Very well appointed apartment with great views and hot tub and swimming pool. The area at the foot of the garden by the water was also very nice.

Wonderful, peaceful place. We had a very relaxing time. The hosts are very helpful, considerate and we had our privacy. We enjoyed the view as well as the pool a lot. The best place in New Zealand for us.

What did we like?? Everything!! The panoramic view of the garden and water; the spacious, well-thought-out space with everything we needed; the overall cleanliness; the quality furnishings and decor; the comfortable bed; the relaxing hot tub; exploring the gardens; the friendly accommodating hosts; the treats in the room; and the high-end beauty and personal care products!!! The entire experience exuded comfort, calm, and luxury.

We wish we could have stayed longer.

We absolutely liked everything, but the location is off the scale nice. The bungalow has everything you need and in excellent quality. Richard and Dawn are extremely friendly and helpful hosts.

Set overlooking beautiful gardens with an amazing water view the cottage was comfortable, clean and airy. The extra touches of snacks and fruit were lovely and thoughtful. The pool and spa area was a great place to relax.

Very peaceful, outstanding hosts, clean and comfortable. Dawn and Richard have done a beautiful job of the property. The pool area was an added bonus and we enjoyed cooling down in the salt water pool, and the views were gorgeous. Home away from home with everything at your fingertips. Dawn met me when I arrived. The cottage is separate from the main house. Lovely views from the unit and balcony. Lots of special touches: such as homemade biscuits, chips, fruit and bottles of water. Fluffy bathrobes. Great bathroom products and top quality tea. The swimming pool and spa were immaculately clean and the gardens well kept and expansive.

The location was superb. Very clean and tidy.

Everything was up to date. Would be great if there was a mirror on the wall and a little dressing table.

Amazing view, you could sit there all day, drink tea and read your book. Lots of little things have been added to make the stay even more homely. Only wish we had stayed longer!

Beautiful !,scenery stunning, quiet a few minutes drive from town but perfect for us !

Felt it had a coulpe of nick Nacky things that didn't need to be there ,but that's just my taste. Host was great and over all we loved it .

The location and view, were AWESOME, the property was well presented, very comfortable and private.

Property was absolutely beautiful,comfortable and modern . Picturesque..

Beautiful location...pool was beautifully clean and lovely to swim in. Vista was lovely. On arrival added touch of fresh fruit,home made fruit cake( yummy) and snacks available. Very friendly hosts.

Note*** linen on bed was very offensive due to over use of fragrance/ washing powder. Had to remove pillows and most of bedding to be able to sleep. Placed outside due to strong perfume. Please be mindful of perfume reeds, room freshners and perfumed linen powders as some of us with asthma and sensitivities to strong perfumes can be uncomfortable in this small accommodation setting. Cupboard kitchen was well stocked but very pokey and awkward to actually work with. Suggest a pull down roller retractable slider would be better for guests in this space. Otherwise a lovely peaceful and relaxing overnighter.

The he hosts met us as we arrived. The room was cosy with everything you might need, including fresh fruit, some cake and fresh milk in the fridge.

Dawn met us on arrival....hostess with the mostest!!! Freshly caught snapper host shared with us The meandering gardens leading down to water edge Shower pressure 💯 Serene restful with much to explore, from raspberries growing off deck, plants and species surrounding the space. Definitely a stayover to recharge on your travels.

If there's nothing you like, you shouldn't be there.

Bit far out of town

Wow, what a beautiful spot! It's a shame I didn't get to spend more time at this property but I was on a super tight schedule. The pool and spa area looked fabulous. I loved being able to whip up a nespresso in the morning with the coffee maker. There was lots of thoughtful touches, for example the nice toiletries in the bathroom. I'd love another trip to Kerikeri just to stay here again.

I thought the location was brilliant, what a beautiful view looking out to the water and watching the birds flying by. However some people may consider the location a downside as it's a bit out of town. If you have a car, no issues!

Beautiful location, peaceful and extremely clean. They greeted us when we arrived and had everything you could need or want available for us. They set aside snacks, some fresh fruit and cold water which went a long way.

I have been travelling and managing hotels for many years and this is the first time I can say with certainty: absolute perfection. Beautiful, extremely comfortable, exceptional amenities. The jacuzzi and the pool at night under the stars with the sounds of the sea are an absolute blast.

There was nothing to dislike!

Lovely clean space with great setup. Very comfy bed. Thoughtful touches in the room like insect repellant if you forgot yours so you can enjoy the lovely view at night on the deck without being eaten alive. Other thoughtful touches that weren't expected but made it even better was coffee, tea, fruit and chocolates in the room. Wish I had more time to enjoy the pool and spa as they looked awesome. Owners were very easy to communicate with over emails as well as in person. Would totally book here again.

Pickmere Waters is a tiny slice of paradise, meticulously clean, tastefully appointed, with everything on-hand to cater for every need. Just bring your clothes, bathers, food and wine.

Amazing view, beautiful garden and very comfortable unit.... If you want to have a romantic gateaway, this is the place. Me and my partner had a fantastic time here.Swimming pool, spa in front of this spectacular view was definetly a bonus. The queen size bed was so comfortable. You can find anything you need in this beautifuly designed flat. Communication with landlord Dawn was so so easy and friendly. Thank you for the carrot cake Dawn, that was so kind of you. We will definetly come back again.
