ikke så behagelige når man havde børn med. Der er ingen aircondition og når det er varm er det næsten umuligt at sove. Derudover så er det lige ved Neukölln st, så hvis du havde den side mod st og åbne vinduer så er det som at bo på stationen. Der var konstant lyd af tog og mennesker der larmer. Deres service var heller ikke det bedste, de taler ikke så godt engelsk og svært ved at hjælpe.

De toegang was goed geregeld.

Het appartement lag letterlijk tegen de S-bahn aan. Elke minuut hoorde je de trein. Het meest vervelende was nog het geluid (soort alarm) bij het openen en dichtgaan van de deuren. Dit duurde tot ongeveer 1.00 uur 's nachts en om 4.15 uur begon het weer! In het weekend rijden ze de hele nacht door. Het 2 persoonsbed was geen bed, maar een uitgeklapte bank. Het matras lag nergens naar, je voelde alle veren erdoorheen. Het was erg warm in het appartement. Zelfs met 2 ramen open en de ventilator kregen we het niet op een normale temperatuur. Verder moest je de afwas in de badkamer afwassen. Ik het keukentje zat geen wasbak. Het appartement lag in een wijk vol junkies en daklozen. We voelden ons niet veilig genoeg om in de avond over straat te gaan. Sorry, ik ben echt niet veeleisend, maar dit appartement zou ik zeker niet aanraden!

Było czysto i blisko do stacji metra. W pokoju były dostępne czyste ręczniki, kawa, herbata i całkiem dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Aplikacja do otwierania drzwi działała bez zarzutu.

Pokój nie posiada klimatyzacji, a okien nie da się otworzyć z uwagi na hałas. Jedno okno wychodziło bezpośrednio na stację kolejową, na której pociągi zatrzymują się co 2-3min (również w nocy), drugie okno wychodziło na lokal gastronomiczny z głośną muzyką. Wiatrak w pokoju działał tylko częściowo. Brak klimatyzacji+zamknięte okna powodowały, że noce były bardzo uciążliwe w trakcie upałów. Dodatkowo aneks kuchenny nie posiada zmywaka - naczynia trzeba myć w łazience i nie ma ich gdzie odkładać.

This accommodation fit our budget and was right (I'm mean literally RIGHT) on the tram line, making our inner city travel fairly straightforward. Walkable to a great Turkish market and robust tram station. Convenience store on the corner. TIP record all access instructions beforehand or ensure that your devices have wifi.

Our trip was during an unusual heat wave, but even still the apartment was very hot. No fan or breeze through the windows, and the noise from the tram was very present. The kitchenette was lacking; no real sink except the small bathroom and no real cookware to speak of. The small fridge was on the fritz and pumping even more hot air into the room. Sensitive water temperature in the shower, a tiny bump on the nozzle made it super hot or cold. Furnishings were less than you'd expect in a college dorm.

Vi ringde flera gånger till kundtjänst då vi var mycket missnöjda och senare på kvällen ringde en högre anställd inom företaget upp och bemötte mina åsikter väl och det uppskattar jag mycket.

Läget, parkeringsmöjligheter, generell standard men framförallt städning och hygien som dessvärre inte nådde upp till en acceptabel standard.

De locatie is top. Check in super makkelijk. Kamer prima uitgerust.

Es war sehr wenig Platz. Das Schlafsofa wofür ich noch für 30 € ein Upgrade gebucht habe...sehr unkomfortabel! Es war sehr laut und es roch unangenehm...für eine Ferienwohnung bei dem Preis, unangemessen!

Pas de climatisation. Plus de 30 degrés dans l'appartement. Un ventilateur minable. Les nuits ont été terribles. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres, 1ère fenetre, le S-Bahm passe quasiment dans l'appartement. 2ème fenêtre, un kebab passe de la musique à fond jusqu'à 2h du mat. Toutes mes demandes ser sont soldes par un échec. Pas de lampe de chevet comme ils n'en n'ont pas de dispo et bien on en aura pas, idem pour la bouilloire etc... Pire logement de mes longues années de location

Die Laage war für uns super.

Das eine Fenster konnte man gar nicht öffnen und das andere ging nicht auf Kipp sondern nur komplett zu öffnen. Es war trotz der geschlossenen Vorhänge auch sehr warm. Der Fußboden hätte etwas sauberer sein können und wir hatten Ameisen. Wo auch immer die her kamen. Die Matratze war auch nicht gerade bequem.

Gute Lage Öfianbindung sehr gut

Küchenzeile hatte den Namen nicht verdient.

Sliten fastighet och rum. Fanns inget varmvatten en hel förmiddag. Vi hade beställt en barnsäng till vår 1-åring samt en till säng för vår 4-åring men när vi kom in på rummet fanns det bäddat endast för mig och min fru. Efter att ha kontaktat hotellet åtgärdades det dock fort.

Ein Fenster fehlt den Fenstergriff, sodass das Fenster nur noch offen ist und nicht mehr abzuschließen ist. Es ist sehr sehr gefährlich, da Kinder schnell aus dem Fenster runterfallen können. In der Miniküche fehlt ein Wasserkocher. Die Herdplatte funktioniert nicht. Im Bad kommt kein warmes Wasser !!! Schlafsofa stammt aus dem Müll. Auf dem Sofa kann nicht geschlafen werden. Überall offene Steckdosen!!

It’s next to the train station so can be a bit noisy for quiet sleepers but earplugs came included which was very nice.

Wszystko, co obiecane, było dostępne, dobrze skomunikowane miejsce, możliwość odgrzania jedzenia, dostępne kawa, herbata, mleko do kawy, olej, sól, pieprz i cukier - świetnie, ze nie trzeba kupować na krótki pobyt. Wyposażenie w porządku. Pokój czysty i schludny. Sposób check-inu trochę niekomfortowy przez wysyłanie dowodu tożsamości, ale generalnie prosty i szybki, więc w porządku

Muzyka za oknem "all day, all night", duszne, bardzo ciepłe pokoje, a 2 dnia pobytu (wieczorem) zniknęła ciepła woda i przed check outem musieliśmy kąpać się w zimnej.

Nearby S-bahn, Pizza Enzo 150m into housing area, ALDI. I also liked the €250 ban if smoking in the house.

5x4m including bathroom and kitchenette is not reasonable for 3 guests with with three single beds. The seating area with a table and 3 chairs could not be used due to lack of space. A bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top would have been a better use of the space. Broken beds, foot side ribs broken on both beds since long ago - they just put the loose ribs back and hope next guest will not sit on the bed.

Din pacate zona nu parea a fi cea mai safe (pentru un grup de fete), iar "canapeaua" era de fapt un fotoliu întins care nu era foarte confortabil :( In rest, totul a fost in regula.

Ja alles Bett und bequem es war sehr warm nicht mal Ventilator oder Klimaanlage drinne Hotel auf die Straße Autos fahren muss das alles hören es gibt keine Isolierung oder irgendwas wo man das vermeiden kann in diesem Hotel komme ich nie wieder

The staff doesn’t speak English. They are super rude to any question you ask. Incredible rude and when you text them to resolve things on WhatsApp they always get confused.
