Einfache Unterkunft ohne jeglichen Schnickschnack, aber völlig ausreichend und ruhig gelegen. Kein Lärm bis auf Hundegebell!

Wir hatten den Schlüssel im Zimmer liegenlassen und die Tür war verschlossen. Nachts bei Rückkehr war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Ein zu Hilfe gerufener Bewohner aus der Nachbarschaft hatte mehrfach versucht, jemanden anzurufen, jedoch erfolglos. Nach 3 Stunden kam dann ein Mitarbeiter, der uns durch das Badezimmerfenster unseres Bungalows steigend die Tür geöffnet hat. Er war sehr unfreundlich und sagte uns mehrfach, dass das unser Verschulden sei. Dem haben wir ebenso mehrfach zugestimmt. Wir hatten den Schlüssel im Zimmer vergessen. Wir waren als Gäste in dieser Situation aufgeschmissen. Keine Zweitschlüssel vorhanden dort, keine Hinweise zwecks Kontaktaufnahme bei unbesetzter Rezeption.

Hård säng men skön, städat när jag anlände. Prisvärt, hade inte räknat med någon lyx. Varm dusch, okej tryck, rena handdukar och sängkläder.

När kylningen var igång på AC så lät den riktigt mycket. Fast öronproppar så hördes den alldeles för högt. Men den var också väldigt gammal. Toaletten var lite myror på kvällarna och i rummet en tusenfoting någon gång. Någon stal min scooter hjälm som låg på scootern en natt. Inget boendet kan hjälpa men värt att nämna.

I advise against this accommodation, I had to stay 4 days and I finally stayed only 1 night and forced to find another accommodation urgently. There is no respect for people who sleep. Forced to ask the staff to turn down the music they were listening to right in front of the room until very late. If you come looking for peace, I advise you not to book this accommodation. Nothing special to complain about the rest.

Out the way if your wanting quieter stay, clean and tidy with our first hot shower of the holiday

Not to the property’s fault but if needing to get transport there from main area can be hard. And a lot of stray dogs near property which made leaving and entering at night a little scary due to them barking and growling as you walk past

Gostom svetujejo o dobrih restavracijah, plazah, znamenitostih, ki jih kot obiskovalec sam nikoli nebi nasel in videl, o najemu motorja, potovanjih med kraji,... skratka lahko jih povprasas karkoli in z veseljem bodo pomagali tako v nastanitvi, kot v njihovem lokalu z dobro hrano.

Il y a une machine qui sert à ce que l’hôtel ai de l’eau chaude qui est extrêmement bruyante et qui était collée à notre chambre, je n’ai pas fermé l’œil de la première nuit alors que je suis insensible aux bruits en général

We liked the location, cleanliness, little patio where you can enjoy your cup of coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. Quite place compared to staying in the middle of the town. Very good price too! We will be back for sure.

Water pump runs on and off day and night making constant noise that you need ear plugs to sleep if you get a room on either side of the pump.

La chambre était propre, c’était calme À 20 minutes à pied du centre mais il y a 2-3 commerce dans la rue Il y’a la Clim dans la chambre de 6 couchage

Il y’a la plage à coter à 150 mètres mais on ne peut pas vraiment ce baigner et elle est sale La communication avec le personnel n’était pas simple ( on a commander une machine à laver pour 7-8kg de vêtement facturer 15 kg)

We were robbed in our room. A friend and I rented two rooms at LALUNA COTTAGES. Obviously, on El Nido tours, carrying wallets is a problem because we'll be in the water all day, so we each kept them in our backpacks and closets. While we were out, someone broke into both rooms and stole our money. They didn't steal all of it, just half. We imagine they were trying to mislead us, so it's not hard to imagine it was someone close to the hotel with keys. Between the two of them, they stole almost 1,000 Australian dollars. Then the police, the manager, the supposed security cameras, and nothing could be done, because filing a report when you have a flight the next day is useless. The hotel manager showed interest, but apart from offering to file a police report half an hour before we leave el Nido, so we could supposedly claim on a hypothetical insurance policy, there has been no solution or compensation so far. Aside from robbing us, they've ruined our trip. I can't recommend LALUNA COTTAGES to anyone. In fact, I advise avoiding it because it's unsafe. I never post negative reviews. I'm posting this one today to warn other travelers from going through the same shit we've had to go through.

Accueil adorable, endroit vraiment paisible et bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel qui s’adapte à tout et tente de vous aider lorsque vous demandez quelque chose, j’ai même oublié des affaires et ils me les ont ramené dans mon nouveau logement. Vraiment adorable, je conseille !

J’y suis restée 1 semaine et la seule chose qui m’empêchait de rester était le manque d’une cuisine parce que je n’avais pas choisi la grande chambre, sinon j’aurais pu rester longtemps.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even providing us with a kettle when requested. Common fridge is also available. Location is very good, just a short ride from el nido centre but much quieter. Shops and restaurants also available nearby. Everything was clean and comfortable and well worth the price! Thanks a lot 👍

Shower terrible. Cold or no water. Windows dropping glass panes out. (Non-safety glass). Bunkbeds dangerous for kids with little guard rail. Area was a 10 minute really noisy, dirty, polluted and an unpleasant walk to the coast. (Where the views were spectacular)

Alrededores del hotel muuuy sucio y muchos mosquitos por el ganado tan próximo. Ducha: medio roto, sin mucha presión del agua. Goteo constante durante toda la noche. AACC muy ruidoso

Hnd malinis, walang naglilinis at kami pa ang naglilinis s rooms at cr namin. When we booked this place, it’s written that we can cook but when we get there theres no stove, no kitchen wares no nothing. The towels are old and rough The hot water in our room is not working. And the hot water in other rooms are weak. They didn’t funded us shampoo at soap as it written in the booking. No tissue we have to please for them all the time when we needed. The wifi is not working.

