Excellent homely stay on central Ubud. Comfortable, friendly owner, private yet central. Good breakfast included. Great value for money.

Only the bed linen was good; it didn't have an odor—that was nice.

There was an Indian restaurant right in front of the bathroom window, so the room was filled with the fumes of garlicky, spicy dishes; sometimes the smell even woke me from my sleep. The showerhead was old—it felt like water just trickling from a hose. People in the courtyard would shout to one another without ever lowering their voices, and the sound of the roosters was dreadful. Aside from the barbecue smoke and odors drifting into the room through the bathroom window, the clatter of ladles and pots from that kitchen was incredibly loud. It was a terrible experience. When I messaged the hotel's WhatsApp number, they said they would look into it, but no one ever did. To top it all off, we discovered a huge bug had made its way into our room through the large gaps in the bathroom window.

Es super central a la mayoría de los destinos, facil de salir y entrar, realmente te sientes en Bali al estar en una casa de los locales, ver el templo familiar y ser atendido por la misma familia lo hace algo único; son muy colaboradores y amables. El desayuno estaba muy rico, fue lindo estar en mi cumpleaños allí. ¡Gracias!

ロケーションが最高でした。ダンス鑑賞も徒歩で大丈夫でした。近くにお店がたくさんありました。朝ごはんのパンケーキがおいしかったです。オーナーさんはとても優しく、親切でした。お部屋も清潔でした。エアコンも効いていました。シャワーも温かいお湯が出ました。

冷蔵庫があればもっとよかったと思います。

Location. Value for money. No fuss, no frills guesthouse yet the owners were warm and hospitable.

It’s a little noisy because our room was next to a restaurant and very near to the main road.

Molto carina la struttura nel centro di Ubud . Molto accogliente e i proprietari molto ospitali e attenti. Anche se ne centro di Ubud si e' immersi nella pace e nel silenzio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Noi eravamo in 4 e abbiamo preso due stanze spendendo pochissimo. La colazione c'è l'ha portata la proprietaria in stanza, sul poggiolo in cui hanno allestito due sedie e tavolino. Molto bello!

Még soha nem szálltam meg ilyen jellegű szálláson ( homestay ), különleges élmény volt egy udvaron lakni a tulajdonosokkal, extra élmény belelátni a mindennapjaikba. A tulajdonosok a legkedvesebb vendéglátók, akikkel valaha találkoztam.

A nagy melegben jó lenne egy kocsi hűtő a szobába.

We kwamen zeer uitgeput terug van de east-Java tour en hoopten om lekker te kunnen relaxen in de homestay. En dat lukte zeker! We werden zeer warm onthaald door de mama van het gezin en haar zoon. Het was een super goed bed en alles was zeer proper. We hebben een super fijne nacht gehad en stonden op met heerlijke bananenpannenkoeken. Jammer genoeg verbleven we maar 1 nachtje en gingen we dag erna verder naar de volgende locatie. Ze regelde voor ons ook nog de taxi naar de volgende bestemming. Top verblijf!

The property is located in central Ubud, a very convenient location to reach all main attractions, stroll around and find restaurants. Rooms are in a very quiet internal courtyard, they are clean and functional. The lady working there is the sweetest and she helped me bringing the luggage upstairs. It's an amazing accommodation to be honest!

Ayu who owns the homestay is the loveliest, most welcoming person. She makes this place 10/10. The location is fab and the room and gardens are so clean. I would 100% stay here again. 5 steat

If I had to pick one thing it's that the bathroom could be doing with hooks to hang towels and toiletries from but that's only me being really picky.

not too much, I checked out a day early

No privacy, as soon as I looked out the window someone was waving or trying to ask me questions constantly. I arrived in a massive down pour and the whole lane way from the road to the room was half a meter under water. The bathroom has open vents so mosquitos were coming in and biting during the night.

床沒有整理乾淨，看到好幾根毛髮，感覺也有很多灰塵，因為一進去就鼻塞。 淋浴間的水很小，是花灑式的，水量也不集中。

Good location. Clean rooms.

The homestay was just a room with bed and bedsode table. No wardrobe, no safe locker, no chair table. Bathroom did not have soap rack, toiletteries. Just about a clean bed. The caretaker lady was rude. We paid some money and moved out to another hotel.

It was a really authentic bali experience, it was a super good locations and value for money as well. Auntie Ayu the main person in charge is super friendly and sweet. She made sure we had everything we needed. Always there to say hi to us. Really loved the whole experience would definitely recommend! The place was super clean as well, and it's easy to go to the main street where everything is located :)

위치가 환상적이예요. 맛집도 주변에 즐비하고 주요 관광지도 모두 가까워요. 밤 늦은 시간 도착했음에도 반갑게 맞아주시고, 항상 너무도 친절하고 마주칠때마다 항상 웃는 얼굴로 맞아줍니다.기분이 좋아져요.

Super aardige personeel en locatie is echt topp midden in de stad! Niet de meest luxe hotel maar prijs kwaliteit verhouding is topp!

Очень приятный номер, с отличной локацией в центре Убуда. Кровать удобная, душ и ванная комната тоже очень порадовали. Уборка была по запросу, хозяйка очень приятная.

Внутрь на байке заехать можно только по узкому подъему, на что я не рискнул, ставил рядом на улице. Места были, но улица очень оживленная.

A wonderful homestay right in the city center. The studio is very clean and comfortable. Even though it is located in the heart of the city, it is surprisingly quiet at night, so you can truly rest and sleep well. The hosts are incredibly kind and make you feel safe from the moment you arrive. They provide helpful advice and recommendations for local services and activities, which makes the stay even easier and more enjoyable. A safe, peaceful, and very pleasant place to stay.

