Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit kleinem Garten und Biotop. Sehr gemütlich. Nette Besitzer, hat alles super geklappt. Sehr bequemes Bett.

Der Einrichtungsstil und die Ausstattung des Apartments ist super und alles ist sehr hochwertig. Die Klimaanlage sorgt zudem für wirklich sehr angenehme Temperaturen. Der Ausblick auf den Pico ist einfach traumhaft und man ist in 10 Minuten Umkreis vieler Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist außerdem sehr freundlich und schafft eine herzliche Atmosphäre.

Very peaceful and comfortable place. The apartment is spacious, very clean and offers everything you need. Lucy and Adriana are very kind and helpful. The place is located closely to Velas and the airport by car and has a nice view. The bed was the most comfortable we had on the Azores.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Lucy’s Rose Garden View! If I could give Lucy and Adriana 100/10, I would! The apartment was wonderful — it was clean, comfortable, had an incredible view of Pico. Lucy and Adriana were truly exceptional hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Unfortunately, my boyfriend got sick during our trip, and Adriana was incredibly kind and called the pharmacy and hospital on our behalf to help us figure out what to do. Lucy was also so thoughtful and made him a big pot of homemade chicken soup, which was such a sweet and caring gesture. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts and would 100% recommend staying here.

Nous avons loué la maison avec 2 chambres “Green” qui se trouve au 2eme rang, donc pas de vue sur mont Pico, mais avec un petit jardin privé très sympa. La maison est extrêmement propre, avec des literies de qualité hôtel 5 étoiles. Lucy et Adriana sont très présentes et soucieuses de bien-être de leur clients. Elles fournissent les serviettes de plage.

Il n’y a qu’un canapé d’une personne dans la maison, on ne pourrait s’asseoir que sur les chaises à côté de la table à manger

Die Wohnung hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf Pico, ist sehr sauber und alle waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, so wie wir auch die meisten Einwohner der Insel kennengelernt haben. Sao Jorge ist übrigens zudem eine absolute Empfehlung, und auch einen längeren Besuch wert wenn man beispielsweise gerne wandert. Gerne wieder!

A Lucy, anfitriã da casa, foi super disponível e simpática. Como chegámos muito tarde à noite, disponibilizou-se, sem qualquer problema, para nos entregar a chave. Location and privacy was exceptional. Lucy, Paulo and Adriana were professional and so easy and pleasant to deal with.

We loved everything about it.

Perfecte afstemming met Arriana. Fantastisch uitzicht. Groot appartement. Alle faciliteiten die je maar nodig kunt hebben. Parkeerplaats bij het appartement.

Their hospitality was wonderful. Lucy and Adrianna came to check on us and brought a local baked good which was much appreciated. The location was beautiful and the property was very clean. We appreciated their taste in decor- everything was beautifully designed and monogrammed.

Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir genossen die Abende auf dem Balkon mit der perfekten Aussicht auf den Pico. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und zentral für unsere geplanten Ausflüge. Die Mitarbeiterin Adriana hatte uns sehr herzlich empfangen, die Wohnung gezeigt und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche. Wir haben im Laufe des Aufenthalts noch die Inhaberin Lucy kennengelernt. Auch sie hatte sich um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert und uns sogar leckeres, lokales Gebäck vorbei gebracht. Für uns war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Wir können nichts negatives berichten.

Beautiful views across to Pico island from our lovely upstairs one-bedroomed apartment. Set on the hill above Urzelina there was easy access to everything but it was also quiet and restful. The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lucy introduced us to the property and was on hand throughout our stay for any advice about the area. Adriana was also available on site every day and checked that we had everything we needed, she also did a mid-stay clean for us and gave some great advice on local places to visit. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Some lovely local natural pools to swim in but with over 70 fajas to visit around the island of Sao Jorge you will always have new places to explore.

Such a beautiful view and spot on Sao Jorge! I recommend the front apartment for the best view. Very clean and very accommodating staff. We loved our stay here and would definitely return.

Half of our party stayed in the room apartment with a lovely small garden in front which was very enchanting. However, the frogs ended up being quite noisy so I recommend having some earplugs for a better sleep.

A localização deste alojamento é perfeita. Perto de Velas e do aeroporto. Tem uma vista fantástica para a montanha do Pico. Também a simpatia da proprietária e funcionária, que estiveram sempre atentas às nossas solicitações. A casa tem todas as comodidades, está muito bem equipada e há uma clara preocupação com todos os detalhes. Recomendo este alojamento para uma estadia em São Jorge.