A bit far from center but a bit of a walk wouldnt hurt

Our money got stolen from the room, 200 dollars. The moment we realized that the specific amount was missing from the wallet we notified the staff and wanted to check the cctv footage of the hotel specifically the footage of the area which covers our room. As they told that they don't have the access of the footage we notified the owner and he told us "The cctv only covers the front gate also it was not recording it was just there for SHOW." After that he told us to report a file at the local police station and we rushed to the police station at 2:00 am. He was also there with me and my frend. As they don't have any evidence police couldn't charge them anything but as a penalty he offered half of the damage. They also called the staff from the resort and questioned them but no solution was happening.also The owner kept mentioning that it is a budget hotel, budget hotel. As if no budget hotel of this world will not have cctv coverage which is the bare minimum which you can do for your guest's security as a hotel owner. the police men said they will make sure that he will put cctv coverage on that resort. We kept telling them that we don't have enough money left to do the rest of the trip still the owner was not considerate to give us the full damage. Despite doing that he said "how can I trust you? You might be lying! We never know!". The audacity of that guy was so shocking and ridiculous. Also there are many fake photos are there in the Google map of this cottage. Those places are not from this cottage..also the location is not that good. The roads are narrown Nd broken. Never experienced anything like this before while travelling. I will never recommend this cottage because it's not safe for anyone. I have attached the police report with this review as an evidence that how much toruble we had to go through for their irresponsible behavior.

The cottages distance from the van terminal was "prohibitive",the location was difficult to find even though close to a sea shore with a nice view. El Nido has been the first over-commercialised place spoiled by foreigners in my philippino exploration.Due to their consistent concentration i found ,many times,the local behaviour changing from my experience in previous places in your beautiful country

The room was surprisingly large, and the bathroom was even more spacious than expected. The location was ideal—just a 30-second walk to Caalan Beach, which we preferred over El Nido’s main beach for its quieter, more relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed, including transport arrangements.

While the location was convenient, it could be quite noisy at times due to nearby animals. The air-conditioning wasn’t very effective, which made the room feel warm, and we did notice quite a few bugs and mosquitoes getting inside.

Good accommodation for the price. A bit further away from the chaos of el nido (about 10 min walk) so perfect for us. Good host

Lovely out of town location, still very close (10 minute walk) to all attractions of El Nido. Secluded and private compound, plenty of shops and lovely eateries nearby. Outstanding and helpful staff, Alex and Rodessa went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They organised our motorbikes and helped whenever we needed anything. Just lovely couple!

The rooms could have been cleaned on a daily basis, they weren’t. It was a minor issue.

We had a great stay at Laluna Cottages! The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive and the room was perfect for our stay.

The owners of LaLuna Cottage were incredibly friendly and helpful; we felt very welcome and truly appreciated their hospitality.

The room was in poor condition: it smelled of mold, ants were crawling on the walls, and mushrooms were growing behind the baseboards — all clear signs of serious moisture issues. Although we were given insect spray, we woke up the last two mornings with our bed covered in small bugs, which left a very unpleasant impression.

The location was perfect for us! It was far enough from the centre that you don’t have all the chaos, but close enough for a nice walk. It was challenging to find to be honest. Lovely staff! The aircon worked beautifully!

The actual location was so hard to find, even when you do find it the only sign for the cottage is on the gate… no signs leading up. The room itself is very dated and had alot of ants. The floors were dirty. The noise is another big issue. We was in the room right next to a sink and all we could hear late at night and early in the morning, was someone washing up. The windows are basically open so you hear everything!!! If it wasn’t hard enough to sleep with this, it was even harder with the one thin pillow you get.

The host was accommodating and helpful.

If you want to sleep at night, better avoid this place. Around 2am every night dogs will start barking right outside of the room. Even worse you might have an insect which sounds like an alarm outside your room. There is no soundproofing in the room, you can hear all the noises outside the place as it is quite small. The owner should do something about the noise all night or its impossible to sleep. The washroom is outdated. No breakfast, no additional services.

Old AC that was not powerful enough to cool down the room. Some nights it was impossible to sleep because of the many stray dogs around that kept barking. Staff not super attentive. Water dispenser was empty for over 24h without being changed and they were not able to provide us with a taxi rate at a fair rate.

Loved the garden, warm shower, and staff were super helpful and flexible with our check-in and checkout as well as booking scooters and an island hopping tour for us.

The beds could’ve been a bit comfier, and we all found ourselves itching bug bites in the morning. The property is a bit far from the town if walking, but we were happy to rent scooters so that was fine. Overall a great experience, but we all agreed the mattresses, pillows, and bugs/ants could be improved.
