Reviewed Sep 18, 2026L'entrée dans l'appartement fait rêver...c'est grand, propre mais on déchante vite !! Remboursement immédiat de 6€ car erreur d'appartement Seul point vraiment positif la literie assez confortable
Nous avions loué le RDC car mon mari est invalide....le MR s'était trompé et nous a mis au premier, 18 marches qui ont achevé mon mari et on n'a pas eu le courage d'aller visiter la lagune comme prévu 😔 Soi disant le RDC avait été loué aussi, pourtant sur l'annonce il y a des appartements aux noms distincts....ils ne savaient pas changer car vieux et opérés des genoux récemment (ils ont raconter leur vie apparemment) au second il y avait carrément un chat à la fenêtre donc je reste intimement CONVAINCUE que seul le premier est disponible et le RDC habité !!!! Il suffit de voir les jolies plantes devant leur entrée et devant la nôtre 😤 Dans la salle de bain un tuyau fuit, j'ai dû mettre un petit seau en dessous pour éviter l'inondation Cuisine sale et pas du tout équipée (aucune tasse, pas de couteaux mise a part un couteau de cuisine abîmé, juste des cuillères, pas de ciseaux, ouvre bouteille etc...) gazinière grasse et j'ai seulement trouvé le lendemain matin le briquet pour l'allumer, percolateur sale et carrément pas de produit vaisselle (shampooing n'en parlons même pas) Je ne parle même pas de l'immense toile d'araignée au lustre qui sert d'attrape mouche J'en passe c'est déjà bien assez je pense !!

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025La limpieza absoluta y la calidad de las camas. No me lo esperaba por el precio. Una lástima que solo fuera una noche. Que tuviera Netflix y YouTube fue todo un detalle. Llegamos tarde y comimos el take away y película en los espectaculares sofás de Mohamed el propietario.
Todo bien. Pido perdon al anfitrion porque nuestro GPS se volvo loco y pensábamos que era culpa del link de ubicación. Sorry!

Les couvertures et oreillers sentaient la sueur, nous avons dû mettre quelques unes de nos affaires et nos serviettes pour camoufler l'odeur. Aussi, une odeur nauséabonde du siphon de la douche, on était obligé de laisser des fenêtres ouvertes, car sinon c'était insupportable. Nous étions très déçus, et en même temps surpris que cet appart que nous avions choisi à partir des commentaires positifs sur la propreté n'était qu'un leurre.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025The owner is extremly nice. My Internet did not work so I could not find the house. I called him and he picked me up I booked the double room equipped with a fridge but no stove although I think he brings one in if you want it. Room / shower are as seen on the pictures. Nice and big terrace. Very clean!!!! and very quiet, even in high season (August) because of its remote but central location. Depending on what beach you go to, it is a 15 to 25 minute walk. The center of the town is streched. To walk to the first restaurants it takes about 10 minutes. I recommend Alzari for coffee or breakfast.
Price for high season (August) is fine. Lower season it should be less. I only give the room not a 10 and a big smile for all categories because it lacks some cosiness (e.g. lack of mirror, something nice to sit on and enjoy the beatiful terrace..) But then again, some guests might not treat that like they should.

When I arrived it was difficult to find someone to let you in even though I told them at what time I would arrive. Then there were no towels and I couldn't find the WiFi code. It took another effort to find someone. The place is 20 walk from the nice city center.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2024We have stayed in so many Moroccan apartments with just one window at the front. This is really airy and spacious ground floor apartment. Lots of windows and a courtyard off the kitchen for natural light and ventilation. The kitchen has enough equipment. It has a corner sofa and table, where we ate. WiFi is fast. The car is parked right outside the front door and it’s a safe quiet area. It’s only 5 mins across the main road to the paths along the lagoon. So pretty. The boiler was not producing hot water, but the owner came in 5 minutes to change the battery. For the price, this is extremely good value.
Not much! A couple of areas missed on cleaning: shower room sink and shelf, inside the counter top oven. And no towels, but we had our own.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2024Mohammed was very helpful in all ways! Accommodation was very clean, cozy, with everything that our family with three kids needed. Location nice.
We would rather have everything that is listed at accommodation available than having to ask for it (toilet paper, towels, sheets). Washing machine is that simple type that washes your clothes mechanically, yet you need to arrange everything around (putting water in and out, squeezing..). Also we were unlucky with electricity,.it was on and off constantly, but it was only due to the storm I guess. And there was a rooster in the neighborhood making noise day and night:)), waking us up, yet this is the adventurous part of it.

The winter sheets weren't ready, and I am allergenic. But I admit I didn't ask them to be changed for me, and I needed them in summer time because the night was cold.