There is some room for improvement in maintenance.

Bien ubicado, habitación amplia, ofrecían limpieza diariamente. La dueña y el staff de licencia fueron muy atentas y amables, a pesar de no saber mucho inglés buscaban cómo ayudarme y hacerme sentir cómoda. Hasta me dieron frutas tropicales por la mañana. Se puede contar con secador de pelo si lo solicitas. El internet era un OK. Pude trabajar y realizar todo, pero tampoco era muy rápido. Me cambiaron proactivamente la habitación hacia el segundo piso y estuvo bastante bien para poder descansar luego de trabajar algunos días en la noche. No escuchaba prácticamente nada del ruido en la calle, a pesar de estar sobre una de las calles principales. En las mañanas puedes ver a la dueña haciendo su ceremonia de offerings y vivir de cerca la cultura balinesa.

Sería bueno que en el baño agreguen algunas repisas para poner nuestras cosas personales. Asimismo sería bueno una cortina para que no se moje todo en el baño. La luz justo encima del escritorio no funcionaba… Definitivamente falta un mini-refrigerador en la habitación. Se agradecería mucho un dispensador de agua embotellada, ya que solo daban una botella pequeña de agua por día y solo si la solicitabas.

立地がとても良いので有名なレストランやウブド王宮などに歩いて行ける。 ウブドの中心地にあるのに、通りに面していないのでとても静か。 部屋もベッドも大きくて清潔でした。

Het was echt super schoon en de host was extreem vriendelijk. Ook het ontbijt was bijzonder. Verse vruchten en een bananen pannenkoek.

The location is superb, you have everything needed closeby. Room is spacious and clean. And Ayu, the hostess, so kind and friendly, always ready to help! I would definitely come back here.

Some minor things to improve: bathroom needs two shelfs for toiletries and some hooks for the towels.

위치는 너무 좋습니다. 방도 깨끗하게 관리하고 청소도 해줍니다. 2층방 배정받았습니다. 숙소 나오면 왕궁, 시장, 식당 등등 모두 가까이 있습니다. 드나들때마다 호스트는 반갑게 인사를 합니다.

화장실에 선반이 없어서 수건 등 걸어둘 수가 없고 세면대만 덩그라니 있어 세면도구들을 올려둘 수가 없었습니다. 이런부분은 호스트가 조금만 신경쓰면 해결될 문제입니다. 점심때부터 늦은 밤까지 화장실에 들어서면 계속 음식냄새가 나서 불쾌했었는데 원인을 찾아보니 옆집이 식당이었고, 그 식당의 주방과 가까이 있어 문제가 발생한거였습니다. 이는 이 숙소의 잘못은 아닌데 😭 말입니다. 저는 냄새에 민감하다보니 신경이 쓰였습니다.

Leider sind uns während unseres Aufenthalts 120 €/2.300.000 Rp abhanden gekommen. Nach unserem ersten Tag kam die Dame des Hauses auf uns zu und meinte, dass unsere Tür offen gestanden hätte. Wir wissen aber zu 100 %, dass wir morgens, bevor wir weggegangen sind, abgeschlossen haben. Es ist immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort im Innenhof, leider mussten wir aber feststellen, dass nach unserer Abreise die Kontaktaufnahme eher schwierig war.

This place was clean and comfortable. The staff so attentive and friendly. The best homestay experience I have had in Ubud. Situated in the centre of Ubud ,lots of restaurants ,cafes and shops nearby. Short walk to Ubud Palace and market.

Everything! It's in the middle of the city centre but in a very quiet street. Very new and clean place. The lady managing it is very lovely.

De locatie is midden in Ubud. Als je aan komt zit het in een binnenhofje wat je gelijk rust geeft. Super lieve behulpzame mensen die echt alles voor je doen. Het ontbijt was heerlijk je hebt meerdere keuzes en je kan ook kiezen hoe laat je het ontbijt wilt en ze komen het bij je kamer brengen. Echt een aanrader !

Petit déjeuner avec toasts, oeufs sur le plat, salade de fruits et café, comme demandé, servis sur la terrasse. Propriétaire toujours souriante et attentive, a cherché un taxi pour le départ. Excellente localisation en haut de Jl Hanoman. Chambre moderne construite dans un enclos familial à l'architecture traditionnelle.

Bien situé à central Ubud, très propre et il est facilement possible de se rendre aux magasins à proximité. L'hôte a été très accueillante et fait de son mieux pour communiquer en anglais! Je recommande. Bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre calme à l'étage.

최고의 위치와 밝은 조명, 포근한 침대, 청결한 관리가 다 마음에 쏙 들었습니다. 호스트의 밝은 미소와 따뜻한 응대 감사드리고 조식도 맛나게 잘 먹었어요. 가성비로는 100점 드립니다~

다 좋았는데 숙소에 냉장고가 없었던 것이 좀 아쉬웠어요. 작은 냉장고가 있다면 퍼펙트 한 숙소가 될것 같습니다.

I cannot fault anything. The hosts are the most beautiful and kind people you will ever meet.

Great location. Very clean and tidy. It does not have any outside facilities but perfect for the budget. Fresh linen and comfortable bed. Overall worth every cent. Only 3 rooms run by a friendly owner.

The host is very nice. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable always asking if we needed anything and even bringing us fresh fruits most afternoons. We discovered fruits this way that we wouldn’t have otherwise. Location is super central to the art market, shops, warungs, supermarkets.

There is nothing to dislike.

The location of the homestay is very good, with many excellent restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We arrived extremely late due to an international flight delay, but they allowed us late night check-in and helped us with the transfer. Thank you so much for everything!