Beautiful view on the ocean and Pico. Super nice host - I was able to check in miuch earlier (as my flight arrived 10 am.). Very good recommendations about restaurants around. And mostly - it is a peace and quiet place - exellent for rest and also excellent as a base for trekkings around the island.

Die Ferienwohnung übertrifft jede Erwartung: Sie ist makellos sauber und liebevoll ausgestattet, mit einer komplett eingerichteten Küche, gemütlichem Wohnbereich und komfortabler Klimaanlage. Ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Gastgeberin war besonders aufmerksam und herzlich: Sie versorgte uns mit hausgemachten Keksen sowie guten Lokalen Ausflugstipps und sorgte dafür, dass wirklich alles passt. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe und das Parken am Haus funktionierten reibungslos.

A wonderful location that we would love to return to! Thank you for an unforgettable vacation in San Jorge. We received the keys even a little earlier than the official check-in time, the owner was very friendly and explained everything carefully. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We spent 5 unforgettable days there. Even when the weather was rainy, we were happy to stay in the apartment. The view from the window is always different and always amazing. When the weather is good, you can see the island and Pico volcano (even better than from Pico Island itself). For travelers by car, it's easy to get to the nearest store and restaurant. The drive from the airport takes no more than 10 minutes. We highly recommend this place!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt ! Sie ist nicht nur modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, sondern vor allem auch funktionell. Es ist alles da, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Der Ausblick auf der Terrasse ist überwältigend und zentral liegt die Wohnung auch noch. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist unkompliziert und sie ist stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist auch groß genug, um mit mehr als 2 Personen dort Urlaub zu machen. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt !

Sehr gute Ausstattung und alles sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Toller Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den Pico. Sehr gute Lage. Würden es wieder buchen.

Wir waren Mitte September für 4 Nächte in der oberen Wohnungen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und bietet alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, die Sonnenuntergänge sind ebenfalls faszinierend. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und top ausgestattet. Das Bett ist super bequem und groß. Zudem ist die Wohnung wirklich sehr gut Schall isoliert. Zu erreichen ist die Unterkunft mit Taxi und Mietwagen. Da wir kein Mietauto hatten haben wir alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Taxi erledigt.

Beautiful accommodation with a perfect view on Mount Pico. There is everything you need for a wonderful stay on Sao Jorge island. And Lucy is such a warm and friendly host.

La casa es muy cómoda y muy agradable. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Es un gusto estar allí, sentarte en la terraza, escuchar el sonido de la fuente, ver el mar...

Very clean and modern. Quiet place to come back to after exploring the island during the day. Place was romantic and would easily cost a lot more in a different country. Would come back here, and highly recommend this place. Lucy dropped off a homemade dessert that was delicious.

I didn't realize when we booked (though it's disclosed on the booking) that the view from this place on the property is partially obstructed by another place on the same property. However, we moved the outdoor chairs and table to the right most area and could enjoy a view of Pico and the ocean from that spot. Had a hard time figuring out how to use the induction stove and change the temperature to hot in the shower but a little bit of googling and we were able to figure it out. Just mentioning it so that others know that the water does get very hot, you just need to turn the shower handle in the right way and press a little button to turn it to extra hot.

Todo genial en el apartamento Rosegarden, nos ha tocado la cabaña que es bonita, acogedora, cómoda y está completamente equipada (especialmente la pequeña cocina). Buena ubicación si se dispone de vehículo, necesario en la isla.

Die Lage von Rosegarden View ist perfekt für alle Unternehmungen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Man ist in 15 Minuten am Fährhafen und in weniger als 10 Minuten am Flughafen. Keine 5 Minuten entfernt liegt Urzelina, ein kleines Städtchen, das uns sehr gefallen hat. Dort gibt es eine schöne Badebucht sowie am Campingplatz ein prima Schwimmbecken, dass auch von Nicht-Gästen für 1,-- € benutzt werden kann. Unser Appartment lag im ersten Stock und war in jeglicher Hinsicht sehr gut ausgestattet. Handtücher werden in großer Zahl bereitgestellt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, das Bett ist sehr bequem. Vom überdachten Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf's Meer und die Insel Pico. Die Gastgeberin Lucy war ausgesprochen um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht, fragte täglich nach, ob etwas gebraucht würde. Wenn ja, wurde es innerhalb kürzester Zeit bereitgestellt, z. B. Kaffeekapseln. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen.

L emplacement, les équipements et notamment le lit très confortable

Séjour idéal dans une maison pleine de charme façon chalet, une très belle salle de bain, des lits très confortables, et une cuisine bien équipée avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Climatisation disponible, avec un split dans la pièce principale et un autre dans la chambre. Dehors une terrasse avec une très belle vue sur le mont Pico. Le jardin est une petite merveille avec un bassin fonctionnel, un banc, un coin barbecue avec table et chaises. L'accueil de Lucy et sa famille ainsi que Diana a été très chaleureux et Lucy a veillé à ce que tout se passe bien. En bref un séjour mémorable !

