The appartement is overpriced compared to the prices suggested when we talk to locals there , so you can go there and you will find a lot of people who can show you better stays with lower prices

Very basic, unfortunately the bed was so hard we hardly slept Khadija was lovely, welcoming and bought us some harissa soup which was very kind. The sea view from the shared terrace was wonderful to watch the sunset, excellent location for access to the lagoon
The point of a review is to be honest about your experience, we only stayed for one night after a long 7hr drive from Chefchouen. It was very basic, things advertised for the room wasn't present, such as toiletries and slippers and wasn't as clean as hoped The bed was so hard, we had to fold quilts in half and sleep on top of them to try and be comfortable but it didn't make much difference Value for money wise, we have stayed in far better equipped and cleaner apartments on this trip around Morocco for much less

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026مكان هادئ سهل الولوج و الوصول. كنا أسرة من اب و ام و طفل و كانت التجربة ممتازة الكل راض. ثمن جد مناسب او ممتاز. في زيارتنا المقبلة سأختار نفس المكان للاقامة .
الهدوء و وجود مساحة امام الإقامة للسيارات و اعداد وجبة في المطبخ مع اطلالة على البحر و مراوح توليد الكهرباء و لعب الاطفال لكرة القدم بهدوء في الملعب الترابي المقابل كلها اشياء تسمح ببعض الاسترخاء و التامل في جمال المكان

Sie waren recht freundlich und den einen oder anderen guten Tipp. Das Apartment ist zwar einfach, bietet aber mit Kochgelegenheit alles für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist wohl eher auch für marokkanische Urlauber gedacht.
Das Apartment ist schwer zu finden, da auch kein Name angezeigt wird, aber Dank der guten und einfachen Kommunikation über WhatsApp war auch das kein Problem.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026La fenêtre de la chambre doit être réparé. La fenêtre ne se ferme pas totalement. La télévision ne marchais pas bien on n’a pas pus voire le match de foot et aussi les coiffeuses à côté du lit leur porte étais brisé et ne se ferme pas.

Emplacement à l’entrée de Oualidia, un peu loin de la plage mais ça nous a permis de bouger un peu et découvrir le lieu en faisant de la marche.

Oualidia est devenue très , très sale honteux !!! La lagune a rétrécie avec toutes les constructions de maisons ! Les restaurants ont bien augmentés leur prix , servir du poissons congelés vraiment pas bon quelle désolation... Oualidia ne donne plus envie de revenir, vraiment triste !!!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025La padrona di casa è molto disponibile ed orgogliosa dei propri alloggi. Il livello di cura dei dettagli è più adatto ad una clientela marocchina che internazionale. Questa rimane una delle poche sistemazioni nei dintorni di Oualidia.
L'appartamento è in posizione decentrata in un quartiere in costruzione e poco curato. La vista della laguna è parzialmente oscurata dai ruderi degli immobili vicini. La struttura ha le finiture tipiche degli standard marocchini.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The location and views were poor, surrounded by construction and trash. The washing machine was broken and unusable, amenities were not as described, and the host’s reception was very unprofessional.

Жилье старое, мебель изношенная, грязный диван. Стиральная машина сломана, хозяин предложил взять вещи постирать. Вокруг идет стройка.

Location de l'appartement : Vue sur poubelle à ciel ouvert. Beaucoup d'équipements annoncés sur booking, qu'il manque en réalité : sèche cheveux, articles de toilette gratuit, étendoir, machine a café. L'écoulement de l'eau du lavabo et de la douche est très très long. Pas top quand il faut traverser la douche pour aller aux toilettes. Aucune installation confortable pour la terrasse. Les chaises et tables sont amassées et non installées, sans coussins. Excepté un petit coin qui était occupé. Ni envie d'être dans le logement ni sur la terrasse .. 40 euros est bien trop cher. Incomprehension quant aux commentaires positifs précédents. Nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour la restaurationet la plage.

15 minutes walk to the village.Not very clean. Broken articles. Dodgy electric connections, broken plugs and loose wires. In case of fire, no emergency signs or escape routes. Potential hazard. No safety regulations followed, as the building is most likely illegal.

Het was vies, alles plakte, de lakens stonken, lichten en stopcontacten werkte niet, de gordijnen hingen van ellende aan elkaar. De schimmelige badkamer/wc deur ging moeilijk open, waardoor onze dochter in paniek vast zat. De bedden lagen waardeloos. Het bed voor onze dochter was een provisorisch stapelbed. Daar heeft ze niet geslapen, het was gewoon gevaarlijk. Ze heeft op een keiharde bank gelegen. We hebben alle drie nauwelijks geslapen, waardoor we maar 1 nacht zijn gebleven en de dag erna een ander (schoon) hotel in Oualidia hebben geboekt. De kamers liggen in een pand op een bouwplaats. De eigenaar is een soort huisjesmelker. Trap er niet in. De foto’s zijn zeer misleidend. Toen we de eigenaar appte dat we vervroegd weg gingen, suggereerde hij over een goede recensie in ruil voor deel teruggave of i.d. Even later kregen we een mail dat wij notabene de kamers in een “deplorable state” hadden achtergelaten. Een professionele oplichter, gezien hij het bericht had geforward. De apps zijn toegevoegd.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2025Spacious apartment for two, and was very cool and comfortable even in July. The hosts Khadija and Attif were very helpful; they arranged a grand taxi to pickup from the property at an excellent price to go to Marrakesh.
It takes about 30 mins to walk to the main famous beach, but you could get a taxi or there is a small local beach.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025Un toit terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la lagune. Une petite terrasse sympathique avec cuisine extérieure. Très bon accueil et super petit déjeuner. Un lit spacieux. La propriétaire était adorable.
Malheureusement la douche et le lavabo de la salle de bain bouché mais une ventouse sur place a permis de réglé le problème. Énormément de calcaire sur la douche. La fenêtre de la chambre qui ne s’ouvrait pas. Et l’insonorisation légère mais pour une nuit cela était correct

J'ai réservé un appartement vu mer de la terrasse or une construction en plein chantier avait lieu et on ne voit plus du tout la mer! l'hôte avait noter sur le site petit déjeuner en supplément or elle ne le fait plus. Pas de sèche cheveux comme indiqué sur l'annonce ni l'etendoir. Le propreté laisse à désiré également. l'annonce est mensongère.

It is very dirty. The house is under construction (as well es all the neighbourhood)and so everything is covered with dust and parts of plastering. Floor, dishes are dirty. If you want to cook you need to clean first.

No apartamento, a sala de estar é espetacular e pequeno almoço foi um dos melhores da viagem! A minha filha adorou o beliche! O terraço também tem vista desafogada e vê-se uma nesga da baía.
Da falta de manutenção.