Wir haben hier 3 Nächte verbracht, um auf der Insel alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz für zwei Personen, kann aber auch ohne Probleme mit mehr Personen genutzt werden. Die Ausstattung sowohl in der Küche, als auch im Rest der Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Raumausstattung ist sehr schön aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Wohnung bietet von Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer Meerblick und bei guter Sicht ist auch die Insel Pico inklusive des gleichnamigen Berges ersichtlich.

Dass unser Urlaub bereits nach 3 Tagen vorüber war :)

The apartment is really nice and spotless clean. Kitchen is really well equiped, you have everything you might need, there is even an airfrier. The whole accomodation has a lot of small details and you can easily notice all the love that was put into decorating the whole house. There is also some wine available to purchase in the apartment in case you miss the open time of the supermarket :) A lot of information about the island and some island maps are also available. There is also a big balcony with the direct view on Pico island and Pico mountain. Free parking is available on site. Good location, a few min drive from the airport and port. Staff is also really nice. Very responsive and kind.

Le très joli aménagement de la maison du fond et du petit jardin (avec un bassin et des grenouilles !) : c’est très chouette et bien aménagé, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi ! Bel emplacement pour visiter São Jorge.

Une machine à laver le linge serait un plus indéniable. La maison du fond n’a pas de vue sur Pico hélas, mais sur le mur blanc de la maison suivante (voir 3e photo).

The Rosegarden View is one of the best places to stay on Sao Jorge! Having traveled several times to Sao Jorge, we will definitely be back to visit! Our host was personable and friendly, and treated us like family. The modern apartment was very clean, well-decorated with a thoughtful touch in its details, and provided a fully-equipped kitchen, beautiful open-spaced bathroom, and a lovely bedroom with a very, very comfortable bed! The balcony from the living room and bedroom boasts a beautiful view of the water and overlooks the town. We had dinner al fresco on the terrace several nights. Our host was communicative and informed us of various holiday activities on the island. She gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and even brought us some traditional homemade fish stew (which was so so good!). We will be back soon - thank you, Lucy!

Lucy's Rosegarden was the perfect place for us to unwind and relax on this peaceful island. The whole island has a calm and quiet atmosphere, and the accommodation fits right in. It was clean, very comfortable, and had everything needed for a restful stay. Parking is available inside the premises, the kitchen is well equipped and the terrace has a very nice view over Pico. Lucy was very caring and attentive. She made sure everything was just right and she even brought us home made cookies. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway in a beautiful, quiet setting, this is the place to be.

The apartment looks brand new, is very nicely decorated and very conveniently equipped. Very comfortable bed, a lot of closets, nice thick towels after rain shower, spaceful terrace with beautiful view on the ocean and Pico. Host Lucy does everything to make your stay perfect and keeps a good eye on the cleanliness. Go there, we highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

The property was great: well-equipped, comfortable and clean, with a nice view on Pico. Lucy was very helpful and made us feel welcome with a nice food basket! The apartment is located near the bigger villages on the island but keep in mind that you'll need a car to go to a restaurant.

Really helpful host. Helped with good taxi driver for our group of 6. Good beds - also the sleeping couch. Worked fine for 2 adults too. Even washed clothes and could keep our luggage before our flight. Would recommend this for anyone and definitely come back. Pretty full equipped Appartments and beautiful view over Pico.

The place is very modern, clean, fully equipped, comfortable and offers a great view on the sea and on Pico Island when not too cloudy. The host, Lucy, was very welcoming and resourceful. Communication was easy with her.

The house is very big and has got everything in it. The view from the balconey is amazing. The hostest is realy nice and welcoming. She helped me get a rental car and the car was there in 30 minuets. She also gave me the best recommendation where to go visit. I had a great time. i stayed in the property for 2 nights. It was so quiet and calm. It was a bit expensive but i did enjoy it a lot. I recommand it highly!

It's a bit pricey.

The Rosegarden is an exceptional place with wonderful amenities, and caters very well to people visiting Sao Jorge. The views of Pico and Faial across the water are amazing to wake up to, and the screened balcony doors let you listen to the sounds of nature all night. Air conditioning, kitchen appliances, a fully appointed bathroom, and possible accommodations for four make this perfect for a couple like my wife and I. The owner was very helpful, including helping us get a rental car last minute! We will be recommending The Rosegarden to our friends, and we will certainly be staying again the next time we visit.
